We had an overnight sit looking after Coco she is a dream dog that loves the sea and a stick or two! She was an absolute delight to look after and Lauren and Tony are lovely easy going people. They live in fabulous location, lots to see and do or just sit back and relax and play with Coco. Would definitely recommend this sit.
Kathryn was a wonderful host and Oswyn was such a sweetie to look after! He's a curious cat and a bit shy but still a sweetheart in the end. The apartment is centrally located and perfect for a stay. Kathryn left lots of information about Madrid and was friendly and thoughtful throughout the sit. We highly recommend sitting for Kathryn and Oswyn :)
Gilad and Adi were excellent hosts. The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. It’s a great neighborhood with easy access to the metro and the supermarket. The communication was consistent, plus the Google Doc Guide was very thorough and helpful. Most importantly, Tzipi is an adorable little angel on four legs. Everything about her is cute and she’s very well behaved. Happy to take care of her any time.
Kristen was actually our first house-sit that replied to us when we joined Trusted Housesitters. We found her very easy to talk to. She answered our questions and queries promptly and is very personable. Her home is clean and comfortable in a newer subdivision of Lethbridge, a small town in southern Alberta. When we got to Kristen’s house we were greeted by a gift Kristen left for us and a very enthusiastic, happy dog. Her dog, Lexi, was delightful; she was friendly and well-mannered and liked chasing the ball. She accompanied us wherever we went. Anyone house-sitting for Kristen would be very lucky; we highly recommend her and we would love to be able to house-sit for her again.

Thank you Courtney for choosing us as your sitters. For making us feel so welcome in your super cosy home. We really felt relaxed and at home. We had a lovely time with Brandy, the sweetest little cat you could possibly meet. She soon warmed to us and when she wasn’t busy finding the sunniest spot she was cuddling up on the sofa with us or chilling in the conservatory. We enjoyed exploring the local area, taking walks on the nearby nature trail and if we’d been on a longer sit we’d probably have jumped on a bus into Poole. We would not hesitate to return and hope that we get the opportunity to come back one day soon.

I’m so glad to have found trustworthy, honest, friendly & truly caring walkers to take care of Ned. As a first-time rescue owner, Ned was adopted and lived with two other dogs for two years. I recently moved to the area on my own with this sweet dog and as an anxious dog parent, I do worry about him without his dog mates. Dave is amazing with Ned and goes beyond his dog walking service. Once on a very hot day in Oakland, Dave ensured Ned did not overheat and turned on the fan for him. Including checking on his water bowl. This was not our first dog walker - I had a few before who did not have the same level of professionalism and general care for my Ned. I am so grateful for Jeremy and Dave.

They're some of the most exceptional and trustworthy dog walkers we've had. Warren will wait up by the window for Kristen or Michael to come every morning - tail waggin a million miles an hour and whimpering from excitement. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

Sue started walking our dogs when we made the crazy decision to add a new puppy to our family. Our older, 10 year old dog was a strong alpha female who was very particular and our new puppy was a wiggling ball of energy. Sue was amazing with both of them. When we first met Sue, the intake interview she did with us to get to know our dogs put the interviews we had with potential nanny's for our daughter to shame. She took time to really get to know us and our dogs and figure out how to keep everyone happy. Her patience was endless - from dealing with our puppy submitting to others and peeing in her car to accommodating our older dog by ensuring that she had a private place to sit up front in the car. Sue was consistent and reliable and we always knew our dogs would be well cared for. Our dogs loved her and ran to the door any time she arrived. Sue went above and beyond the call of duty and always returned us tired, happy dogs. We brought Sue on when we had a full house with a puppy and a young child and were crushed to leave her when we moved 4 years later. I have since highly recommended her to other friends in the area who have loved working with her. The care she provided to our furry family members was outstanding!
Sue is simply the best! She's been taking care of my big, 10 year old guy, Jonah, for a little over a year now and I have complete trust in her when he is with her. Sue has been part of our family ever since our husky was a pup of about 1.5 years old, and she is now 12. She has been a second mommy to our girl and helped us raise her. She is very attuned to her pack, and has always let us know if our girl has been acting out of sorts and alerted us to any concerns. She has always been very flexible with scheduling, and always provides ample notice for time off. If you are looking for someone that will care for your pup as if they were her own, then Sue is your person. Leader of The Pack Dog Walking – 5 STARS Tim, at Leader of the Pack Dog Walking Service, has been walking our dogs in San Francisco for over decade and he is amazing! Tim does so much more than just walk our dogs; he is responsible, cares for their well-being and always keeps us updated on how our nine rescue Scotties over the years have done on their daily walks. Do our dogs like going for their daily walks with Tim? Well actions speak louder than words (or barks) at their regular walk time, they do always know when Tim is coming, and they anxiously wait for him at the front door with tails wagging. At the end of their walks, they always arrive home with a smile on their face. In addition, Tim gives us an update on how each of our dogs did on their walk, and if we are not home, he leaves us a short note on the dogs walking adventures. Professionally you could not find a better dog walker. Tim cares about our dogs and us as dog owners. Tim connected right away with our 8 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (Cookie) and has a 6th sense when it comes to understanding the needs of dogs. He has been walking Cookie 3 times a week for almost 6 months now. We love that he also teaches urban etiquette, and Cookie has been better about responding to commands since walking with Tim. Tim is always upbeat, flexible and on-time. He has communicated a lot of helpful insights about Cookie's behavior. The whole experience has been wonderful for everyone, especially for Cookie.

Leader of the Pack. I’m very happy to have Tim move his business to our area. Tim was unable to walk our old dog, Cooper, because he was not servicing the east bay at that time. But he did take time out of his busy schedule to help diagnose Cooper’s “dog” aggression issues, as well as leash pulling problem. We just got our new pup, and we will look to have Tim walk her.

Art has been working with our dog, George, for the past few weeks and has quickly become a favorite. Our dog, who is usually shy around new people, took to Art almost immediately. He was great! Super friendly and despite my dog being usually very energetic he said she was mellow for him, which in my mind is a testament to his skill with animals. Art is so amazing! He has such a bright and positive disposition! The dogs are always so happy and excited to see him! Art isn't just a dog walker, he truly loves and cares for them like they were his own. That means so much for a dog Mom who is overprotective of her fur babies! I know I can trust Art. Art is wonderful! I was very happy that my dog, Taz, instantly liked Art; and Art was able to include Taz into the group on the first day! He sent me several pictures, so that I could see that all went well, and Taz was having a marvelous time! So now Taz goes for a walk with Art every week. Kaity and Tim have dropped in on our cats many times. They were able to keep up with a 15 pill a day medication regimen that one of my cats needed. They’re thorough and communicative.
Kaity and Tim have been watching my cats for years. They're thoughtful, reliable, and great communicators. Not to mention they love animals, my cats are always so well taken care of when I get home. They've even been kind enough to water my plants when I'm gone for a long time! I'd recommend fuzzy britches to anyone needing a pet sitter.
Hired them to feed my pet twice a day. Paid for each visit. Told them I had a camera. Camera showed they only came once a day. Not trustworthy people.
I’ve been taking Wolfie to JustPetMe since early this year, and he absolutely loves it. He gets so excited every time we pass by or stop in, especially when he sees the friendly staff (he’s especially fond of the blonde lady!sorry I don’t know her name). JustPetMe may not have extras like webcams or 24/7 drop-off, but the care they provide is exceptional. Wolfie always comes home happy and tired from all the playtime. I recently tried a more convenient place after relocating, but his reaction to JustPetMe is completely different. I’ll definitely be bringing him back for longer stays. Highly recommend—just visit, and you’ll see why!
I’ve enjoyed bringing my pup here for the last few years. Whether a long daycare day, or boarding when I’m out of town, I have trusted the care provided to my pup. My experience this past weekend though will ensure I never bring Goldie back here. I planned to leave her for the day and later decided overnight due to an emergency that arose for me. I hadn’t dropped off food though and couldn’t get back by closing to drop off. I spoke twice communicating with the staff member(blonde woman w/ European accent) about the issue. She offered “house kibble” which I declined knowing my pups sensitive stomach issues. I asked if I could have Instacart deliver my pups special food and was told no, and then had my best friend come to pick her up and unfortunately they got there 4mins after closing and again told no. I was still understanding and willing to give the benefit of the doubt, nor did I fault their level of inflexibility on these 2 options. I told her that my child would only at this point miss 2 cups of food for the day, that she would be fine not eating, and that I’d be there right at opening to drop it off. Despite being told not to give their house kibble this woman took it upon herself to decide what was best for my child and fed her the kibble anyway. I am livid that my pup is now experiencing diarrhea and discomfort all because this woman thought she knew better how to care for my pup than I have for her last 4 years of her life. I’m praying these GI issues will resolve without a trip to our vet. We won’t be back!
I was a fan of this place however recently there have been issues: lack of communication, billing issues, cleanliness (the lobby reeks horribly of urine). Finally, my dog has been sick since her last visit. At this point, the cause is unknown but she was fine before she was dropped off at daycare. Through a televisit with a veterinarian, the initial diagnosis is that she may have picked up a respiratory infection from another animal at the daycare as that was her only exposure to other dogs. Hopefully they will do better.
Me and my girl love Just Pet Me! Very reasonable price for the monthly daycare. The people there are great and Misty always came home wagging her tail. Easy drop off and pick up and I feel like the people that work there really knew and loved my pup.
They removed my previous review…. Our dog came home bleeding from his genitals. When we asked about it they told us “it’s probably from all the poop he was eating.” What???? Isn’t that your job to stop that??? Luckily our bank disputed the charge and we got the money back from these fools to cover the very expensive vet bills. Although they of course told us we were “just trying to get out of paying.” Which they were right! We do not want to pay for their inability to care for animals. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!!!

My pup loves this place. I am pretty sure she would rather live at Just Pet Me than with me. When I stop to drop her off, she gets absolutely nuts because she is so excited to be at Just Pet Me. Then when I pick her up and put her in the car, she longingly says goodbye to the staff when I drive away. The whole staff is very caring and they work so hard to make sure our pups are well taken care of.
I’m furious and hurt that this place had my puppy Yorkie in a dark room by himself. As I’m giving you all heads up to Not trust this place . As the 2 girls that work there would Drag my small puppy in and the other girl with the strong accent put my puppy in the dark room with No light rhe WHOLE DAY because my puppy did not know how to play with the dogs because he was all to himself. Why would they do this to my puppy BECAUSE HE STAYED TO HIMSELF . No Excuses at all . NO EXCUSE AT ALL as I was wondering why my pup was not himself all wk the last time I left him
I never have to worry with Just Pet Me. I needed a daycare that my pup would love and that would be available. Just Pet Me is just that. They are open every single day for drop off. If I have to work late, I do not have to worry about rushing home because when I get there at night Alina will always say "I fed him dinner for you." If I work on the weekends or have a project, I can drop him off and Tiffany will make sure he has fun all day. Check the Instagram page. My pup loves Brenda so much that he scratches at the door to get in. And if I have a big project or have to go out of town, I just board him overnight. Since he goes to daycare there, he is always right at home. The unlimited daycare package is very reasonable. The owner, Julie, is amazing. Why leave my dog at home when he can be playing outside all day with a bunch of dogs, eating, and running around. I have never seen a dog dropped off that was scared or afraid to go in. That is the one things that stood out to me. EVERY dog is excited to get dropped off. Amazing staff and will rid you of any worry about your fur baby so you can focus on work while you are away for the day.
The entire staff is so kind and welcoming! I tried another daycare and my dog didn’t take to it, but he has been happy since day 1 at Just Pet Me. I could never meet the needs of my very social and active dog without this wonderful place!

As a young high energy dog, our pup has greatly benefited from OPC's talented walkers who have helped him build confidence, gain positive social skills, and get some of that energy out. Going on pack walks is the highlight of our dogs day!
My dogs favorite part of the day is her hike with Olivia. We're working from home but it's really nice to have the dog gone for 2-2.5 hours and she comes back super happy and tired. Plus she's learned some new tricks and is much better off leash with us. She also lost some weight

Pam has taken excellent care of our two kittens/cats over the past two years. Pam and her team are very personable and attentive, and they clearly love their visitors. The accomodations are clean and comfortable, well-lit, and the windows have great views of trees, bird feeders, and more. Pam sends regular updates and pictures, and is happy to answer any question. 🐾 I highly recommend Critter Pet Care. My cat has special needs and they treated him like a 🤴. They knew I was anxious about leaving him and kept me updated daily and even sent pictures. The little 🐈 house has AC and is set up very nicely specifically for kitties.😻 The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating. They take care of 🐕 as well.
I am so happy I found Pam! I met her when I was moving and also going on a trip, meaning maximum cat-life interruption and I was super stressed about how it would all go. She was totally communicative and reassuring while I was away, sending pictures of obviously-happy cats. She has also helped with vet visits and advice. It is so great to work with someone who cares about your animals as much as you do (and knows so much more). My only reservation is about spreading the word so that she might be hard to book! But she deserves recognition for providing such an outstanding and important service.
We had been planning a trip of a lifetime - 7 weeks abroad - and one of the most important things was also one of the hardest things to do and that was to ensure our 1-year old sibling cats, Daisy & Spunky, would be in a secure and caring environment while we were away from home. We found there are many places that board cats in “2’Wx2D’x2H’” stainless steel kennels with 1 or possibly 2 hours of daily “out of the kennel” play time. Although they may be clean and secure, that type of a “confined” environment would have been difficult for our cats to endure even if just for a weekend (especially for Spunky who is very sociable and inquisitive); 7 weeks would have been grueling for them. They would probably be wondering, “what did we do to be abandoned like this?”. Thank goodness we found Pam & Critter Pet Care! The design of the cat house is wonderful and the size and multi-level layout of the kennels, some of which could also be expanded to double wide for bonded pairs like ours, allows cats to “hunker in” and feel secluded, or to peek out through their window for watching birds at the bird feeders outdoors. Cats also get to explore and commingle or just chill in the common areas, or they can trek/jump up to the many perches mounted high along the walls of the cat house. We missed our cats to pieces but really appreciated how Pam automatically kept us updated with photos and info about what they were doing throughout our 7-week trip. It gave us great peace of mind and our reunion confirmed how well they were cared for during their stay. We will not hesitate to leave our beloved Daisy and Spunky in Pam’s care the next time we plan a vacation or require boarding services. Thank you very much, Pam, for providing such an important service, a cozy and engaging boarding environment, and for truly caring about the well-being of our pets. . . you’re the best!
I cannot recommend Pam highly enough for anyone with a pet. I hated to leave my old dog, recovering from an illness, with anyone, but she had come recommended for her transparency. Pam went above and beyond making my dog comfortable and cared for when I had to leave town. When i found I couldn’t get home when I had hoped, she made it work to keep watching him even though his care needs were more than we expected. She let me know how he was doing every day, and was incredibly kind. Pam will always be my first choice for someone to care for my pet.

Pam is very professional and knows how to handle both cats and dogs. I had left my two cats with her for a day. She has a very good set up where our cats could feel at home. The cages were set up in such a way that the cats could also look outside at the world or lie in a secluded spot if they wanted. There was even a bird feeder right outside the window, to keep the cats entertained. I definitely recommend her place if you want your cats taken care of while you are on vacation.
Pam is incredible! My rescue pup was isolated for many years and after only a few weeks at daycare, he was much more sociable and calm. He has separation anxiety and has a really hard time being alone, so Pam has been a godsend since I found her about a year ago. She takes really good care of my pup and updates me with pictures and status, which is nice while I'm at work. She is super flexible with drop off/pick up times and always responsive. It's amazing how she is able to socialize dogs with cats, dogs with each others, etc. Also, the backyard is amazing! Huge and lots of room for dogs to play. My pup can't wait to get out there and run around:) Highly recommend Critter Pet Care, Pam is truly a lifesaver.
Pam is a great person, she is extremely responsive, caring and knowledgeable. This place inspires trust! We lodged our dog and cat during one week and they both had a very good time under their care. Pam took me home with my pets the day we checked out because there were no Uber or Lyft drivers available. It was so sweet and kind of her! I would highly recommend this place for cats and dogs. Expect questions about your pet’s health, behavior and a meeting session for dogs.
Pam at Critter Pet Care has been doing a great job for myself and my furry family members. We like to call her Auntie Pam, and she is like a second mother to my young kitties. Along with all of the regular responsibilities of taking care of food, water and litter cleaning, Pam also plays regularly with them (has even bought them some really fun toys and treats), brushes them, and also sends me photos and regular updates when I'm away. She is also willing to water my outdoor patio plants and she brings in the mail. I can be easy in my mind knowing that all will be well at home when I have to be away. Booking and communication has always been easy. I really like using her online portal where I can book and confirm upcoming visits. Finally, when I have last minute changes to my schedule and need to add or cancel visits, she is always willing to accommodate. We are so lucky to have found her and truly appreciate her wonderful care and service!
