Libby and Colin made me feel at home straight away after arrival. They have a beautiful home in a great location. Their beautiful cat Kenny was a little shy and mostly kept to himself but after a couple of days he started to become more affectionate. They have a well-organised folder that contains all the information you could ever need to know about anything, from how to operate the tv, to maps with locations of vets, local restaurants etc. Simply amazing. I’d highly recommend this house and pet sit: Libby, Colin and Kenny are easy going, the house is beautiful and well located, close to the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Shana's furry co-hosts, Bubba and Kikki, were super chill as I hung out with them over new year's. They came to hang out with me at times, however generally just did their mellow cat thing;) The apartment is nicely done, compact and comfortable. It's in a gated community in the downtown area so very walkable to central places and restaurants. Whole Foods down the block, and excellent liquor store on next. Shana offered gated parking which I didn't need. Communication was great and we even arranged for a previous sitter to hand the keys to me directly. Absolutely recommended for someone who wants to stay near downtown and with very mellow cats.
Mary was kind and helpful in getting to know us and acquainting us with Jupiter. She gave us helpful information about her pup, home, neighborhood, and neighbors. Any time that we had a question about Jupiter's health, food, or behaviors, she was quick to respond and offer feedback. Jupiter was a joy to be around! He is the sweetest boy and quickly became one of our favorite dogs we have ever sat for. He listened well, was great on walks, and loved his pets. We absolutely love him and cannot wait to sit for him again!
Had a wonderful sit with Poppy and Murphy, who were both absolutely delightful cats to sit for. Lots of snuggles and playtime. Communication was fab with Rak and Patsy, they gave me lots of recommendations of places to go in Hastings, and we stayed in touch during the sit. Their flat is lovely, great location close to a station and the beach, and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this sit to other sitters.
I truly enjoyed King’s company, he is a sweetheart and a big cuddler! Maggie was very communicative with anything I needed and it was a pleasure to get to know her a little bit! She has a beautiful, spacious apartment, which you can feel she has put a lot love into! I would definitely recommend this sit!

Our home was evacuated due to a fire and in an emergency situation Penticton Pet Resort stepped up and made the check in process quick and easy. I was able to communicate through text and send photos of our dogs vaccination records. Without a date for pick up since we didn’t know when we would be allowed home, they looked after our beloved dog and updated us with photos. How ever long we needed, they would be there. In high stress situations, they made our life so much easier. Thank you for helping us and being a reliable and caring business.
Cannot thank the staff at Penticton Pet Resort enough for all of their help / support over the last few years. To say Lindsay and her team are the sweetest, most compassionate and animal loving people is an understatement! They really treat your fur babies as their own and show them so much love. I have been taking my dog here for many years now for overnight boarding. He has been returning home happy and healthy every time. The staff are great and the online reservation request is very convenient. My pup gets excited when we pull up to the driveway there so I know he also gives 5 dog bones of excellence!
We've been bringing my (almost) one year old puppy here since he was five months old and I have never been more impressed with such a welcoming staff. They are so kind and treat my pup like he is the best boy in the world. We just picked him up from a two night stay and he didn't want to come home. It's so nice to know we have a safe place for our pup to go if we go away on a trip.

We recently had our bull mastiff boarded for 11 days. Booking was easy, Lyndsey was easily reachable by phone/text. The facility was clean with friendly staff to receive us early on a Sunday morning. On our return our dog was in excellent condition, she clearly liked the staff and apparently made a few doggy friends. I would absolutely bring my Lola back again. Thanks for taking such good care of our girl.
Was visiting from Calgary and felt so at ease leaving my dog here. The staff were awesome and explained a ton when I dropped her off and then at pick up, they thoroughly explained how she did and how they adjusted her stay to make her comfortable. Highly recommend!
Thank you to the team at Pawlished Pet Grooming. My cat who was feral for years had a huge mat on the back of her spine which she would not let me shave. I brought Rhea in this morning when they opened and I noticed they had another client with a large dog. They had her take her dog back to the car while they quickly shaved off the mat. I really appreciated this gesture as Rhea was quite stressed. It all went very well and she was out in a short time. Thank you again. She is resting and will be much more comfortable without the mat pulling on her skin 🐈⬛❤️

I messaged what I Beleive was the owner beginning of Feb needing a spa day for our kitty. We adopter her in Dec from the SPCA and she really needed her nails trimmed. Well I tried doing it myself and that was a no go. She was a Ferrel cat prior to being caught. She is such a loving cat tho and they said she did amazing and was so adorable. Her temperament really is super good even considering she has 1 eye. They did suxh a great job with her, she cried so hard going there maybe thinking she was being ditched. When I picked her up, dogs barking she was in her carrier in the desk laying down and soooo alm and happy. Thank you for taking such good care of her, she sure must have enjoyed the bath and nail trim. Highly recommend them and we will be back for sure.

I brought my dog in on Friday and had a great experience. My vet was unable to cut my dog's nails and recommended we do it under sedation at an extraordinary price!! I contacted Pawlished via email and was promptly told they'd be happy to try and to "drop in". The person who cut her nails was very patient and determined! We got it done....and not at $300+ like the vet had said . I called ahead as recommended and was told a good window to drop in. I could not be happier!
I take both of our cats in to get their nails trimmed. Jess has also trimmed around our long-haired cat's behind. Both cats are often skittish because of the dogs but Jess and her colleagues never fail to calm them down. I can't say enough about how obvious it is that they all love animals. That goes a very long way in my book! I'd highly recommend them.
Brought my anxious chihuahua mix in for a nail trim and gland expression. The girl who handled him was so kind and patient and talked him through it, he was squirmy and difficult to handle but she did a fantastic job.

I encountered a medical issue while my dog was at Pauline's and I was unable to pick her up. When called and advised about my issue, they kindly and graciously brought my dog to me no questions asked. This alleviated the considerable stress I was already experiencing. Not only was the customer service beyond expectations, my girl looks great too! HIghly recommend.
My pup had a great time with Heather at Naramata Kennels! We are from out of town and she was able to book Chevy in for a day stay while we ran around exploring penticton and floating the channel. He was so pooped when I picked him up, he must of had a blast with the other dogs there! They have big grassy fields with kiddie pools, sprinklers, balls, and tall fences all around if your worried about jumpers/escape artists. Heather was so friendly and made his stay very easy and effortless for me; I will definitely have Chevy stay here again when we plan our future trips.
First time visit today, this place exceeded all of our expectations! Firstly, the staff (Heather and Jen) were incredibly friendly and professional. Our french bulldog took to them right away. Secondly, the facility was fantastic! Tons of space for the dogs to run around and play, multiple kid pools around the property for the dogs to stay cool and exceptional gating and monitoring of the dogs at all times. We are overjoyed to have such an amazing dog daycare in the South Okanagan area and highly recommend this place. Two paws up!!
I can't say enough about what NBK has done for our 6 month old Jacksen. He loves Heather and Jen and is learning to be around other dogs and getting more confidence, not to mention it tires him out. Heather and Jen are amazing with the dogs and their facility is great. Grass fields with pools and constant supervision. I highly recommend NBK daycare.
Our pup had a blast! She was in great hands too, very good people who know what they're doing. We dropped our pup off for 4-5 hours while we were our floating on the channel. Highly recommended!

Sully had a great time at Naramata while we floated down the river! Such a beautiful place with lots of sp for the dogs to run around. He even went swimming in the kiddie pool to cool down!
Those two need to talk to each other. One week one says we want her to become a member and the next week the other says they don’t want her back. Ok. Hearing the same from others now too.

Visiting from out of town caused great anxiety for us as our high energy dogs are hard to manage while trying to visit family members. We contacted Garnet doggy daycare and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. The daycare was easy to find. Our two active dogs were welcomed and extremely well cared for. Kat's love of dogs was evident immediately as she greeted our dogs which was reassuring. She sent us pictures throughout the day, and the dogs were so happy there. They got super excited as soon as we pulled in to the driveway every day and they got to play in nature all day long. They came home tired and ready for a snooze. We will definitely be using their services again the next time we are in town.
Our labradoodle Zofka adores her time at Garnet doggy daycare & boarding! She always finds old and new four-legged buddies there ready to play! Zofka gets plenty of exercise, walks and fun activities. I must point out that even though it sometimes doesn't look like from the photos which are provided to us during the day, she always comes home clean and brushed! We highly appreciate not only the loving and professional care, but especially the fact that Zofka is not locked in a kennel, but is involved in Kate's family, so she does not miss us at all! Our family absolutely recommends Garnet doggy daycare! You will not be disappointed!
They took great care of our pup, Kevin, for the day. He had a blast on his walk and swim. Kat was very easy to get a hold of and provided pictures of Kevin's adventures. Drop off and pick up was easy. Price was very reasonable! Highly recommend.

Not only did Kat take great care of Max, she also gave us daily updates with pictures, it was very easy to see that he had such a great time while we were away. Because of the heat we did not want to leave her in the trailer for a long period of time. Shiloh loved being at your home (especially the water hole). We had our sweet 10 year old cat with Marge for 3 weeks, she usually doesn’t do well in new environments and dislikes other cats. To our surprise, she adapted so well and gained some cat confidence during her stay! Marge is wonderful, she took such good care of our girl and her space is very well equipped and homey to ensure each cat feels safe. You can tell Marge truly loves all the cats she cares for and she is just the sweetest lady you’ll ever meet. She went above and beyond and kept us up to date during our time away through emails with photos. 100% recommend Little Whiskers Cat Camp.
Marge is the best! I highly recommend her. Her home is a wonderful place for cats. It has been renovated to accommodate all their needs. There are numerous toys and tunnels for them to play. The place is also extremely clean. My cat Misu is always relaxed when I pick her up and this tells me she had a very good time with Marge.
Sweetest lady ever came to the door, introducing herself to our cat, my two children and myself. Gave us a quick tour. Amazing comfortable atmosphere for all involved. Two weeks boarding my cat. When I picked my cat up again, she was calm and relaxed.

Kirstin is reliable, trustworthy, and always keeps us up to date on how Ruby’s walk went. Kirstin is one of Ruby’s favourite people and we receive a happy and content puppy every time she comes home!
Kirstin is the only qualified dog walker in town - using true up to date fear and force free methods with my dog, Siucra. Siucra is obsessed with her and loves all of their adventures together. I know Siucra is in safe hands and is treated well during her time with Kirstin. She is the only dog walker I feel safe recommending. I wish there were more professionals with Kirstin's standards in the dog industry.

Kirstin is extremely professional and has always gone for the extra mile when taking care of our dog Alua. The pictures she sends while we're away always shows her having the absolute time of her life, on walks at the park and the beach. Well worth it.
