Gryphon and Richie were lovely to look after! They are both very sweet animals and love being around you. There is a large back garden and parks nearby which made it easy to take Gryphon out and walk him. Ashton was very communicative and their house was lovely to stay in. I would watch them again!
I really appreciated being able to stay at Sheilagh and Dougs place in East Chinnock. It's situated in a beautiful little village with many walks in every direction. Their house is a new build very comfortable place which even has heated floors and a cycling machine! Bibi was a delightful companion to have with me in the time I spent there. Thank you both, Luke
Catherine and Frank are some of the best people you could sit for. They welcomed me into their beautiful home and I was so happy to meet their gorgeous animals. On arrival they picked me up from the station, and fed me a beautiful dinner. They made me feel at home instantly and were so generous - leaving a welcome basket in my room. They are thoughtful and solid genuinely good people. Dear Whisp, Percy, and Rua were such loving easy animals to take care of and love. In the most difficult circumstances that arose on the sit - Catherine and Frank were supportive, and level headed. After an initial tummy upset, Whisp was discovered to have an underlying terminal illness. To be thousands of miles away and manage to deal with such a difficult and heart breaking situation in a supportive way to everyone is really more than any sitter could ask for. This sit has forever changed me - Whisp opened my heart so deeply and I feel I gained a friend on the other side. 😢 I still miss little Percy and Rua (who are absolutely loving and full of personality) and even the Hen who will come for walks with you. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful and special these people, these animals and this land is. I’m so grateful. Big love to you all always.
We spent 2 weeks at Roz’s lovely home looking after their Labrador puppy Percy. Roz’ 28 year old daughter ( who was at work for long hours most days) was also at the house and her boyfriend was around half the time. Percy is a very well behaved puppy, walks on his lead well and we really enjoyed taking him for walks in the beautiful nearby forest. The house has beautiful views and we did some great cycles in the area. I would recommend sitting at Roz’s.
I had a very relaxing and fun time with these two fur babies with very different personalities. It didn’t take long to warm up with lots of play time & their unique treat! Lily cuddled up quickly on the sofa & loved being in bed with me every night, which was quite intimate how she likes to snuggle under covers. The pool & spa were empty this weekend with only me for an hour! I highly recommend this sit for reading, remote work in a clean equipped home and quiet. Just what I needed.
Brenda and Jeff were fantastic hosts, their pets Island Girl and Nugget are adorable, sweet and very well behaved, and their house is spacious with a beautiful backyard waterfront view perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee/hot chocolate watching the sunrise! My mother, who was visiting from Germany over the Christmas and New Year, and I really felt at home and enjoyed a wonderful holiday with all amenities (and toys) one could wish for!
