Suganthi and Matthew were amazing! I met them a couple of days before I left on my trip to show them around and for them to meet Honey. They were extremely kind and polite. Honey was happy and well taken care of. They made sure to leave the home spotless and even washed the sheets and towels. Couldn’t ask for a better pet sitters!

As this was our first arranged sit we were understandably a bit nervous, however, our confidence grew throughout the process. When choosing Anna, her profile was such that it gave us some confidence that our fur babies would be well looked after whilst we were away. We needn’t have worried, right from the start communication with Anna was excellent and fairly early on we had a video call, which was really helpful, coincidentally Anna had a cat which was very similar to our Lucy, even down to both having a damaged right ear. Arrival arrangements were confirmed but sadly our timings were such that we were unable to meet in person. Sit date arrived, as did Anna and her son, and from the start pictures and videos and message updates were sent, again providing us with total confidence that the cats were not just being looked after, but being spoiled with lots of attention. On our return, again sadly our timings meant that we couldn’t meet in in person, the house was super tidy, and a load of bedding washed, even though we said not to bother. We could tell the cats were happy and had been well looked after and we didn’t get the normal cold shoulder from them like we used to get on our return. Anna also left us a gift which was a lovely gesture. Following this our first sit, I would not only welcome Anna back to our home with open arms but would totally recommend Anna and her son to sit for them and their fur babies. We have found the whole process very straight forward, but the key to it is good communication Final words to Anna, thank you soooo much.

Vanessa was very approachable and friendly. She sent us an update each day on what Missy was doing. The house was spotless on our return and Missy was very calm and happy. Vanessa looked after our plants as well as our precious Missy very well in our absence and we highly recommend her as a reliable and competent housesitter.

Sarah was a really clean and tidy guest! Our cats unfortunately got diagnosed with mild cat flu just before we left on our trip but Sarah took everything in her stride and was able to feed them their daily medication without any issues. She was also able to provide text updates when we asked and also sent us a video and some photos of our babies which made our day! Both kitties seemed to be able to open up to her quite fast and were pretty relaxed when we returned home so it seemed they had a pretty good stay with her! Our only (very minor) issue was that our auto litterbox bin was too full which caused the excess clumps to be smashed and fell back into the clean litter, but we also understand our bin was hidden and it might be difficult to see that it was full and to replace the litter bag. Overall, we really appreciated Sarah's stay and would recommend her to others as a petsitter!

Nicole is a great sitter. She took very well care of our pets. We recommend her for sure.

Sebastian and Monica were wonderful cat sitters. They took great care of our boys and our home. They're good communicators, self-sufficient, and have a deep love of animals. I'd recommend them to anyone for a sit.

Reemus is a great guy who sat for our two cats for a ten day period. Iman arrived a week later so unfortunately we didn’t get to meet her. Communication was great throughout with daily updates/photos. We had a slight leak which Reemus acted on quickly with the maintenance team in our building and updated us promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them stay again. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of having Mark sit for my cats, Julie and Pedro, for one week, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very start, communication with Mark was flawless. He was always quick to respond and kept me updated during the entire sit, which gave me great peace of mind. Mark is incredibly self-sufficient and clearly has a lot of experience with cats. Julie and Pedro seemed to be very comfortable and well taken care of, and I could tell they were in good hands. Mark is also very friendly and easy to get along with, which made the whole process even smoother. When I returned home, the apartment was spotless, which was a nice touch. I would recommend Mark and gladly invite him back for future sits.
