Justin was amazing! He arrived promptly and my animals took to him pretty much straight away (not usual). Even as I was caught in the awful blizzard in Chicago trying to get home, Justin went above and beyond, he stayed to take care of my 2 little ones and made sure the driveway was shoveled for my arrival. The house was left in good condition and my dog was uncomfortable the whole first day I was back which I can only put down to the lack of his presence. Will definitely like to have him back!
Georgia and Jim are incredibly warm, gracious, kind people. From the moment I entered their home I felt welcome and valued. Zeke is a one-of-a-kind darling puppy. He is incredibly affectionate, and playful, and followed me around, tail wagging! I absolutely loved their house. It is extremely beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed, and has a wonderful, peaceful back yard. It is in a very nice resort with many amenities, including a restaurant. Georgia and Jim treated me to a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. I enjoyed every minute of my time there, and would happily care for their home and wonderful Zeke again. Ten stars for Georgia, Jim, and Zeke!
Baxter is a lovely labrador. I had a wonderful time looking after him. Suzanne is very kind and provided everything l needed and more. The flat is lovely and located in the heart of Brussels. I had a very very positive expierience!
One of the most enjoyable sits I’ve had since joining TrustedHousesitters! Amy is gracious, flexible, generous and absolutely hilarious. Being able to come a day earlier than the post listed was hugely helpful for my schedule — and it was really fun to get to know Amy. Her home is comfortable with great sunlight in the morning and Petaluma is fun to explore. Willow and Maddie are sweeties and great company. Giving them treats each night was a highlight and a lovely way to bond. Looking forward to coming back!
Saddie and berry were about the best behaved and listening dogs I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and very fun to. The house was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything. We also really enjoyed the location as it was private and away from town but 10 minutes from 2 different towns for grocery stores, 30 minutes red deer, 1 hour to Edmonton, 2 hours from Calgary and 2 hours from Drumheller, so there was nearly unparalleled access for stuff to do. We enjoyed it very much :)
We had such a great experience sitting for Jenny’s family and their pup, Zoe! They have a gorgeous, comfortable house in a quiet residential area, with stunning views of the mountains. It’s only a few minutes drive into town (and Bozeman has TONS of amazing restaurants and things to do), and there’s easy access to great hiking and outdoor opportunities. We FaceTimed with Jenny and her husband twice before they left, and they wrote a detailed manual, which made everything super clear and straightforward for us. Of course, hanging out with Zoe was the highlight, and she was fun and easy to care for! She’s super friendly and energetic, and loves to be around her people. She LOVES to play fetch in the yard, and we went to a couple off-leash parks for her to run around. She also has a doggy door and an electric fence, so she can go in and out as she pleases, even when we weren’t at home. We miss Zoe since we left, and we’d love to come back and sit for her again!
Of all the sits we've done--and they are many--this one stands out as one of the very best. Boo is the greatest dog and fun to be with. Bob and Karen's home is so comfortable, with ocean views as the cherry on top! Sea Ranch is justly famed as a marvel of environmentally sensitive planning and there are private seaside trails galore along some of the prettiest coastline of Northern California. Bob and Karen are lovely and our communication while they were gone was seamless. Highly, highly recommend this one!

Christina is the best dog-walker and animal lover I know! I can completely trust her and know that my furbaby will be treated with kindness, patience and the utmost care. Our pup Sergio loves going to Dogtopia Lionhead so much! He loves the staff a lot and is always happy when we take him there. This location is so creative too, they’re always doing fun activities and having great theme days for the dogs - Puppy Prom, Pool parties, birthday celebrations etc. Our dog boards here overnight regularly and he comes home well rested and ready to go back for more!
I used to go to a corporate Dogtopia location and have since left for Dogtopia Lionhead. I or my dog Poppy could not have been happier with this decision. There is a huge difference with the quality in service and overall atmosphere your dog will experience at Lionhead. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They will treat your dog as if it were their own. The staff at Lionhead will go out of their way to create an environment that your dog will love going to. They are one of the rare locations that create fun activities for your dog to partake in. My dog Poppy had her first cheese string day and loved it! The corporate location that I left does this every now and then. This is just one of the examples that show how much they truly care for your furry friend. The facilities here seem much cleaner and my dog comes home happier. They even took the time to freshen up my Poppy before she left for the day. I am a Dogtopia Lionhead customer for life and will not go anywhere else.
I have been dropping my dog off for daycare here for the last 5 years and I couldn’t be more happier with this location. The staff are the friendliest I have seen in any location I’ve been to. My dog comes home tired when he goes to daycare and I love it. This allows me to have a peaceful and calm night after a long hectic day at work. Also, having the grooming in house saves me so much time. I do not have to take my dog anywhere else to get groomed and the groomer is absolutely amazing.
Our 11 month Bernadoodle has enjoyed Doggy Daycare since she was 3 months old. Ziggy loves playing with other dogs that are similar in size & demeanor to her. It teaches her to socialize with other dogs.

From the moment I walked into Dogtopia the staff were super friendly. Dorianna really helped me feel comfortable leaving Penny for her first time by answering all my questions and assuring me Penny would be cared for. The next day Jamie called to check in and that was also very kind to know that she took the time out to connect.
My puppy attended for the first time today! The staff were so amazing. They were friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. I picked my puppy up at 430 this afternoon and she's been asleep since! I think she had a blast
Best doggy daycare! Raya and Vader always have such an amazing time here. The Staff are all amazing and will take great care of your fur baby. Guarantee a tired pup is always a happy pup at the end of the day. All locations are independently own, I wouldn't judge one and not at least give Lionhead location a try. Highly recommend!
This was the first time we left our three cats in the care of someone other than family. Alex is very nice and clearly has a lot of experience with animals. He took great care of our pets. I will certainly use his services again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Stephanie is nothing short of amazing. She stayed overnight for a week taking care of our dog, and it couldn't of gotten any smoother. She took care of him as if he was her own. I highly recommend SB Doggy Daycare. Steph is incredibly good at taking care of my little baby, and treats him like her own dog. He gets so excited to see her and had a great time staying at her place multiple times this past year. I was easily able to travel without worry about my little guy because of how confident I was that he was safe and sound which in turn helped me to better enjoy myself away. Knowing he was in good hands and enjoying himself helped me to enjoy myself. Also in a moment of urgence where we needed to travel Steph was happily able to step in and take our little guy with short notice which speaks to professionalism and reliability of her services.

Stephanie was AMAZING. I was so nervous to drop penny off but once I arrived my nerves settled and I knew Penny was in great hands. I received updates throughout the day and as a dog mom that means a lot. The service was amazing and Penny had a blast. Once she got home she was so tired from have a fun day.

Andrea is the most loving dog nanny out there. Our rescue dog Tom just adores her. She frequently communicates, and is VERY flexible and reliable. She walks Tom twice a week and he goes for play dates some weeks, too. He truly appreciate and value her services, as Tom is a very social loving dog. He just adores her! Andrea has been walking my dog since September. He isn't the easiest at times to walk. Andrea has been amazing with him! She is patient, kind, and very understanding of my dogs needs. It is hard for me to trust someone with my dog, who is my world, but Andrea treats him like her own. She has been extremely professional, reliable, and came highly recommended by my dog trainer. Andrea is worth every penny and more! She is the reason that I don't worry about my little guy while I am at work. Andrea sends updates each day of their walks together and the most amazing photos! Andrea is the kindest soul we have ever met, we immediately trusted her with the care of our dog when we are unable to do so - Chapo completely adores and trusts Andrea like we do. it is the best feeling to know your puppy is in great hands whether Andrea is walking him, having a play day at her house or watching him for the night it is very hard to find the right extension of your family but Andrea has far exceeded our expectations as a dog walker. I know Chapo (our dog) is so happy to have Andrea around because he can NEVER contain his excitement when Andrea picks him up & he has the goofiest smiles when he returns
We absolutely love Andrea and so does our dog! Andrea came highly recommended by our Dog Trainer, who said that Andrea is the only person he would trust with his dogs. He was right, she is wonderful. Her house is frankly too nice for my pup and her backyard is a great play space. She sent tons of photos while he was there and I'm pretty sure he was sad to have to leave! My dog Zeus stayed with Andrea and her doggies for a week while my family and I were in Dominican. Honestly, Andrea is wonderful! She sent me constant updates, pictures, and videos. She feeds her dogs raw which put me at ease & she was very considerate of the fact that Zeus is on a special diet. Zeus became her lap dog for a week & warmed right up, snuggling with her all the time! I’m so happy that Zeus was left in good hands, especially since he tends to be timid. I also love that when she watches your dog, they automatically become apart of the pack! So much better than your typical boarding. Zeus was treated like family. Thanks Andrea!

Couldn’t thank neha enough for the love ,attention and care she provided to joey . We had to leave joey for 20 days and we couldn’t be more relieved and happier by choosing neha as his caregiver. We needed to leave our husky as we planned to go out for the day. It was a last minute plan and we called many dog sitter but surprisingly no one picked up or returned our call. Sarah returned our call she was very kind to look after our husky . Our dog liked it there and was very happy and taken care of. She also recorded some videos of playing with our dog. Sarah is a great dogsitter!! She took care of my 7 month old Golden Retriever when he was using medication! She never forgot to take him for walks and never kept him bored! When I was away, she kept sending me pictures and videos of him! I would recommend Sarah to every dog owner!
Sarah took very good care of “Princess“, our 7 months old cockapoo puppy while we were out of town. We are very happy with Doggy Day Care, and would definitely recommend them to all pet parents.
Joey had a great time being looked after by Sarah. She spent lots of time with him, played ball, took lots of pictures and kept me updated the whole week. This is the first time I left him in 3 years so I was a little nervous but Sarah put me at ease right away. I will be using Sarah’s doggy day care again.

Prabodh and Manasi came to my rescue when i had my dog’s previous sitter cancel at the last minute. Prabodh was very prompt in replying to my questions and helped put my mind at peace. My dog, Maggie, had a great time staying over at their place. Prabodh sent daily updates on how Maggie’s day went from morning to evening - including food intake and walks and socializing. Getting pictures with updates kept me and my family at ease knowing our dog was having a good time and was being cared for while she is away from us. Will 100% recommend their services for dog boarding and will be a regular at Snuggles and Cuddles.
Great place for a good price. Left my dog for around a week and she was healthy and happy to see me. Dont remember the name of the company owner, but he sent some photos and he was kind and helpful. Suggestion would be to have a camera in the room where dogs sleep for a piece of mind. Overall great and would suggest.
Pramod took great care of our beloved bella while we were between houses. He was always so accommodating even with last minute requests! I was anxious at first since I had never left her for a long duration but pramod kept giving me updates daily , sending pictures and when we went to pick her up it almost felt like she wanted to play some more with her new friends! Thank you for taking such good care of our girl. I would highly recommend !
Definitely recommend!! Our little doggo ‘Tracker’ stayed here for 3 nights and it was very evident that he liked it! They also sent us timely photos everyday to assure he was doing okay and I really appreciate that. The best part is that tracker also got a chance to socialize, of course with the owner’s supervision:) They were also very mindful of food/treats and were kind to treat him with their homemade recipe too! We are certainly going to leave our dog here again on our next vacation!

In November 2022, I needed a last minute sister for my dog Maxi. Prabodh was able to step in quickly and took great care of my fur baby. Communication was solid with lots of picture updates, I highly recommend.
Great place for dog boarding ! ! Prabodh and family did an awesome job of taking good care of Charlie. We were regularly updated about Charlie and his photos were also shared. Highly recommend this place as a reliable dog boarder.
I used snuggle and cuddles dog boarding 2 times and had a highly disappointing experience. When they operated from home, I had a good experience with them. However, since they moved into a warehouse, they have completely ruined the business. They refused to let me see the facility when I dropped off my dog, which was immediately a red flag. When I picked up my dog, he reeked of urine and poop. To make matters worse, they have only one sitter for the entire warehouse, who has to manage at least 15-16 dogs at once. It’s impossible for one person to provide adequate care and attention to so many dogs. This kind of neglect and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I do not recommend this service to any pet owner who cares about their pet’s well-being.
