Beverly was gracious and helpful before and during our stay, and we would recommend her as host in a heartbeat.
We highly recommend sitting beautiful Tilley in beautiful Banff. Her owners/family Marian and Eric were thoughtful and kind. Their lovely home features world class views from every window. If you have a chance to house and petsit here, jump at it!
I’m not exactly sure where to start with the absolute loveliness we experienced during this sit! First & foremost. Birdie & Ninja. Birdie without a doubt is the sweetest little dog. Her temperament is absolutely amazing. She has the most adorable love affair with what is left of a super old bed. 🤣 She will follow it everywhere and when it’s time for bed (in an actual bed) she will happily follow it there! She loves nothing more than to hang out with people, go for her short walks and smell absolutely everything! She is perfect. Ninja is one cool cat. The Bruce Lee of cats. She loves to get affection until she doesn’t and then poof she pulls a Houdini & disappears! She has a tiny little bell on her collar, which is the only indication that she’s near you. She’s beyond silky to pet and occasionally wants to snuggle with you. We adored her!  Laura & Brad (+family & their friends) were the most delightful people we have met in such a long time. We had fabulous conversation, lots of laughs and spent several hours just getting to know each other. They are all so very welcoming and we left feeling like we’ve just gained some lifelong friends. The home is absolute magic. It’s in a beautiful safe and quiet area. The home itself has everything you could ever want and then some. We spent so much time sitting on the back deck that overlooks a beautiful forested area. Brad installed lights in the trees, which allowed us to watch deer walk through the backyard while we were there! Amazing! They are located approximately 40 minutes from Atlanta so if you were looking to experience some of the big city, it is easily accessible. Peachtree City itself has so much to offer with great restaurants, fabulous walking and golf cart paths, golf courses, and ponds and a lake. The list could go on, but if you are looking for the perfect place to unplug, then sign up! That’s to say, if there are any dates available because we have already committed to going back! 🤣 We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to do this. Meeting everyone and spoiling Birdie & Ninja truly brought us so much joy. Thank you universe for directing us their way!

Yesterday my puppy went for her first groom at the hound Hutt. I am so happy with the results! I was initially quite nervous as she has never had one done before, however the staff there reassured me and made me feel more comfortable. She looks absolutely adorable thank you so much! I would definitely be recommending to family and friends!
I had taken my mini spoodle Sheldon to several different groomers before the hound hutt, and he always came back extremely stressed and wouldn't settle for days afterwards. After grooms at the hound hutt, Sheldon has always a happy little chappy and has come home looking very handsome 😀 They even have doggy daycare, and after his first day, I received a photo and magnetic frame, a report card detailing the friends he had made and activities he participated in and a very happy VERY tired dog :) I always recommend the Hound Hutt 😀
We’ve been bringing our dogs here for 10 years. I’ve been extremely disappointed in the level of service under this new owner. I dropped in on my way past to book our 2 dogs in for a groom and the girl was so rude. It was such an inconvenience for her to come to the front desk and make a booking that she reminded me 3 times that I could book online, including passive aggressively saying “I’ll just look in the calendar for you, it’s exactly the same as if you look online yourself” after already pointing out I could book online. My answers to her were “Well I’m here now” and then “I was on my way past” and then finally “I like to speak to an actual person” Like I had to justify why it was more convenient for me in that moment to physically turn up! It was ridiculous! I asked for the next available time and aside from a 7am groom ( you know, the busiest time of the day in most households) she couldn’t get me in for several weeks. This isn’t even peak season, this is WINTER! Groomer only works Wed to Fri. She told me they were looking for another groomer. Well, you and me both because we won’t be coming back. I probably could have waited a few weeks, but she was so rude and obnoxious about booking online, I just walked out. I don’t know of any customer service protocols that include making your customer feel embarrassed about scheduling a booking in person. I got the message loud and clear, they’re too busy and important to actually speak to their clients. No matter how many years they’ve been a customer.
We have just finished the 4 week puppy school for our german shepherd puppy, she loved every class and had a great time playing with the other puppies. The staff were great to talk to and very friendly.
I'm very sorry to say that I am very unhappy with the latest groom they completed. I'm not sure what's changed as I've had her groomed at hound hut once before and there was no issue, in fact it was great, and when I booked I was assured it was the same groomer so I'm not sure what happened. At first I wasn't sure what was wrong other than they had taken way to much off her undercoat and her skin was showing through her coat, but on closer inspection it didn't look right, and not only taken too much off, but have also striped incorrectly, resulting in the broken off hair and that explains why it won't lie flat and instead sticks up in odd angles at different lengths. It also would have been EXTREMELY PAINFUL for her to have that done to her. She is also feeling itchy and uncomfortable because of what they've done and I'm having to bath her daily with aloveen to soothe her skin. She is also getting sunburnt because of how much they've taken off. I'm sure you can appreciate this is very upsetting to see my dog in this condition. I emailed them on the 1st Feb 24 to let them know I thought they should know that this is what their groomer has done and they either need more training in hand strpping a JRT or should not be doing this particular groom. However it's now 6th Feb and no response. So I'm writing this review so others' dogs don't get hurt like mine did. Very disappointed to say the least. Do not recommend.

Hound hutt are wonderful! I took my 2 little cavoodles bubble and squeak in for their first professional groom and they look and smell fantastic. The staff are so lovely and clearly love dogs. Bubble and squeak bounced out very happy. I highly recommend them

OMG what a wonderful place. I took my Shitzu there today after her having a very bad experience with her last groomer when she didn't eat or walk for a week after. Today she bounced out looking beautiful and extremely happy. The staff are excellent, the groomer is excellent and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Hound Hutt.
We started sending our young pup to The Hound HUTT for company while we were at work. Now she goes because we all love the amazing care and attention Tilly receives. Donna was an amazing & experienced dog sitter. She was very calm & attentive to my puppy. She included fun, good care, compassion & toilet training into my puppy’s stay & followed up communications with me on a daily basis which was very reassuring to know my puppy was in good hands. Donna is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a genuine & committed person whom thoroughly enjoys taking care of your pet. Donna took caring for my puppy named Billy in her stride. Booked 2 months in advance , the sitter cancelled 2 weeks before the due date. PetCloud kept $150 of the $530 booking for a service that we didn’t receive. So not only did we have to find a new sitter that we felt comfortable with at short notice we are $150 out of pocket for a service that we didn’t receive and they had our $530 for months. Expensive lesson learnt. Within 24 hours of posting a one star review our disputed $150 has now been refunded and Petcloud has asked that I take down this review.

OMG Kristy is just fabulous! You can tell from the first time you meet her that dogs are her world. I felt so comfortable leaving our Scruffy with her for 12 nights. Kristy provided lots of pictures of Scruffy enjoying his time with the other dogs as well as with Kristy. Kristy provided everything that Scruffy would have had had he been home with us. Will definetly be using Kristy again.

Have used Pet Cloud on a number of occasions and have always found trustworthy sitters for our dogs and house.. To compare, I had to use another service once before because there were no sitters available at time. Pet Clouds streamline system of sending out jobs to available sitters is so easy to get responses. As the other service, I had to go through each sitter and find one, which was the worst and antagonising experience. Pet Cloud wins hands down. I can contact pet cloud and get a response, as other service it was only through delayed emailing. Thanks Pet Cloud.
Simone was a fantastic pet sitter. From the time of the booking she was very easy to deal with, super accommodating with any requests and made the effort to come out and visit prior to commencing the booking. She was a great communicator, very friendly and most importantly fantastic with our dog, even taking the time to lay with her and pat her through a late night storm (very anxious during storms). I couldn't recommend Simon more highly.
Jo-Anne M (Adelaide) was fantastic! Her love of animals, knowledge and experience stood out above other pet sitters we’d met, and we felt comfortable and confident right from the start. She treated our pets and our house as her own, and we got daily updates and photos to keep us up-to-date with how they were. Best daycare and grooming in Brisbane. Large spaces, lots of activities and plenty of friends, unlike some others which unfortunately are more like a small room! My dog always comes back very happy, even after a haircut!

Absolutely fantastic service from the team every time. My golden retriever Marlee absolutely loves going here, always a struggle to get her to leave. Staff are amazing with her and always go above and beyond. Today we got her groomed there for the first time and was not disappointed. Track record of not paying sitters on time without constant and persistent chasing. Edit- Petcloud in its response implies that I'm an unsuitable pet sitter, despite having nothing but five star reviews on its site and both the other platforms that I use, including having multiple repeat bookings. The only reason I am "unsuitable" to using their platform is that I, like all other pet sitters, want to be paid on time and without having to chase and chase for payment when the client's money has been sitting in their account since the date the booking is made, long before the sit commences. I've had enough of their garbage and want to warn others to stay away from them. I now strongly suspect that Petcloud's consistant obfuscation blaming delayed payments on various system issues were lies in order to delay sitter payments or to avoid paying sitters at all. Refer to Trust Pilot and Product Review websites for others' experiences.

The grooming was excellent for my two cavoodles. They came back happy and beautiful, and got free daycare because they got a full groom! Staff were absolutely amazing, and made sure that I was comfortable before leaving the fur babies. 10/10 experience all round
Had an amazing experience when I took my pug Arya for a wash and daycare last week. Their groomers and staffs are well-trained, trusted and friendly that take amazing care of my dog. They really let my daycare worries go because they post lots of videos on their instagram that clearly show how your dog plays and rest. We've had such a wonderful experience, and our little doggies (recently adopted) come home happy, calm and looking/smelling great after their baths and nail trims. The customer service is really fantastic, and we make use of the day care knowing our doggies are in caring hands and we can get on with our day without worrying about them! Been taking my dog here for a few years now for her grooming. They are good at getting you in for an appointment and good at communicating re the coat length, style, any issues etc.
I got my little dachshund Bamboo visited the store last week. We got this beautiful little dress for Bamboo and other cute decors for puppy. Bamboo enjoyed her stay there and had a wonderful time play with other little dogs. It’s very clean and well organized.

I came across this service while looking for local kennels on the Gold Coast, and i am so glad that i did. Pawshake is a brilliant alternative to putting your loved fur family member into kennels often with dire results. Not because they are awful but because they just dont give them the attention that they are used to, and they become distressed. I found Amelia through Pawshake and having Jack home stay with her was such a wonderful experience. She looked after Jack so well, sent photos of him in the home environment and on his walks and kept us informed of how he was doing. Jack will never be going back into kennels again. Thank you Pawshake for creating such a wonderful app.

Pawshake is a great service . We found Di and her wonderful family to have our very spoilt and loved sausage dog Frankie. As it was the first time leaving him I was very nervous. But di and her family treated him so well and I loved getting all the photos and updates of him . Frankie had the best time with them all and I now have no worries about ever leaving him with them again.

This is such a great app and service; can't recommend it enough. I've used it twice and the sitter I got is fantastic! I've had too many things go wrong in the past when having to take my pets to boarding accommodation. But after using this service, my pets are happier staying in their own environment and eating their own normal food and not breaking that routine. One of my pets is 17 and really cannot break that routine or switch of food because it will make him sick. The care and communication with the sitter was fabulous. The report cards are so good too. I'll be using Pawshake from now on.
Overall, we were a little hesitant to allow someone into our home to look after our Cavoodle while we were traveling. Pleasingly we found the website and overall set up quite good and though we had a few people cancel on us we did meet a lady who was lovely and did an amazing job looking after our dog. We'll be using this service again when required and that's probably the best compliment we can make for the service. It would be good if they could make a police clearance mandatory to be a sitter.
Holy Smokes Our sitter was amazing with the amount of care and effort afford to our little FurBabies, she ensured we'd recieve daily updates via text and even sent through photos of them. We will definitely be utilising these services again as the previous mob we went through completed the bare minimum as well as informing us that we would get daily updates to which none were afford and we even returned how to atleast a weeks worth of dirt litter trays. Our sitter was absolutely outstanding from PawShake, they were a local to so it made the whole ordeal so much easier on all parties, they ensured out babies were happy, well fed, entertained, and ensured they were not plotting any mischievous schemes during our departure from them. Great Commpany, Would %1000 recommend PawShake to anyone looking for pet sitters.

Have had the misfortune of being at the Wavell dog park on several occasions when Company for Dogs have arrived and taken over the entire park. Would be good if the owner/walker could keep an eye on the dogs and maybe pick up their poo without having to be prompted by other park users. Probably don’t dump them all in the park then go straight back to your car for a drink right when they are all sniffing around and emptying their bowels.
Sharon and the team are very professional and what we like about Company For Dogs is their daily updates on the playgroups on Instagram; how they would clean off the dogs after each session (my Labrador has an obsession with getting wet & rolling in the dirt, so this is particularly appreciated); and being very accommodating to our requests in offering their services during the weekends when we do need it. Highly recommend them.
I found Company for dogs whilst with my dog at a dog park they were visiting during a play session. After seeing how much fun Vinnie had, yet how wonderful and truly caring Sharon and her team was with the dogs in their care, we didn’t hesitate in sending Vinnie! From being super responsive to our needs as clients (Vinnie is an only child fur or otherwise) to showing genuine care and love for Him, we couldn’t be more impressed with how amazing they are! I honestly can’t recommend or rate Company for Dogs highly enough! Your pupper will be in wonderful care and really loved like you love your four legged fur child! Vinnie rates 5 big woofs!
Company for Dogs is an amazing business. The pick up/drop off service is so convenient and they all go above and beyond to make sure that my over anxious bulldog is comfortable and has the best time. They really care about dogs and match playgroups to personalities to ensure that all pups get the most out of their sessions with their buddies. They have multiple session options to suit every budget and energy levels. I cannot fault Company for Dogs and would recommend them to every dog owner in Brisbane.
Company for Dogs are amazing - Sharon and her team provide a wonderful service. Our pup Spy absolutely loves her weekly sessions and just adores the team! The initial 1-2-1 meeting was a great way to go through all the details and with working full time, the collection and drop off service makes things so easy. Would highly recommend them and wish I could give them more stars!!
Highly recommend the Team at Company for Dogs. My 2 dogs always come home happy and tired! I actually noted an improvement in their behaviours too - less destruction and chewing and better at socialising with other dogs when we go to the dog park now. I love that they post photos from each outing on social media, so I can check in and see what they got up to. Sharon is always very helpful and reliable.
Fantastic company who’ve done an amazing job with my two Houndlings. Walking sessions during the week and daily care at times when I’ve had to be away for longer periods. The pups love their walks! And when we recently said goodbye to Hudson, they’ve continued to work with his sister, Bella, who’s never been without him, supporting her through her grieving. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Our anxious dog has benefitted so much from this service, she happily interacts with other small and medium dogs away from us and under great supervision. Company For Dogs has been very accommodating and flexible around our timetable and needs. Happy to recommend this company.
Our puppy, Link, has been attending Company for Dogs playgroup sessions since August 2019. It has been great value and helped us heaps in ensuring Link has his socialisation and energy needs met. When we were placed into isolation and the dog parks had shut, the team at Company for Dogs did a great job at adapting so that Link could still get the stimulation he required. After almost a year, we have and will continue sending Link along as we love the team, the convenience and seeing how happy he is when one of the staff come to collect him.
Company For Dogs is amazing. They love our Herb as much as we do and are so wonderful to engage with. Lately we've been around to witness Herb being picked up - and it's clear he's in love with them! His beagle nose can get him into trouble but we've seen a massive increase in good behaviour since he joined CFD!
Lance is a wonderful pet sitter, one of the few people we trust to look to look after my old boy cat. He always responds to requests promptly and is priced very fairly.
Lance is an honest, dependable and most importantly a caring doggy carer. We have had Lance doggie sit a couple of times now and our doggies think it's a treat when Lance comes over to see them. Can't recommend Lance enough for piece of mind looking after your animals
Kirsten’s extensive knowledge really helped us with our dog’s reactivity issues. She showed us many positive training techniques which has really improved our dog’s behaviour. I highly recommend Kirsten’s services and would have no hesitation at using her again.
Kirstin is the dog whisperer! We reached out to Kirstin for help after adopting a senior schnoodle with reactivity issues to help her gain some confidence. After five sessions with Kirstin, Wilma went from growling in fear to sitting in her lap for treats and pats, our other dog Dash was also obsessed with her. Kirstin provided so much great advice and followed up to make sure we were sticking to the program. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We recently used Mary Puppins services to look after our two year old Italian Greyhound for 3 weeks as we were holidaying overseas. Thanks to Kirsten's guidance at Mary Puppins Dog Training, our dogs are walking much more calmly and reacting better around other dogs and people. Seeing their improvement has been incredibly rewarding. Kirsten was not only focused on training our dogs but also emphasised educating us as pet owners, ensuring we understood why the techniques we were learning were important. This really helped us to continue training our dogs at home outside of our weekly sessions. Kirsten was also very accommodating with support between sessions, checking in regularly, reviewing our training videos, providing feedback, and sending through resources. Our 15-month old Whippet was very well cared for by Mary Puppins. Mary Puppins provided daily updates and kept us informed of our Whippet’s wellbeing. We felt our pup was in very good hands and we will use Mary Puppins again.
My dog has been attending daycare at Mary Puppins since she was 6 months old (now 4). She still does her excited squeak every time we turn into the street! It has been amazing for her to have somewhere safe and consistent where she can socialise with other dogs and get a good play while I'm working. My dog has also done obedience training with Kirstin and stayed there when I've been travelling. Kirstin is incredibly dedicated to the dogs, sends regular photo updates and I would recommend Mary Puppins to anyone looking for someone who will love their dog as much as they do :) Kirstin is a wealth of knowledge of all things dog related - training, nutrition, anxiety, grooming - she will forever be my go to for anything dog related!
Kirstin has been awesome in helping me with loose leash training of my dog Toby. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to understanding dogs and their behaviours, which then allows her to train the owner on how to get the best results with their dog. We found Mary Puppins after many recommendations from other dog trainers and sitters in our area. Archie has been going to see Kirstin and her gang for daycare, weekly, for over a year and it’s easily his favourite day of the week! You can tell how much she loves the dogs and vice versa by Archie’s excitement to get up the drive to see her! Archie also stays at Mary Puppins when we go away on trips/work away and he’s so well looked after. We can rest easy knowing he’s safe, well looked after and having fun! Thanks for everything 🤩
Whole process was seamless and stress free. Easy to check flight arrival update and my new puppy arrived safe and well and was released in a timely fashion. My only suggestion would be for young puppies or any dog to reduce anxiety and make trip more comfortable that you guys sell some kind of absorbent thin blanket that meets airline specifications that can be purchased prior to the puppies trip so it can be slept on by the dog or puppy’s siblings for a few nights so it has a familiar smell. Urine soaked paper is not very effective or pleasant for a puppy to lie on who can’t hold on. Otherwise everything was excellent!
Our (reluctant) jet-setting pets recently flew from Perth to Hobart after a big couple of days driving from Exmouth. A long day but they were looked after beautifully by the Dogtainers crew, with walks and love during their Melbourne stopover. Great communication throughout the process and a worry free experience for the fur parents. Can't recommend Dogtainers highly enough. Everything went with Sammy good. He have to settle down, big change for him in Germany. Hot weather, till now, The customer was a bit long , Everything to get Sammy took 5hrs, after he arrived. Cargo south, cargo north, at Frankfurt Airport. But animal lounge was ok, happy to see us. Thanks Karin
Thanks Joshua for helping our fur baby move from Australia to Vietnam. I have contacted many companies but have only received follow ups from dog tainers companies. I have a big rottweiler and a toy poodle, the rottweiler is so big that not many airlines accept it, they helped me check with different airlines and were very helpful to solve all my concerns. My fur babies safe and arrived Vietnam yesterday.

We would also like to extend our appreciation to Laena who went above and beyond to assist our dog Misty on her travel from Perth to Darwin. You guys deserve a pay rise lol. I am so very happy with the service I had with Dogtainers and highly recommend them. International Pet travel is daunting, very overwhelming and extremely confusing not to mention the anxiety of having your fur babies traveling without you. Thankfully we found Emma, she was amazing. Emma was so organised from the paperwork, appointment scheduling, sending reminders, booking flights and quarantine, she literally did everything except for fly the plane. Emma thank you for delivering our babies safely, we appreciate all the time and effort that you put into organising there safe travel. We had Amelia organise our 2 pups trip from Australia to Scotland. She was very informative and helpful anytime I had questions in the lead up to the travel day and we got photo updates along the day of travel. Our two pups have settled in very quickly and we wouldn't hesitate to use Dogtainers again.
