I really enjoyed looking after Jodie's home and pets. The dogs were very shy at first but we soon became friends and they were very well behaved and easy to look after. The house is basic but I loved it, especially sitting on the patio watching wild life. Mainly birds but the roos came in the afternoon. Danny, the horse, came on a walk around the paddock with us. He is also very well behaved and loves a pat. I'd be happy to go back any time and enjoy the beautiful outlook and the company of the furry ones. Thanks Jodie
My daughter & I had a very nice 3 day weekend taking care of 9 month old Coco and Sullivan the cat. Kitty is self sufficient but we enjoyed petting her when she hung out with us. Coco is a little more hand's-on but she is very sweet and fun to play with. My 18 year old daughter is pretty crazy about dogs so she got a lot of attention between the 2 of us! Coco is bell trained so she will let you know when she needs to go potty. The family is working on a fence (almost done!) but until then we just took her out on a leash. At night she sleeps in her kennel and was no problem at all. We were able to sleep all night without her waking up. They have a full/queen size bed in their spare room and a bathroom to use right next to it. The bed was comfortable. Home is very close to downtown Camas, the Columbia river, and a quick drive over to Portland. Erin and husb were perfectly fine allowing us to take Coco to my brother's home to play and for walks in their neighborhood. She does great in the car. I think it was ideal having my daughter come on this sit because between the 2 of us, except for a few hours, Coco had constant company. However, she is also ok alone for several hours at time (per her parents), so sitters can also spend a little time away from the house as needed without worrying she will have an accident.

It was an absolute joy to sit for Jane and Ian. They welcomed us with a tasty meal, after which they explained the ins and outs of the house. There was a detailed manual on everything around the house as well. It was very lovely to meet them. The house is warmly decorated and spacious, we immediately felt like at home. The region is great as well, plenty of nice things to do and see. And last but not least, Tally the cat, is easygoing, affectionate, independant, and cuddly. Only positive feedback from us, we highly recommend this sit. Hopefully we will meet again!
I've been on THS platform and this has been one of the most welcoming and satisfactory sits that I've ever done. The extent of quality communication and kindness Bess shared was beyond imagination. The pets with unique and very lovable characters will make you fall in love with them (Moxie may be shy at first unless it's the 4th of July and she needs immediate love and protection against the fireworks' sounds on your lap!). The house manual was very helpful with nice details, the neighborhood felt safe and walkable (with joy!), both the house and backyard has a very unique and comforting vibe that I will always remember fondly. Satya took my perception and love for dogs many levels up! A highly recommended sit, and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you for making me feel truly at home and being generous in every way.
I really enjoyed my stay at Shelley’s home and we connected wonderfully. Very beautiful, quaint home! Their pets Olive & Ted were enjoyable to be with and very personable. We had spent a good time with neighbor walks. Thank you for my time spent in Laguna Beach.
