She was a smart, interesting woman and was at ease with two big dogs.
The house sit at Paul and Rodelle’s place was great. I felt really welcomed and well introduced to the dogs. Rodelle and Paul are amazing people. Kind, offering and friendly. The dogs are beautiful. Bella is such a cute dog and cuddly. She is so lovely and it’s so nice to have her around. Duke is really energetic and I am amazed how high he can jump! He got the nickname bumpy! He is also full of love and likes nice cuddles. I am definitely going to miss these two little critters and I am really happy to have had the chance to be with them. Btw Wisbech has a bouldering wall, which surprised me a lot!!!
Roxy was a joy- We walked early along the wonderous Thames, 4 minutes from the house. Approaching Putney Bridge, Roxy would jump into the fountain then we would continue walking back. Parallel to the river, a wide expanse lined on both sides by 150 year old Plane trees. Roxy was able to choose who she talked to. Her nature exuded love, gratitude and constancy. Mittens 14yr old cat, was independent and composed. She lived in a lovely, protected, walled garden. She knows how to manage her day / night and came in only in heavy rain. I enjoyed having my early teas with her every morning. She lets you know she was happy to have your company. House is very comfortable, close to Bishop's Palace, gardens, and Fulham football. Happy with time spent with the lovely pair.
We had the most wonderful time house sitting for Adam and Grady. They made everything incredibly easy for us, from laying out clear instructions to providing essentials like dog food. Adam was fantastic in meeting us at the bus station, introducing us to their lovely dog, Honey, and giving us a thorough tour of their home. Honey is an absolute sweetheart, and we enjoyed every moment spent with her. Our overall experience with Adam and Grady was outstanding, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. We highly recommend them as house givers, and we’d be thrilled to have the opportunity to sit for them again in the future. Thank you both for an amazing stay! Stella and Katharina
I had the pleasure of sitting a very charming 3-year-old Ilya in Munich for two days. Ilya is incredibly easy to take care of, very sweet natured and adorable. Olya and Ionut (the owners) are very nice, well-organized and made me feel extremely welcome. Their apartment is clean, comfortable and located in a very nice neighbourhood in Munich, which added to an overall positive experience. The hospitable environment and delightful Ilya made my sitting a memorable and enjoyable stay.
