Dog Sitters in Pinewood, FL

The BEST House sitters ever. They loved my dog like their own. House was spotless when we came home. If you are lucky to get these two for your next trip….don’t buy a lottery ticket, cause you already won the Powerball with these guys. Can’t thank them enough!!

Carol is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely warm and caring and took great care of Millie and another family member’s dog while we were away. She also took great care of our home. We’d welcome Carol back anytime.You could not wish for a better sitter for your pets and home. Thank you sweet Carol!

Nicole was a fabulous sitter. I appreciated her from our first interaction - she was very communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. I appreciated that she came a night early which allowed us to have an early departure time. She sent me updates and photos each day, and had a close eye on our cat, Arlo, who is a very scared rescue cat. I figured there was a high probability that Arlo would spend the week hiding. She did for the first few days, and Nicole thoughtfully moved food and water bowls to a spot where Arlo would be more comfortable using them. Nicole obviously earned Arlo's trust as Arlo eventually came out and took treats by hand from Nicole, and allowed a couple pets. That is huge for Arlo! It is hard for me to leave Arlo, and I felt at ease with Nicole watching her. She also took great care of our home, so thank you, Nicole!

Jessica took great care of my dog and my apartment! Everything was as I left it & my dog seemed happy and healthy. I would definitely recommend her to any home owner!

Nathalie and John were great! They were great house sitters to watch our two dogs, 2 geckos, our old cat and bull frog. Their two girls took good care of the animals as well. The house was exactly how we left it. We really appreciated their help!

If I could give 10 stars to Yoselin, I absolutely would! Yoselin was amazing from beginning to end. Before leaving our poor Rocky got attacked and had some complication with his recovery. Yoselin was amazing and brought Rocky to his vet and ensure his well recovery! This was a very long stay and Yoselin took amazing care of our puppies. I could see the pictures she was sending me that they were having an amazing time with her.! She also Took great care of our house and when we came back, the house was even more organized and clean than when we left highly recommend her any sits! 

Our dogs were loved while we were gone! It can be a lot to watch 3 at once,but Joel and Silvia were perfect for them. The house was spotless upon our return. Joel kept in touch with us every day while we were away, his communication was always prompt and thorough. Definitely would love to have them come back.

I gave Vanessa a tour of the house and instructions, mostly for our dog Donut. We came home to find the patio door unlocked, creamers in the Nespresso machine (and left there soiled and spoiled). She left hair all over the bathroom floor and toothpaste inside the sinks. She ran out of dog poop bags, and left the poop in the yard instead of asking where more bag could be found. We found a piece of chewed wire, so not sure what he chewed through. Vanessa wasn't communicative and only gave updates if I asked how Donut was.

Although I have used TH several times since 2018, this is the first review I have submitted. Tom has restored my faith in both TH in general and sitters under 30 in particular! Tom arrived late on a Friday night and I did not leave until Monday afternoon so I could show him around. At some point either on Saturday or early Sunday I noticed Tigger following him around. It was obvious he wanted to be close to Tom. I had never seen Tigger do this before. The previous sitter took good care of them, but I did not see much affection or connection even after 4 months together. With Tom I could see it almost immediately. It was mutual between him and the dogs. He cooked their meat and veggies to mix in with the kibble, gave Tigger his obligatory supplement every day and walked them very early on the beach before the sun was too hot, playing with them in the ocean at times. I received photos and an occasional video of them and could see how happy they were - to the point where I thought they might get depressed when he left! Fortunately, they didn't... Tom is just so calm with a lovely energy that the dogs obviously sense. Considering his prior experiences were mostly with cats I was surprised at how quickly he "clicked" with them and would highly recommend him as a sitter for any pet. If I could give him more than 5 stars in the pet care category I would! He did not complain when the internet was erratic and/or the electricity went off (for some reason, much more during the 2 months he was here than usually happens in the better part of a year!), but let me know so I could contact the neighbors and find out what was going on. As for the house and my possessions (I put those in the "tidiness" category) I have yet to have any sitter who has not left at least a few or sometimes many things either broken or damaged or even lost, not to mention dirty - even though they were clean when the sit started. The difference with Tom was that he good-naturedly came back (he stayed nearby at a new friend's house for a few days after the sit) and spent the better part of an afternoon cleaning most of the things that had been left dirty. And when I pointed out some damage to a wall he offered to pay to fix it (I did not accept, but very much appreciated the offer). Speaking of cleaning, I bought a brand new vacuum right before the previous sit started in order to make cleaning easier for the sitter. It was still in the box. When I returned it was lying on the living room floor covered in thick dust on the outside and filthy inside the drum where the filthy filters were; and the tube and attachment were completely clogged. I cleared out the tube, but gave up on the drum and filter after removing some of the dirt. I wasn't even sure it would work. Tom cleaned it all up and was able to use it! He also helped me upload a couple of photos onto my listing. He is so pleasant and considerate, asking about things he was in doubt about instead of just doing them and hoping he had made the right choice - unfortunately, I can't think of a specific instance right now and since I believe today is the last day to submit the review they will remain unsaid. In closing, I would like to publicly thank Tom for giving such loving care to Tigger and Shala. I highly recommend that you choose him as a sitter - your pets will thank you! :)

Marah was a dream to have in my home. I have an anxious dog and he took to her right away, which helped ease my mind while I was gone. She also sent me photos while she was here, which was very much appreciated. I hope to have her stay again in the coming months!

Elizabeth is a perfect house sitter! Super communicative, lots of updates on the fur babies, flexible, kind and clean. Would 100% invite her back to sit for us :) thank you so much!
