Sitting for Bryony and James was so fun and great, I'm obsessed with Huey and Tintin, love the energy on Huey and Tintin really balances it out with the aloof princessness haha! Huey is just the right amount of playful and chill, down to cuddle for hours but also so fun to play with, there's so much space that it's easy to run around and chase each other. Bryony and James are just such easy people to communicate with, I never felt stressed about anything and I imagine they'd create that kind of report with anyone else, too. Just all good, fun-loving, easy vibes from them. The place is as nice as can be and central to everything as well. Highly highly recommend and hope I get to sit for them again sometime!
Staying with Charlie and Poppy was my first gig on this platform and it was absolutely amazing!! Lewis is extremely friendly and very thorough with instructions. He will make sure you have everything you need for your stay and open his beautiful home to you to fully enjoy while you're there! The pups are affectionate, easy to care for, will cuddle with you on the bed, hang out with you in the fantastic paradise that is the outside yard as long as you want, and enjoy going for a walk down by the river :) If you are seeking a peaceful place to stay a little while and connect with nature in Albuquerque, this should definitely be one of your stops! Hanna and her family were incredibly welcoming, kind, generous and hospitable. The apartment is really beautiful and cozy with a great connection to the city center. Moreover, Kimchi & Barley will most definitely capture your heart with their fluffy fur and affectionate personalities.
It was such a pleasure taking care of Brodie and Michele & Anthony's house. The communication with Michele was fantastic. From the beginning she was very kind and made things so easy and simple for us. We have the chance to met her before the start of the sit which was great to talk and have all the information needed for the sit and also to know each other with Brodie. Since that very first moment we knew that we was going to have something special with him. We loved Brodie and enjoyed all of the time shared. He loves the long walks and playing with his tennis balls so be prepared to enjoy amazing walks and to play a lot with him :) The house is very beautiful, comfortable and it is surrounded by a lot of lovely green areas. We would definitely recommend the sit and we look forward to coming back again. Thanks Michele!
I had a lovely time at Sarah’s caring for Poppie! Sarah is very welcoming and gave me a good rundown of her home and Poppie’s routine when I arrived. Sarah and Poppie’s home is very conveniently located close to local shops, restaurants and boulangeries, as well as the local train station to Paris and some lovely walking paths! Poppie is beautiful! She comes over to you when she wants to be pet, loves watching the world go by out the window and also loves her afternoon snack (which is also the best time to try to run a brush through her hair while she is a little distracted). Sorry Heather and Chris that I haven't given this feedback sooner- I have only just found this spot. We had the most wonderful sit for Heather and Chris and absolutely loved ever moment with Shady. We spent nearly 7 weeks in their home and explored as much of the area as we could - taking Shady everywhere we went, and only left her home once in the 7 weeks- that shows you what fun she is and how well she travels. Heather and Chris made us feel welcome and comfortable right from the word go. They offered for us to use their home, belongings including car, Ute, and boat (sadly we didn't get out on the water). The views from their home are beautiful of the Mt and snow. They are perfectly located to the airport and Hobart. Shady is the only dog that I have ever offer to take off their hands if they needed a foster family- she is delightful. She loves the sea and tells you whenever you are close to one of her favourite beaches- we were in stitches (we stopped and asked a man walking where the beach was as Shady was saying we were close- LOL she was right it was just around the corner on the right). Thanks so much Heather and Chris for this wonderful experience- and sharing your lives with us X
