Kenna as a very good petsitter, reliable and look after the pets very well. We were able to leave without worry as she was able to look after them for all our trip. She kept us updated with pictures and messages daily. We came back and all was in order with them. We are very grateful.
It is not an exaggeration when this listing says friendly cats! We have never been accepted and welcomed so quickly by a group of cats before! Instant love! Also, this home is in a fantastic location. Super short walk to the DC metro, groceries, and so many fun things close by. It is so comfortable and easy to care for as well! We had quick and easy conversations, any questions were answered instantly even though the family was across the sea. We found everything we needed to easily cook meals at home, and loved the induction cooktop! The neighborhood is very peaceful and feels safe, off street parking is a bonus! We felt so fortunate Christine chose us as their sitters and would absolutely return again. We highly recommend this sit for both work from home and those sitters looking to see all the sights of Alexandria and the DC area.
I had a wonderful time sitting for Peanut Butter and Bacon. They are both very loveable and warm up to you once they feel comfortable. I loved my long walks with Peanut Butter and playing toys and cuddling with both of them. Amber was such a gracious host and was understanding when I had to leave later than planned! I look forward to sitting for them again!
Bevin is a very easy-going host, which made caring for her pets and home, a breeze. Caring for Pablo, Gertrude, Buckles, and the chickens was fairly simple. Pablo is one of the most laid-back dogs I’ve ever cared for. He mostly lounges around, needs minimal attention, rarely barks, and enjoyed just 2 walks a day. He took his daily supplements very well. Towards the end of the trip he required a crème for a rash and did well with the application. Gertrude and Buckles are very friendly and affectionate outdoors/covered patio cats and only require feeding and cleaning of their litter box. Occasionally, Gertrude will try to sneak inside the home, so be mindful of that. Caring for the chickens was also simple and a first and exciting experience for my young son. Bevin’s home is located in a quiet neighborhood about 15 mins. from the Biltmore and a short drive away from several restaurants and grocery stores. Walking Pablo late a night, was very safe, even on streets with no side walks. Her home has a beautiful layout and tons of natural lighting. Bevin did point out a day before my arrival that her she had been having some on going issues with their smoke detectors were sounding off, without detecting smoke. This wasn’t a major issues, but was startling, especially in the middle of the night. Also, upon arrival I was made aware of an ant issue, which impacted their entire home. Bevin was proactive with laying out traps, however there were a few times that I and my son found ants crawling on us, which made me feel itchy most of the trip. I believe that this might be a rare occurrence, as no other reviews mention an ant issue.
A great sit with such a sweet kitten, we enjoyed it and look forward to seeing her again. Beautiful home walking distance from Marlow and all that the town has to offer. Lucy left detailed information some amazing cup cakes and everything we could need to make our sit trouble free. Communication was always easy and we enjoyed meeting up prior to the sit. You will be very impressed at the paintings around the house, Lucy is very talented. Thank you for everything and we look forward to seeing you again when our dates align. Haggis is super affectionate and low maintenance, he loves cuddles and if you ever get to hear him its because he wants food or to be petted, besides that he likes to be by the windows or under Nohelia’s bed. He is super well behaved, and would rarely wake up during the night. The apartment its exactly as described, and the location as well, many options on buses besides the tube and the area has many shops with a variety of options for food. Nohelia was welcoming and always in touch via whatsapp and even when I couldn’t stay until her arrival, cause I had my flight booked, we managed the situation and made it work as a team between her neighbor, Nohelia and me. (Discussed prior the sit)
I had such lovely time at Nikki and Michaels gorgeous home in the hills. I was given a full tour by Michael and one of the girls when I arrived, they answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. Rogue was an absolute sweetheart, very mellow and very well behaved. We had a great time exploring the trails just behind the house and laying in the sun on the deck together. She wasn't a huge player, but a couple times she showed off by squeeking her favorite hedgehog toy. The guest room was one of my favorite features of the house because of how it was beautifully decorated and had a great view. It had big windows looking out to a large redwood and oak tree, since the house is on a hill being it felt like I woke up in a treehouse every morning. I was so happy and cozy in that room. It was delight to stay in this clean and well loved home and care for the Rogue, the largest dog I've ever stayed with. The fishies were pretty cute too and would always remind me it was mealtime by splashing about if I had forgotten. Thanks you guys for a great stay.

We needed sitting for our recently adopted rescue kitty at the last minute. Julie responded to my inquiry immediately, and got me sorted with Shawna to take care of our baby. Can’t say enough about Shawna - she came over to meet Millie (who immediately went over to her and was comfortable with her, which made us so comfortable - animals just know!); we left instructions for her, she followed them to the letter, texted if/when she had questions, and sent us detailed updates with pictures and videos after each visit (complete with selfies of Millie cuddling on her ❤️). It was our first time away from our kitty, and she just eased our concerns and gave us a confidence that Millie was in good hands. When we got home Millie was so happy, we could tell she was treated well and loved on. Furever Friends has a happy customer for life - couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with our baby!!!
Very thankful to have found Furever Friends Pet Sitting. I was stressing out about going out of town for 9 days for Thanksgiving and not having any plans for my cat during that time. I called 2 days before my trip asking if they would be able to accommodate me, and Julie was very responsive! She told me she'd look to see if she could find a pet sitter on such short notice and she came through! We scheduled our meet and greet for the next day and she got me all setup with the app that they use for scheduling and communication which is suuuuper convienent. My pet sitter Celine was awesome! She went at the scheduled time everyday, played with him and gave him lots of attention, followed all feeding and litter instructions, even swept up the litter that tracks everyday which was a huge plus. She updated me with a message and pictures on the app every visit which was very reassuring that my baby was being taken care of. Julie also checked in afterwards to see how everything went. Just an overall great experience; I already have my dates scheduled for my next trip :)

Shawna is the best! She takes such good care of my two very high maintenance cats who are on multiple types of medication’s. She is patient with them, she sends me amazing reports every time she comes over with photos and videos. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my thoughts about the Furever Friends team. Every review I read was nothing short of glowing satisfaction for the exceptional care they provide our pets. The quality of care, experience of staff, and review stellar reviews written by their past and current clients is the sole reason I now have a great sitter, a better life for my dog, and finally some peace of mind while I'm at work. Now that I have Julia on board, I no longer worry about him when I'm gone. I immediately called Furever Friends, and just a few moments into our conversation, I knew they were the right people for the job. Not only do they have a seasoned, qualified staff who have years of experience, some services they provide are one-hour dog walks, dog sitting/visits (visits/walks can arranged for as much as much as two a day) and medication administration, just to mention a few. They also have an online Parent PetPortal, giving pet owners the ability to schedule changes and additions conveniently and efficiently. The portal offers the extra added benefit of being able to pay your invoices online for the services provided each week. I have THE BEST dog sitter, Julia! My needy Pomeranian, "Dino" who is a senior dog with crippling separation anxiety and heart disease has to take medication 3 times a day (the second dose being at the inconvenient time of 2:30 pm while I'm at work). Before the initial visits started, Julia came over before a few days beforehand for a meet-and-greet, and he absolutely loved her. From the moment she walked in the door, it was like two old friends reuniting. He is totally happy, comfortable, and feels safe with her, which was such a relief to see he isn't normally like that with anyone else but me, especially new people. Julia plays with him, takes him outside to enjoy some fresh air, makes sure he has enough food and water to last until the end of the day, administers his heart medication, and takes him to potty, and he always ends me pictures of Dino while she's visiting before she leaves. Before she leaves, she always sends me pictures of Dino after the visit is over, along with a short report about his well-being during their time together. He just loves her, and they have a wonderful bond that I'm so very grateful for. All of this to say: if you have anxiety about leaving your dog or cat at home for long periods of time due to work or other schedule conflicts, you would be remiss not to call Furever Friends to set up a meet-and-greet. They're incredibly trustworthy and reliable, and they truly care about and love our little fur babies. Furever Friends is THE BEST.
I’ve been using furever friends services for my cat and dog more than 4 years but last month for the first time I got an overnight sitter from them . She stayed with my cat and dog for 8 days and did an amazing job. It gave me such a great peace of mind while traveling out of country . She was sending me photos and videos along with detailed daily reports to keep me updated about the kids. I strongly recommend furever friends. They are amazing .
I have used Furever Friends twice now. The first time was just for my cat over the weekend and Cyrus was amazing and sent great pics! I had Julia another weekend for both my cat and dog. My dog is usually very sad when he is left at home while we are gone, but not this time! They were both so happy and we had no issues and as always the cutest pictures every time Julia was at our house. Furever Friends makes traveling without my pets worry free since they are so well taken care of. The owner Julie always checks in before and after each session. Our pup had an amazing first stay with Angelica at Sunflower Pet Cottage! Our girl was well taken care of and loved while we were away. Angelica sent us frequent updates to ease any concerns we may have with plenty of pictures of our pup. She had play time and lots of cuddle time. Our girl enjoyed every minute of her stay and we’ll definitely have her stay with Angelica again! Such a treat! Angelica also sent her home with a surprise for us. So special!

Sunflower pet cottage is without a dought the most amazing day care board an grooming place to leave your pet. I left my max there for a month an is amazing ..she have the experience with animals an loves them. the fur babys love her. It is a five star that deserves a 100 stars..im not a review person but Angelica sunflower pet cottage deserves this review.she played with them. an has the experience an more. just so much care an love. I was worried he would not want to come home with me. Because he had a tremendous time....now I'm even considering to take him there 4 day care since he had so much fun. Thnk you thnk you you are the best. I loved the current updates an pictures that she would do on a daily basis so consistent ... I just love this place an so do the doggys...my max even made a friend I was so happy .now I have to make play dates ..just amazing experience from foam party to pool party . All I can say is Sunflower Pet Cottage is the ONLY place I will EVER take my new puppy, Storm. Angelica, the owner is absolutely amazing and is a true animal lover and that is very comforting. I have a Dobermann puppy who is now 15 weeks old. I got her on February 3rd and she has been coming here since February 4th. I got Storm on the first day of a winter storm, Angelica gave my baby a little shark jacket to keep her warm because I didn’t have one yet at the time, which was AWESOME!!! She does this out of her home, so her personal pets (Max, Zoe and Anubis) have been a big help with Storm’s potty training and socialization. I LOVE that she sends me pictures throughout the day of my baby’s shenanigans while she is at puppy day care. I had a work event lasting longer than expected and I called Angelica last minute to see if Storm could board overnight and she was like NO PROBLEM, which was a huge blessing. Storm had her ears docked this pass Sunday. Angelica is taking care of her and making sure she takes her pain meds, doesn’t shake her head and doesn’t play too rough with the others……all that EXTRA STUFF I can’t do when she is away from me…..life saver!!!! I’m one of those anxious and over dramatic pet owners when my baby is away from me. So, having someone like Angelica caring for my baby girl Storm gives me a huge peace of mind. Angelica I have known for a few years. Recently I was in Texas and found a Dogo Argentino puppy to buy for my friend for Christmas, unfortunately I could not keep the puppy where I was staying. Angelica came through for me, picked me and the puppy up and took great care of little Tex, he was well fed, entertained, bathed, and happy. Everyone knows taking care of a puppy is hard work. I visited a few times and enjoyed my time with her and the puppy. I would recommend her services and can also verify she is very responsive and understanding for any situation, in my case a last minute situation.
I highly recommend Sunflower Pet Cottage for overnight care and boarding of your dog! My little dog is 13.5 years old and I never leave her with anyone except close family. We had an out of town wedding and all the family was attending. I chose Angelica to keep Coco and I am so glad I did. She sent multiple photos every day and I could see Coco's expressions and she was safe, happy and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely use Angelica again!
After spending months searching for a trustworthy place to board our 3 year old corgi, we were thrilled to find Sunflower Pet Cottage. Angelica, the owner, truly cares about all of the dogs she watches. Unlike the kennels in Houston, you can be sure your beloved pet is receiving 1:1 attention, being responsibly socialized with other dogs, and that their needs are being tended to. I could not recommend more! Love this place!
They have a great outdoor area. They had a splash pad and pool setup. My 7 month old golden loves water! All the dogs got along very well. I felt very comfortable leaving my baby in their care. Angelica definitely knows what she's doing great service and I love the card I got afterwards! I will only use Angelica for boarding in the future.
Sunflower Pet Cottage is the first and only boarding place I will take my dog. Angelica is so diligent and attentive to your pet’s needs. Such a great outdoor play area with shade and water features which my fur baby loves. He came home with a cute card including his paw prints and photo from his fun filled day. Sunflower is the absolute best and only place I like to send my babies. Angelica is one a kind and my dogs get so excited when we pull up. I always receive lots of pics and updates during their stays, which I greatly appreciate. One time during a stay, one of my pups had a little medical emergency and she made sure he got the help he needed, while keeping me informed every step of the way. 5 stars just isn’t enough! 10/10 for sure.
We used Julia’s Pet Services during a 10 day vacation and they were wonderful! They came by every day to check on our two cats Mac and Eddie, and the boys loved them. They sent us pictures of them from every visit, and helped with making sure their litter boxes, water fountain, and feeders were working. We felt good knowing there would be someone coming by each day to check on them and they always gave detailed check ins through our text groupchat. Would definitely recommend using JPS for cat sitting, especially since Mac and Eddie could stay in their own home and be comfortable, versus being boarded somewhere they’re not familiar with! We love Julia’s Pet Services!! They are exactly the kind of care we needed for our two cats while we are away. We have used their services a few times now. Our cats are assigned a whole team so there’s always someone available to answer our questions or provide updates to our group text, including my husband and Julia herself. The team always sends pictures after each visit which is our favorite part! It’s so comforting to know our cats are safe and sound at home instead of a shelter where they will be scared and locked in a small enclosure around unfamiliar smells and people. I called Julia's Pet Services requesting prie information for cat visits and insulin shots for my diabetic cat. It was a last minute accommodation because my cat got sick right before my trip. Alexa was super helpful and kind to me during several stressful calls. Thankfully, my cat ended up getting better and only needing diabetic food for the time being, no insulin shots, so I did not book the service. But I am grateful for the customer service and will be booking a regular cat visit on my next trip!
Julia and her team are a God sent!! She was not only the ONLY sitting professional that responded to a thumbtack pet sitting inquiry, but it was on short notice, and I had to leave for a trip and we didn't have a lot of time to traditionally meet or get acquainted with my dog and the coming and going. Julia came through like the very next day when I absolutely needed her or I wouldn't have known what to do. I have a Tripod Pit mix and a cat. I work late and travel for events where I'm away from home for up to 8 hours. Julia and her team are so reliable, and I don't know what I'd do if they weren't so consistent and dedicated. My favorite part of her team is that I get sent text updates about each sitting visit and I get sent great photos of her on her walk, playing fetch and them playing with her at home. She needs a lot of exercise, and I can't bear to leave her cooped up in her crate for so many hours when I'm gone. Julia, Luis and company have been caring for my dog for months now, and I can work late, travel locally or go out of town for days knowing that my pets are taken care of and a trustworthy team comes through my home. Julia is also a former vet tech with a lot of insight on animals and is a good person to check in with on pet questions. My dog absolutely loves people but is dog aggressive, and I feel comfortable knowing she's out with them on walks. Reliable, Professional, Affordable, Locally and Woman Owned!

Excellent place to take your pet for grooming! I've tried many different groomers because I have a maltipoo who is very nervous 😥 but they are able to groom him with no issues! The fastest and most efficient service! They don't have your baby waiting for hours! In addition prices are fantastic and everyone here is super nice! Definitely recommend!
My puppy, your honor, loves Meadowlake. We send her every weekday. Your honor enjoyed to play with the staffs and her friends. The staffs are very friendly and nice. They treat my girl well. She is excited to get there.

Meadow lake truly cares. They contacted me immediately with a concern and took my dog to his vet and covered the cost. I have 0 concerns of my pet being with them and won’t take them anywhere else but meadow lake. A great place to board your animals while away.

We have previously used the 288 location, and have always been pleased. This experience was no different, our dog came home happy and tired. I must commend the company as a whole, this experience was during the massive power outages following Hurricane Beryl and they were able to accommodate us on short notice. Not only could they help on short notice, they allowed an earlier drop off time because of the situation. I cannot recommend them (either location) enough.

Love Meadowlake in the Galleria. I take my dog at least two times a week. He absolutely loves going to daycare, sometimes he has so much fun he doesn’t want to leave! The staff is so nice, sweet, and active/attentive with the animals. They have a fun calendar of events each month that you can opt in for your dog to join in that are very cute and creative. My dog loves all his furry friends and human friends at daycare.
I’m so happy we found Pauli and Pets! We have an anxious pup, several cats and need someone that doesn’t mind the chaos at our house. Parker and the cats loved Paulina and Ethan immediately, and the regular updates with pics and videos give us peace of mind when we’re away. Paulina and her assistant, Shelby took such loving care of my daughter's 3 cats in Houston, Texas during this difficult time in our lives over this past year. We recently lost our precious little 3-legged rescue dollbaby, our baby boy 15 year old kitty named Mr. Bojangles "Boji", of blessed memory. Boji had severe medical issues and was on Hospice Care for this last year. He required around the clock 24/7 nurturing and medical care which involved giving him IV fluids, hand feeding him a few bites of food by handheld syringe every 20 minutes to an hour, and he also required careful watching over him as he had only three legs for when he had to use the bathroom. He was a senior 3-legged 15 year old cat with kidney disease that had been left in a cage at the Humane Society shelter, all alone in the back of a lonely caged, forgotten about and thank God, my daughter noticed that this Kitty would never have been rescued oh, and she took on the mission of caretaking this little creature and she rescued him from the shelter, knowing that his condition was in Decline, that he would be so much work, but that didn't matter to her, she took him home with her, his story is that he had been a victim of horrific abuse, he only weighed about 5 lb at the most, he had been previously, before being adopted by my daughter, used as target practice and was shot in the back with BB's that were lodged into his spine, he was the sweetest creature that I have ever known with the kindest nature. After spending several months with Boji, caring night and day for this little baby doll, my daughter had fallen terribly ill herself and had to be hospitalized for several months. We reached out to Paulina for help while my daughter was inpatient to care for Boji and my daughter's other two lovely shelter rescue cats, Patches and Mallard. I am giving Polina and her assistant Shelby way more than a 5-star rating for the care that they took on in helping watch over my daughter's cats while she was hospitalized for many, many months over the past year. Polina and her team came in day and night, sometimes even sleeping over to care for Boji as his health went into severe decline, providing nursing services and Medical Care such as setting up IV fluids and warming them and giving them to Boji twice a day, and continuing with the hand feeding and grooming of this creature and sometimes having to bathe him after he would relieve himself and he would end up falling in his own poop. Paulina and her team would give us regular daily updates with pictures by email. We were so worried not only about my daughter but about Mr. Bojangles and my daughter's other two cats, Patches and Mallard but because Paulina was watching over them, we all were able to sleep at night and carry on with our duties daily while of course, being besides ourselves with worry over my daughter's illness and these cats, particularly Bojangles. Paulina and her animal medical team put our minds at ease daily, commiserating with us many times about what was going on with my daughter, as well as with mr. Bojangles and my daughter's other two cats. I cannot say enough about how Paulina and her assistant, Shelby cared for these creatures, even taking them outside sometimes to get them some fresh air, having them sit on their laps and not only giving them medical care but giving them loving, nurturing quality time that they were so used to with my daughter in her absence. Paulina and her assistant, Shelby went above and beyond what I ever imagined we would find in pet sitters and caretakers. We were blessed to have them in our lives at the time that we needed someone so desperately to watch over these animals while my daughter lived in Texas and we, her family lived in South Florida so we were unable to help watch over these beautiful animal babies of my daughters. We are a vegan family and animals are our lives and mr. Bojangles was the highlight of our lives and we will miss him greatly. This little cat had the capacity to give us so much hope and inspiration. Paulina rescued our family in crisis!
I used Paulina for a 5 day trip for my dog Piper. I usually only leave Piper with family, so I was a little nervous but I was so happy with Paulina and her services. She immediately made me feel comfortable and you can tell she cares about taking care of your pet. She understands the level care that is needed and kept me updated every evening. I will and am using her again. So happy to have found a sweet and reliable caregiver for piper when I’m away.
They are the most amazing group of caregivers. I have left town and have full trust in them to take care of my puppies. They are professional and keep constant communication while you are away to ensure you feel comfortable that the dogs are getting the care they deserve!

I had Pauli do regular daily visits while I was at work and one of her teammates stayed at my apartment for a weekend while I was out of town so I could avoid boarding my dog. Everything went perfectly. Peace of mind is what she is all about. In addition to being all-around good at caring for animals, what really sets Paulina and her team apart is their level of service. They are available at all hours, offer highly customizable care packages, and will give you regular updates on your pet. Best of all they are flexible. Pet life can sometimes brings sudden changes in scheduling, and nobody understands that better than Pauli.

My previous dog sitter retired earlier this year. I am very fortunate to have found Lynn to care for my 5 yr old golden retriever. She is very dependable and have been very flexible to accommodate my changing work schedule. My golden has adapted to her well. Lynn walks my corgi, Harry on the days that I work. I am a nurse so my schedule is always changing and Lynn is very flexible! Harry was is a rescue. He had never even walked on a leash and is scared of everything. Lynn has worked very hard with him and he has learned a lot! She is very patient with him and makes him feel comfortable!
Lynn has been pet-sitting for our two cats for over 10 years now. She is incredibly reliable, detail-oriented, and most importantly, trustworthy. We just took our first vacation in 3 years and I was super anxious about leaving our two kittens and the community cats we care for. No worries though! Lynn took extremely great care of all of them. Lynn is a consummate professional. She is incredibly experienced, trustworthy, and reliable. Her rates offer incredible value. I absolutely love getting to board my dog Cassiopeia here. She’s always very excited to go and she always comes back looking very happy and healthy!! The staff are super nice and they treat the dogs as if they were their own pets. One of my favorite things is how if you check the Instagram story you can see constant updates on your pet whenever they play outside :) Excellent place with a great theme and staff!!
Earlier this year, I got my first puppy. As any new dog owner, I am trying to do everything possible to socialize and manage her energy levels. I took her to Super Paws for an evaluation when she was 3 months old, and they accepted her into the facility. She is now 6 months old and has consistently gone to daycare for 6–10 hours a day, either once or twice a week. The staff is great and super nice! My pup loves going to Super Paws and is always happy when I drop her off/pick her up. Additionally, I have done some bath and nail trimming services with Super Paws, and I have had no issues. They post a lot on their IG stories, and I always catch a glimpse of my pup having a blast. It’s great to support this small business in my neighborhood that takes such great care of my pup. Pictures in the review are screenshots from their IG stories.
We have been to Super Paws with our other pups, and now it’s Ollie’s time. He is such a high energy pup and is always getting himself in trouble because he gets bored. We took him to Super Paws and the picture below is how he was after pick up! So exhausted from all the play time he got. We recently moved so it is a bit far away from us, but it is totally worth it.
We love Super Paws! They have taken great care of our Pyrenees girls many times over the last 3 years. Our dogs are excited to go to Super Paws and always come home happy. Our family loves the photos posted to Instagram so we can see our dogs while we are away. The photos always show them outside playing and having fun. The online system to book boarding stays is fantastic. Super Paws responds quickly to texts and emails. We recently needed to board a foster dog we had rescued from BARC with Super Paws and they were so friendly and helpful, letting him join our girls for boarding with only a few days notice. You should give Super Paws a try!
Awful experience. My dog was boarded for 5 nights and came home with a big wound on his nose. I am also guessing that he was kept inside a room for a long period of time. His 13 year old german shepherd, potty trained well. He came back with his bed with multiple pee spot. He was not taken out of regular bathroom breaks for him to pee on his bed.
We just boarded our dogs for the first time ever, and our experience at Super Paws was awesome! Our dogs had a great time, and we loved being able to keep up with them on Super Paws Instagram. Amanda and the staff were also such a pleasure to work with. We forgot to bring our dog food, added grooming on at the last minute, then ended up needing to pick our dogs up early, but everyone was so accommodating throughout it all. At the end, they gave us a goodie bag including hand-made bandanas with our dogs’ names on them. They really go the extra mile at Super Paws, and we would 1000% board with them again. :)
My dog Lucas enjoys staying at Super Paws . They are flexible and help you to find the most convenient deals . Lucas has stayed at Super Paws for a few times now , so far everything is great . All that I need is to have peace in mind when I left my buddy behind, So far I get it every time .
My pup stayed at Super Paws for five days and she had a blast. She can be unsure of people and some dogs sometimes but she quickly made friends and felt comfortable. I loved getting photos of Vera through Super Paws’s social media. Amanda was also so patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. I love that the dogs have so much space to run and that there are multiple options for sleeping arrangements. And the best part is that Vera came home absolutely pooped from her weekend of fun. This is my new go-to for boarding and day care!
Friendly Staff, but seem's disorganized. Employees from one shift to another didn't seem to know how the dogs had been doing. Communication or a white board on behavior and or issues would be useful BIGGEST ISSUE - apparently one of my dogs had diarrhea (either from stress or maybe a treat she was not used to). Although they washed her bed, they sent her home with feces all over her backside - which we didn't notice until we got home. They also DID NOT tell us she had issues when we picked her up. At a minimum they should have cleaned her up and let us know what had happened and how long it had been going on for.
We love Super Paws. Our dogs have been boarding here for about 5 years. Love the daily instagram photo updates and they always come home tuckered out. ❤️
Mike is awesome! He’s an excellent communicator and has very reasonable pricing. He really cares about our pets and makes sure we’re comfortable when they’re in his care. I love the app he uses to book services and communicate regarding care. It’s effective and easy to use. I will never use another pet sitting company. He’s the absolute best. My pets love him probably more than they love me… ;)
Mike and his team are the best! I found him when my puppy was just 8 weeks old and have been using his services since. I love that he gives updates via the app with pictures. It brings me so much joy! Definitely my go to for trustworthy and dependable pet care.
Mike and his team are awesome care providers! My chiweenie, Toby, is feisty and nervous when his usual routine is disrupted, but with the utmost patience and empathy, these sitters have managed to ease his nerves. They send me sweet picture updates and give me peace of mind too! When you care for an extra reactive pup, it’s easy to feel like a complete mess, but Mike and his team have always encouraged both Toby and I. They do a great job with my little cat, Amadeus, too (she’s the chill one). I really can’t thank them enough!
I have been using Mike's pet care service for several months now, and I am extremely happy with the level of care and attention he provides for my cat. Mike is amazing. He's been walking my 2 dogs, Pebbles and Ramona for over 2 yrs. He's become like family to us. Mike walks the girls 5 days a week. He's never missed a day and goes above and beyond to make sure they have everything they need and are happy. Mike also keeps the girls a week a month when I travel. I can leave them with peace in my heart knowing they are loved and cared for. He is always texting me updates & provides photos daily. Mike is the absolute best with my dogs! I use him every time I am out of town or am needing last minute dog walking and he is so reliable. He lets me know once he is at my house, once he has left, sends pictures, and any additional information about the walk. I have used other dog walking services and daycares in Austin but none compare to Paws, Claws, Fangs and Thangs. My dogs love him too!
Mike has been watching my cat when I’m out of town for about a year - he is always reliable and willing to accommodate and always takes such good care of my kitty :) and Is even avail for holidays if you book him early!
Mike is the absolute best! I wish I had started using their service sooner. My dog, Dudley, has a new best friend in Mike, who walks Dudley 4 days per week. Mike always sends updates and photos after every walk and I can tell they are best buddies! The communication is top notch and the app you can use is very straightforward & simple. I cannot recommend Mike and his company enough! I feel very fortunate to have found them and know that my dog is in great hands no matter what.
Update: I have been bringing my dog here for over 3 years and can honestly say, of all the places to trust your dog to for boarding, day care, and grooming needs, this place is exceptional. It’s not a large chain, it’s a local pet paradise that always does right by its customers, both furry and human. Their prices are fair and the employees are all wonderful. I have a very anxious rescue that can be a bit of a handful, and I have never once had a problem. I hope this business is here for a long time.
Update: We have been bringing our dog here for two years now and we still love it. Our boy is always excited to visit for daycare and/or grooming. We know he is well taken care of and comes home happy and tired. Works for us all!!! Love this place. We use them for daycare and grooming and are always happy. Plus, our puppy absolutely loves going there and playing with his friends!!! He always comes home happy and tired.
I love this place. They always take such good care of my dog when I bring her in for grooming. She never comes back stressed, she's always happy and energetic. I've used a variety of groomers and every one of them does great work, and my dog always looks absolutely adorable in the lil bandana and bow they give her. This month it was pink with cowboy hat wearing ghosts lol.
They take such excellent care of your fur baby. My dog loves it there and is the only place we will take our pup. Highly recommend!

Benji always has the best experience coming to Happy Snoutz. So so happy with their services day one of going here! We had our dog bathed, which included nail trim plus other services. He is so clean and soft, and his nails look the best they ever have! So happy we found Happy Snoutz, we will be back regularly!
This was our dog's first time getting groomed at Happy Snoutz and we are very pleased with how she ended up looking! She can be anxious with everything grooming and despite that, she came out looking fabulous and looking like a brand new dog. Thank you! before and after for reference 👍
I had a very disappointing experience at Dogtopia daycare. My dog was injured while in their care, and when I reported it, they were very casual about the situation. The next day, the manager, Geovanny, offered to accommodate my dog in a suite with personalized attention at no cost while he healed, but this turned out to be an empty promise. They didn’t follow through on their commitment, and my dog even came back without the bandage they were supposed to monitor. This clearly shows they don’t properly watch or care for pets. If you give them instructions, they may listen, but ultimately they ignore them and do whatever they want. I do not recommend this place at all if you’re looking for reliable care for your dog.
What do I say about a group of hard working caring and loving individuals who give their all to take care of my fur babies ?!?! I highly recommend them to anyone considering their services. Believe me I was THAT MOM that checked their cameras every 10 min to see what was happening. I trust them so much I only view the cameras every now and then because I miss my babies. My dogs can’t wait to jump into the car to go see their friends both humans and furry ones. And if I take too long opening that door when we arrive they start whining. I always know someone has come outside to greet them because my Husky can’t sit still for me to secure his leash. Our big boy was so full of energy it was as if no amount of walks would calm him down. Now after doggie daycare he is so calm … and sleepy! Thank you Dogtopia Galleria !
Very nice staff, Miranda is super sweet! They have cameras from which they stream live and you can see what your pet is up to. They take great care of mine and he has a blast on daycare days!

LOVE Dogtopia! We go to the Galleria location and everybody there is incredibly friendly, especially to our dog Domino, she loves going to play with friends for the day. And when we have to go away we really feel at ease with her staying over. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about dog behavior so the dog community there has been great and when we are away we love that you can access the nest cameras to see your dog!
Our sweet girl Moxie loves it here!! I love being able to see her play on the cameras and they always have fun events for the dogs going on. Also- however manages their social media deserves a raise!! I get the highest quality pictures of my baby just by bringing her to daycare!
I reached out to them in a bit of a panic because one of my dogs started showing some minor behavioral issues that got worse after we adopted another dog. I had a chat with Geovanny, the GM, who was super understanding, especially since he has dogs of the same breed. He listened to my concerns and gave me some great advice on how to handle the situation. The conversation felt really genuine, not like a pushy sales call at all. When I took my first dog there for the first time, he had such a good time that he came home excited to go back. I ended up going back with both dogs, and after the second visit, I noticed a slight improvement in both of their behaviors, thanks to all the exercise they got. I must also say staff are also very kind, and I love how they treat the dogs like their own. It really feels like a family. Thank you, all!
I had an amazing first time experience at Dogtopia! The staff was very friendly and informative about their services! My dog’s groomer, Carrol did an amazing job! I had an overall 10/10 visit and will definitely be returning again! 100% recommend bringing your pets to Dogtopia! :)
Bradley is a fabulous groomer! Before he takes Sasha in the back, he discusses what style cut I wanted to give her, and asked lots of questions. Poodles are not easy to cut but his work is clean and careful. Sasha’s hair feels like silk. Dogtopia is a great place!
My dog Nico LOVES it here! I tell him in the morning “ready for Dogtopia?” And we both go nuts! It’s so much fun taking him and watching him play on camera. You can tell he loves the staff and they treat like their own. I bring him here to enrich his life and socialize him with other dogs. We both love this place!
