I truly don’t know what I would do without T&T pet care. My pup loves it there, and their west side location times allow for me to drop him off before my 12 hour shift as an RN and pick him up after. The best place in Madison to have your pets taken care of! We didn’t have to worry at all about family birds when an unexpected family hospitalization happened. There is a very open and welcoming atmosphere and It is obvious Tracey LOVES what she does and cares about every pet large and small. I recommend them to everyone and will use T & T for my own cats in the future!

Tracey and Tom are such kind and caring people, and took excellent care of our dogs at daycare and on longer boarding stays. They are extremely flexible, quick to reply to texts, and provide updates with pictures on how the doggos day went. Now that we're out of the area, we realize how spoiled we were to have them watch our dogs!

I have two rescue dogs that were very nervous about being with people.and other animals. They both have done so well with the care at T and T, and with the socialization. Tracey runs a very well run daycare/boarding for animals. I would not hesitate to use her at any time.

The Dogwoods is the place for anyone who loves their pouch! Deb is AMAZING with the dogs and it is in a home setting. The outdoor facilities are beyond amazing. Our dog loves going there and we feel like it is her home away from home. We looked all over Madison for the "right" place for doggie daycare and overnights for our dog and we did not find anything that fit what we were looking for. Our trainer recommended The Dogwoods and we feel in love. You will NOT be disappointed.

We were referred to Deb by a friend who has their Dog stay with her. Once we had a chance to tour the facility, and meet Deb and her Husband we thought it was the place for our Chocolate Lab Female. I have gotten to know Deb, she has a big heart for our pets. We have been sending our labradoodle, Allie, to The Dogwoods for years now. As we approach summer vacation, we are again feeling eternally grateful for their incredible dedication to the dogs they serve. I wouldn't even think of sending my dog anywhere else when we are away. Allie is so loved and well taken care of by Deb and the staff at The Dogwoods that even though we have neighbors who have offered to watch Allie while we are gone, we still choose to send her to this fantastic place. This place is so ridiculously amazing that I drive my dog from Maple Bluff to Mount Horeb to attend daycare at the Dogwoods. They have acres of land, playground equipment, swimming ponds, and a camp house with fireplace. Kipper comes home happy and exhausted after a day of play with other dogs, attention from the dog nannies, and chasing a remote control car up and down the field. This is truly doggie nirvana. Added conveniences are the dog taxi service and on-site grooming and bathing. The Dogwoods is in a league of its own and nothing else in Madison can compare. They have my highest recommendation.

Truly dog paradise! Deb and Ed are incredibly kind and love their guests. Our Treeing Walker Coonhound literally wriggles with glee every time I tell him “It’s time to go play with your friends!” Could not be happier to find a safe and caring place for our boy to spend his daycare time.

I take my dog who is very energetic to Barks on Bourbon for daycare twice a week and it is amazing, I was nervous to start a doggie daycare but they have been helpful in answering any questions that I have. Staff is super friendly and they do a report card for each day which is fun! This is my 2nd time having him groomed and they have done a fantastic job both times.

Took our Leo there while we were on vacation, I was nervous as this was the first time we were leaving him but they did great. I would call to check in and they did not mind at all, sent me a bunch of pictures. The free/included bath or nail trim with a week stay is also fantastic. Definitely will be returning.

Clean place, nice indoor area. The only thing I didn’t receive is pictures of my dogs that we we’re boarding for the first time. I kindly asked to take some to make sure they are doing ok and never got anything.

I was nervous bringing my 2 year old golden retriever to get groomed for the first time. Alyssa did such a good job and trimmed him in all the right places. She was quick and efficient. He was so clean and fresh! It wasn’t too hard to get an appointment. And I’ll definitely be back.

I took my 12 year old Border Collie/Lab girl for a bath and de-shed. Lenny was so good and gentle with her. She looks and feels amazing. She doesn't do well with heat and had such a thick undercoat. I can't believe how much less there is now! I was worried about her bad hips and how well she would tolerate being groomed, but she did great and did not seem stressed at all afterwards.

Our previous groomer, Lenny Cygnus, has relocated to Barks on Bourbon. We love this town, place, and groomer! Just look how wonderful!

Great service, friendly staff, very clean facility. They have boarded our dogs twice now, and we could not be happier with their care. Their prices are very decent too. We will be back!!!

Barks on Bourbon is such an amazing facility. The owner and staff greatly care for your dogs, and they have the best prices in the area. They are also involved in the community supporting various fundraisers such as Kibbles 4 A Cause. I would highly recommend their services! 🐶 …

We love Barks on Bourbon! We have yet to try out their boarding and doggie daycare but have heard great things about those services. They have been our dog's groomer for a couple of years and they do a great job! Our dog loves going even. :)

My dog absolutely loves it here, and I do too. We just switched to daycare 3 days a week instead of 2 times for winter, but I have a feeling we won't want to go back to 2. He loves to play with other dogs more anything else (except maybe mud puddles) and barks on bourbon has handled his endless playful energy very well. He is, somehow, more excited each morning we drop him off than the last. He has boarded there a couple times before too, up to a week. Even then he had a good time. We groom him there too, really a full service facility. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I've never had a dog love a daycare or boarding facility so much, and yet their rates are still affordable.

I had a wonderful experience with Hotel K taking care of my cats. My cats were older and very fussy, and Kat took wonderful care of them. I received photos from every visit and the cats were clearly happy and stress-free. Jimmy did a great job coordinating everything.

Jimmy from Hotel K did a great job taking care of Elsa, my pet bunny. His great and detailed daily updates made me feel at ease while away knowing she is well cared for. Jimmy was very kind and compassionate with her. Highly recommend!

I love and trust the folks at Hotel K so much. My dog Memphis is my beloved companion and I am so grateful to leave him in their responsible hands when I go on vacation. He has medications that need to be administered every day and they always take great care with these details. My favorite part is getting lots of photos and regular updates. I miss my buddy when I'm gone and they understand that. I also need to mention that Jimmy and Chad are both extremely intuitive in terms of reading Memphis's moods and needs. I can tell that they truly understand him. I leave them detailed instructions, but I know that if I ever forgot to, they'd "listen" to Memphis if he needed something. And as a bonus, they seem to have a good instinct for when to alert me about issues at my house (like, did you mean to leave your bike out? I can put it away for you). With Hotel K, I come home to a happy dog who has had all his needs and wants cared for. I get just the right level of communication. But most of all, I trust them completely. These are good people who care about animals deep in their hearts and it shows.

Hotel K has truly been a lifesaver for us. It's incredibly difficult to leave a sick pet in someone else's care. I was looking for a pet care service that would not just meet, but exceed my expectations, and that's exactly what I found with Hotel K. We have two Bernese Mountain Dogs and a domestic long-haired kitty. I've used other services in the past, and their service has come nowhere near the service Hotel K offers. Leona sends daily updates and the cutest pictures ever! One of our pups, Roscoe, was sick and needed special care. Medicine had to be administered 3 times a day, and he had to be hand-fed. Leona was so attentive and cared for him with so much love. When we lost our sweet boy, she came out the day before to say goodbye to him. That touched me more than she will ever know. Our puppy, Harrison, has also been sick, and she checks in regularly to see how he is doing. She loves our babies so much, and I could not ask for more. When I'm away for an afternoon or on vacation, I know they are in the best care possible, and I am so grateful. This peace of mind is absolutely priceless. I am so pleased when I found Hotel K and they surpassed my expectations. Having owned cats for a majority of my life, their safety and well-being are my utmost concern. As a pet owner it is always scary to trust someone to care for your companions when you can’t be there. And that’s where Hotel K and Jimmy K made me feel instantly at ease. Jimmy worked with me through the initial sign up process and I had my first cat sitter scheduled to look after my pets when I had to travel. I had a meet and greet with the sitter and he was so thoughtful and excited over my two kittens, I knew right away they’d be in good hands. What I enjoy so much about the service is that after a visit, Hotel K’s sitters send an update on their visit along with pictures of my pets. Leaving my cats for any length of time is a stressful experience, but Hotel K takes the stress out of it, making me feel assured that my cats are in the best possible hands. I highly recommend them!

Sky was an amazing pet sitter for our dog and cat while we were away for a long weekend. She provided multiple detailed updates with pictures throughout the stay and her communication as a whole was fantastic. We feel very comfortable with her watching over our pets and home while away in the future!

My diabetic cat DIED on 4/11 while in the care of KIMI (Kimberly?) @ HK. ×EDIT× I know these horrible people want to convince everyone that they were not responsible for my cat's death, but I have the legal notarized document to prove that their insurance company had to reimburse me for all of Archie's vet bills and his end of life expenses like cremation. An insurance company does not pay a person $8,500 if the organization and its employees aren't liable for their actions. I am also not the only person to have issues with these people administering meds. Please take your pet elsewhere. Archie's story - my cat was insulin dependent and went into ketoacidosis from lack of insulin under Hotel K's care. KIMI was dishonest about her qualifications and deprived Archie of lifesaving insulin whilst convincing me everything was fine and refusing to transport him to his primary to take over instead of admitting the job was out of her league. I returned to a home with vomit everywhere, dirty litter boxes, filthy dishes piled in my sink, old food festering in the garbage for 5 days, and a CLEARLY sick cat that had to be rushed to hospital @ 3am where his tiny body eventually gave out! This is a disgusting, selfish, and preventable tragedy and it appears that I am not their first client to experience such an event by staff @ HK. KIMI should not be allowed near anyone's pets; medical needs or not! KIMI killed my soul kitty and has no conception or care for the long lasting damage she has done and the amount of grief I am experiencing with this loss. I will not keep their secrets! Buyer beware! Edit: now I get notice this business is trying to get my reviews removed. I suppose so. It's hard to see a pet in this condition. I would want this kept a secret too!

I think we're very lucky to have Hotel K serving Madison with affordable rates. Jimmy took great care of my two cats and kindly left updates every day. Leaving pets behind can be such a worry, but thanks to Hotel K, I was able to enjoy my trip stress-free. My husband and I are very grateful.

So thankful to have the folks at Hotel K to take care of my cats. Had to go to an out of town funeral for a few days, on short notice, and when I got home my cats are completely non-stressed out. Paws and Claws are amazing. My beloved kitties love visits from them, and since we travel a fair bit it makes me feel so much more happy knowing they are well taken care of. I trust them and can’t recommend them highly enough!

We've used Paws and Claws since 2019 and LOVE their services. Their scheduling software is quick and easy to use, making trip planning easy. And when we're away we love getting the daily email messages and "proof of life" photos. It's clear their staff really care about animals and we love that we have "regulars" who have built a rapport with our cats - even our shy girl comes out for pets and play when they visit.

Paws and Claws has been our go-to petsitter for over 8 years, through multiple cats and moves. They've always provided excellent care (even to our medically needy cats) and communicated promptly with any concerns. I appreciate that they take time to send cute photos and do other small tasks like bringing in packages that we forgot were being delivered. I will never use another service if I can help it!

We have been using Paws and Claws for a couple of years now for weekday dog walks and occasional pet-sitting. We have been very happy with the quality of service, and communication has always been excellent. Green-Dog is a wonderfully responsive service with friendly and reliable dog-walkers. Our dog loves his walkers and it gives us peace of mind that he is cared for. We even get great pics of our dog and cat! Fantastic and would absolutely recommend 100%!

Mamita and I love Green Dog. I contacted Angela about a year ago after I moved to a new neighborhood. The dog walkers have been reliable, flexible and enthusiastic. Mamita is always eager to head off on an adventure with them. I was able to schedule extra last winter when the ice and snow made getting out more difficult for me. Easy scheduling, communication and billing processes.

Angela (who runs Green Dog, LLC) is amazing! She’s been babysitting my cat for nearly a year now, and we love her. First off, Angela is always available, especially at short notice. I’m often going on last minute trips or have to adjust due to airport delays, and she is willing to be flexible. Also, while I’m away, she sends photos of my cat from her visits to keep me updated. I would highly recommend getting to know Angela and letting your pet forge a relationship with her while you’re away. She’s our lifesaver!

I absolutely LOVE my dog walkers. The owner Angela meets with you to learn more about your needs, finalize schedules ( though they adapt to your needs as they change), and introduce you to your walker(s). They are all amazing with my dog, giving him love and always giving me a heads up if they notice things amiss (they caught an early ear infection!). I especially love that for every walk I get a text update, often with a picture, of how the visit went. The price is extremely competitive. It was better value than almost all the other companies I compared. So glad and thankful I chose Green Dogs for my dog Boots. We could not be happier!

I have known Angela for many years, and she is wonderful, as is her team! She has taken care of all of my fur babies, always with love, compassion, and reliability. She has done overnights, walks at different times of the day, dog park outings if requested.. she is the best! Green dog does a wonderful job walking my dog whenever needed. They are flexible, friendly and work with each dog’s individual needs. They have enough staff to provide walks on short notice and provide other services. I have left my dog with them while going out of town several times and they are constantly sending pictures and updates. I highly recommend their services!

Angela and her walkers are wonderful! They are consistently on time, reliable, and most importantly flexible when life comes up. They go above and beyond with communication, timeliness of invoices, and making sure our dog gets the exercises he needs (and gets better trained in the process). Paw Pals has been heaven sent. I have a super high energy dog. I joke that she has more energy than a power plant. The team has been amazing at helping me get her wiggles out. The long walks they take her on, helps her relax at night, which helps me relax at night. I wish I would have contacted them sooner. I am very happy with the service! I highly recommend it.

Hands down the best pet sitting experience!! We had Paw Pals take care of our 2 cats while out of town for two weeks. Each day we received a long, detailed (and humorous) message from Brittany on how our cats were doing, along with pictures/videos. I love having Paw Pals look after the cats! Ryan and Brittany are both fantastic caretakers for them and provide super thorough and fun daily updates with pictures and stories. The cats love them, even though they can be shy around strangers. They’re also great about grabbing the mail, scooping the litter, and generally making sure everything’s in order.

I used Paw Pals for the first time over this past Christmas/New Year's holiday for my cat. In the past I have relied on a combination of asking my friends/co-workers or have relied on pet sitting app (Rover). I always feel like a burden asking my friends to watch my cat because he is young and playful and loves attention from people much like a dog does. After a not-so-great experience with using the Rover app, I was looking for a local company with experience and came across Paw Pals. I'm so glad I did! Ryan was easy to work with in setting up my account and scheduling a meet and greet. Luna and Sara gave my cat excellent care and provided me with detailed updates and pictures daily. I always feel incredibly guilty leaving my cat even for a little while and Paw Pals reassured me that he was in good hands for the week that I was away. I look forward to working with Paw Pals for my next vacation and highly recommend them for anyone needing pet sitting services!

If I could leave them 10 stars, I would! They were reasonably priced, friendly, quick to respond, and did such a good job of taking care of our two cats (who require two different kinds of food and meds). Brittany gave us awesome updates while we were away after each visit that included pics of the kitties and a good sized update each day on how they were doing, how much they ate, etc. She also brought in packages for us while we were away. I am so happy with the service and we’ll definitely be using them again the next time we’re out of town!

Ryan did an amazing job taking care of my cat. I had a few special instructions and he followed them perfectly. My cat also really liked him right away and cats are the best judge of character. Definitely will be booking more visits with him!

We've used PawPals for dog-walking services for nearly a year now. Ryan took extra time and was super patient in giving our somewhat anxious puppy time to get to know him. After a few trial visits, Bear completely accepted him as part of the family and now loves it when we have Ryan come over for mid-day dog walks when we're away for long working days. Ryan is great about communication and documenting his visits, including pictures and occasional movies. Highly recommended!

DO NOT USE. We had used Caitlyn previously but the last trip we took, puppy ended up at the Vet. We agreed to a full refund but I've now been updated that she's no longer in business and is not going to pay nearly $600. STAY AWAYd UPDATED: So, given Caitlyn's response. A little more detail. Caitlyn tried to double book her business at the last minute. A week before our trip, she informs us that "her business is expanding" and she asks if her friend, who's only experience is that she has a cat, can sit for a few days while she takes care of another customer nearby. Note, I did initially agree to this and should've pushed back but was trying to be accommodating. It became very clear in a short amount of time that this person didn't know how to care for our dog which in the end created the stress that we believe created the sickness which prompted the vet visit. In addition, we asked that she be removed immediately. Caitlyn obliged but still had to go back and forth to the other customer. So, without our consent, she asked her sister to come and sit with our dog while she was away. Unfortunately, her sister also brought her kid who preceded to walk into our neighbor's house while her sister fell asleep in our home. I could go into more detail but will spare you the fine parts. Fortunately, our neighbor called us and I immediately called Caitlyn and told her to not come back. I had to scramble to get my relatives to take care of our dog. Caitlyn is a nice person, who means well but doesn't know how to run a business.

Caitlyn with OneStep is the best! We’ve trusted her now with two week-long trips and she takes great care of our two cats, one of whom needs special attention with some medication. She always sends updates and photos that we greatly appreciate. Highly recommend.

Having three cats, especially one that is incredibly shy, always made me anxious whenever I had to travel. However, leaving them under Caitlyn's care has been a game-changer. To my surprise, my reserved fur-baby warmed up to Caitlyn in just a few days! What impressed me even more was the immaculate state in which I found my home upon my return. It's evident that Caitlyn doesn't just care for pets but also ensures the environment is clean and pleasant. Her daily check-ins brought me so much peace, knowing my feline family was in capable and loving hands. Catilyn was great with our cats! One of our cats is shy, but he warmed up to her right away. She sent daily updates and went above and beyond with her visits and care. I highly recommend her.

Catilyn took excellent care of our dog and house while we were gone for a week. Our dog is anxious but he instantly was comfortable around Catilyn. She also left our house exactly as we left it and was very responsive and respectful throughout the process. Would highly recommend Catilyn to take care of your pets and house when you travel!

Caitlyn did an awesome job with our 2 dogs and 2 guinea pigs. She stayed with them for 10 days (even through a blizzard and Christmas) and did an amazing job. She was fantastic and kept in communication with us and shoveled the drive after said blizzard ended. She is a great pet sitter!

She is amazingly responsive and goes above and beyond taking care of my animals (picking up medication, watering plants, bringing in mail, taking out garbage). She has taken care of dogs and fish for me. My animals absolutely love her and I know they (and my house) are in great hands while I am gone.

Loved Catilyns services. My puppy Khaleesi has never looked so clean! I was nervous about her setting up shop in home considering my residence is small but catilyn didn’t let any problems I thought I had slow her down. Recommend highly if you want a happy pooch in the comfort of your own home!!

My Havanese male has been groomed at Verona Boarding and Grooming for more than six years. Consistently Sheena gives him an excellent hair cut in addition to trimming his nails and bathing him. On numerous occasions people have stopped me and asked me for the name and location of his groomer. My dog gets a “puppy cut” which is fondly referred to as the “Tango Cut”. The staff is professional, courteous, and respectful to both pets and their owners. Additionally my dog always receives a bandanna which makes him even more handsome!

It should be noted that this took place several years ago, although I still deeply regret inflicting this kennel on my dog it could be under new ownership and management. Personally I do not trust their five star ratings. I kenneled my dog in over the weekend while I took a trip. She was supposed to get a cracked tooth removed, they did that and UNauthorized removed another tooth they claimed was loose. I don't believe them because I personally checked her teeth before I took her in. When I picked her up she was TERRIFIED and the place was in complete chaos. She immediately ran outside where she had an emergency bowel movement that was most definitely larger-than-normal, she was obviously holding it for a long time. I went back inside and confronted them about not taking her out. They said that they "just took her out". That was a complete and utter LIE.

I was moving to the area and had my cat boarded here for several weeks. I also had my dog spend a few days here. Bob is very accommodating and came in when not working regular hours so I could drop them off. It was expensive because of how long my cat stayed (did not compare prices to other similar services) but they do give discounts if you have more than one animal. I was happy with their services. Friendly staff.

I really trust and love this place and kennel. My Roxie is a pit bull mix and I used their boarding services and never disappoint. Roxie gets excited to see Bob and another woman who works there. Highly recommended. They show love and care to dogs. Bob and another woman also provides outstanding customer services. I’m very pleased with this kennel.

I actually had my dog groomed. This is the second time we have used their groomer, Shawna. She is absolutely wonderful! She goes out of her way to make accomodations for my 14 year old, blind mini schnauzer. She talks to him the entire time so that he is calm and comfortable. I also cannot believe how reasonably priced her grooming services are. I highly recommend checking Shawna out!

I had just move to town when my dog had a stroke. They were the only ones that could see her in town. They were helpful through the whole process. She has passed. But because of care we got here with Marla we will take our other dog, Josie, only here for all of our grooming and vet needs.

I travel a lot for work and my dog Spidey is so excited to see all his friends at the kennel whenever I drop him off. He loves everybody there and I couldn't be happier with how they take care of him and the service they provide.
