I had a wonderful experience sitting for Erin and Michael. They were extremely thoughtful to make sure I had everything I needed and were always available and communicative. Their apartment is beautiful and in an incredible location, just steps from the Boston Common. I imagine it’s even more amazing in the summer with their large outdoor patio area, quite the rarity for Beacon Hill! And of course, Maui and Abbey are just the best. They’re loving and playful and so sweet. I would definitely recommend sitting for Erin and Michael, and hope for the chance to hang out with Maui and Abbey again!
I had a delightful stay with Teeny and Momo, a pair of indoor/outdoor cats that are currently living a very sweet life. They're a pleasure to care for and the hosts had all food and care instructions laid out for me to follow. Would love to see them again! Neighborhood is terrific, especially the Polish deli nearby and the While in Katmandu restaurant, my faves. Sweet little backyard and plenty of light in this condo in Queens.
I had a wonderful time sitting for Magpie and Mango. For the most part they kept to themselves and would just poke around when they were hungry or wanted a little attention. Mango enjoyed playing when he was in the mood and Magpie was very curious. Michele has a lovely home and property, very peaceful and relaxing. I was left with clear and thorough instructions, so I didn’t have any questions during my stay. I would be more than happy to sit for Michele again! The sunrise and sunset views are incredible!
I had such a wonderful time with Charlie, Chewy, Star, and Goldie! These babes each have their own personalities and nuances and I loved each of them for it! They were easy to care for not just because they are all adorable, but because Charlotte is super clear with instructions. She was a lovely host and her home is very welcoming! Communication with Charlotte was always easy and enjoyable too!
What a lovely home with spectacular views, two very friendly and much loved cats, and generous thoughtful hosts! We enjoyed this sit for many reasons; ideal location close to the lake, restaurants and grocery store, clean house, good communication with hosts Denise and Carl, who offered their bikes and paddle boards for our pleasure in beautiful Peachland, and much more. Olive is a mild mannered affectionate shiny black patient cat, friend to humans and to her playful cat mate, handsome Milo. Both cats were curious about us and wanted to get to know us. Olive loves to be brushed and will ask for more. Milo loves his toys and will play fetch forever! Olive liked to snuggle in my lap:) Milo likes to sit close where he can be admired by his humans as he watches with his blue eyes. I highly recommend this sit and would love to return when the dates line up. Thanks for everything Denise, hope to meet you and Carl in the future. Hugs to the feline family.
We had the best time looking after Palmer and Reuben! They were so easy to look after and absolutely adorable. The house had everything we could possibly need, we received a detailed welcome guide and had great communication with Chelsea. We’d recommend this sit to anyone!

We can’t recommend Bruce’s enough. Our English bulldog LOVES it and can’t get out the door quick enough each week! The whole team are lovely but an extra special mention has to go to Erica who is professional, friendly, caring and super passionate about the dogs! We have never seen our dog love someone like she does her! The service is phenomenal with the way they are picked up and dropped back home, and our dog seems happier and more confident all round! My french bulldog started daycare at Bruce's after we were unhappy with another local pet hotel. My frenchie jumps out of the car as soon as we arrive, and he can't wait for a day at Bruce's. The app is very useful, and allows for easy swapping and booking, and the team are attentive and caring! I highly recommend Bruce's, it's the best in the area!
Dog absolutely loves attending and always comes home with a smile on his face. Have tried other day cares and told he "wasn't a day care dog" and to get a dog sitter instead, we could never understand why as he is friendly! We found Bruce's and so glad we never gave up finding a day care to suit our dog. They cater for a variety of breeds and keep them entertained through out the day. Would highly recommend however the admin side just need a bit of promoting and reminding at times.. probably because they're super busy!
Bruce’s Solihull is an amazing daycare with great facilities and staff - I could not recommend it enough! Louis our pet dog attends once a week and he absolutely loves it. Attached is a picture of him eagerly awaiting Bruce’s daycare bus to collect him for another day of fun. Special mention to Erica who has built a strong bond with Louis and a key reason why he cannot wait to return each week.
We love Bruce’s! Our little shihpoo Fred has been going to Bruce’s Solihull since December and he loves it. The whole team are fab but special mention goes to Erica who picks Fred up in the doggy bus and he absolutely adores her. Great flexibility with swapping days through the app and great to see photos of how much fun Fred is having. Highly recommend 👍
I cannot recommend Bruce's Solihull highly enough. Our dog Beau had attachment issues which meant it was impossible for us to live him in the house without us there for even a few minutes.We contacted Bruce's and we decided on him going there 1 day a week to help him get use to being without us in a safe environment where he could socialise with other dogs and get used to being with others, safe in the knowledge he would always see us again later that day. He came on leaps and bounds thanks to the attentive and understanding staff there. We received regular progress reports and we couldn't have asked for a better driver than Erica who I think we all looked forward to seeing and chatting with each week. They really do look after the dogs well with plenty of activities and photos of your dog enjoying themselves.
Can’t recommend Bruce’s enough they have been amazing to my little girl who started when she was 11 weeks old and her new found confidence is a joy to see. She now loves playing with other dogs and is such a playful socialised puppy. A special mention to Erica who picks her up and drops her off and M can’t wait to see her. She always gives us updates on her day and we fully trust her (she is also the nicest person you could meet). The phots are also great each week!

Fantastic service, great communication, friendly staff, and a handy app enabling you to easily swap days, or view your pups ‘puparazzi’ pics of the day for each weekly themed event. Special mention to the lovely Erica, who’s expertise really shines through, going above and beyond to take care of a very excitable Cooper!! ..he absolutely adores her and can’t wait to get in the bus!! I started using Bruces in January after my dog became unhappy at the doggy day care he was at. Rodney can't get out the door fast enough. He loves it. Erica his driver is just the friendliest and I feel like she's family. I would trust her with Rodney like I would myself. I get pictures weekly and regular updates when needed. The Dog carers are lovely like Gemma, Jack and Izzy to name but a few. I would highly recommend
I want to give a big shout out to Ez! My buddy absolutely adores her and she's amazing with him, since starting him at bruces 2 weeks ago I've seen such a difference in him, he comes home tired but not exhausted, you can see he has had THE best day! He is literally smiling! I wasn't able to walk him on my own before starting at bruces but have found that for the next 2-3 days after he has been I can actually take him for walks myself as he doesn't seem to pull so much. Don't ask me how but it's like a miracle! I'm so glad I saw the doggy bus it's opened up a whole new world to not just my dog but to us a family too, he's so much gentler in his playing with the children and all round a much happier little boy x Erica you rock! My boy adores you and so do we! Thank you bruces solihull! So glad we found you!!!
