My little baby had her birthday 1 day before her Pick-up date and they did all these cute things for her 🥹 They took such good care of her, when I picked her up her nose was the pinkest shade I've ever seen it before! I booked the AC room and received content ON THE DAILY of her. Left her there for almost a month because mommy needed some time-off of mommy duties in a foreign country.

I sent my cats here for 4 nights and they were very well taken care of. The owner updates regularly with photos and videos. They can even arrange transport for those who need it. I feel like my cats love it there because they adjusted to the new place faster than usual. Thank you so much 😊 …

Very happy with this cat hotel, they sent photos every day. Good communication in English and very flexible. They have a drop off / pick up service. Rooms are a decent size and cats are kept apart. They also let them out the room to have a bit more space to exercise. They play with the cats and care alot.

We just picked up our cats after a week away. We had never used a boarding service before, and I was particularly nervous. But the staff at Catwalk NaJa CAT HOTEL were very kind and did a great job taking care of our cats. They interacted with them and let them explore around outside their "hotel room" some. They sent us lots of pictures and videos each day and were always available to chat on LINE. Our cats are home now and they adjusted back to our house very quickly. It's like they never left. That's what tells me that the staff at Catwalk NaJa took great care of our cats. The transition from each place was smooth. When we must travel again, I will definitely be trusting Catwalk NaJa with our cats.

We are so lucky to meet catwalk naja hotel. Staffs are trustful and sincere so we felt relieved. When we go to ASQ in the airport, their staff was standing by and they took our kitty safely. After quarantine, they offered best service for our schedule. We really want to recommend this hotel.

If you are ever in doubt where to leave your car for a while, you've found the perfect place!! My 2 cats stayed in the cat hotel for 10 days and one of the cats needed to see the vet almost every day and they took good care of my cats as it was theirs. Easy communication in English, very flexible team. Rooms are well sized, pictures are sent everyday... Everything perfect!! I fully recommend this place!! Thanks for taking good care of my cats and will definitely use the services again!! Thank you krub!!

My cat had a wonderful time here! All variety of toys to keep my cat company. They don’t mix your cat with other cats together so it can has its own space. And the cat can be let out to walk around and interact with people. My cat gained some weight here too

We bring our dogs here every time we travel and we travel usually one weekend a month or more. The prices are very good, I know my dogs are 100% safe, the environment our dogs get is the best I have seen in Bangkok, the team there are all amazing and know every dog's name, I get dozens of pictures of my dogs playing every day, and they get lots of playtime and walks. Honestly, when I drop the dogs off here they are excited and run into the building without looking back. I couldn't ask for anything better for my doggies ♥️ ABSOLUTELY bring your dogs here if you need boarding or daycare

We've had a good experience, it's a well run operation and they clearly live for animals and love what they do. The team who work here are very efficient. We received videos and photos of our dog every day and he looked very at home and happy interacting with his carers.

best dog boarding, daycare and walking place ever. The owner, P'Nick is taking care of all dogs himself. He is surely dog lover. The best thing is this place isn't really like the other hotel that will lock your dog in the crate or room. The dogs will stay with him and freely walk around the house with P'Nick's monitoring the dog not to do anything harm itself. And also he will walk the dogs for you everyday morning and evening. Surely your dogs will stay healthy and happy in this place. This is my Gumber.

This pet hotel has no cages, but has some separated areas for dogs with different sizes. Dogs are walking around like your home. The owner family were friendly and welcomed our dog. This time, our dog unfortunatelly had a health problem. The people of this hotel immidiately send me LINE messages to notice the problem and brought him to a vet. Highly recommended.

Bruno loves Bkkdogster as you can see from the pictures. He get freedom, exercise, loads of doggy friends and kind caring humans. We wouldn't consider sending him anywhere else. Highly recommended by us and by Bruno.

The best service in town, highly recommended. Nick and his team is perfectly capable of taking care of my dogs when I’m away. There is cage free and Nick sleeps with a dogs. My dogs are always happy with them. Nick takes awesome pictures ever. My dogs always feel comfortable like their home

Before coming to Essentails, my partner and I have been quite lost with the sea of information from online to friends to everywhere else on how to treat our dog well and have him be enriched and able to play well with other dogs. Only after just a few doggy daycare play dates, Whiskey is so much more calm both at home and in new situations, overall more in control of his emotions! Honestly it feels like what Russell and Namtarn are doing at Essentails is nothing but pure love and magic 🪄✨

I can’t say enough good things about this dog enrichment center! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure my dog felt comfortable and excited. They offer such a great variety of activities that keep my dog mentally stimulated and physically active. It’s clear the team here is passionate and knowledgeable about dogs, and they truly treat every pup like family. My dog comes home happy and tired after every session. Highly recommend this place!!

After coming to Essentails, Whiskey has really grown into such a calm, considerate and all round good boy. Seeing him playing with all his many new friends and going for walks while still being (mostly) calm really puts us a lot more at ease! Love this place! We have had them take care of Walnut for 10 days while we were away in January. So happy to see how well he was taken care of and to get daily updates from the team. More over Russel also helped Walnut with his fears. Walnut also made many new friends from Essentails since his stay there and been going back to meet his puppy friends and also for day care. Would wholeheartedly recommend Essentails 😄

EDIT: Came back to say that we've now also used their boarding and daycare services, and am extremely happy with their service and level of care. The staff is lovely and the owners go out of their way to help you. We had an excellent grooming session and the staff knows how to handle large, excitable dogs. Top notch grooming equipment as well! There aren't many green spaces in Bangkok to run around so the field they have is perfect for playtime/training. We had a lot of fun running around! The owners are also very kind and knowledgeable, you can be at ease knowing your pup is well taken care of.

More than just a normal dog park. My dog is very enjoy her time here and learn some new tricks from here. The owner treats my dog like their own dog. Always feel super comfortable leaving my baby here.

The hosts are dog parents and one of them is a professional dog trainer so they know exactly what our fluffy boys & girls want (probably more than we do). The venue features all the things your baby needs: grooming, training (from basic obedience to specific behaviors as needed), day & night care, fenced grass area, swimming pool, etc. Accessibility is quite good. You can either drive or take a Muvmi (the drop-off point is Maestro 02 condo which is right next door).

Oatly had a fanastic time at Essentails. We met Russell and his dogs Rygar and Daisy in puppy class a year ago so we were very keen to try out his brand new dog care facility because of its slightly different offer. Oatly enjoyed having a structure to her day and both Russell, Nans and the rest of his team worked hard to accommodate Oatly's different quirks and needs. Couldn't be happier and will be back again.
