I know it’s just hair and that it will grow back, but seeing my baby like this makes me so sad. Paperwork shows he always gets teddy bear cut, i walk in to pick him up and he has a poodle cut.. I asked for them to go shorter and was told that i needed to come back closer to the end of the day bc they didn’t have time to fix him. “I’m going to pull up the cameras to prove that you asked for a poodle cut” Very rude and condescending Fast forward 15 min later after i had just gotten home I received a phone call that he was ready. I walk in and he’s full shaved with this little mohawk.Immediately they start to apologize because they knew they were rude and messed up. Payed for the service and walked out. Very disappointed will not be coming back. Pictured for reference. 1&2 how i brought him home. 3 poodle cut they gave him except for the trim in his legs 4&5 how they usually leave him.

My fur babies had long nails; called to see if you needed an appointment for nail trim; they said no; they accept walk-ins😃 (but I would recommend just to call ahead); Nail trim was only $10 . I forgot to get the girl that helped me with my 3 doggos, but she was very kind and sweet with them; also staff were working and the dogs and they seem very gentle to get every little spot. Dogs seemed to trust them. As far for the ladies who worked today; thank you so much we left happy. Def coming back, seemed affordable when you have more than 1 dog 😅 Oh and also I’m not sure if she was the owner of the business; she gave us cute little bow and bow ties for my fur babies! And also cute setup for the lil grooming salon, very festive! Loved it! Oh and also guys; they ONLY take cash or Zelle! Have that in mind ( no debit/credit).

Took over a dog in very rough condition. I called and they gave me info on the process. Was able to take my dog same day and the results were AMAZING! I 100 recommend! What I paid I know I would have paid much more elsewhere.

My dogs were matted from me being sick and haven’t been able to get them groomed. I called and they got me in the next day. I let them freestyle on what they thought was best for my dogs. I absolutely loveeeee it. Thank you we will be back.

Today I took my pet to get a haircut and as I was waiting to be seen I overheard two of the stylists yelling at a dog. They eventually attended me and were very rude and stand off-ish. Once I picked up my shih tzu I was dissatisfied by his haircut this was probably the WORST haircut my dog has ever received. Once I got home I noticed he was being quite and sad I took a close look at his haircut and noticed he had a red scratch above his left eye. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. Terrible customer service, I will definitely NEVER be coming here again. ALSO THEY CANT ACCEPT WHEN THEY ARE AT FAULT!!!

My parents & I have been taking out dogs here for YEARS and we just ABSOLUTELY LOVE the staff there!!! They treat our fur babies kind and gentle and always do an AMAZING job grooming each & every one of them. Every time we go to pick them up when they are done they're wagging their tails & are so happy (& not all shaking & looking scared or traumatized as has happened before at other groomers 😠) & they're absolutely gorgeous & all clean cut & nails trimmed perfect & they smell SO good, & they either have a super cute tie or bow around their collar!!❤❤❤ I HIGHLY recommend taking your pets here for grooming, my family & I won't take them any where else but here!!! 👍

This is the first time taking my beloved Pickles to the groomer. Normally we do it ourselves, but this year we had no time with the holidays. All About Pets Grooming & Daycare exceeded my expectations. My Pickles is beautiful to look at as well as soft to the touch. They even clipped her nails. Very pleasant experience with great customer service. Price was very affordable. Love their work, will bring back again.

My first time coming here, extremely happy to have seen this business by chance on my way home. I can’t wait to bring them back for their next appts. Very affordable and nice people, the lady who I assume is the owner is very nice and cares a lot about the dogs, another lady who did my dogs grooming she was very sweet and communicative about my dogs behavior 😆. Molly our golden retriever got hurt. On Monday we took our dogs to All About Pets, when our pets got home we noticed her eye was drainig, many tears, red eye and she was down and sad. We called All About Pets and they didn't give us any explanation. Like they didn't care. The veterinarian advised was to use saline on the eye o to bring her next morning if she didn't get better. Took Molly 2 days to get better. We never will take our dogs to them again.

If you need a place to board your pup, this is it! Really great for daycare or for longer stays. They have lots of trainers constantly present to facilitate good play, they send home a report card every day so you know how your dog did, along with several high quality pictures of your dog’s interactions. They also have cameras you can tune into at any point to check in. They will definitely leave you with happy dog!

It's expensive but you 100% get what you pay for. Amazing staff, friendly and communicative. I have a nervous dog so I'm usually worried to leave her in a kennel during holiday travels, however this place made me feel really good about it. Daily report cards are awesome and seriously gave me peace of mind. Would recommend

This was our first time taking Sage to a day camp. We were a bit nervous at first not knowing how she would do. After dropping her off we loved the idea of being able to see how she was doing on live cameras. Definitely will be taking her back here! Very pleased with the staff with how patient they are working with our girl making her feel comfortable. They also have a great selection of bakery treats for your pup! All the people who work there are very good with dogs, including Andi who trained with Caesar Milan. They have flexible hours, indoor and several secure outdoor play areas with cameras so you can check in and watch your dog playing, divisions by dog size and temperament, several obedience training classes, and optional meals and treats. They take your dogs out to play and don't charge you extra for it! Once they overcharged me by accident and when I asked them about it, they were really nice and took care of it on the spot. Top notch! Highly recommend.

Val from Happy Dog Resort did an AMAZING JOB! My partner and I are overjoyed with how our girl looks. She’s ready for the holidays. Happy Dog also has a Glamping option. Lily got to play with her friends and groomed after. I’ve been going to Happy Dog Resort for over a year and they are the best location in Redlands.

It is as real as its name “Happy Dog”, my dog Bruno is always looking forward coming to this place. There isn’t any day that he didn’t ask to come here. For my boy, Bruno, this place is like “Disneyland”. He was so sad when he didn’t visit this place for a week and it broke my heart. This resort is very clean, the staffs are very friendly, full of love to all puppies. I can tell they love their job. Thank you very much Happy Dog Resort. Special Thank you to Darleese. Our little guy had a ton of fun his first day at doggy day camp! ⛺️ we didn’t know how he’d do being left but the Happy Dog employees did great with him. They sent photos of his day so we could see him enjoying himself. They even groomed him so he came home smelling sweet. Will definitely be using them again 🤗 …

I’m not one to write reviews, however, I feel this one is necessary!! My sweet Cooper has been going to Coventry for the past 3 months, since he was 5 months old. My previous dog also went to Coventry for about a year until he passed and my sweet kitty was boarded there while I was on vacation. It gives me peace of mind knowing that Cooper is having SO much fun with his friends and learning and developing his puppy brain, as well as in the best care with the best staff! When we drive to “school” (Coventry), he gets SO excited you can see it in his face in the first pic! The environment is clean, positive, and very friendly! There’s also fun activities Cooper participated in such as the Olympics, varsity swim team, doodle day, and bingo! I recommend all my friends to Coventry and to really take advantage of their daycare punch card!! They also do the best job with grooming!! Overall, Coventry is a very professional and as I’ve mentioned friendly environment, I cannot recommend them enough!!

We have been taking our kids to Coventry Pet Resort for the past decade for boarding, grooming and daycare services. The service is top notch and all our dogs love going, especially to daycare where they play all day with their friends. Ryan and all the staff are always so friendly and you can tell they love animals which makes me feel very comfortable leaving my loved ones at Coventry. Murphy has been coming here for the past 8 years and absolutely loves doggy daycare. Doggy Olympics was one of his favorite events and he won a gold medal. The staff is super friendly and they carry tons of high quality food and treats for the dogs. Highly recommend!!!

We had a last min change of plans from a trip booked to the Grand canyon to death valley due to bad weather! This place was perfect for our quick change! It's $15 a night for tent camping. We had a cute spot with a pretty tree and a picnic bench. The bathrooms were nearby. They have 2 stalls and showers. The water was hot which I need! Across the street is the gas station and general store. We stopped by a few times for ice cream and souvenirs. The restaurant next door we had lunch at one day and breakfast the next. The food was great and the service too. The drive to most of the trails and death Valley were at least an hour to an hour and a half away. Make sure you have gas in your car!!! We overall had a blast and highly recommend staying here to tent camp!

Coventry Place is an amazing place for daycare and boarding! My Spicy absolutely loves it there, the staff are caring and friendly. The groomers also do a great job! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My dogs have been going to Coventry for years now and what in love is the special care my dog receives. It is the only place I trust to leave my animal knowing he will be treated as if he was home. He is so excited to see the staff daily when he is dropped off at daycare. The staff is like family and greets us by name when we walk into the door. You don’t receive service like this anymore, if you’re looking for a place for your fur baby- this is the spot!

I’ve been taking my girl Whiskey to Coventry Pet Resort for doggie day care and overnight boarding and Whiskey enjoys her visits and overnight stays. The staff are kind and caring and attentive to me and Whiskey.

I’ve been taking my fur babies to Coventry for over 15 years. My beautiful baby girl Racine LOVES it there. She enjoys daycare 3 days a week and is so excited to see the wonderful staff and greets them with hugs and kisses. She gets a bath and teeth brushed once a month and they always do a beautiful job. Thank you for taking such great care of Racine!!!

I was so happy Coventry was recommended by several of my coworkers. Everyone is so nice. I love that I can request grooming during daycare! I love that it is affordable but most of all my dog enjoys the pet resort. She goes in happy and comes out happy. It’s a safe place for my dog to run and play while I work.

Michael took care of our dog and groomed him. Let me just say this was the best grooming we have ever had. Deborah the business owner is so kind and they literally are there to take care of the dogs all the time. Wish if I can give more than 5 stars for this wonderful service ♥️

My husband and I are so pleased with the care our girls Maggie and Bridget receive at Valley Pet Hotel!! The staff is very caring and affectionate, and take great care of them. Me and my husband have been boarding our two dogs with valley pet hotel for over a year now. The place is always very clean and each time we board we have an even better experience. Daniel has been taking care of us Since the first drop off and has always been very Kind and knowledgeable. He’s always very nice to talk to and We know our pets are in great hands. The staff is great and even though our pets Aren’t the friendliest with other dogs, The staff does their best to accommodate and make sure that they get plenty of one on one time with the staff. I will never stop recommending this place to people I know, It’s truly the one and only places I can trust my pets to stay. We LOVE Valley Animal Hospital and their daycare and Boarding program! Our little guy knows EXACTLY Where he’s at as soon as we pull into their facility because he always has the best time there. We are sooo grateful for how well they take care of Adonis! He is well Socialized with all different ages, sizes and breeds. They even go as far as do mini trainings throughout the day with our pup so he can stay in tune with his commands and learning boundaries with the staff and other dogs. We truly are grateful and pleased With everyone and the whole experience to far. You won’t regret this leaving your pup in their hands! I want to start off by saying this facility is fantastic and very clean. I also enjoyed coming in and seeing my dog play inside the doggy area. They always have a bunch of dogs out and it’s nice to see everyone socializing . Daniel helped me out and was fantastic and very friendly. He was willing to answer any questions/concerns I had! I love to talk a lot and didn’t feel rushed to leave when speaking to him. I also want to thank all the ladies who also helped care for my baby. I’m always nervous but the report cards and photos are my favorite thing about this place. The place also has a hospital which is open 6 days a week. My baby is older so I’m always worried about leaving them anywhere but thankfully they have a section in that agreement that if anything happens to them, they’ll be seen over there, “with permission of course”. Thankfully my baby did fabulous! Overall I’m very thankful for the staff and Daniel of the valley pet hotel. You guys truly have a passion for what you do. I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family.

I recommend Kristy 10000%!!! My pup doesn’t do well with boarding so I opted to have him stay home and have Kristy come in a few times a day for feeding, walking etc. She kept me updated with messages & photos the whole week. He doesn’t do well with strangers but he loved her. Thank you Kristy!!!

I needed a pet sitter last minuet and thankfully Kristy had an opening when I needed it. She came referred from a friend but her reviews speak for themselves. I have a 6 month old puppy and she'd never stayed anywhere else, needless to say I was nervous. We met Kristy beforehand and I saw how well she ran things, I was super content in leaving our furbaby. She had great communication, gave me updates if I needed them and the best part my puppy got the socialization she needed. I was super pleased with her care that she's already booked for another visit!!

Kristy is the best dog sitter you can find. There is no one as caring and hands-on as she is. We had her take care of our shy girl for 3 days and everything was perfect. She even posts on her Instagram page when you're away so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. We'll keep using Kristy for all of our pet sitting needs!

Kristy has been my number-one dog sitter for at least 10 years. She has many years of experience, and I feel like I am leaving my pets in my own care when I have her come to stay while I go away. All of my animals love her. Her attention to each one of them is outstanding. She is good at delivering medications and doing everything that needs to be done. She has excellent skill in taking care of senior dogs and fragile baby animals as well. I have been very blessed to have found Kristy, and I know that God is with her when she takes care of my animals.

We had drop-in care for our cats for a few days. She did everything we needed plus communicated with us daily. She will work with your requirements and give you a fair price. She even accommodated a last-minute request while we were away. We feel like we could truly trust Kristy with anything, and our future vacations will have us using her business again without hesitation.

Kristy has been our pet sitter for over 5 years now in Riverside. She is an outstanding animal caregiver and always does an excellent job. Kristy is so sweet & did a wonderful job caring for my 4 year old pom-malti poo, Hachi! We haven't been on a family vacation in years, so it was his very first time pet boarding. Prior to the trip, we met up with Kristy which helped ease any nerves. She answered all of my questions & I filled out a form that she provided to ensure that Hachi would receive all the proper care. Kristy sent daily videos/photos of him - making fur friends, going on dog walks & hanging out in the big backyard! It was so comforting to know how much Hachi enjoyed his stay. Just like our family went on vacation, he was on his own little vacation too! Thank you Kristy for your kindness & for taking such good care of my little boy. We will definitely be back!

Judy is the sweetest lady and takes amazing care of my senior German shepherd mix and has saved me life a few times by being able to come over to my house last minute. She is the only person I trust coming into my house without my permission with my sweet baby! She will make sure your fur baby is well taken care of!

Amy is fantastic. We have been using badlands boarding for 8 months now for daycare and boarding. She cares for and plays with the dogs herself, always excited to see my puppy and my puppy is excited to see her. Very responsive and accommodating for our daycare and boarding needs. Amy is the best pet sitter we have ever had. She is a genuine pet whisperer. She is calm & handles many different personalities. Our Maltese is very hesitant with other dogs but Amy's calm personality sets our pets at ease. Her training, skills & experiences have made her more than qualified to own & manage a boarding facility for dogs & cats. We also boarded our 2 cats. The male cat loves other cats but our female cat can be nasty. Amy took care of them together for 11 days without incidents. She is amazing. She is also is very personable with people. Badlands Boarding is very clean & safe with proper fencing to keep large & small pets safe. Her husband also helps with the pets & maintenance. We highly recommend Badlands Boarding. ❤❤

Boarding our two dogs here makes our vacations out of town that much more enjoyable and relaxing, because we know they are in excellent care with Amy!! They start wagging their tails and jumping all over the car when we pull up, I'm convinced they like it better with Amy than with us! Amy is super communicative, very accommodating since one of our pups does can't do group play, and when an emergency came up she was incredibly thorough and went above & beyond. I highly recommend boarding your pets here, Amy is fantastic and I am sure you won't be disappointed.

What a great place and Amy is fabulous. She took in our two cats at the last minute while we were having work done on our coach. The cat house was perfect. They had furniture and windows and toys just like home. Amy does a fabulous job of keep her facilities clean and up to date. Her dog kennels were wonderful for their boarders. Highly recommend this and will definitely be back when in the area. Even got a recommendation for a great German Deli nearby for lunch.

I have been to MANY different kennels across the nation and this is the ONLY one my dog (Oakley) is EXCITED to stay at. More accurately, it feels like a second home. We feel so blessed to have found Amy and Christian-- It is no question they love all the critters who stay with them and have the biggest hearts. They are attentive to each critter's individual needs (my dog needs to have exercise and human affection every day) and they go above and beyond that. I know I should have a backup kennel in case they are ever full, but everywhere else falls short in comparison!

Badlands boarding is nothing short of amazing! I’m leaving this review as someone who has worked along side owner Amy and been to her facility many of times. As a trainer I refer ALL my clients here for boarding. Facility is always clean and well taken care. Amy The care for the dogs is above and beyond. Amy treats every dog like they’re her own. Amy is professional and very easy to talk too. Badlands boarding is definitely a diamond in the ruff. I recommended Badlands for all your boarding needs. 10 out of 10.

Just picked up our dog "Daisy" after leaving her for a 6 day visit with Amy. How lucky we are to have discovered Badlands Kennel! Above and beyond the top professional care that Amy provides, Amy really cares about your pet. She hands out plenty of TLC, helping your pet to feel at home! Daily email/text updates with photos were a bonus! Highly, highly recommended!!!

I put my sweet Tulip in a kennel for the first time this weekend 7/30/2022. Amy is very real and great with dogs! It came highly recommended in Redlands. The price is reasonable. Tulip is 11 and needs a place to chill when I go to events. She dislikes crowds. So Tulip got to meet a few new dog friends, she was comfortable enough to eat dinner. And I feel very relieved I found this place! If you need to board your furrbaby check this place out!

I want to give out my feedback to pet parents that are going to take their fur babies to this place. I was communicating back and forth through text message with somebody that I'm going to assume is Laura. I was acquiring about taking my two dachshunds for day camp. It took a long time but it is the holidays and they do board so I was very understanding. The fact that they asked for my dogs to have the canine influenza shot on top of their other shots. Really put me in a good place. I made arrangements to take them on Saturday which I did. When I got to the place I had the EBGBs. But I shrug it off and I said you know what this is good so that way my puppies can get some time bonding with other dogs. As I walked up to this place it took them awhile to get to me. When they finally noticed me, the young lady asked me what I was there for. She was nice. I asked her if I can speak to Laura. She went inside the home and came back out and told me she was just told to take my doggies. I really want my dogs to be sociable so I decided to not be that pet parent and I did leave my dogs. I believe I dropped them off at around 8am I figure I give them about 6 hours since it was their first time. When I went to pick them up they were in a play area with no supervision. As a matter of fact, all the play areas with big dogs, little dogs, senior dogs none of them had a person supervising. A young kid came out with my first dog and he looked like he was in shocke. He also had lots of stuff in his mouth. Then my second dog came out and he looked like he was not happy. We drove off just with a thank you and we paid what we owed. When we got home we inspected our dogs to make sure they didn't have any cuts and that their paws were good. They seem like they didn't have any accessible water because when we got home they goped water down. In my opinion, this is not a good place to leave your fur babies. Dogs could get into a lot of stuff and when you don't have supervision it can mean life or death.

A friend takes her dogs here and loves it. She said texting was the best way to get ahold of them. I texted once, the day before Thanksgiving to inquire about touring the place and did not receive a response. Figuring they were busy due to the holiday, I tried again the day after Thanksgiving and this time included an availability request with specific boarding dates. As of Sunday, still no response to either text.

It's a great inconvenient place to drop off your dog for doggie daycare or overnight stay. She also offers grooming. Laura is a great person that you can contact via text message. Her staff are great with the furry guest and each of them by name. Her boarding rate is fair and is better than most boarding rates out there.

I didn't take a picture but I dropped off our Yogi for the first time and it's going great so far. Laura has been very helpful in answering all my questions. My pup isn't neutered and there aren't a lot of places that will take him. He suffers from severe separation anxiety because he's a rescue that was abandoned at 6 months. He is a very clever large dog. The staff here is very welcoming and gave me a warm and fuzziness. We think we found a forever home.

Let me tell you All - This place and owners, the employees, and the way they care for your fur babies, Is Phenomenal! It was such an incredible experience having my boys (2 Chihuahuas) in their care, that I was able to focus on what I needed to get done, Knowing all the whole they were Well Taken Care Of!!

Great place to take your doggies to for boarding and grooming. Always caring people there taking care of the dogs. Our dogs have been going here for years and we're so comfortable leaving our dog there.

Great place to take your 4 legged kids. We have been taking our dogs here for the last year and a half. We moved out of California and find ourselves driving from Arizona every 5 weeks and always bring our dogs with us. Great place and great owners!

Laura is a godsend!! I was going nuts with my pups energy. He started going to Laura for the doggy daycare and he beats me to the door now! He gets to play with his friends and eats! She is the very best!! I recommended her for any pet!

They are very nice, kind and warm people well enough to handle my dog. Of course, they took good care of my pets. I will recommend this place for sure.

Our baby loves the ranch. Playtime with all her friends while .Mom and Dad get thier stuff done. She's always happy and healthy when we pick her up. Freshly bathed. The best!! She's been here twice and we have an event out of town so looks like she will be visiting again. I know she will be in good hands. Thats the important part.

My dog Kima loves coming here, and I love bringing her. It's a really great facility and the staff is very attentive and caring. Pricing is very reasonable and I love being able to make reservations on their website. Typically I will call them an hour before arriving to pick up my dog and they will have her waiting for me ready to go. I'm so grateful that Double Dog Ranch is around, not sure what we would do without them.

I try to bring my dog here on a fairly regular basis because she loves it! I love it too for a number of reasons: staff are professional and friendly, grounds are a well maintained and spacious, I know that all dogs are current with their vaccinations, and that the dogs are watched on a regular basis. This is a great doggie daycare as well as for long term boarding.

Fantastic directions on the website! My phone took us to a dead-end and got us lost, but the right-brained directions got us back on track. I dropped our dog Blaze off with Amber for a trial at double dog ranch and when I picked him up, it was obvious she was real attentive to how he was doing. I'm very confident this place makes sure the dogs are well taken care of. A few days later Blaze was very happy to see Amber again when we dropped him off for a long stay. He was a little overweight, but he had so much fun running around we got him back at a healthy weight and we've been able to maintain that since.

We have been bringing our dogs here for years. Dana is a wonderful host and I wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else. We call it the dog resort on the mountain. The staff are excellent. They have a great attention for detail. They knew when my dogs were due for vaccines before I did. I highly recommend them.

They are the best. The ONLY place our dog Ailani likes to stay when we have to go somewhere far.

I have a German Shorthaired Pointer, hunting dog, whom I’ve boarded at kennels where he was caged all day except for potty walks twice a day. When he was there he’d refuse to eat and come hime 5-6 pounds lighter plus have diarrhea for a week. Once a friend told me about this place I knew it was the place for my boy as all he wants to do is be outdoors all the time searching for moving small critters. At the ranch he got everything he needed and I got the piece of mind knowing he was being taken care of. The best thing of all is that my dog would always come home with more muscle, no weight loss or diarrhea. Dog did well. People are very nice. Both times I picked up my dog he was in a crate, though. I would have liked him to have gotten some socializing and exercise.

We love Double dog ranch almost as much as our dog! If you want your dog to run, play, chase squirrels and make a lot of friends you will love this place!

Our boy has loved his time here, so far only trial and daycare, but more to come. Great peeps, he can't wait to get out of the truck!

Paw Troopers is absolutely phenomenal! I rescued a pup from being PTS from a shelter in Riverside and needed boarding for her as we waited to transport her to Oregon. Immediately, NO KENNEL BOARDING caught my eye as the poor girl had been through so much, I wanted the absolute best situation for her to feel safe and comfortable. When I say ABOVE AND BEYOND, I mean way more than that. They went above and beyond to not only be Daphne's first safe spot but to also ensure my piece of mind throughout the 12 days she was there with updates on her. I can truly feel they cared for her and it definitely showed when it was time for her to leave. The cost was very affordable although I would have paid more for the service she got! They gave me tips for her on training and have training that I will be signing up for virtually. She was shipped off with the cutest little backpack full of goodies for her. A STUFFED STORM TROOPER and training tools!! We are forever grateful for them, as well as Daphne, and I know she'll forever remember them. The love and care they gave her will stay with her forever. We can't thank you enough. Friends for life.

We recently boarded Gunther with Pawtroopers and it was a great experience!!!. Everything was extremely well organized and communication was essential for our comfort. Paw Troopers a Top Dog place to bring your pet. Such love, excellent care and communication making owners and pets feel safe and comfortable! Nikki was recovering from surgery and we needed someone to watch because of work schedule. They stepped up and she was comfortable, happy and well taken care of, needed to pick up for bandage change, then return and Nikki was happy to go back and see them. They work with you and sent pictures as well!

If you're hesitant or debating and that's why you're reading this review don't worry and just go for it! These guys will not let you down, they CARE. They are hands down the best. After 2 months of research, we are so glad and thankful we found and went with Paw Troopers. Diane and Eric were so good with Axel that when it came time to go home he did not want to go... which tells us he loves them, in turns equates to being treated well. We did the one month board and train, one in home private to follow up and 10 day boarding (never expires) package. We have nothing but good things to say about this experience. The process from A to Z was outstanding, he came home Very well-mannered and well-behaved. As a mother of 3 children who is home schooled (kids are transitioning stages of an infant to a toddler, toddler to elementary kinder, to a kid into a teenager)... There was no way we could have gotten the amount of work that they did with our rescue belgain malinoise/german shepard mix pup done on our own. We actually did not think that we would be able to board and train him anywhere for a month because it's so expensive (especially if it's with a good trainer- BUT these guys r better). They made this possible because they are linked up with affirm financing, we were able to afford the training and even with the finance charges the pricing is still less than what we would pay someone else for just a month board and train (that's without a follow up private in home sess and no additional board days while on vacation). They extended grace and showed us kindness when we messed up on the pick up situation. We gave them a checklist and they made sure our concerns were checked off before allowing him to return home. Everytime he goes to them he comes home with something extra i.e. an accessory, goody bag etc. Overall we live in Orange County and they did not disappoint and are well worth the drive. So so so much value with Paw Troopers, we are gonna stick a with them for life. FYI I do not typically leave reviews unless it's extremely necessary... the level of service and dedication here is extremely on point. P.S. picture attached is to show that they are wonderful communicators as well.... they'd send us updates with photos and video (without us asking).

Pawtroopers was able to take good care of my bearded dragon over the weekend. They reassured me with some pictures of him in his temporary enclosure and also made sure to let him out every now and then to enjoy time out of the enclosure. They enjoyed his company and I’m sure he enjoyed theirs. Thank you so much! Will definitely book again.

My pup Loki just had daycare with Paw Troopers for the first time. It’s always nerve wracking leaving your pup somewhere for the first time but they were wonderful. Kept me updated and sent pics. He was a happy (as you can see from the photos they took of him) and tired boy when he got home. Thank you so much Paw Troopers for taking care of my boy so well and not having him in a kennel all day! I will be leaving another review after I board him.

If you’re looking for any boarding and training this is your place!! Diane and Eric are then best! My little fur baby was here for 3 weeks and is 3 years old. They were very communicative through the entire time and addressed my concerns. Even after picking up Auggy they still keep in communication to make sure he is still in the right track. I loved that I received updates and did not need to reach out first. I also received pictures and loved it! They are literally the best trainers and treat your pups like family. I would definitely bring Auggy back here and know he will be taken care of! I cannot thank Diane and Eric enough!
