Erin and Max were a great housesitting team for our fussy little guy. Excellent communication at all points - during the interview process, before arriving and throughout the stay. Lots of pictures which we really appreciate. We'd happily have Erin and Max back anytime, and can't recommend them highly enough for any pet and/or housesitting needs you may have!
We had a great stay at Jenicas. Great spot for good walks and a really nice pub/restaurant next door. Bash and Zahra were really easy to look after, they spent most of the time outside because it was so hot. Make sure you close the kitchen door as the neighbour's cat loves to come in and try and eat all their cat food! Thanks Jenica!
Looking after Oscar for Andrew and Julie was an absolute pleasure. We met them a day early and they took us out for some lunch which was a lovely gesture. We settled in instantly and gave Oscar the best time possible. Lots of walks and hugs from us. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We would 100% come back in the future.
We had a wonderful stay at Melanie and Ian's place. They were very nice and welcoming, providing us with all the information and instruction we needed and communication was excellent. Their house is nicely set up with the guest bedroom for our use. Scooby is a friendly cat, very cuddly and will be your best friend. Be sure to keep the blanket handy as Melanie suggests. Their location and independence of Scooby make for a great opportunity to explore Greenwich and London. We highly recommend their sits and would love to return sometime in the future! Dan and Nan
I had a great time housesitting here. My main responsibilities were feeding the cat (Richie), harvesting the vegetables, checking for squash bugs on the vegetables, feeding and changing the water of the chickens. Their dog was staying with a family member while undergoing chemotherapy, so was not a part of my sit. I mainly communicated with Katie. She was easy and quick to communicate with. Her instruction sheet was clear and helpful. I accidently broke a candle while I was there and they were very understanding about it. If you don't know Santa Fe, the location is great by the way. You can walk to the trailhead for a great hiking trail network, but the grocery store is still only 9 mins away. Museum hill is also walkable/bikable, and the historical plaza about 10mins driving. You really can enjoy the best of Santa Fe from this location (and I'm saying this as someone who previously lived here for 2.5 years.) I would love to housesit for Katie and Douglas again in the future.
We had a great time this lovely house and it really felt like a retreat. Nestled in the countryside we really enjoyed the outdoor lifestyle and the house comes with lots of great entertainment including a basketball hoop, ping pong table and a swimming pool to cool off in. The two horses are very handsome and we enjoyed getting know their characters during our sit. The dogs are tiny, very sweet and were great company. Yogi loves to love you, and Pheobie is a cherub who needs a little extra care as she’s an elderly lady.
What a fantastic sit ! Hannah's place is in a beautiful location, with quick beach access. Harper is such a sweetie ! Hannah was easy to communicate with and was super flexible . I would return in a heartbeat !
