I had a lovely experience caring for the kitty Yoda, and Cheryl’s gorgeous home in Santa Fe. The location is just outside of town with amazing views, classic NM sunsets, and trails nearby. Everything about the sit was well organized and clearly communicated. Cheryl even allowed me to have my niece come stay for a few days because it was my birthday! I’ll always remember my time there.
We had a great experience sitting with Crystal and Pepper to start the new year. The cats are easy to take care of and are so cute and friendly, we were sad to say goodbye. Jane was very accommodating and we had all the information we needed for our sit. The home is lovely and perfectly located to explore Seattle!
Wow! We had a best time house-sitting for Gloria, Stefan and baby Amelie in their lovely villa a few klms outside Ostuni. We were lucky enough to be chosen to take care of their 3 Maremma/Labrador pooches who were big, gorgeous and LOVED their walks across the fields and along the laneways. On arrival, Glora and Stefan went out of their way to make us welcome and were kind enough to loan us their car to explore the local area. Although they were first-timers on THS, their welcome, briefing notes and communications were all excellent. Their home was very comfortable and house-sitters are able to use the downstairs area with its own entry access, bathroom and kitchen. If you, fellow housesitter, would like a beautiful, authentic stay in Southern Italy and you are fortunate enough to be invited by Gloria and Stefan, we would highly recommend this sit.
What an absolute joy sitting for Rosie and Gwendolyn in St Pete's! Their two pups, Kobie and Java, are just a dream; really sweet, social, loving pups, and the ginormous black and white polydactyl longhaired cat Ginsberg is now one of my favourite cats, ever. A well appointed home, with all the creature comforts, my partner and I had a great time living like locals and feeling like part of the family from the jump. We had great cross over time at the beginning and end of the dates with Rosie and Gwendolyn which allowed us time to get to know the schedules and expectations of our sit but also to foster new, and really profound friendships. Highly recommend!
This well equipped home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a gorgeous community pool. There are sidewalks & paved paths near the home, that I enjoyed meandering. Winston & Whiskey are sweet, lovable labs & are easy to care for. Kristen is easy to communicate with. Great location between all the conveniences of the city & easy access to the mountains. I would definitely sit here again!
