Carolina's home is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood, amid the lively city. We had anything and everything we wanted, grocery stores, food, entertainment, cafes, parks, etc. And on the days we stayed in, we have our own private Cafe, thanks to the wonderful espresso maker, and beautiful view of the garden. Mica and Shannon are such a lovely couple and so welcoming of us into their amazing home. We had such a great few days in such a lovely part of Dallas. Gracie is the sweetest little thing and will become a shadow after a day or two once she gets used to having you around. Donner is a curious one and comes and goes for his pets and a treat although Churchill is quite timid but extremely cute. All in all they are a dream to look after and we would not hesitate to recommend to any sitter this wonderful place with the cutest little trio :)
We absolutely loved our time here. Beautiful home, hysterical and absolutely gorgeous cats and Bailey the Guinea pig was very easy to care for. Rebecca is super flexible and hasn't told me she booked up once, even though she always has a good amount of dogs staying with her when I bring my boy. I love that. I love that my baby gets to socialize and run and play. Rebecca's prices are also super reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a new pup nanny.

Ines is the best Petsitter I’ve used over the years. She is very responsive, reliable and took photos and videos of my bird which made me feel at ease leaving a young bird in her care. The cage was spotless and the outside plants were watered. Ines went above and beyond to provide excellent pet care. What, oh what can I say about her pet sitting business!!! She is an absolutely lovely woman. I never, ever fear leaving my dog with Inez. Mick goes nuts when the car turns off the Main Street and heads into her neighborhood!!! I can’t control him on his leash.....he just loves Inez, her 🏡 and her other pets she takes care of!!!! I am not sure how she does it all. Mick (our Maltese) would surely rather live with her!!! She also takes care of pets in their own homes daily when their owners are at work. From the day we meet Ines, both my husband & I knew she was a perfect fit to watch our Booboo kitty while we were out of town. Ines sent us messages of how kitty was doing along with pictures. We will definitely be using her services next time we go out of town and need a sitter for our little guy.
I had never left my two 6 yr old cockatiels with anyone before, let alone for 12 days! They are super social and out of the cage whenever we’re home. They also experience night frights sometimes and will literally beat themselves bloody unless calmed by someone. So I was reluctant to leave them in anyone’s hands. Ines did a meet and greet with us and the birds a couple weeks before we left them. I knew from her demeanor at that meeting, my birds would be in the best possible care. And they were! Ines sent me videos and daily updates. I don’t think they wanted to leave “bird camp”! Lol 😆 Ines is remarkable snd very knowledgeable... super organized and she always puts the animals in her care first, I will never hesitate to leave my babies with her again in the future.
I am so grateful to have been referred to Country Ranch Dog Boarding when I unexpectedly needed a place to board my German Shorthaired Pointer. Michele and Tim are incredible, they opened their home on short notice and provided a safe and loving space for my energetic pup’s extended stay. The large play yard, daily walks around the ranch and games of fetch made for one happy dog and the daily photos and updates were very much appreciated. So grateful to have found such kind folks to care for my pup! Update: Two years and many stays later, my GSP, Tilly, still loves Country Dog Ranch! Michele and Tim always take great care of her and she has the best time. The photos and updates are always a bright spot of my day. Still grateful for their kind care for my dog.
Highly recommend this lovely place. They were very welcoming and gave us comfort with all the updates on how our pups were doing. They provide meet and greet to make sure it’s the right fit for you and give you ease if it’s your first time. And I booked for Fourth of July weekend and you know how that is for dogs! Update 2023: we have now sent our Pupps with Michelle & Tim 4 times and are so happy we found them! Our dogs absolutely love their time there and we have loved the experience every single time. Upon pick up the dogs are so happy after a fun filled vacation from home. They get lots of love, exercise and comfort which just puts our minds completely at ease while we are away. We will continue using County Ranch Dog boarding for years to come! Original review - 2022 We had the best experience sending our dogs Harley and Cabo to Michelle and Tim. Our experience in the past with other boarding facilities has been unpleasant so we thought we’d try a different method. Michelle sent us regular photos of our puppies out running around and playing in the little dog cooling pool. We felt confident that our dogs were getting the love and care they needed while we were away! Also they didn’t come back sick like they had in all the other facility they’ve been to! We already are booking Michelle and Tim for our next vacation!!

Janice takes great care of our fur babies . She has had them an extended amount of time because of a plumbing leak. She is also the best priced dog boarder I have come across . She provides bathing for extra cost but well below what competitors charge . She provided a safe and happy environment for the dogs with lots of open communication and pictures! We were able to travel knowing that Debbie was taking great care of our chihuahua. It was comforting to get constant updates and pictures of Frida and to see how she was running around in the nice space Debbie has for the dogs she cares for. When ever we need to leave our dogs we want them to be safe and secure. Our dogs are always well taken care off. I love the space and my dogs enjoy their time too. I don’t feel worry leaving them with Deb which helps me enjoy my trip. Highly recommend.

Gennifer is an incredible groomer and pet sitter! She grooms many of my puppies after they go to their new families and also has them come stay at her home when their parents go out of town. She loves animals and considers them all part of her family. Her home and yard are clean and kept sanitary. Genn is very organized and thorough with contracts and paperwork and she sends photos and updates about how your fur kid is doing while you’re gone! Gennifer’s services are priceless!
I recently moved to CA and needed someone to watch my two dogs for a few days while out of town. I'm very paranoid about leaving my babies with people I don't know because they are my family and also, weimaraners are unique and not all people understand their needs/behaviors. The moment Gen walked into my house for a meet and greet, I knew she would be the perfect fit. She kept me well informed of how my dogs were doing and sent me pics and videos. We recently met and booked Gennifer for service when we planned to be out of town with family. We were hesitant in finding the right match for our needs: in-home sitter, large breed dogs, elderly dog + medication needs, and very attached — needing lots of attention. After first meeting Gennifer, I knew she was perfect because she came more well prepared for our meet and greet than I was. She asked questions that I wouldn’t have even thought of. She’s extremely thorough, so I knew she was going to take the best care of them (specifically the way we would want). Gennifer is even careful enough to ask how we normally feed/do things, so she kept things as familiar/routine as possible. We opted for 2 (1-hour) visits each day. Every visit, I had constant contact with Gennifer along with video updates, photos and updates on their appetite, mood, etc.! When it got colder, she even started putting Pinto’s jacket on for the nights. It was sad knowing they were alone during the long days/nights, but I knew they were so well loved, played with, and cared for every time she visited. I HIGHLY recommend Gennifer for all your pet services! We will be using her, exclusively from now on!!

Gen took care of our French Bulldog while we were on vacation. She came very highly recommended by a trusted friend. We couldn't be happier with how she lovingly cared for our cherished pup. Judy is the sweetest lady and takes amazing care of my senior German shepherd mix and has saved me life a few times by being able to come over to my house last minute. Best handling class in So CA. Great training facility with knowledgeable accomplished dog savvy instruction. Showed trained my last pup here, debuted him and finished him in three weekends. In the summer I take my dogs here to swim and keep them in condition. My dogs love this place and the wonderful people who work here.
Briarcliff Pet Resort is by far the best boarding option in all of the Inland Empire. I have brought my dogs here for many years now and have nothing but good things to say about this incredible pet resort (it really is a pet resort). One thing that stands out is how clean their facility is. The manager there Juliet, one of the kindest people you'll ever meet, maintains high standards for keeping the resort clean, safe and orderly. Dave who does the training there is also a true professional at his craft. I did his training program with my super high-energy GSD and he taught me control and training techniques that were an absolute game changer. If you're looking for a top-notch, quality boarding and training pet resort, this is your place.
I took My dog to Briarcliff About 3years ago for the first time . He had a great time I was very happy with their services everybody there said they loved my dog. A year after that I took them again and same experience . I am a Disabled Proud Marine And my dog is a Marine Corps dog and has been a godsend to me. Nobody told me anything different. Now I call up and make a reservation and I get a call back from the manager Juliet and she tells me that the last time I brought my dog about 2 years ago she said that my dog was growling at certain attendants and not being cooperative. I never heard anything about this when I took my dog 2 years ago .Nobody said anything. What this lets me know is that they don't have the right people working there and I am glad that Juliet called me and let me know because I do not want to take my dog somewhere that they do not know how to handle dogs . My dog would not hurt a fly and I have had him for 4 years and he has never growled at anybody or anything. Anyway This Proud Marine definitely would not refer Briarcliff to anybody anymore because I obviously have no confidence in their services and I appreciate them Letting me know.
My dogs have always enjoyed their stays at Briarcliff Pet Resort. I found their updated booking system easy to use and appreciate the prompt response whenever I need to reach out for information. The dogs have always returned home in really good conditions and the photos I receive while they’re there are an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this facility to those looking to board their dogs in the Menifee area.
I’ve had my fair share of positive moments here, but unfortunately, the establishment has undergone significant changes. I began bringing my pet here around five years ago. It wasn’t my top choice, but its proximity to my home and reasonable pricing made it a convenient option. However, over time, it seemed as though they were actively trying to deter business. There are obvious staff shortages here, which seem to be confirmed by their, inconvenient operating hours and odd closure days. Could this be why they’ve implemented policies that appear to be designed to discourage customers? For example, many places allow pet owners to administer their own vaccines. I’ve been giving my pet the Bordetella vaccine for years, even documenting it with photos of the labels and bottles. Yet, they insisted that I couldn’t board there if I was handling my own vaccinations. Once things started to normalize post-COVID, I decided to have the vet give the bordetella vaccine. I attempted to schedule boarding for an upcoming vacation, only to be told I was calling too early and couldn’t book outside of a 60-day window. This was incredibly frustrating, as kennels in our area fill up quickly. After planning an expensive international trip, I really wanted the peace of mind of knowing my dog had a place to board. I marked my calendar to call back within the specified time frame. However, months later, when I finally made the call, I was informed that the owner no longer accepts Italian mastiffs at the kennel. I can’t say I was surprised, considering I hadn’t been able to get my dog in for the past few years. Sadly, this often happens when businesses have an abundance of customers… they no longer feel the need to provide real value. It’s disheartening that we were treated this way and then simply discarded. A more sensible management decision might have been to stop accepting NEW Italian mastiffs. Considering the breed’s average lifespan is only about eight years, and they’ve already been accommodating us for five, we could have continued for the next three before being turned away. Now, I will never support this business again, even when I get a different breed.
We boarded our two dogs with Briarcliff this last weekend and they were absolutely wonderful! Very professional and very caring! They took very excellent care of our fur babies! It was our first trip away from them in years and they made us feel very comfortable about the care they received while we were gone. We highly recommend them. The staff member who greeted us when we dropped off and picked up was phenomenal. So glad we found a place like Briarcliff to care for our fur babies when we are in need of a place to board. I can't say enough positive things about our experience.

I have been bringing my dog here for several months we go a few times a week and Rari absolutely loves it!! She gets so excited as soon as we pull into the long driveway that she does her little happy dance tail wag excited barks all the way to the door. She gets excited when she sees Brittany or Dave never sad when she is dropped off just excited to play with friends. We also took Dave's beginner class completed that then took the advanced/intermediate class. We both learned so much. Very happy with staff here.
Rhiannon is the best. I have had her pet sit for me since moving to the area almost 4 years ago. Short trips, long trips, she has always been there (even holidays!). My animals absolutely love her. I trust her completely when it comes to not only my animals, but my whole house. While we are away, she comes to take care of the pets, picks up the mail and all sorts of things. I could not recommend her any higher. You will not be disappointed.
Rhiannon is a very caring and trustworthy pet sitter who really enjoys being with your pets. I never worry about my dogs when they are at Rhiannon's house whether it is just for the day or overnight.
I recommend Kristy 10000%!!! My pup doesn’t do well with boarding so I opted to have him stay home and have Kristy come in a few times a day for feeding, walking etc. She kept me updated with messages & photos the whole week. He doesn’t do well with strangers but he loved her. Thank you Kristy!!!
I needed a pet sitter last minuet and thankfully Kristy had an opening when I needed it. She came referred from a friend but her reviews speak for themselves. I have a 6 month old puppy and she'd never stayed anywhere else, needless to say I was nervous. We met Kristy beforehand and I saw how well she ran things, I was super content in leaving our furbaby. She had great communication, gave me updates if I needed them and the best part my puppy got the socialization she needed. I was super pleased with her care that she's already booked for another visit!!
Kristy is the best dog sitter you can find. There is no one as caring and hands-on as she is. We had her take care of our shy girl for 3 days and everything was perfect. She even posts on her Instagram page when you're away so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. We'll keep using Kristy for all of our pet sitting needs!
Kristy has been my number-one dog sitter for at least 10 years. She has many years of experience, and I feel like I am leaving my pets in my own care when I have her come to stay while I go away. All of my animals love her. Her attention to each one of them is outstanding. She is good at delivering medications and doing everything that needs to be done. She has excellent skill in taking care of senior dogs and fragile baby animals as well. I have been very blessed to have found Kristy, and I know that God is with her when she takes care of my animals.

I can see why she has solid 5 stars on every website. Her years of experience shine in the way she conducts her business. Extremely professional yet very down to earth, warm, and friendly. We had drop-in care for our cats for a few days. She did everything we needed plus communicated with us daily. She will work with your requirements and give you a fair price. She even accommodated a last-minute request while we were away. We feel like we could truly trust Kristy with anything, and our future vacations will have us using her business again without hesitation.

Kristy is so sweet & did a wonderful job caring for my 4 year old pom-malti poo, Hachi! We haven't been on a family vacation in years, so it was his very first time pet boarding. Prior to the trip, we met up with Kristy which helped ease any nerves. She answered all of my questions & I filled out a form that she provided to ensure that Hachi would receive all the proper care. Kristy sent daily videos/photos of him - making fur friends, going on dog walks & hanging out in the big backyard! It was so comforting to know how much Hachi enjoyed his stay. Just like our family went on vacation, he was on his own little vacation too! Thank you Kristy for your kindness & for taking such good care of my little boy. We will definitely be back!
