Wished I could have chatted longer with Charlie and family. We had a quick handover, but I was welcomed with smiles and coffee into their super cosy little home and they were all so friendly and laid back. Mila & Charlie (cat) are the sweetest, super easy to look after and the whole sit I wish could have been longer - it was a lovely little barn to shelter in from the autumn rains and do my writing. They'd made a space in the garage for my bicycle which was kind and I would love to sit again if ever I had the chance. Definitely recommend any to sit for Charlie in their humble, but very stylish cosy home if you get the chance.
This was a lovely stay, Nigel and Karen were both very welcoming, and the location for dog walks is great, Oakley and I enjoyed some great walks with views of the downs. Oakley is great company and as to be expected of a collie he is super lively and bounding with energy for games afoot. Misty was very gentle and given space and care came for cuddles, Smyck, was lovely and spent a lot of time chilling alone but happy for some petting before breakfast and dinner.
Kelsey and Steven are very thoughtful hosts. They walked me through how to take care of the animals (well trained) and also showed me places to visit near their house. Enjoyed the accompany of Si, Crosby and Moen. Also had fun at live music bars and Barton Springs. Would be happy to sit again!
