Oh my gosh, we would give Simone 1000 stars if we could! What a privilege to have her come into our lives and share some of life's journey together. The housesitting and pet care was outstanding, but her presence is the best gift. Anyone who gets to be with her is fortunate! Thanks, Simone, for the great meals, great conversations, and of course, of taking care of everything in such a loving way. We hope to see you again!

Shannon
I loved my time on Bowen with Morgan! Shannon was so great to communicate with, providing all necessary info needed to care for Morgan and details about the house. Morgan is the sweetest bunny. I didn't have previous experience looking after rabbits, but we got used to one another quickly and I really enjoyed getting to know her sweet personality and interacting with her as she moved through the space. Shannon's home is comfortable and is set in a very peaceful environment. I loved exploring the island and taking in the incredible beauty of the beaches and forests. I would definitely recommend sitting for Morgan if you get the chance.

Steve was very kind and easy to communicate with via texting. He took me around the town the morning before he left for his trip. I appreciated this so much. His dog, Koby, is a dog that needs training as he is both people aggressive (strangers) and dog aggressive. When I arrived we were taking him on a walk and 2 dogs off leash came to attack him and he was ready to attack BiG time! When we returned to the house Koby was still upset and attempted to bit me when I reached for a pen. This has never happened before to me with a dog. Koby must have had some trauma in the dog shelter or with previous owners. He required an extra level of care and wellbeing. I was able to navigate this with some support. It worked out in the end and I recommend someone who is super fit for this pet sit too as the walk/hike for Koby 2x / day is up a somewhat steep hill with rocks and not really a smooth trail. I learned a lot during this house sit. I recommend it for anyone who wants to learn with a dog that needs training. The beauty was spectacular too. Thank you. Blessings.

Therese
I absolutely adored sitting Queen Karma in Therese's calm and lovely apartment in Kits. Karma has confidence to spare and did not hesitate to tell you what she wanted and what she did not want. She warmed up to me in less than a day though and we had many couch snuggles (her zoomies are very entertaining when they happen!).

The apartment was so peaceful and the building was so quiet - it really felt like a sanctuary. Therese gave me a great tour and was so welcoming and considerate. I look forward to serving the Queen again!

What a wonderful house sit! Christen and Shane were great communicators, and left the house all ready for our stay. Their dog, Tacoma, was a joy to be with and easy to care for. We enjoyed the lovely neighborhood and ample backyard. Highly recommend!

Tinker and Louis are the sweetest cats we have cared for. They are playful and affectionate, and they are very nice company. Our family of 5 was so comfortable in Christine and Trevor’s home. The neighbors were friendly and helpful during our stay as well - the village of Chaffcombe is a wonderful little community. Christine and Trevor kept in touch with us while they were away and were available whenever we needed help with anything. We wish that we had more time to get to know the two of them, but are thankful they chose our family to care for their kitties.

We had a lovely weeklong stay caring for Ringo, a cat with a great personality.
Karen and Gary welcomed us into their home the night before they left so that we could get acquainted with everything we needed to have a great sit.
The welcome guide was thorough and we communicated during the sit when any questions or last minute reminders came up.
Ringo has his routine which makes it easy to know what to do and when. He loves a good cuddle (on his terms of course) and would bat on our door in the morning to let us know it was time to get up and feed him.
Their home is lovely, very comfortable and close to the bayside walking paths which we loved. Also very close to Target and other stores.
We wished we could have stayed longer, we just got into a nice groove and loved hanging out with Ringo, then it was time to leave!
