Can’t say enough good things about Tyler and Yoly! I can always trust them to respond quickly, keep me updated regularly while I’m away, and make sure my very energetic dogs get plenty of play time. On top that they’ve always been super accommodating of special circumstances which has made planning for my trips far less stressful. They will continue to be our sitter of choice!

I'm glad I chose Tyler to board my dog with, because my boy was so happy and enthusiastic when I picked him up after my trip. I wasn't worried at all, because Tyler sent updates. The updates weren't overwhelming either. It was just enough to let me know my boy was in good hands. Not sure how Tyler did it, but he managed to capture my dog smiling! My dog has the cutest ugly smile you'll ever see and having that picture to finally show people what I mean is priceless. Again, he only reserves that for humans he really likes. I highly recommend Tyler for your boarding/daycare needs.

We love bringing our dog to stay with Yoly and Tyler! Bodie always has a great time and comes back happy and healthy. They’re also very communicative and get back to us quickly. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Tyler was excellent. Made the entire process seamless. Pick up and drop off was easy. All we had to do was bring his food, any treats and toys, and his leash. We got photos of Tux every morning. He was communicative and responded in a timely manner. 10/10. We will certainly be using Tyler again in the future!

This was my 5th time utilizing Austin’s Pet Escape. Milo really seems to love it here as I receive daily morning photo updates! 1) he's around multiple other dogs and 2) they designed their backyard with an obstacle course and a tarped area as well, so it's rain or shine outside play. I genuinely feel at ease whenever I'm out of town as I know Milo is in great hands - highly recommend!

Austins Pet Escape (APE) is a great host for my dog, Abe. I have tried multiple sitters through Rover and personal referrals. APE is the only one I have found to be reasonable priced and Abe does well outside of his normal environment. Tyler keeps me well informed everyday with daily photos and/or text messages. He is very understanding with pick times, especially with any return flight delays, that may occur. I would refer Tyler to anyone looking for a place to board his or her dog.

Great experience boarding our puppy for 7 days at Austin Pet Escape. Tyler and Yoly were great hosts. Champ was happy to be there and seems like learned a few dance moves. Thanks Tyler and Yoly.

Has been my go-to dog boarding for about a year now and they've been wonderful. Very responsive, flexible with drop off times and most importantly my older dog enjoys being able socialize with other dogs. Highly recommend, will continue to use as long as I live in Austin.

Tyler was extremely communicative and sent me pictures everyday. My dog was very happy when I picked him up and I could tell he loved Tyler due to the care he was given. I had even asked Tyler with some training help with basic commands and he assured me on positive reinforcement tactics which were very helpful

Tyler and Yoly have been a godsend as sitters for Raya since we found them almost a year ago. They treat her like one of their own and never fail to respond to last minute requests, send us daily photos and updates, and pick up Raya on time when requested. They even scooped Raya up on our wedding day from the wedding venue and took her home with them for the weekend, which was super helpful and gave us a lot of flexibility! Plus they’ve been updating their play-yard a lot within the last year, so that the dogs always have shade, nice turf, and friends to play with. We love them and will continue to keep using them often ᵕ̈

We LOVE sending our sweet golden to Adventure Days Dog Ranch. We use the pick up and drop off service and she is thrilled to get on the bus each day for camp! The owner is thoughtful, timely and wonderful with communication. We can tell she loves our pup as much as us! We can check in throughout the day via text, and get tons of photos and videos at the end of the day of our dog's time there. She has tons of yard space, takes them on hikes and swims on the property - we cannot recommend this buisness enough!!

We have been taking our dog here almost a whole year and have fallen in love with this place! The staff and owner are super nice and always going above and beyond for us and our baby Buckeye! Our pup loves daycare he cries when we pull up lol! Grooming is also the best in Austin!

My dog absolutely loves coming here!! The staff and Alyssa are incredibly friendly and understanding. I feel so comfortable leaving my dog with them for overnight stays. We also love the daily pictures and updates they share with all the dogs. The facility is top notch. They truly care about the pets and keep us updated with regular communications, ensuring our pup is well taken care of while are away!

Adventure Days Dog Ranch is the most incredible place for dogs and for owners. I have been sending my dog here for the last five years to play for the day, for boarding and for grooming. I am obsessed with the owner Alyssa and the amount of care and love she gives to the dogs. It is my dog’s single happiest place on earth. I know when Bowie is there he is in the very best of hands, having the time of his life and that he is totally safe. I could not recommend this Alyssa and Adventure Days more.

Alyssa and Adventure Days Dog Ranch has been a life saver for me! My dogs are with her twice a week for adventure days and also board with her anytime we are out of town. She has known 2 of my dogs since they were puppies and I truly feel like she is part of our family. She treats them like her own and I am always comfortable when they are in her care. She values safety and communication above all else. It’s such a relief to know that my dogs are being cared for and properly socialized and played with when they’re with her. I couldn’t recommend this company more !

We love Adventure Days Dog Ranch! Our dog has been going with them for almost 2 years and loves it. When I tell him his friends are coming to get him he gets very excited and paces around the house till they arrive. We love that he gets the chance to socialize with other dogs and be off leash. We always get lots of pictures and videos of his time with them.

Alyssa and her team have been absolutely incredible. She is flexible and easy to work with, great communication from pics after dog camp to updates while boarding. Our lab, Olive, gets so excited every day the bus shows up to pick her up. They are tremendously loving and caring with Olive and our past dog Charlie. I can't say enough good things!

We absolutely love Alyssa’s ranch! And more importantly, Annie is a huge fan! She has so much energy and loves other dogs—it’s the only place she can truly run and run all day with her friends and come home exhausted (and well behaved).

It is awesome!! We love this camp so much for our dog. She is taken care of so well, and we can lots of updates from each day she is there. Our dog is so excited to take the Dog Bus every morning and comes back exhausted from all her hours of yard play, hikes, and even swims in the pond on the property. Wonderful service and camp - would highly recommend!

Pups and Pals is the best facility. Management does a great job hiring the best staff - they all care so much about the dogs. The dogs are separated into groups by size and temperament. Groups are rotated in and out of the outdoor play yards to ensure they get adequate playtime and rest. My dog really came out of her shell here. She found a best friend and definitely had her favorite staff members. We are so sad to have moved out of the area because Pups and Pals is such a great place! Thank you, South Park team, for taking care of my girl!

I can’t stress enough how much we LOVE pups and pals. Every single employee is so incredibly kind and you can tell they love being there just as much as our pups. My dog, Ellie, loves her time there, whether she’s doing daycare or being boarded. She’ll walk herself to the door of the lobby the minute we park at Pups and Pals, ready to go play with her friends. We also love the daily pictures they upload with all the dogs on their social media ☺️

The staff at Pups & Pals are amazing. When we're a couple blocks from the South Austin location, my dog, Bella, starts bouncing and squealing with excitement that she's going to Pups & Pals. Bella cannot get into the office quick enough. Some of the happiest pictures of Bella are ones I've saved from their Facebook posts - she's so happy to be playing there. I travel frequently for work and never feel guilty for leaving Bella because I know she's so happy boarding at Pups & Pals. I highly recommend them for both daycare and boarding.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for forever!! My pup, Oliver, has been going here for boarding since February 2022. I always rest easy knowing he is in AMAZING hands. One visit when was feeling anxious/not so good, they went above and beyond to help address these concerns and get him taken care of. Everyone here is so great at communicating with me and keeping me updated if there are ever any concerns (which really is not often). I LOVE that I can look on Facebook and see pictures of him. This helps me feel at ease while we are out of town or on vacation. The staff is also great at interacting with him. They know how to approach his some times timid and shy-side and he is always excited to get taken back to start his daycare! I am so grateful for everything y’all do!!

We’ve been taking our pup to Pups and Pals for years. She’s always excited to go and comes back happy and tired. Other dogs don’t always respond to our pup super well but the staff has always made sure she’s got a group of dogs that she gets along with and match her energy. The staff is so caring and I know they will take good care of our girl whether she’s there for a day of playing with friends or staying for boarding while we’re away.

Our pup Apollo loves coming here to play with his human and doggy friends! The entire staff is wonderful, and you can tell that they all care about you and your pups. I've never met the owner, but she apparently makes sure her staff is happy and taken care of. From top to bottom, this place is absolutely fantastic. Thanks for all y'all's hard work and love!

They upload a gazillion pictures a day - when I’m on a trip, the highlight of my afternoon is sifting through to find Murphy. He always looks so happy! We've been using Fur Pet Care since moving to Austin and they have been the absolute best. They've been with us through losing a dog, adopting a new one, and foster dogs both for dog walking & overnights. There have been times in the past I felt bad leaving my pups but with the loving care of Mike & Patches, I know they will be well taken care of and they always come back so exhausted, they sleep for the next day or two!

Incredible dog walker and people and I miss working with them after moving out of the city! They would walk two of my dogs, one a puppy that was quickly leash trained and potty trained as a result. Doggos loved the walks and socializing time with other pups. One has crossed the rainbow bridge :( and the pup is now four :) Can’t recommend enough!

Johnny Salami and I love Stay N Play! We switched over about a year ago and I’m so glad we found this place! Before, I used Bark and Zoom, but they are expensive and you have to reserve and put a deposit on holiday boarding. That’s fine and I get it, but for how expensive it is, it’s annoying that I have to plan so far in advance. I am so grateful for Stay N Play! Sam and her helpers take exquisite care of Johnny Salami: I can be relaxed when he is at daycare or boarding knowing he’s in good hands. She sends update pictures frequently, and Sam is really flexible and responsive - which is what I need because my schedule is nuts. And she provides this high quality service at a much lower price than Bark N Zoom. I am a loyal customer and have already referred multiple friends to Stay N Play…..and as a bonus, she has a trampoline at one site and it just makes me laugh to think of these dogs playing on a trampoline.

My shepherd Athena and I LOVE Sam and her team. They are always super flexible and accommodating to my hectic schedule. I feel confident dropping her off that she is safe, has lots of space to run and play and gets the attentiveness she needs. We found Sam When our first puppy was 6mo old. We were SOO nervous to leave our little girl with someone for the first time! Sam completely understood and took our Neurotic concerns seriously without making us feel stupid or over protective. That little pup is 7 now and Sam is still the only one we’ve ever trusted with her & the new edition, our 3yr American Bully as well! 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend!

I have two very different dogs with very different needs and Sam does great with them every time! One is a little rambunctious two year old and the other is a senior dog with a very specific diet, and they always come back happy and healthy! I love all of the update pictures I get throughout the weeks I'm gone and Sam is always been very consistent, She's never cancelled on me last minute (like many sitters from rover have) and she's even taken my dogs in last minute when I needed it! Stay and play dogs is the best!

My experience with stay-n-play dogs was fantastic. It’s hard to beat someone who cares about animals as much as the owner does and I value the experience that she has. There is no other place for daycare or boarding. I love all the Instagram photos and text messages about my dog when I’m out of town. So Stay-n-Play Dogs is the only place for me and my dogs. I give it a five-star review with no questions asked.

My dog loves going to Carmen’s Canines for both daycare and boarding. Carmen is always quick to respond and sends frequent updates of his visits.

Carmen is our go-to sitter for our dog, Indy. He comes home tired each time, after so much attention and play time, she truly cares for each one as if they were her own. We couldn't recommend Carmen enough.

So grateful we found Carmen this year! Our 11-month old golden retriever has important health concerns, so we aren’t comfortable leaving her with just anyone. Carmen is friendly, professional, punctual, and reliable. She’s taken Peach on walks if we are gone for a few hours and for daycare when work is busy. We always know Peach is in good hands, which has given us so much more flexibility to leave the house, even with a young puppy.

My husband usually takes our lab mix Oliver into Bark and Zoom before vacations. This Thanksgiving, he left 2 days earlier than I, so it was my turn. Oliver doesn't like riding in the car, so he was upset and whiny when we arrived. The staff of both the dog and the car check-in were helpful and tolerant of my confused, illogical, sleep-deprived (I never finish travel prep at a reasonable bedtime. ) state. Oliver went back to the boarding area quietly, turning back to give me disappointed puppy-dog eyes. Once he settles in, he is always reported to participate in activities well. My husband receives regular communication from Bark and Zoom. We seldom have to wait for more than five minutes for the van after we get our bags in the airport. On pickup, Oliver is bathed and eager to join us. Our car is ready to go, and we even get help loading our bags. Bark and Zoom has made our plane trips much smoother and worry-free. Their prices are in line with the combination of boarding plus parking fees otherwise. Using their services is far less intrusive on our exhausted resources before and than were our trips previous to Oliver's adoption.

Well, I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet – but better late than never! My dog, Jet, has been coming to Bark & Zoom for 7 years, practically since they opened, and we couldn’t be happier. There are so many positives to highlight. First, I really appreciate the rotating play and rest schedule that Taurus/Bark & Zoom uses, which differs from other facilities in the area. It’s been a fantastic fit for Jet, especially when he was younger and would be tired but had a bit of FOMO when other dogs were playing and wouldn’t know when to rest. At other facilities without this structure, he’d end up overtired and overstimulated from hours of endless play with 25 other dogs and poor trainer/dog ratios leaving minimal staff supervision. Bark & Zoom’s approach (focus on temperament and smaller groups) has been a much better fit and Jet has thrived in this environment comparatively. The staff here has always been wonderful and so loving toward Jet as well. Years ago, there was a team gathering at Yardbar where Jet ran right up to the staff, thrilled to see them, and they immediately recognized and showered him with affection. Interactions like this validate the level of positive care he receives across several services including board-and-train, daycare, or boarding. Aside from great care, the convenience of their 24-hour model right by the airport is seriously unbeatable. As someone in the aviation industry, the flexibility to drop off and pick up at unconventional hours has been a lifesaver. I’m so grateful to Bark & Zoom for accommodating my unpredictable schedule time and time again throughout all of these years. This past year has been challenging as Jet battles lymphoma. He’s experienced multiple remissions and relapses, and as he slows down and needs more care, the staff has been wonderfully supportive, bringing comfort to me on days when I can’t be with him. There are SO many wonderful people here, but I’d like to give a special shoutout to Jess and Mackenzie. They’ve known Jet since before their well-deserved promotions and have always treated him like family. I appreciate y’all (and everyone) so much!

We've been taking both of our dogs to Bark & Zoom for years and absolutely love it! The ease of the pet care/parking combo when traveling is amazing - brilliant business concept and one that significantly simplifies our travel logistics! We always know our pups are well cared for and loved by the fabulous staff during their stay, and the time they spend playing with furry friends while at Bark & Zoom has them happily worn out for days. :) Grateful for this place and cannot recommend highly enough!

We love taking Loki and Zeus to Bark & Zoom for boarding. Shannon, Mia, and the rest of the team are very attentive, responsive, and thoughtful with the care of our pups. We recently needed a little extra care for Loki which was very much appreciated! They kept us update via text message which is very helpful if you’re away. Highly recommend!

They were absolutely superb!!!! They were able to get me in last minute after having to travel to my grandmothers funeral 9 hours away. My sweet girl totally Loved her stay there. I loved her daily report cards and pictures I’d get to update me on how she was doing. Staff was amazing and I’d highly recommend!! Prices are fairly industry standard but they go well above expectations so it’s well worth what you’re paying hands down!!!

I’ve been bringing my 2 dogs here for the last 6 1/2 years. I travel a lot and one dog has special needs. They are wonderful with him. I also love that they are open 24 hours. Just the other night my flight was supposed to land at 7 pm but didn’t get in until 11pm. Living an hour outside Austin, I would have had to wait till the next day to get my boys. B&Z had my car ready, their meds (etc) packed and the boys ready to go home. I won’t board my dogs with anyone else.

Genuinely, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care, love, and support that Tate and I receive from Bark & Zoom. Tate and I are truly grateful. I don’t even want to envision a world in which Tate and I don’t have the privilege and blessing of being Bark & Zoom customers.

I was so nervous dropping my pup off anywhere but one look at my first Report Card for Poppy told me everything was great. She was in good hands. In her pictures she looked happy and relaxed - - testament to the amazing way she was treated by the staff. The staff are responsive and patient if you have questions. They are very easy to get in touch with and give thorough and well researched responses. I couldn’t recommend Bark & Zoom more.

Horrible experience here boarding our two dogs during our wedding trip. We entrusted this place with our precious pups but found that they were confined in their rooms, with hardly any time outside to socialize. I know this because I was consistently checking the cameras in their rooms. Our dogs were scared and isolated. When we picked them up, they didn’t even realize that our dog had peed in her bed that we provided to the point that it was soaked, just goes to show how little they paid attention, if any at all. Do not board your dogs here. They will be ignored and left isolated.

I was very leary about leaving my fur baby while I travel for the holiday season. We took him in for an evaluation day, which was free! They gave us a tour of the facility, which was very clean as well as the sleep and play areas. Everyone is really nice and I feel better about the upcoming travel. Bark and Zoom was reccomend to me by a pet store owner and I am glad I took the reccomendation.

Love this place for my dog! I love the fact that they are out to play most of the day. The price is unbeatable. Especially for all that’s offered. Every interaction with the staff has been friendly and helpful. They keep good eyes on the dogs. I can tell because my dog was new and they knew him by name already and what he liked to do. My dog loves it here and never wants me to pick him up to go home LOL I was surprised people left one star reviews on this so when I went to read them, they seemed to be from people that didn’t understand how a doggy daycare operates. Ruff Ranch has made drop off and pickup super easy, hours are great, big & safe spaces for dogs to play and more than fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I've been taking my pup Leo to Ruff Ranch for a few years now, we love it. Staff has always been so kind and welcoming. I know Leo is in good hands when I drop him off for the day.

The boys are insanely happy when they go to Ruff Ranch. Rio loves everyone and Dag, well he is an escape artist who never quite makes it out. The staff are amazing. They know our boys and Coco so well that we never feel like we are doing wrong by leaving our fur kids

My dog just loves going to Ruff Ranch and getting to run around with other dogs. Staff is always friendly and careful handling dogs. It's comforting knowing that I don't have to worry about Cora's care when I'm traveling.

Ruff Ranch is an exceptional kennel. We have used them for short and prolonged stays and I can tell you without a doubt your animals will receive the love and care and personalized attention you give them at home. The staff is top notch. The setting is beautiful natural pasture land. They truly care about your fur babies and are kind, professional and thoughtful people. If I were a dog I'd want to stay there.

I have taken my dogs to Marcy for over 10 years. Marcy and her team are amazing. They always take great care of our dogs when we are traveling. They always come home super exhausted with all the playtime. I appreciate that they make it easy to drop off and pick up while traveling. Ruff Ranch is our dog's home away from home. Boarding here is great. Our dog gets ample (sometimes more than at home...) time to play outside and be social with other dogs. Most places that board offer play time as a small, costly extra service for boarding, At Ruff Ranch play time takes place the majority of the day. The staff take great care and are flexible with scheduling. Our dog is eager and excited to see the staff - I would assume because he is treated like he's one of their own. I'd highly recommend Ruff Ranch.

Over this summer we boarded 2 of our dogs here at ruff ranch for a week and when we picked up our dogs they were VERY SKINNY as if the were not fed AT ALL! Our dogs are over 80lb-100 lbs dogs and we could see their ribs when we brought them home! I don't recommend this place after speaking with a couple other friends who said the same happened to their love pups! If I could leave no stars I would but unfortunately I have to put 1 start to share my terrible experience with others!

Boarded our two dogs for 5 nights last week so we could have a trip to the coast. It is obvious that they were very well cared for and had lots of fun ! knowing the dogs get to spend plenty of time outside in the dirt and yelling at squirrels is a huge priority for us. Both dogs were cleaned up and smelled fresh when we picked them up . We will absolutely be using Ruff Ranch again for daycare or boarding when we need it !
