I had a wonderful time looking after Willow for 4 weeks. She’s a sassy cat who, after a couple days of getting to know you, just loves being near you—either in your lap, snuggling in bed, or snoozing nearby. We spent a lot of quality time watching the birds and binge-watching Bridgerton 😊. We also had some fun playing with her blue fuzzy toy which I deemed to be her favourite. Graeme and John are gracious hosts and made me feel very welcome. Communication was excellent and we were lucky to be able to meet up over a cuppa before they took off on their adventures. Graeme left me a mystery novel set in the Haworth area which was a lot of fun, esp since I was able to visit Haworth. They provided a comprehensive Welcome Guide with info for the house and Willow’s care, plus a wealth of information about the surrounding area (and some treats “from Willow” to make me feel at home!) My partner came up the final week of my stay and we took the Keighley Worth steam railway to Haworth to visit the Bronte parsonage — a quintessential English day out. Plus, the house is beautiful with all the amenities you could ask for in a peaceful location with lovely neighbours. Highly recommend this sit. Thanks, Graeme and John!
We loved our time sitting two busy Terriors in a beautiful rural home owned by an equally nice family. I would highly recommend this sit if you like a quiet, rural environment. The owners were great , communication was easy and relaxed.
Phil and Lara were a pleasure to sit for. Communication was timely and effortless, I had an excellent pre-sit meeting that explained everything I needed to know about the house and the chickies (what a shame they took their gorgeous dogs away with them!), and their home and location is fantastic. The room they gave me was just lovely...even down to to the rather beautiful bedding. I would absolutely recommend and return for future sits. Thank you Lara and Phil.
I spent three months in Eureka Springs, AR with Alisa and Elby's two kitties, Joplin and Trilby. It was a joy living life with such great pets. Trilby is a total lover, and Joplin, though cautious at first, is such a sweet kitty as well. Also, the town is not at all what one would expect in Arkansas; it is a small tourist town with a rich and really interesting history and built on top of a bluff. If you have never heard of this town, it is definitely worth checking out! In fact, I fell in love with the area so much that I will be moving to the area semipermanently. The people in this town are absolutely wonderful too. Alisa and Elby are no different; they were communcative and easy to work with. Highly recommend this petsit.
Mikayla was such a delightful and spunky bunny -- I had to fight every urge to pick her up but she was very receptive to being pet! Such a clear communicator and excellent co-pilot! Catherine was an excellent host. She was also a very clear communicator and went out of her way to make us feel at home at her lovely place near Boston College (which is right by some of my favorite burritos in Boston) Would love to sit for Catherine + the bun in the future!
Had a lovely stay thank you!
