Jae
Gracie is a wonderful animal — gentle, endearing, intelligent. Her respect and favour were won with back rubs and ear scratches. Jae’s home is lovely, in a welcoming community. Jae’s generosity and trust were appreciated. Gracie has many friends in the community who stopped by to check in, also appreciated. She’s a popular girl. We wanted for nothing over the past week. The experience was gratifying. Mahalo! Twyla

Pippa
The experience with Boni and Jasper was short but great, they are two very affectionate and friendly dogs.
Pippa's house is cosy and has a big garden.
Pippa was very kind and helpful welcoming us the day before the housesitting started and letting us stay a few more hours after her return. It is an experience we would definitely recommend

One unexpected thing that's come of all our house sits is how much we love the people we meet. Jason is generous and funny, and we got a chance to meet him before the house sit. He even let us spend the night before at his place so we could be ready to walk the dogs first thing on the morning he left. After the sit, he invited us to his NYE party, where we met even more kind people.
Blanco and Negrito are both very loving dogs, and it took us a couple days after we left to stop thinking about them each morning we got up. With firm expectations, Blanco (the puppy) behaved very well. We never had any trouble with him, and Negrito has the experience of any elder. He's well behaved and knows exactly what to do, sometimes helping us to coach Blanco.
Jason's place is big, beautiful, and spacious. We couldn't help but take pictures of the beautiful space with light coming from everywhere. We stayed Christmas week, so it was a little colder, but the space heaters worked fine for us. Everything was clean, and there was plenty of space to work and cook. The neighborhood is also really tranquil, and we loved getting to know every street during our week there.
You'll get much more than a week of pet sitting when staying with Blanco and Negrito, and we hope to be back!
