Liz is wonderful, she is very professional. Every direction left for the care of my dog was followed. My pet gets home sick when he is in other homes, therefore we need someone to come and care for him at home when we travel. She came and took care of him in the mornings and in the evenings. You can ask to be send updates for each visit or once a day. She would also send me pictures of my pet as updates, which makes being away from him a little less worrisome. I am really satisfied with her pet care service. She loves what she does and it shows as my dog loves having her around. I have referred Melvin Pet Care to an acquainted. They send their dog to board with Melvin Pet Care, and have Liz visit their cat at home too. They have reported their complete satisfaction with the service. Rhiannon is the best. I have had her pet sit for me since moving to the area almost 4 years ago. Short trips, long trips, she has always been there (even holidays!). My animals absolutely love her. I trust her completely when it comes to not only my animals, but my whole house. While we are away, she comes to take care of the pets, picks up the mail and all sorts of things. I could not recommend her any higher. You will not be disappointed.
