From start to finish of my first time try at a pet sit, Kim presented professional, kind and accommodating services. The daily updates and lovely photos of my kitty helped me to relax and enjoy my travel and feel like things were taken care of. I returned home to an obviously happy, freshly brushed and calm cat. The condo was vacuumed and tidy and Kim even dealt with a hairball incident easily and communicated with me about my preferences for clean up. She also left a lovely card to thank me for the stay, a very classy touch. Kim quickly provided all references and documentation to ensure a high trust factor during her sit in my home. She was also helpful with suggestions to cover any pet emergencies that may arise and how she would deal with that, if needed. We met twice before her sit to get a feel for each other and she was accommodating to my schedule and timely. Thanks Kim for the great experience, it is a bit nerve wracking to try this for the first time, and you made it all very positive!
Diana and Matt were superb house and pet sitters. Their communication before and during the sit was second to none and we knew as soon as they arrived that they would take great care of our two dogs and home. They also helped oversee changeovers at our Airbnb which was extremely appreciated. They let us know how the dogs were getting on whilst we were away and it was clear when we got home to two very happy pooches that they had been brilliantly looked after. The house was immaculate and they had even washed their bedding. We can't recommend them highly enough as sitters and feel very lucky that they offered to look after our home and dogs.
