Burak was an absolute gem and we cannot recommend him enough. He quite literally saved our trip from being completely cancelled at the very last minute, spontaneously hopped on a train and kept his word on arriving on time. He made us feel like our dog was not only safe, but also having the time of his life, from start to finish. Communication was great, he sent us photos and kept us posted - and even went as far as to leave our apartment tidier than how we left it. When we had a last minute change of plans which required flexibility on his part, he immediately let us know he'd be glad to help us out and made the entire experience utterly flawless.
