I left my dog for 10 days with Henney and i can’t thank him enough for everything that he did for Tyrion. My dog is one year old and i didn’ t leave him with no one before. Henney managed him so well and he kept me posted too. I was pleased to see that my dog is more responsive when i give him a command and i will definitely use Henney’s service again in the future.

Our 2 girls have had the best week staying with Henney. It's the first time we've left them but didn't need to worry. I had regular updates, photos and videos showing how much fun they were having. Cannot rate Hennessey highly enough. We left our dog for 3 nights. We received daily updates, pictures and videos so that we knew everything was going well and that he had settled down well. I personally really appreciated this as it had been some time since we last put him in boarding. Before, during and after our booking the communication was absolutely top notch. We will 100% be a returning customer. If you’re looking for somewhere that your dog will not only be safe , but also enjoy his/her boarding experience, then Hennessey is your man!

Hennessy looked after my French bulldog Pretzel for a week and a half. He was reassuring with providing daily updates and photos. He also provided the option for a daily video call too. This kept be at ease as I was out of the country. Found him last minute a referral from a friend and was very accommodating and helpful. Can’t wait to use him again in the future, I know Pretzel misses him for sure!

My big black labrador loves visiting Henney's Pet Care. He is able to play with other dogs in a supervised and safe space, gets home-from-home love and attention, and he is worn out from the excitement when we get him back.

We have been sending our dogs here for over 10 years and we wouldnt send them anywhere else. Our dogs always love going and you know by the photos and updates you receive whilst they are there that the dogs are happy and loved. Beautiful location and lovely facilities. Very friendly owners and staff, nothing is too much trouble.

Totally recommend Happy hounds. They update you regular and put videos and photos up. This always puts my mind at rest and lets me enjoy my holiday knowing my girl is well cared for .

Great place for small dogs not so much for larger dogs. Unfortunately Happy Hounds became Unhappy Hounds for our Doberman as on our last pick up our girl just wasn’t herself, really sad / depressed (I know when she’s been shouted at or told off or dare I say not given the care and attention that a living soul needs). Then we were told she’s not welcome back etc as she became disruptive as she was unsettled during the night. This is after 2.5 years of staying quite regularly so personally think that after that amount of time they should understand the dog - and that she was unsettled as she hasn’t been given the care she needed during the day. The original price for the overnight stay was £30 then it increased to £40 and then £55 when the owners stated our Doberman needed 1-1 care - which we were told was working. Unfortunately on the last stay we were told they could not handle our female Doberman so won’t be returning back. Disappointing to say the least when it’s your profession and are charging a significant amount for 1-1 care and then telling customers that you can no longer do it. I wish I could do that in my profession!

Gemma and the team are amazing, I was always worried about leaving Woody with someone I didn’t know but after several recommendations about Happy Hound Holidays. I booked Woody in. What a great decision it was. Woody has the time of his life here, with the daily updates on Facebook and a text to say how he’s getting on. I can’t fault them. He always comes and goes with his tail wagging and they care for him like he’s their own 🥰. Woody can’t wait for his next holiday! 💙 Thank you for taking the best care of him as always xx

Our cocker spaniel had lots of exercise and was very well looked after, he loved his holiday at Happy Hounds.

Roxy my Doberman has been on several happy hound holidays. She loves the whole experience of playing with other dogs and the home from home care. Which means I can go away and have peace of mind that my pooch is care for and safe. Thank you for everything.

Happy Hounds Holidays are wonderful!, Gemma and Ben are lovely people who do a great job. Badger my dog has had quite a few stays over the past few years and stayed a week over the Easter holiday along with my other dog Suki who was staying for the first time. They have come back home shattered and are only just livening up again. I am so glad my friend recommended them to me, I am completely at ease leaving the dogs there, knowing they are well cared for and happy.

Our beagle has stayed with Gemma and Ben many times both for short weekend breaks and longer to cover our holidays. Belle loves staying- I am confident she is cared for totally and always comes home absolutely shattered. I love the environment, the number of trips out they have each day and the fact that the dogs all stay together in a lovely room rather than kennel/cage type arrangement. Top marks

Laura is absolutely brilliant. She helped us out at a really difficult time with my mom's dog. She took him in at short notice and he had a lovely three weeks with her. My mom's dog has come back to us happier and he has been well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to potential customers.

Laura, Matt and their family are absolutely fantastic! Our 1 year old Boxer - Bo, has just stayed there for 17 days whilst we were away and he had the best time ever. Bo goes to daycare there at least twice a week and has made lots of friends. They have lots of activities in the varied outside area and in the warm weather had water play and even air conditioning! Laura and Matt treated Bo like their own and sent regular “pupdates” and photo’s to us. I highly recommend for anyone wanting their dog to be part of a family whilst they’re away, with lots of interaction, stimulation and of course love and hugs. Laura also offers grooming services that she is fully qualified for. Laura regularly grooms Bo and trims his nails, he even comes out with doggy aftershave on! Judging by the way he drags me to their front door every time we go, I'd say he quite likes it too:)

I take my Siberian husky (Skye) Laura 5 days a week whilst I'm at work and she also stays when I go abroad. Always have a happy pup when i drop her off and pick her up. Laura is always very accommodating with my erratic work hours and her family are also excellent with the care of Skye. 1 of the very few people I trust with my pride and joy. Could not recommend her enough to anyone. Easy to see why 5 star reviews are posted all around the internet for the services offered and delivered!

We've used J&C Puppies for home boarding for our Border Collie for quite a while now. Laura is great, always willing to accommodate drop offs and pick ups when we need them and their prices are excellent for the service they offer. Would be very happy to recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for boarding.

My 1 year old ronald has been going to daycare a couple days a week for the last couple of weeks. Laura and family are absolutely lovely and he always comes away having had a great time. It's a great place for dogs to play and he pulls me up the driveway every morning he goes ! Thankyou guys and I'm super happy I managed to get him in with you before you became full for daycare.

Would not recommend at all. My dog had ingrown dew nail and was only ever groomed by this person a few times over last 6months clearly doesn't really know her stuff. Never again. Taking my dog to vets and will make an official complaint. You haven't ever cut that nail ever she was groomed by you at 5 months old then 7 months old. my dog is well cared for so won't be visiting you again

Joy, Luke and the team have been looking after my Lhasa apso cross, Trevor, for nearly five years. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always happy to provide advice and guidance when I need it. Trevor adores them and looks forward to his walks every week. Trevor loves to stay with Joy - boarding with jJoy is a real home from home experience - he never wants to leave!! Excellent service- the best team !!

We recently asked PetPawz to look after our Guinea-pig whilst we were away for a week and I must say what a GREAT job they did, Our Guinea-Pig was also on 3 lots of medication at the time and non of this was a problem, on picking our Guinea-Pig up it became apparent that she hadn't missed us at all and looked like she had had a better time than ourselves as she seemed more lively and happier than ever!!, Also Petpawz Text us on several occasions to update on our pets progress; Nothing was too much trouble and Joy & Steve were so easy to talk to and deal with. Left my cat there for four weeks. Staff was really friendly and professional. The place was clean and warm. After my holiday when I took back my pet, I could deffinetely say that he had a really good time. I strongly recommend the place!

Editing my previous review. We have used Red Oaks Farm on a few occasions now. When we drop Monty (our Dachshund Cross) off, he trots away with one of the team as happy as Larry and never looks back, which I think is always a good sign. He always comes back really cheerful and rarely smells too bad (we have used other kennels in the past where he comes back smelling truly awful). We've recently had a cat and he stayed here too - he came back just as fluffy and happy as we'd left him. I always used to struggle to get a call back after I'd left a message out of hours, but that hasn't been the case recently, my calls are always returned. The guys/girls have also managed to get me out a tight spot with a short notice booking too, which is a great help and very much appreciated. You will need to book WELL in advance though for peak holiday times.

Lovely friendly atmosphere, dogs look well looked after. First time leaving my dog here and would recommend to friends and family.

My cat Beau has been going for a while and I believe he enjoys it as always come back home and is happy with with me as opposed to in a mood. This stay especially, it's like he's had a break, his coat looks fantastic, like he's had a recharge of his batteries. They also fitted me in last minute which I really appreciated. Would recommend Red Oaks Cattery to anyone.

We’ve been using the cattery here for a couple of years now, and Red Oaks are always great. Our cat has had a few complex health problems which has meant other catteries couldn’t take him, but they take lovely care of him here. The pens are clean and warm, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Our dogs have been going to the kennels here for years. They are lovely clean kennels, heated with indoor/outdoor space. Fabulous staff who really care about the dogs. Our dogs are happy to be left. Would definitely recommend.

I can't recommend this trainer highly enough. We have a puppy who is wonderful, but needs training in certain things. Forrest came to our house and my puppy loved her instantly. I love her approach to training, and she knows how to speak the dog's language. She taught us how to train properly and it became easy. We will be booking more sessions without a doubt. She is so reasonably priced as well, I feel lucky to have found her.

We're so grateful to Forrest! She was quick to reply, incredibly kind, and completely non-judgmental. Forrest taught us so much about understanding our dogs’ behavior, using quick and effective reward-based methods that brought instant results. I'm genuinely stunned by how quickly we've seen improvements. Looking forward to working with her more in the future.

We have a 9 month German Shepherd who has never been good with listening and walking on the lead. Our first training session went great! We were asked in depth questions about our dogs behaviour and usual routine and got told very interesting facts about dog behaviours that we didn’t know about. We were also shown two training tricks and how to stop her from pulling us on the lead. The most incredible part was when we got shown how to make our dog like her harness and see her actually not be scared of it but happily go near it! We have since been using the advice and we are already seeing some effects! I would highly recommend the training offered!

My pup had her first ever training session today & it went extremely well! The lesson & advice is truly helpful and I feel confident my puppy will grow up very clever with more sessions. I can’t recommend Roving Spirit enough!

Forrest delivered our first training session today, which our puppy responded immediately. The training was informative and very supportive. We can highly recommend her, thank you Forrest for being supportive and understanding.

I had Nikki stay with my 2 crazy cockers for 10 days while on holiday. She was absolutely brilliant with keeping us updated sending pics and videos and daily updates, we felt extremely at ease knowing she was there with our boys. Whilst we were away she also did some work with our puppy to help with some of his issues. Since we have come back we have carried on with the tips she gave us and life is so much more relaxed and easy with him. All in all we were extremely impressed and will be going to nikki for more training help in the future 😊

Forrest came round to help out with our puppy Mastiff. Forrest has a really nice way of training both dogs and owners.Our puppy responded very well from the start and we will be definitely booking follow up sessions.

We highly recommend Nikki, we have used her 3 times and will definitely book her again next year for our holiday breaks. She understands our dogs temperaments, although half brother and sister they are totally different in behaviour and needs. She walks them daily, plays with them and left our house very tidy.

Today we had our first session with Forrest, who was absolutely amazing. She was relaxing and kind, gave brilliant advice, did not judge at all and worked absolute wonders with our nearly 2 year old dog Rue. Even in such a short time frame, Rue came on leaps and bounds with Forrest’s incredible training and we cannot wait to implement all we have learned and have our next training session. I would wholeheartedly recommend Roving Spirit Canine Coach!

It was a pleasure to meet and begin to work with Forrest. She has a wonderful way with both people and puppies. I found her quite by chance, she spent so much time explaining and exploring animal behaviour, science and life experiences with me I felt reassured, educated and valued. I am looking forward to working more with her very soon. I would recommend to anyone who needs a kind and knowledgeable trainer for their dog, she is a source of much information. Thank you Forrest.

My Best Friend North Shropshire is a wonderful find! Karen’s home and garden are brilliantly adapted to make dogs feel comfortable and she is very practical, knowledgeable and caring.

I couldn’t wish to have found such a wonderful kind and caring dog loving lady. Amber never wants to leave Karen’s care and has so much fun. I know my dog is in safe, caring hands.

Karen provides an excellent service and my dog was very happy during his stay and came home relaxed and rested.

Our 6 month old golden retriever had a two week stay, he was looked after amazingly and even had a bath while he was there. We will never send him anywhere else. Thank you for looking after our boy.

Excellent service. Our miniature dachshund loves going. Great for her to socialise and means she’s not left on her own through the day when we’re not working from home. Also great for overnight stays when required.

Took our dog Damien yesterday for a one night stay, he hasn't been for a while due to Covid, as soon as he got there he got very excited. He loves going to see Laura and Matt, I know Damien is looked after and cared for there and love taking him there, always come home very happy.

Used the boarding service a couple of times this year ! Teddy is always very cared for . Would definitely use again and recommend!
