If you have the opportunity to house sit for Mickie and Dave, I highly recommend it! They are genuinely good people and it was wonderful getting to know them. They are very welcoming and treat you like family. I went up a day before the housesit so that Mickie and Dave could go through the daily routine together. It was very helpful that they did this! They have sheep, chickens, two pups, and a cat but don’t let that overwhelm you. If you’re quick about it, the routine probably only takes an hour in the morning and in the evening to do at most. I liked to linger and hang with the animals though :) Ruby and Lily are the sweetest girls! They are golden retrievers- Lily is the momma and Ruby is the baby. They get along well with each other. Lily loves belly rubs and her food! Make sure you keep your socks and food out of sight so she does not eat them. Ruby is a very empathetic dog and will likely come up to you and put her head on your lap. She also likes hugs and head scratches. Billy Jean, the cat mostly does her own thing. She can also be very spicy depending on her mood! She did have an affectionate side too and it was cool to see her warm up. The sheep are so funny! They each had their own personalities and Betty is the leader of the group. They get fed in the am and graze most of the day. If you want to you can give them sheep snacks (corn) at night. At the time of this house sit, there were two babies and as the days passed they got more confident and started eating out of my hand! It was a ritual I looked forward to. The chickens were very easy and they all had funny personalities too. There were chicks at the time of the house sit and it was so sweet how excited they got in the morning for food and they all follow you around! This housesit is very close to wineries, parks, and places to eat. You probably won’t want to leave the house though because it is beautiful and a lot to entertain yourself with there. The sunsets from their house are incredible!! Would definitely housesit for Mickie and Dave again. :)
It was such a pleasure to dog sit for Heidi and Derek in Fairfax. The dogs were so sweet and happy, and the home was beautiful. We loved our time in their home, and they took the time to thoughtfully explain everything. Communication while they were gone was prompt and easy, and they were very generous to us. We had a great time at Sanhita's place. Her communication was always clear and prompt, and Ernest the cat completely won us over. Logistics picking up keys from the front desk were simple, and we appreciated the chance to get to know Jersey City. Such an easy zip into Manhattan!
Nic and Jen's home is beautiful and comfortable, in a great location in SLO. Their kitchen is well appointed and fun to cook in, for those sitters who like to cook. There are also great restaurants all around. Jen's office served as an excellent remote work office for me. Their home is so nice and welcoming, I loved hanging out in their home. Quincy is sweet and loving and just enjoys being with you. He is playful with his toys and loves routine. He is well behaved and listens to the commands that Jen taught me. Some days I had to work longer hours and he was so patient, knowing I'd treat him to a car ride at the end of the day. He has his own treadmill for extra exercise. You must be a strong pack leader when you take him out for walks to keep him safe. Follow Jen and Nic's directions on where and when to walk him. I'm really going to miss my sweet Quincy and I can't wait to see him again.
Sona, Neko and Marley are all so very sweet! This is the GREATEST sit we've been able to be a part of!!! Sona was heart-of-gold level KIND and, on top of that, super accommodating! She was flexible for our arrival and departure needs, and just really made us feel appreciated for caring for her boys in every single way imaginable!!🐱 Never has a pet parent made us feel the way she has, she went above and beyond in every regard!!! From the very beginning, even before the sit ever started, she was clear, responsive, and extra kind! She is just an AMAZING person completely through and through! Our first time visiting the beautiful city of Oakland was a major success largely due in part to how amazing our stay was, whether it was her clean home and safe location, or even all the recommendations she gave that the city had to offer! Homeroom, the famous macaroni restaurant, is an absolute must! Neko and Marley welcomed us with open arms! The both of them were pure entertainment from the jump. Marley is said to be a bit shy, but honestly once he opened up, he cuddled, played, and made us smile on the daily! It was so rewarding seeing him be so adventurous and loving! Neko's personality is so full and charismatic! He's super sweet and charming. He's got the strongest most comforting purr that we've come across and he took such great care of everyone in the house. King of the meow house. Both of the brother bros made us laugh every single day and we already miss their entertainment and love 💕 Needless to say this sit was a dream come TRUE! I super duper 20/10 highly recommend this sit because this trio, the location, and the memories you'll be left with are entirely unmatched. My husky started at Waggy Tails in March when we moved to the area and so far I have nothing but the highest praise for this business. Having worked at a doggy daycare myself I know that some facilities do not take as much care as others. Right of the bat when I called to set up an evaluation and spoke to Sarah, she made me very confident in their care of the dogs. Huskies are not everyone’s favorite breed and my boy is a pain with fences so I made sure to talk that over with her. Not only did she reassure me that he would do okay but she said she would even be willing to measure their outside fence if we needed. My pup loves other dogs but seeing his tail wag when he said hi to Mike, the other owner, really made it. He can be aloof with other humans other than “his people” but clearly they have become his people. I’m so glad we found them.
We have had a great experience at Phoenix Waggy Tails! We have two large labs who have stayed for overnight and daycare and they practically run to the door when we drop them off. I love that we get updates via photos and a report card at the end of their stay. The facility is clean and organized and the owners Sarah and Mike are very personable and helpful. The portal technology is super helpful as well. The overnight staff member Kate has been great too. Glad we found Phoenix Waggy Tails!
We recently started sending our 9 month old puppy here to get his energy out and socialize with other dogs and he absolutely loves it! He gets so excited on the days he gets to go to daycare and comes home completely exhausted. The staff at Waggy Tails is so friendly and accommodating. We were finally getting to take our retirement trip to Maui for a full week. Having dealt with Sarah and Mike before, through their other company MuTTch Better Dog Walking Service (also a 5-Star operation), we were confident they could handle our two Babies. Teddy is 5 and a very fearful dog with big trust issues, River is a 15 year-old Mini-Dachshund with DDV (is incontinent and has been in diapers for 13 years). Not an easy pair to take care of. Once we toured the Waggy Tails facility, saw the cleanliness and attention to detail (real beds to sleep on) and the 24 hour coverage, we were MuTTCH more than just happy that our babies were safe, we knew they were with Dog People and they were being loved on. Thank you again Sarah and Mike and the whole team of Dog Walkers, Dog Lovers and just GREAT PEOPLE who take care of our little ones while we are away. Finally, when we would leave them in the past, it took them a week to get back into their routine, this time it was less than a day. 🐶 🐾 🦴
Where do I even start?! Waggy tails is easily one of the best doggy daycare and boardings around. The owners and staff are so personable, attentive and caring and you can tell they take pride in what they do there. My husband and I have a senior pup and I was very nervous about leaving him for a week. But our ole man settled right in and even made a friend! I love that the second I met with them - to have my dog observed, I felt a sense of security and knew it would be a good fit. Thank you so much Waggy tails for making our ole man feel right at home so we could be worry free while on vacation! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend waggy tails!
My pup loves to go to Waggy Tails! She gets super excited when we drive into the parking lot. She gets to play and socialize with other dogs. Rosie has stayed overnight and we love that someone’s always there with them at night and they’re not put in crates, that they have beds that they can sleep in and feel like they’re really at home.

Audrey and her team are so awesome and professional. They were wonderful throughout the intake process for my almost-2-Year-Old pup. We love their booking and message system. Buds have gone way above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't walk my two husky/akita mixes by myself as they always competed with whose in front of the other. I can now walk both dogs with a loose leash and they are always looking at me for commands. When we first requested the service they worked with both dogs separately in order to get the dogs comfortable with them and get to know their good/bad habits. They asked us what we wanted out of their service and presented a plan on how they would go about it. This was not what I expected. My dogs are beyond excited when they go for their walks and have developed a true relationship with Tori. If your dogs are your family, you'll understand how important this is to us. I'd give them a 10 star if I could!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Shauna and her team at Buds. On the businesses side - I have never been met with a more professional and courteous team in my life. They will do everything to make sure their communication is top tier and 100% transparent. Everyone takes time to listen to your needs & concerns. On the dog side… wow. Just wow! I love Buds! The owner and staff are amazing! I have met many of them at various events as well as have had them caring for my fur crew for over a year now. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and it is wonderful to go away and have no worries about their care. This has become especially important since my one cat recently developed diabetes. My husband loves Buds because when we are away I am not a nervous wreck! We also use them for mid day visits for the pups on long work days so there is no guilt about bored dogs doing a potty dance! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about pet behavior and can help curb bad habits while walking your pup. The owner is extremely involved In the local community and gives back by sponsoring events and raising money for local shelters and rescues. If you are looking for someone to care for your four legged family member(s) when you are not able, Buds should be your go to without a doubt!

My doggos LOVE THEM and are so excited when they come over. The team is even so flexible they can cover and come 3 times a day on fairly short notice (I don't recommend giving them very little notice, it's not nice, they totally saved me). 10 out of 5 stars. Shaunna and the Buds team are wonderful! We were worried about what we would do with our puppy while we were at work during the day. However, our initial meeting with Shaunna put our minds at ease. She answered all of our questions before we even asked them. Buds visits with our Mia several times a week. The service was great while we worked outside of the home, but it has been so helpful during this pandemic to give Mia walks during the day while my husband and I work at home. They are so sweet with Mia and very respectful of our home. They have an app that makes it super easy to communicate with them, and they are extremely responsive. They are also SO flexible! Due to changes in our schedule, we often have to cancel or reschedule a visit, and they couldn't be more accommodating, even when it's last-minute! Mia loves her Buds, and so do we!
I had an amazingly good experience with Pets Companion PA! Anisha took very good care of both my cats and communicated with me every day so I could see how great they were doing. It is comforting to know they are in very good hands and they will definitely have a repeat customer.
Anisha was very accommodating since I called her later than I usually do to schedule care for my cats. She was very friendly and sent Rachel over to meet with me and the cats, although they didn't come out for introductions. 😀 When Rachel visited she even pictures to me. Both Anisha and Rachel were happy to discuss what I was looking for. I will definitely call Anisha again to sit my cats.

Anisha and her team took amazing care of our Aussie, Scout, while we were away on vacation. Scout is a nervous dog with lots of energy, so we were nervous having people she wasn’t familiar with come take care of her, but Anisha accommodated us by coming to meet Scout and introduce one of her team members before we left so Scout could get to know them. They played frisbee with her multiple times a day and followed somewhat lengthy and maybe over-done instructions on my part :) we are so appreciative of how caring and thorough Pets Companion PA was when caring for our pup and we especially enjoyed the daily updates and photos.
We found Pets Companion online and used their cat sit service recently for a 11-day trip. Anisha (owner) helped set up the visits easily and quickly, and Rachel (sitter) provided excellent service during her visits to the house. We have 4 kitties, and it has been a challenge for previous sitters to keep the litter boxes clean. Rachel did a great job, and she also watered the plants and helped with some unexpected incidental tasks around the house. It was also very comforting to get photos with each visit, so we are ensured the cats are doing well. We really appreciate the help from both Anisha and Rachel and would hire them again!

Golden Leash is beyond the best choice! For my pack of wild animals, they have been a gift. My two dogs are a handful but I never worry about the walkers handling them. Each one is professional and treats my pets like their own. We used their services for the weekend of our wedding and couldn’t have been happier.
Golden Leash made my wedding day with my pups a BREEZE! Alex and Stephanie were fantastic! They picked my dogs up on time, brought them to the venue to get acclimated and made sure they stayed cool in the AC until the ceremony started! They also dropped them off back at home and fed them their dinner afterward! My dogs were so happy to be involved and having a team I trusted to handle them during such a special time was incredibly important. They followed my written instructions and timeline to a T and even dressed in cocktail attire in case they were caught in photos!! We have used Golden Leash for both dog walks and overnight care with our dogs and they've been awesome! Our dogs are very high energy/reactive with other dogs and sometimes need special attention and the walkers were great with them. Both Christina and Alex stayed at our house on separate occasions and when we came home everything was super clean and they sent updates and pictures the whole time. I use Golden Leash 4/5 workdays a week to take care of my three pups. The staff are amazing and always read my notes about the pups. I have a reactive dog that requires patience and space and a dog who had major surgery this year. Everyone has been attentive to their needs and communicated when necessary to make sure they are taken care of and safe. I've also used them a number of times for in-home dog sitting while I am away and that has been amazing, too. Maggie is typically the staff member to stay with them and she is fantastic with them. They love her, she sends me updates and pictures, and she takes special care of my reactive pup who gets extra anxious when I am away. I can tell how much she cares about them. Golden Leash is wonderful and my pups LOVE having them come to visit them.

After adopting a second puppy this summer, we had to find a new solution for pet sitting. While our puppy is very sweet she is also incredibly nervous and shy. She took a few months to warm up to us so we were very nervous about a pet sitting plan for vacations. Fortunately, we lucked out meeting Emma and Sandy with Jurassic Bark. They quickly fell in love with our two dogs and put us as ease knowing our dogs were in great hands. They provide wonderful photo updates and were easy to communicate with if needed. Last week our sweet Lily had a pup-cation at Jurassic bark while we were away. She came home exhausted but happy and showed no signs of separation anxiety. This is due to the care she received from Emma and her staff. Jurassic Bark is the best place for Lily to have stayed while her humans were away. They loved her and treated her as if she were their own. We received daily update with pictures of Lily making new friends and playing. She had a great experience!

Jurassic Bark has cared for our cat, dog and rats for years. Emma is amazing with all of the animals. Recently, I had made arrangements for a family member to take one of my dogs. With only 3 weeks before my vacation, the plans fell through. Emma was able to help us on short notice and our vacation was saved. And best of all, I know my fur babies will be safe and happy with the staff at the resort! Adding to this since we have returned from vacation. I had pictures and updates in my email every day. I think my dogs truly had a better vacation than I did! Even my shy girl was snuggling with the staff and pawing for attention.

Emma is wonderful to work with! We love to travel but I hate leaving our dogs. I know that I don’t have to worry with Emma taking care of them. We just boarded our cavalier Lily with Emily for 8 days and we could not be happier with the entire experience! Emily made sure Lily would be very comfortable staying with her, and sent frequent pictures and updates on how Lily was doing throughout her stay. Lily has some separation anxiety issues but she flourished at Emily's and came back to us 100% happy and relaxed. Lily is definitely looking forward to staying with Emily again!
I met Emily this past summer at Royersford's Community Day festivities and boy am I glad I did! My pup was immediately enamoured by her from the minute they met at her tent at the fair. Emily is personable and has a clear love for the work she does - not to mention, her and her mom make the cutest knitwear. At the time, I was new to the area and was nervous I wouldn't be able to find someone who would take on a little puppy like mine, but Emily was up for the challenge. She is accommodating, communicative, and detail oriented. If you are looking for someone who will take care of your fur baby like their own, Emily's the woman for the job!
I found Emily via Roam Away from Home’s Instagram! She made it easy to set up a meet and greet and book our first overnight pet sitting. It’s amazing to have someone close by who we trust, to watch our little dog while we were away on vacation! I would recommend Emily to anyone, she is very knowledgeable about many dog breeds and offers a great service!
We boarded our dog for a weekend with Emily and it was a great experience. My dog can be shy around new people and other dogs which normally makes for a stressful experience. But my dog really enjoyed her stay and Emily kept us updated with text messages and photos. Looking forward to booking with Emily in the future.
We couldn’t be happier with the care Ozzie received while we were on vacation. Emily’s knowledge and experience allowed her to handle our young puppy with ease, even when he got sick. Emily was a great help watching our dog, Luna, for a 10 day trip! She kept us very informed with how she was doing and sent lots of pictures each day. Pick up and drop off were super easy as well. Would definitely recommend her to anyone with a dog in the area!
Go on vacation with No Worries! We love Roam Away From Home and highly recommend Emily! We recently took a 2 week vacation and felt comfortable the whole time that our dogs were in good care. Whether it was a text, picture, or video, Emily kept us informed on how they were doing every single day. I also really appreciate Emily’s approach to evaluating each dog to make sure they are a good fit. I think that is one of the main reasons why we were able to relax and enjoy our time away from home.

We were very fortunate to find Roam Away From Home!! Emily is wonderful and she took fantastic care of our 7 year old chihuahua mix Josh that we rescued 3 months ago. She cared for him as if he were her own and sent pictures and updates a few times a day while we were away for a week, giving us total peace of mind. I am an anxious dog mom and I do not enjoy leaving my dog, but when I have to board him for travel reasons, I do not worry one bit while he is at Wagsworth. The staff do an amazing job making sure he is happy and cared for! And definitely add on the photos, they are well worth it and they send a nice update as well! I will always use Wagsworth for boarding needs, so thankful to have such an awesome place.
From making the appointment, to working in Wagsworth’s wonderful customer portal to the actual visit, pictures and easy checkout - I’m so impressed. My lab is happier than ever!!! We can’t wait for his next stay!
Our GSD Kasi takes a vacation to wagsworth every time we go away, and it’s always a pleasant experience! The staff is so sweet and handles our drama queen with understanding and ease. We have only ever used Wagsworth and have no reason to ever go anywhere else! (We love adding on the picture updates for peace of mind, too!)
Wagsworth is the best! My giant breed dog has stayed here multiple times over the last several years, and every time is well taken care of. I love that Wagsworth allows me to choose options that meet my dogs needs and I always feel comfortable that my dog is good hands while I am away.
My husband and I are both insane helicopter cat-parents so when we found out, short-notice, that we would need to be away for up to two weeks, we were in a panic! Luckily we were recommended Wagsworth Manor by our vet. I am so happy with our experience and grateful to the staff for taking such great care of our boy! The staff was incredibly organized and professional. They were able to give our cat his prescription food and medications with no issue. Every time we were nervous, we could call in to receive a detailed update of how he was doing. Thank you so much to Wagsworth Manor for making this as easy for us and our pet as possible.
Wagsworth is the premier dog and cat daycare and boarding business in the Delaware Valley. A range of pet care services are offered, including swimming. Our family has used Wagsworth for four years and we have always been pleased. Our dog loves the place—we have to almost drag him to the car when we pick him up because he loves the it so much.
Our pup Sadie loves Wagsworth, and so do we!! Today when my husband picked her up she was happy, & not stressed! Sadie is sometimes difficult and takes a while to get used to new people, but at wagsworth she seems to enjoy her training and handlers, and they are all so kind and patient with her. its all good stuff! We Joke, and call it Wagsworth Academy! (School for the furry elite!) Lol. ❤️ We wouldn't have Sadie stay anywhere else!
I took my first dog, Whiskey to Wagsworth ever since we got her 14 years ago, and she loved it! Once she passed away we got a new dog named Daisy who also loves it! Daisy goes to daycare and gets the swim package when she boards and she’s all smiles when I go to pick her up! My cats unfortunately hated it but that’s because they’re felines and you just can’t please them. 🤷
We have always been pleased with Wagsworth - they are worth the money. They are very professional and we never have a worry when we board our dogs there. We recently boarded a deaf 11 year old, and a 2 year old where this was her first time staying, and both were perfectly fine. They came home happy but not too happy, which is just what we want as pet parents.
Last week was my two-year-old Springerdoodle's first time boarding at Wagsworth Manor. The staff was polite and professional, the facility spotless, and, most importantly, Nate had a fabulous time! He loves dogs and people so he enjoyed socializing with all of the pups and the extra attention he received from the staff. This is not an inexpensive pet care option, but for a longer stay it was worth the money since I was certain Nate would receive excellent care. We're sad that this facility is over an hour round trip from our home but we'll use Wagsworth Manor again when we need extended boarding.
Amazing place. My dog has changed dramatically in the most positive way since coming here. The staff is amazing kind and so knowledgeable. We just picked up our German Shepherd, Odin, after a week long stay at Hickory. This is his second time boarding (hasn’t been boarded since 2022) since he is a very anxious dog. We were so happy to hear that Odin enjoyed his time at Hickory, he ate, took his meds, played and got along well with the staff. We also received an update mid week from his trainer, Gordon, which we appreciated! We felt like Odin was very well taken care of and safe throughout his stay! Knowing how well he was looked after we are more than comfortable coming back for daycare and boarding! Thank you for keeping our anxious boy happy and healthy!!
From rags to riches! Just took our labradoodle here for the first time and couldn’t be more pleased with them! First off, the haircut is the best he’s ever had. When I dropped him off, the groomer asked me how we wanted him done up. Gave them a couple requests and they were all filled perfectly. The staff was incredibly kind and responsive. They even took him out to go to the bathroom on their beautiful property. When picking him up, the groomer had me take a good look at the haircut and make sure everything was good. She noted that if I had recommendations or concerns for the next visit, she would take a note in their documents to ensure our wants and needs were met. Lastly, the cost of the full grooming was much less than I was expecting, since we have been paying significantly more for years at other groomers. 10/10 Can not recommend them enough!
Been taking our dog for grooming to this place for years. The staff really enjoy being with the dogs and do a great job — flexible to whatever you need. Highly recommend based on our experience.
I took my Dog Ave there in January to have nails clipped and they were awesome. Ave is rescue dog and gets scared easy they were great with her, Had her back for full spa day on 4/7 and she could not wait to get in there and gives kisses.. totally awesome and they give great advice to question and concerns.. Never will go anywhere else…
I Just heard from the manager regarding the charge for the anal glands. She indicated that I should not have been charged for that and will be crediting me $25 toward the error made. Very much appreciated they're quick response and action! I took my small dog, a Yorkie poo, here for grooming and asked to have her bathed, hair cut, nails trimmed and to have her anal glands checked. She is 7 years old I have never been charged extra to have her anal glands checked and expressed! I expected to pay $65 for her grooming, which is very common, but was shocked when he told me there was an extra $20 to check and express the anal glands! I don't get it since every other groomer she has ever been at does that automatically🤷🏼♀️ I will not be returning here.
Brought my dog here for a nail clipping for the first time and it went great! My dog does NOT like getting her nails done. Has to be muzzled, and given a sedative before hand because she is just that bad. But at hickory springs they just had a brand new harness installed for these kind of situations and it made a big difference! She was still a little crazy, but you can see the amount of care they put in to make sure she was calm and still do a good job on her nails which I really appreciate. They were friendly, talkative and patient with her. It was reasonably priced and I feel comfortable bringing my dog here again. I HIGHLY recommend them for any grooming needs!
BEST DECISION EVER TO MOVE TO HICKORY SPRINGS FARM OVER 20 YEARS AGO. We were referred to transfer to Hickory Springs by friends and they were right! I absolutely love and trust Hickory Springs Pet Farm . . . they are truly our extended family to our dog, Puff Daddy. They are kind and handle him with care. The entire staff has been wonderful for many many years - I have never been disappointed. (our Beloved Puff Daddy passed away right after his 18th birthday). The Hickory Spring Farm Team prepared me for the inevitable - they treated us with sympathy and kindness. The Groomer, Amy EXCEPTIONAL she is wonderful and very talented and so friendly. Della has always be a treasure to my family in making sure we get the best opportunities and pricing whenever we boarded Puff Daddy - she looks out for his best interests and always calls me whenever there is an issue to alert me - even if I am on vacation. Now they are taking care of my daughter's dogs: Elmo & Vida The exact same treatment - AWESOME CARE! I love it!
We kenneled our pups for a week. They were well cared for. Employee Cat was wonderful and full of good info. Upon registering out pups Della was super helpful and very friendly. The place is clean and staff have a great vibe which puts one at ease when leaving their pets. All were very eager to hear everything about your pets. Love this place. We will be back!!!!
Our dog is always safe here. At home he is pretty reactive and he gets anxious outside, but we never have a problem dropping him off. I recommend this facility for boarding! We have also had his nails done here while he was boarded and were happy with the results.

We have been taking our dogs to K-9 Designs for over 12 years now ! We have moved three times, a little farther away each time, and we still make the trip to bring our babies here. Our dogs have been boarded, both long and short term, and groomed here and we always know the girls are in great hands! One of our previous dogs was a very senior boy and now with another getting up there in age, there are few places I would feel comfortable with leaving them for extended trips. They always take great care and we are so appreciative! Prices are reasonable and all the members are communicative and helpful. Highly recommend !!

Love this place! First, I need a groomer. My coworker recommended this place to me. Reading the reviews, I was a little afraid then. But I trusted my coworker. I called and they were very friendly. Gave me prices. They are competitive. They groomed her exactly how I wanted her to be groomed. They called me as soon as she was done. She smells AMAZING! The groomer gave me feedback on how she did. I will definitely be a returning customer.
I've used their walkers twice a day every day for years because of my health, and I love them! Especially my weekly walker, Marie. She loves my dog and it's mutual. And she takes really special care of her when my dog, who is 14, is not having a great day.

Robin and her team are amazing! Robin is so organized and I love the app system she uses to schedule visits. The app makes it REALLY easy to care for your pups. I also like the check in and check out notifications you get when the dog sitter comes and leaves. The sitters are so great about posting photos and taking good care of your pets, they read any notes you have added and comment accordingly. I would highly recommend First Class Wags to anyone looking for great care, fabulous owner, and easy to use scheduling system!

Every time we have used First Class Wags, it has always been a positive experience. We have been using Robin’s services for several years for our cat (Maggie, who has since passed), and our crazy pit mix, Bailey. Even though she’s a pit mix, she’s very affectionate and friendly, and the staff just love her. Bailey has a somewhat complicated med schedule, but Robin and her staff were up for the challenge and meet them. The daily notes and pictures are an added bonus, so we can see for our selves, that she is in capable hands. We know that while we’re away, Bailey is being taken care and loved!! Thank you!!

Soph N Bean legends Jacques and Lori recently looked after our two kitties. They were diligent with their care and took time to send us text photo updates from each visit. Jacques and Lori provide loving, personalize care for my furry babies. They love and treat my pets like they were their own. This allows me to travel worry free knowing my pets are well cared for. They watch all of my pets which includes a dog, 2 cats and a guinea pig. The overnight option allows me to leave my epileptic dog home knowing that she’s comfortable and safe in her own environment

Jacques and Lori are fantastic! They took such great care of our 16 yo kitty Julia for a week while we were away. Gave her medication with food every visit, and took time to pet her, brush her and play with her! Sent texts with pics every visit, even went out of their way to get more bird seed for our bird feeder, because the birds (and squirrels lol) greatly entertain our kitty. We will absolutely use their services again soon, and feel so much better about leaving our cat alone for an extended period knowing she'll be well cared for. We cannot recommend Soph N Bean highly enough!
Soph N Bean Pet Care Services were incredibly accomodating. I needed a sitter a week before I had to leave and they were able to fit me in. Jacque came to introduce himself to me and my cat prior to pet sitting. He took excellent care of my cat and kept me updated every day! Jacques of Soph N Bean was tremendous with our cat Penny. She hadn't been left alone for more than a couple of nights in her life so I was very worried how she would handle us being away; Jacques texted each day with a photo and update of Penny which helped us enjoy vacation free of worry. Great service! We have 2 cats, one "feisty" diabetic who needs insulin shots which can be tricky to accomplish. We had struggled to find a service to to handle this which limited our ability to go on vacations. Jacques was great, always on time and provided updates and pictures/videos after each visit. Soph N Bean was very accommodating, professional and organized, and allowed us to have a relaxed, worry free vacation, highly recommended!
