We’ve been sending our Ridgeback to Martha and Friends for bi-weekly daycare and boarding for the past two years, and we’ve always been happy with the care they provide. However, we feel it’s worth sharing our experience from earlier this month, which truly highlighted how dedicated they are. While we were traveling abroad, thanks to their attentiveness and familiarity with her, they noticed something wasn’t right and took her to an emergency clinic on a Saturday night. It turned out she was dealing with complications from a spaying surgery performed a few weeks earlier. Throughout the whole process, they kept us informed and made sure she received the care she needed, even though we were halfway across the world. Carina and her team take their responsibilities seriously, and it shows. We feel assured knowing our dog is well cared for whenever we’re away. We’re incredibly grateful for their attentiveness and would confidently recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and caring dog sitters.
I cannot recommend Martha and Friends enough! they helped me understand my new labrador puppy so well and after just 5 lessons I have a whole new level of comfort and confidence with my dog. I will definitely be continuing our training. they are helpful, informative, and extremely good at what they do!
Super friendly owner. Carina takes her time showing you around, advising you on the different food options (and i found the perfect food there, great quality), trying on jackets for dogs etc. The daycare looks really nice as well and the grooming service perfectly tops it off
This is where we leave our baby girl once a week to daycare, to boarding when we go on a holiday, where we train her, buy her treats etc. She is looking forward to going and playing with her friends every Wednesday:) One stop shop for all + great guidance from Carina as a bonus. Martha’s is a second home for Irma:)
I wholeheartedly recommend Martha & Friends (M&F) to any pet owner seeking exceptional care for their furry friends. Having lived in Luxembourg for several years and explored various training schools and dog boarding facilities, we discovered M&F, and it has been a game-changer. Over nearly two years of utilizing their services for doggy day care, extended boarding, and group training sessions, we have been consistently impressed. The standout feature for us has been the impeccable facilities at M&F. Always spotless and with ample space for our dog, the environment provides a comfortable and safe setting. The inclusion of forest walks during boarding and day care, coupled with ongoing training and socialization, ensures our dog stays happy and engaged. The team at M&F diligently provides feedback on our dog's behavior, keeping us informed and involved. The staff at M&F is nothing short of remarkable. Highly trained, possessing a profound understanding of dog behavior, they are not only reliable and responsive but also genuinely passionate about animals. Throughout long-term boarding, they have consistently communicated with us, offering reassurance and updates on our pet's well-being. We enrolled in the reactive dog training course, an experience that proved highly beneficial. The instructor, a world-renowned trainer, showcased true professionalism. The knowledge gained was so impactful that we plan to continue taking courses with M&F in the future. Our heartfelt thanks to M&F for their exceptional care of our furry family member. We eagerly anticipate many more years of entrusting Martha & Friends with our beloved pet.
My Westie Harrison has been an enthusiastic member of the Martha’s community since it started and I can throughly recommend all it offers - daycare, boarding, grooming, training all great. He can’t wait to get in there and I feel 100% confident he’s being super well taken care of by Carina and her lovely team
I had a fantastic experience with Martha & Friends training school, and my dog Muffin made significant progress. Our trainer, Anne was patient and tailored her approach to suit Muffin's learning style, resulting in significant improvements in obedience and socialization. I am grateful for the positive and enriching experience provided by the training team and day care team at Martha & Friends, and I highly recommend their services. Thank you!
The installations are great and the staff taking care of the dogs is professional and friendly. Our dog was always happy to see them. On the other hand, I am taking off two stars because the customer service from the administrative staff has a big room of improvement. Their approach is 100% transactional, cold and harsh specially considering that the fees they are charging are not cheap at all; one can get the feeling that they are making you a “favor” by accepting your dog …. This is our opinion after almost 2 years of going there. It really depends on what you are looking for and your preference on customer service.
I love this place! I had the chance to experience most of Martha & Friends offers. Milo (dachshund) gets so excited whenever we pull in the parking lot of Martha&Friends, do I need to say anything more :-) He is attending regularly the day care, the staff are incredibly friendly and really care about him. Viktorija is so lovely, she has a great way of making Milo feels at ease and relaxed during his grooming session. Milo looks always happy and absolutely gorgeous after the session. Milo and I are working/training with Anne and Lena. They have a great understanding of how to train dogs, with a loving, caring and gentle attitude. We learned already a lot, it is so helpful I can’t thanks enough. A special thanks to Carina, for being always supportive, kind and reliable and for creating this multi-service space that provides everything a dog and dog owner need.
I had the pleasure of having dog training classes with Anne. Besides teaching me methods to best help my mix-breed dog Max, Anne also shows me that a huge part of the process is how we handle and communicate with our dog. Now, I'm able to be more confidendent and secure with Max around other dogs, reading his signs and trust him completely :) It was also a pleasure meeting the other team members. Always super friendly and professional! Looking forward to the next classes!
