I spent one months at Laurie’s house and it was an amazing months. Laurie is probably one of the most interesting person that i have ever met, she is so kind and has such a big heart, i really Wish i could have spent more time with her! Her house is like a big hug, it’s very welcoming and warm, it’s look like a mini museum of Laurie’s life and i really found that adorable and unique. The house is big with a lot to do but with a little routine i was able to manage everything easily. It’s situated at a super tranquille place, it’s close from everything (venise, the beach, the mountains (the mountains are breathtaking)) and with the train station at a little bike time. The cat all have big personnality and are all super lovely, the two oldest need special care and i had to go some days to the vet but if was nothing to Big. I really really grateful to add the chance to stay at Laurie’s house, i had an amazing time 🧡🌞
A five star sit! Kate and Dave are obviously pros at hosting - they could not have been more welcoming and kind. They prepared a lovely lunch prior to them departing and I was so happy to spend time with such lovely people. Albie was simply a fun-loving bundle of joy whom I already miss! Everything was comfortable and all instructions/expectations were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend sitting for Kate, Dave, and Albie!
Brandy and Joel are great hosts. I strongly recommend them. I arrived a day early and we all had dinner together, and got to know each other. They explained everything, made suggestions on places to go, etc. Chance is an amazing doggo. He is absolutely adorable with beautiful eyes and floppy ears. He is a well behaved dog. He's not high maintenance, hyper or reactive to other dogs. He is very easy to take care of. I really enjoyed spending time with him. We would go to the promenade, have a seat and just people watch. The apartment couldn't be in a better location. Safe neighbor, right in city center quite literally and about a 15 minute walk to the promenade/beach. A lot of really cute cafes and restaurants around the apartment. I got to know a lot of the little streets. The apartment is very comfortable. I stayed in the kids room downstairs since the bathroom is downstairs and I have plenty of space. You really can't ask for a better sit. They were easy to communicate with and always responsive. I would be happy to return!
Susan’s home is in a very friendly and safe neighborhood; it’s just a short drive to Atlanta. It is a fabulous place for exploring the city and a very comfortable home to enjoy downtime with sweet Annie. Great parks are close by to take Annie for daily walks and exercise. She loves outings, belly rubs, treats and being close by you. Susan provided excellent information re the house and Annie’s care. She’s a welcoming and gracious hostess. The sit was a real pleasure!
I enjoyed my stay with Filiyina! Therese was a great host, and she left very comprehensive and detailed instructions for the care of Filiyina and the house. And Therese responded quickly when I had questions and gave helpful advice. Filiyina is a beautiful kitty! She was skittish at first, but over time she warmed up and came out of her shell. By the end of my stay, she was enjoying her daily brushings, meowing to be petted, and sleeping in the bed with me for part of the night. I miss her cute little meow! The house was clean when I arrived, and it was well-appointed with everything I needed for my stay. Therese and Tim's house is on the water in Palm Coast, and I never got tired of the view of the canal! I loved sitting on the back patio, reading a book, and taking in the sights. There's a dock with two kayaks if you want to explore the canals, and Therese leaves a lot of great suggestions for nature trails in the area. I would definitely care for Filiyina and their home again, I highly recommend this sit!
