Helen & Greg's home is in such a beautiful location and I thoroughly enjoyed taking care of Beau. He is such a beautiful and smart dog and was THE best company a girl could ask for! We both loved going for daily (& sometimes even twice daily!) beach or lake walks. He certainly made my job easy. There's plenty to do in the area - I even went skydiving just down the road! The drive into Newcastle only takes about 15-20 minutes but I found it so nice to be away the hustle and bustle. Blacksmiths beach is far quieter and more relaxing. Thanks for such a wonderful opportunity!
Luna, Milo and Lili were a pleasure to look after. Valentine was easy to communicate with and a very thoughtful and hospitable host. The house is very charming and comfortable to stay in, with beautiful surrounding countryside and views. A very enjoyable and relaxing time had by all.
Coming back home from Gran Canaria was quite hard, because leaving Tommy and Mikey really broke our heart. These two 16 years old ginger brothers are great companions, possibly more than humans, and they made us feel loved through the whole stay, sleeping with us, chilling on the sofa, following us through all the different parts of the house, as we were changing our "work station" to follow the sun and the light and to avoid the wind, every day. We will miss them very much: from Tommy chatting with us close to the dining table, to Mikey looking for his brother and calling out loud through all the house, from both of them chilling in the sunlight in the afternoon to their happy cheering "hello, you're home again" whenever we came back home from shopping. Thank you for sharing your time with us and good luck for your future adventures, guys.
Thank you, Sylvia and family. We enjoyed spending time with your 5 fluffy companions with very different personalities. There is great local transportation for those without a car, and Baden central is a short bus ride away. It was easy to feel at home and it was homely. We had a fantastic time also visiting the local pools which we can recommend highly, as well as local walks as you are bordering on rural. This really suits digital nomads we think as the office is very well set out. Each cat had a very different personality. We found it worked well to have one of us work in the office with the door closed so Maggie could get space from Anton who doesn't like her very much. She would suit with my husband and enjoy his company. Anton loves his play time so we made games and had him chase his cat toy to tire him out. Tilly was our son's favourite as she would sleep with him and was cuddly. Lotte loves affection very much and to play. Henry starts out as shy but with time and quiet energy he became our best friend and would purr away on the sofa each night. Any cat lover would really enjoy this sit. Thanks again Sylvia.
This was our first pet sitting experience on TrustedHousesitters and it was perfection! Rocky is the sweetest, good boy ever. He's affectionate, gentle, walks nicely on a leash, and has a personality that you just can't resist. We enjoyed our walks with him around Tacoma, as well as just hanging with him in the charming, and fully-fenced backyard area. Ashton's house is so well stocked and immaculately organized. She provides you with everything you need for a comfortable stay and very nicely detailed instructions. Ashton was quick to respond to any of our questions, which made us feel at ease. We hope she will choose us to pet sit again soon, since we already miss Rocky! Such a delightful experience.
It was a delight spending time and playing with Capo! Communication with Lucy was smooth and I felt well prepared and cozy during my stay.

There are not enough superlatives to say how much we love Camp Bow Wow, Elmwood Park. We trust them 100% with our boy Primo and have been bringing him there for nearly 12 years now. The facility is one of the cleanest, best run and caring places to bring your dog. They greet you by name when you arrive, are very friendly, and always attentive to all your dogs needs. You have the ability to watch your beloved pooch on one of their many web cams so you will always know what's happening. They do a great job of having the dogs grouped by size, so that none of the little ones get smushed by all the affection from the bigger ones.
Check-in staff for our interview and first (free) half day of day care was very helpful. They were able to walk us through the interview process and provided information on how we could check in with our dog throughout the day with their facility cameras. Upon pickup, they also offered us a tour of the facility and described a typical day of daycare and boarding at Camp Bow Wow. The transparency was very reassuring and gave us the confidence to know that our dog would have a safe and fun time with the staff at this facility.
I love how they get to know my dogs and watch out for them and bring any issues or observations to our attention. My dog Baxter has been coming to Camp Bow Wow for 3 years now and he loves it there. He is thriving and we always have impeccable service, especially from Roman and Rose.We also recently brought Baxter's sister Willow to join him at Camp Bow Wow as well and she loves it too. She gets so excited when she knows she is going to daycare. We could not be happier with their level of service and will stay loyal customers!
My Schnoodle, Clara, is 5 months old and went to 1/2 a day for daycare for the first time last week. She had a little anxiety when I left, but then relaxed as time went on and she passed her interview. I also added some playtime which she had fun with. I brought her back on 5/04/24 for a full day. She had a friend there this time which I was happy she had some company. She played and the lady, forgot her name, also spent time and played with the puppies and Clara had so much fun. You can see the care they give to our furbabies. I also treated my Clara to a bath, teeth cleaning and ear cleaning and she came back to me smelling so good. She was tired, but, she had alot of fun and was happy to see me. I highly reccomend EP Camp BowWow for your furbaby care. My furry baby has been going to Camp Bow Wow for over a year now. I can’t express how much we love this place. Starting with the great staff who always welcomes everyone with smiles and great kindness. Very clean facility, no yucky dog smell. Most importantly I know my furry baby is safe and having an amazing time . As soon as my baby gets into the car after a long day with his furry friends and camp counselor, he falls asleep the whole car ride home. I recommend camp bow wow to all my friends and family. Camp Bow Wow Elmwood Park is amazing! The staff is so friendly and they truly love your fur babies as their own. Tachi loves it here and loves everyone who works at camp too. I thank everyone on staff for always being so welcoming and always having a smile on their face!

We went away for 5 days and were nervous to leave our baby with a pet sitter for the first time ever. We can say now as long as it’s Jaime we will never be nervous again! As you can see our cat loved her lol. We received daily photos, all directions were followed as given in regards to feedings/supplements and litter scooping and she even vacuumed around the box which I didn’t ask of her! Came home to a happy, healthy and loved kitty 😊
Jamie is wonderful! She took such great care of our little guy while we were away for a few days! I was green in the area of pet sitting because I usually take the pets everywhere with me lol. But Jamie exceeded my expectations by far! We also communicated daily while I was away, and she even sent me daily pics of my little guy. It was because of Jamie that I could relax while away! My entire family thanks her for that.

Jaime was great with my dog! It was my first time hiring a dog walker but she exceeded the expectation! I received a photo after the walks and he looked so happy. I even noticed his appetite increased which is a great sign that jaime provided much needed exercise.

We hired Jaime to care for our pets in our home while we were away for almost two weeks. We have quite a menagerie - 4 cats and 3 dogs, several of whom have special needs. We’ve used Jamie now twice with our big boy Archie! Jamie is absolutely amazing and has treated our needy boy pristinely! Our first experience with Jamie found us in a pinch and needing a dog sitter for an unplanned trip. Jamie helped us calm down and made time to make sure we and Archie were comfortable with her. Needless to say we were sold and haven’t looked back since! Jamie thinks about the things most walkers/sitters don’t… she checks the temperature, she pulls in packages if they’re out front, and sends you photos of your furry one without being asked. Jamie stayed at our house with our dog Ollie for an extended stay to care for our dog while we were away and she was absolutely fantastic. Ollie is a senior dog, and he needs twice daily shots of insulin for diabetes, and Jamie managed his care beautifully. Jamie was extremely caring , making sure to keep Ollie well socialized during our absence. She was available in real time to update us, and extremely diligent about ensuring that Ollie was always a happy dog. She was also extremely respectful of our home, which she also took great care of while we were away. We really felt like Jamie treated our dog, and us , like we were her family, and we look forward to working with her again in the future.
I was looking for someone who would stay overnights with Cleo when I have to travel for work. I'm new in town so I had a lot of anxiety about finding someone trustworthy and skilled, but Jaime put all my worries to rest. She is very easy to work with, pays careful attention to all instructions and sends multiple updates during the day. Cleo took to Jaime right away and did very well while I was away. She didn't show any sign of stress, which was my top priority. Everything worked out perfectly. I'm lucky to have found Jaime.
We've had a great experience with Fetch! I don't like sending my pup to a kennel, I prefer to send her to a home. Diane with Fetch has kept her for us a few times now and it's always been a very positive experience. Zelda comes home happy, calm and relaxed every time.

We have been using Mike as our dog walker. He is the best!! He is great with our 2 dogs. They absolutely love him!! He gives me daily updates on how they did on their walks. We also have a few cats and one had surgery and when Mike came to walk our dogs he would also give a little extra love to him and also let me know how he was doing when he was there. Fetch is awesome!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Fetch in Boise, Idaho and Burbank, California and was very impressed with the quality of the pet sitters in each city. Then I used Fetch in Ridgewood and was not disappointed! The pet sitters were easy to work with but, most of all, they treated my dog like their own. When I picked up my dog, Buddy, from an overnight with Amy, I knew she passed the test with flying colors because as I held my dog and was saying goodbye, he leaned over and licked Amy right on the nose. Fetch really is the best. We've used them for almost 2 years now and I'm so glad that our neighbor recommended them to us. They are always there when we need them, even when it has been last minute. I'm always amazed at how quickly they respond to emails and texts when I need a last minute walk or visit. Our primary sitter is amazing with our dog and on the very rare occasion when she is not available they have a backup team (who our dog got to know in advance) that is equally fantastic. Can't say enough nice things and I honestly don't know what we'd do without them.

Dealing with Janice at Fetch and Debbie our sitter/walker that was assigned to us was one of the more enjoyable encounters we've had with outside contractors. And when it comes to leaving your dog's care in the hands of others, its not always the best experience. Dealing with Fetch was the exception, they were Super Great!

I cannot sing the praises of Peaceful Pups Dog Care loudly enough. My dog had a rough passage prior to coming to my home. He endured losing a leg in Hurrican Marie in Puerto Rico. Peaceful Pups has worked with me to overcome his reactive quirks so he can have a much better life. I never worry for a second when he is in Lauren's care. She is a dog whisperer extraordinare. My dog howls when he knows she is coming. Praise from a pup who has had a tough time. THAT says it all!!
I cannot recommend a better local dog walker! Mike makes it easy to schedule walks in advance and on an as-needed basis. All of the walkers are lovely and my dog is so excited when they arrive!
Priscilla absolutely loves going to Camp BowWow. Everyone there is amazing. I love when she does her extra activities that I get pictures of her having fun. It’s a nice little surprise while I am at work. She also has started her training and I was given great instructions on how to reinforce everything at home. This is a great way to keep my high energy pup happy and busy while I am work. I highly recommend.
We love Camp Bowow! My dog only goes once a month but the staff always remember her. They are incredibly kind because she is so skittish. We have used them for overnight care and they are great! I never worry leaving my dog with them. The facility is clean and welcoming!
The facility was nice and large and clean. Cool inside. The cabins were very large for the dogs to stay in. I was pleased with the tour and the transparency. I love the fact that they have cameras to take a look at if you want to check on your dog. I like the options for indoor and outdoor activities and the extracurricular activities. The staff was very informative and friendly. I will be boarding my husky there this coming week Very excited He came home very tired! I liked the report card as well. It made me feel secure that he was in good hands and the staff wasn't afraid of a big dog. Huskys are mouthy players and I get nervous that it can be confused for aggression. They were great with him and I 10/10 recommend.
I love how staff get to know your dog and really care. They send photos and videos during special play sessions. We feel comfortable knowing that our boy is with friends at Camp Bow Wow and he is always super happy to go back.
Our dog Callie is super energetic and a lot to handle but the employee's at Camp Bow Wow are extremely patient with her and take great care of her. If youre looking to board your dog this is the place!
Didn’t last two days here, first day picked him up early because a dog in the room was relentless wouldn’t leave him alone (they claimed he just wanted to play) second day he was picked up early because there were about 16 dogs in the “room” with him of all sizes up to 40 lbs about 20 when I got there. He’s a 8 month old puppy (the man who worked there kept saying sorry we don’t have a room for teacups hello he’s 14 lbs and claimed there were 2 workers in the room well the camera should have showed 2) Your dog will come home wet and dirty each day and today my puppy smelled like a dog urinated all over him and now I have to bathe him. All I wanted was fun positive environment for my puppy to play and socialize. Thank goodness for cameras this was a nightmare.

Penny had a great day during her first visit at camp bow wow. I enjoyed the tour. I like how each pup has their own cubby to keep their food and leashes organized. I loved watching the dogs play on the puppy cam. Camp bow wow was very accommodating. I appreciated having a choice of keeping penny in the play area all day or getting a lunch break for a couple of hours. We will definitely be back.
The excellent and caring staff patiently worked with my previously unsocialized dogs and helped them to get comfortable with other dogs. This place provides all the love, attention, and social opportunities to help a dog thrive! This is my new favorite place!!
