Great app for discovering walks with our furry animals, especially when you don't know the location. Living in Paris for 10 years, I still discover parks thanks to the application which is also super easy to use. Well done to the developers who are clearly listening to users. On June 5, 2023 my partner dropped off our two dogs at Truffles & Co. Barely 30 minutes later they tried to call me to tell me that one of them had jumped the gate by two meters... (the one who didn't take off from the ground). The manager who welcomed them ended up admitting that he had left the door open to welcome another dog. On my hospital bed, I sent him screenshots of the GPS position of my dog who had traveled more than 4km. Total anxiety. My partner also had to quit his job to do his research. Cherry on the cake ; At the end of the day when he had to go pick them up, they drank 1.5 liters of water in the car... my partner went back to their house to have them fill the bottle, asking them if they had given it to them. drink !? Very bad experience. The manager reproached me for not having completed the questionnaire in the morning before they arrived whereas the day before, when requesting support by telephone, I asked him to send it to me because the next day I would not would not be available being in the hospital... Seriously can we say that they are professionals? Knowing that the manager himself accepted my two dogs without having the kennel cough vaccinations supposedly to be of service to me...! You are either professional or you are not and after this experience I can say that they are not! I bitterly regret leaving them at home! While other pensions much better than them take 53.- for 24 hours they are 52.- for the day.. Oh and no compensation for everything that happened - had to pay 104.- for both! It is shameful !

Great pension! Kai (Malinois) came back very tired but seemed to have really liked Alexandre (owner of the pension) and was giving her hugs as he left. Certainly the price is one of the highest in the canton but if that is necessary to have a high quality pension then that suits me. Thanks again and I have already booked other dates! I recommend this pension!

I am a very regular customer. Great availability, professional supervision, walks every day, the dogs are free in a garden, socialize, play constantly. My dog is happy to return there every time and I know that he is well treated and safe there.

Being able to give care of my dog to someone in whom I have total trust, a true professional who loves dogs and to whom they become attached, here, among other things, is what I found at Truffles & Co. Dogs are spoiled there, have room to play or rest. Walks in the countryside, sound advice, ease of making appointments... in short, I wholeheartedly recommend.

I highly recommend this pension, our dog has learned codes with other dogs, he works out and plays all day long. Alexandre has wise advice, flexibility in terms of schedules, a caring listener and he takes great care of our dog. I feel soothed when my dog goes there. We leave it on vacation and during the week. The dogs are taken care of, walks, meals, cuddles and special attention. This pension has changed our daily lives and we recommend it with our eyes closed.

I entrust my dog to Truffles and Co with my eyes closed. Yet very fearful of humans (dog rescued from the street), Alexandre was able to gain her trust very quickly thanks to his gentleness and his very good canine feeling. From now on, her joy and excitement upon arriving at the gate each morning testify to the great days she spends at the pension. I couldn't have hoped for better for her, thank you!
