Wonderful sit, highly recommended! Kim and Emi are warm, kind, friendly and very interesting people to talk with. They provided plenty of information about the island and communication was perfect. Pudding and Flashie just melted our hearts…they are so easy-going cats, we thought they would be shy at the beginning but they came to us since the moment we went into the house, they are curious and appreciate a lot the cuddles when they are relaxed. The apartment is very comfortable, our room was spacious and the bathroom was real nice. There is a small but modern and decorated with taste kitchen, equipped with all the necessary. Spending time in their big terrace is amazing. The location is perfect, there are a lot of beautiful walks around, it’s very close to the city centre, shops, supermarkets, restaurants… We couldn’t have expected such a wonderful experience in Ibiza. The kitties, Kim and Emi, the house and all the sightseeing that we did was marvellous and unbeatable.
Betty was a wonderful companion over the Christmas period. She's got a great personality. When she knows it's time for a walk she gets very excited, eager for her coat to be put on (which she looks very dapper in). She's great on the lead and doesn't pull. She's incredibly patient and gentle with other dogs. Krystelle and Ed have a lovely, spacious, and comfortable home in a leafy part of London. They made me feel very welcome, like a home from home, and even let me use their study for work. Krystelle gave me great instructions and was always on hand if I had any queries. I'd encourage any sitter to read the Greyhound care book that Krystelle left, it gives lots of helpful hints for looking after this special dog breed. I definitely miss Betty, and would gladly look after her again if the opportunity arose. I highly recommend this housesit. (Apologies for the late feedback).
Aman is a very friendly host, it was very easy and pleasant to communicate with him. During my stay, we often chatted about James 😸 he always does something fun to talk about and is also very photogenic. This was Aman's first experience with Trustedhousesitters, nevertheless, he was an amazing host. Jamesy is an incredible kitten. He is fun, full of energy, intelligent, affectionate and playful. It was a pleasure taking care of him. His favorite toys are some colored worms that he always brings to play and also the laser pointer, with that one, he goes nuts. He is a young cat so it is important to play with him at night to release his energy and then he will want to snuggle with you. However, he might have some zoomies during the day which I find very funny. Aman's flat is very nice, bright and comfortable. He has everything you need for a pleasant stay. If you work remotely, his desk is great to work at and internet conection, very fast. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood of Berlin, well connected to public transport and also close to supermarkets. A highly recommended housesitting. Thank you Aman!
We absolutely loved doing the housesit for Linda and Dan. Before the housesit started they invited us to come to their house and they made us feel really welcome. We shared meals and had a lovely time together before they left for their holiday. In those days the cats (Angel and Coco) got used to us and we found our way around the house. They even opened their home for family to come visit us from The Netherlands. We had an amazing time and we are very grateful for their kindness. It was a pleasure to take care of Angel and Coco and would love to housesit for Linda and Dan again if we are in the neighbourhood.
Catherine and Michael are a very nice couple with a lovely, comfortable home set in the beautiful Cork countryside. We really enjoyed our stay looking after their friendly, funny and very affectionate dogs. We managed to visit a lot of the places that where on our 'must do' list and took little Jake with us so that we didn't have to rush back. The two larger dogs, Sive and Harrison, are happy to have the run of the large garden whilst you are out. We would be more than happy to return should the possibility arise and would highly recommend this sit to anybody wishing to visit beautiful Southern Ireland.
I LOVED staying at Kay's house!! First of all, Kay is an incredible woman and I'm greatful I got to meet her and spend time with her. Second, indie her dog is magical. She is easy to take care of and so communicative. I never met a dog like her. I understood everything she told me and needed and we had the best time together. The neighborhood is incredibly beautiful and I enjoyed taking indie on very long walks. It was so great. Some days we went on extra walks just because it was fun.
