Michelle has been wonderful looking after our 2 cats while we were on holidays. She has kept us informed about how they were doing which gave us great piece of mind while we were abroad. She also left the house spotless. I can only highly recommend her.

To say I have the great luck and fortune to stay at Lara's to care for Olive and Luna would be an understatement. For two weeks I was in Lara's FANTASTIC apartment on the top of Munjoy Hill (primo spot) in Portland and Olive was just the perfect companion for the duration/setting. She's a typle Goldie. Just full of excitement, playfulness, cutness (even when a wee naughtly. Nothing problematic). She is a well behaved silly girl who is simply irresetable. Very easy to care after. She's even a regular favorite at the watering hole next door. Just monitor water and eating (zero issues) and typical dog care beyond that. She sleeps in which is just an added bonus. You can stroll around Portland and have the grandest of times but even a night in with a glass of wine and chilling on the couches with Olive makes for a splendid occasion.

Luna is a very sweet kitty. She's affectionate and playful. Lara did the SUPREME cat owner move by having an automated litter box with very high quality litter which more or less leave no odor or mess (during my duration). Really wish other feline owners would make this move. Makes life all the easier.

To say the very least, if one has the chance to stay at Lara's and look after Olive and Luna TAKE IT. Her home with the two will be the icing and cherry on top of your Portland "cake". Such fantastic time. Thank you Lara!!

Saraya
The chance to take care of Lulu in this breathtaking area of Tuscany was an absolute lifetime memory and extraordinary opportunity! Saraya and her husband are truly wonderful people and Lulu is a beautiful reflection of her owners in both personality and spirit. Giving her lots of love, care, and play was a joy in the home— and by the scenic olive groves! The villa and views are gorgeous and anyone would be lucky to help Saraya so if you get the chance you should!!! They were warm, generous, funny, kind, welcoming, and even helped organize a driver to get a SIM card, recommended travel tips as experts, and introduced me to their community with an amazing meal. I do highly recommend taking warm clothes and slippers especially in winter (they wisely recommended bringing two pairs of shoes for the wet winter months), getting a SIM card with plenty of data to use google maps to get around with a car, and know that Italy is far better than most countries about recycling so there is no trash on the estate. Be sure to always keep the kitchen perfect accordingly (it seems obvious but again there is no trash and you recycle everything so take it out asap upon cleaning containers etc) as it leads directly to the front door. Lulu and her family are seriously wonderful, deserve the absolute best (I miss Lulu! Lol), and hope they enjoy their amazing dream of a life, home, and pup in Italy always.

Rachel
What a pleasure it was for me to share a week with such beautiful animals. Oscar and Monty are two big softies who liked to follow me around the house, wishing for little more than love and attention, belly and ear rubs…Oh and food too! They are well trained and very gentle and cuddly. Just beautiful to be around.
Tiger was also a delight and a couple of times slept on my lap and was very affectionate with me. He would go off exploring and come home for food and cuddles.
Rachel was just lovely. She opened her beautiful home to me with kindness and appreciation. We communicated regularly and any concerns or questions I had she would answer quickly.
Her house itself is in a quiet hamlet in the countryside and with amenities a short drive away. A converted barn which looks like something from a glossy magazine. The decor was stunning and tasteful. My bedroom was comfortable and very swish. It felt like I was staying in a boutique hotel that would cost hundreds a night!
Cannot recommend this house sit highly enough in all areas. Thanks guys xx
