A great experience with Charlotte taking care of my three cats for two periods of around ten days. Charlotte is completely invested in what she does, she knows and understands our furballs, adapts to each person's character and their needs. All this allows our absences to be sweeter to them. Highly recommended. We have a very reactive minibull, with a duplicate difficulty with the bowl. Charlotte managed this situation perfectly, although it was not easy, knowing that we have 5 awkward dogs as neighbors. The detail of the walk with comments and photos/videos is a big plus and greatly alleviates the various concerns we had about leaving our little nag (Charlotte has as much control with dogs as she does tenderness, perfect). We left our 4 year old dog in Clara for two nights. Our dog is rather sensitive and it seems that he enjoyed his stay with Clara. She sent us photos every day and gave us updates. We will repeat the experience if necessary.
I cannot evaluate Clara as a Petsitter (contact with animals, care etc...), however hoping that nothing serious has happened to her, after having committed by text message and verbally at the beginning of December to look after my dog for 4 days during the Christmas period, no contact since mid-December in addition to having failed us on the day of the meeting between our two dogs (2 days before Christmas)... After 1 hour of waiting under the rain, more than 10 calls and 2 messages vocals we abandoned. Therefore 2 days before Christmas I was unable to bounce back = blocked for the holidays.

I called on Clara for one-hour walks from Monday to Friday. We met with her companion. At that time I gave her my schedules for the month which she validated in her organization. We collaborated together for maybe 3 weeks. Very quickly she had "unforeseen events", hours of driving to do, the delivery man to wait to collect her package... So she shifted the hours to suit her convenience on the same day or left me at the last moment. The 3rd time it happened, in 3 weeks I called him back, I got angry. My dog's needs were not respected, nor was what had been signed and agreed upon together. Well Clara didn't appreciate my displeasure, it was up to me to understand that she had other things planned. No questioning. A shocking lack of professionalism. To finish with class, I had the right to blackmail to be able to recover my keys!! There was still one ride to pay for, and Clara told me point blank that if I wanted my keys back I would have to pay for this ride. She had just broken my trust and created a rather unhealthy atmosphere... I never talked about not paying her, the trip was over, of course I was going to sort it out... In short, if you want a reliable service, committed, invested with confidence, do not call on her. She wasn't the first dog sitter I had, I've never experienced that and yet she's a professional, declared with a signed contract... There are plenty of people much more reliable.
