I cannot recommend Debbie’s Doggy Daycare highly enough. From initially meeting Debbie, it was evident that all the dogs in her care were extremely well looked after. Cupcake is my first pet and Debbie made me feel at ease. Cupcake has been going to Debbie’s daycare for just under two years. She was initially a very shy puppy who was scared around people and she had not socialised with other dogs. Having spent time with Debbie, Cupcake’s personality has completely transformed for the better. She loves spending time with Debbie and her new dog friends. As we turn onto Debbie’s road, Cupcake gets so excited and literally pulls on her lead until we arrive and runs off without a backward glance. It is obvious Cupcake has a wonderful fun filled time, as she usually falls asleep soon after arriving home. Debbie is very friendly, accommodating and experienced and offers great advice.

We are delighted we found Debbie a year or so ago when searching for daycare for our new puppy, Coco. We wanted Coco to be socialised with other dogs early on and he really enjoys his time there. He goes at least once a week and sometimes twice and is super happy to meet his friends there. Debbie is super caring and lovely with the dogs, and has been extremely flexible with food needs for our pup. She has huge amounts of experience with dogs and is fully registered with the council for her day care and boarding services, which provides an extra level of assurance.

Debbie's dog minding service came as a blessing during my recent 2-week holiday, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the care and attention she provided to my beloved Ruby. As a first-time dog owner, leaving Ruby in someone else's care for two weeks was nerve-wracking, but Debbie quickly put my mind at ease with her professionalism and genuine love for animals. From the moment I dropped Ruby off at Debbie's, I knew she was in good hands. Debbie ensured that Ruby's feeding, walking and sleeping schedules were adhered to. What truly set Debbie apart was her commitment to communication. Throughout my trip, Debbie sent regular updates and photos of Ruby, allowing me to see firsthand that she was happy and well-cared for. These updates provided me with much-needed peace of mind and allowed me to fully enjoy my travels without worrying about Ruby. Debbie's attention to detail and genuine care for Ruby surpassed my expectations. On my return, it was evident that she treated Ruby well as if she were her own, providing a loving and nurturing environment that felt like a home away from home. I am immensely grateful to Debbie for her exceptional service and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a trustworthy and reliable dog minder. Ruby and I are already looking forward to our next trip knowing that she'll be in Debbie's capable hands.

Reliable & Caring I had a great experience with Debbie’s Doggies. They took great care of my fur baby while I was away for a period of time. They sent me regular updates and photos of how he was doing. He looked happy and healthy when I picked him up. Debbie was at all times friendly and remained professional, and the facilities were clean and up to a high standard. UPDATED 30 August 2022: I’ve been taking Brian my Pug to Debbie now for over 6 years since he was a 3 month old pup. Ive updated this review as 'm still a very satisfied client and still cannot recommend her highly enough. I take Brian there once a week for socialisation and he happily stays there when I’m on holiday. I think he actually enjoys his holidays more than I do mine ! For me as a first time dog owner Debbie is a gold mine of useful practical information and advice on all things dog related – behaviour, basic training, nutrition and health. Anything dog related she's my "go to". She provides a highly professional service in a safe, secure, spotlessly clean and warm welcoming environment in her own home and secure dog friendly garden. She clearly loves working with dogs and the dogs she looks after love being around her. Debbie's garden is secure and covered by CCTV and is an ideal environment for dogs to safely play together. She's fully licenced by Harrow Council who operate in accordance with DEFRA guidelines. I know that whenever I leave Brian in her care he will be safe, well looked after and very happy – he gets excited before she even opens her door. When I pick him up I always get back a very happy, exhausted little dog who’s had a whale of a time In his second home. Brian is a well rounded, happy little dog with a real lust for life, he loves people and other dogs and knows how to interact with both. I believe Debbie has been instrumental in achieving this. Can’t recommend Debbie highly enough – a real find, a home from home for your dog!

Debbie has looked after Benji for over a year following our move up to London. She has always been professional and reliable, and communicates promptly through WhatsApp. Debbie has also been fantastic at helping us with weekend walks when we have needed additional cover. Benji is quite a nervous dog who doesn’t take to strangers quickly, but he always looks forward to his walks with Debbie with a happily wagging tail. Benji has made friends with other dogs and always comes back tired from having had a stimulating walk.

Rupert has been visiting "Auntie Debbie" twice a week for the last few months and it's safe to say that he cannot wait to get there every time! He has a wonderful time playing and socialising with his friends in a comfortable and local setting. We are so glad we found Debbie (through word of mouth from another delighted couple!), and have real peace of mind that Rupert is being looked after in a secure, friendly and monitored environment. Debbie also goes the extra mile by truly getting to know each dogs personality. If you need a professional, friendly, local day care for your dog, look no further, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Debbie's Doggy Day Care!

Our 20 months old boy Coco (cockapoo) seems to really like his visit to Debbie’s doggies once a week. He eagerly stands near the front door, wagging his tail when he hears Debbie’s name, he can’t wait to go back to hers and always enjoys meeting and socialising with his friends at Debbie’s. Debbie is very professional, who gives us a lot of advice for our first furry baby Coco regarding health, feeding and other important issues for the last one year whenever needed. Coco stayed at Debbie’s when we went for a 2-week holiday. It was the first holiday we left Coco alone. Debbie kept us fully informed while we were away sending videos of Coco who was clearly very happy. We just want to say a massive thank you for making our holidays peaceful.

I’ve been taking my cockapoo to Debbie every week since we got her a year ago and my mum’s been taking her dog for even longer. Not only does my dog love going there (she pretty much drags me to Debbie’s front door in the morning) but I trust Debbie with her completely. She’s full of knowledge, offers lots of helpful advice to me as a new dog owner and she really puts the care of the dogs first. Having her help when I’m at work or on a longer holiday allows me to truly relax as I know my dog is well taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Debbie to anyone!

Jango is just over 2 years old and been going to Debbie’s since a pup. He absolutely loves his days interacting with a lovely mix of dogs. Jango also loves his overnight stays and is alway exhausted when I pick him up.

We love Brittany! She's been so caring and loving to our 2 adult frenchies and our puppy. Brittany worked on training our dogs and has been walking them as well. The communication with her is great, she's been going above and beyond helping us figure out on how to sort some of the issues we've been having with our dogs whether it'd be consulting, providing material to read or creating custom plans and how to tackle those stubborn unwanted habits as well as bringing them gifts! Brittany really cares about her clients and their owners and it really shows.

I found Brittany through trawling Google desperately looking for someone to help me with my lovely but rather tricky and reactive rescue dog. There was something about Brittney’s website and the way she spoke about her love of animals that really resonated with me. My much loved dog is so precious to me so I had to really place all my trust in the person that I was picking to work with us both. When I met Brittany I knew that she was perfect for us. She is so knowledgeable, patient and calm. She is unconditionally kind and caring and her love for my dog absolutely shines through. In return my little dog absolutely adores Brittany and literally smiles when she sees her which speaks volumes to me !!! Brittney has worked so hard with both of us for the last 10 months and the changes in my dog are amazing. I have learnt so much too!! I trust Brittany implicitly. She comes to sit with my dog and I have happily given her the keys to my home, and that is something that I would never have considered doing in the past. Myself and my lovely little rescue are so thankful that Brittany has come into our lives. She is one in a million and we couldn’t imagine life without her in it now !!! Brittany is absolutely exceptional! She has not only helped in training and walking our Chinese Red Dog Carlo for the last 2 years but has also helped looked after him for a whole week while we were away on holiday at our house. We have such great trust with her, she has had keys, stayed over and taken care of Carlo with such love and affection she has truly spoilt him with so many new toys! I have been stress free on my time away knowing she is there giving him all the time and care he needs in his own home. She has even enhanced his training while we have been away as he needed some work on his recall from other dogs and squirrels (his fav to chase)! The welcome she gave us when we arrived home with a surprise was so kind! We have never felt more at ease before knowing our house and our Carlo was in good hands. Thank you so much Brittany you have such a big heart and your love for dogs shines through with all the effort you put in with their training and the care you give. Will not think twice before calling Brittany to look after Carlo for us and she will of course continue to be a part of his life with training and regular walks!

Brittany you are AMAZING. If you are looking for a dog behaviourist/trainer/miracle worker then Brittany is your person! She goes above and beyond for her dogs but is also an incredible source of knowledge and experience. Brittany has truly changed the lives of my dogs and has really given me the boost and tools I needed to keep moving forward. Brit uses incredible training techniques and has a genuine gift with dogs. All of our dogs absolutely love her and her arrival in our home usually sends them all into immediate zoomies! Brit specialises in reactivity and understands how hard this can be not only on your dog but also on you as their owner! Being a reactive dog owner can be very lonely at times but having Brit there to help guide you is completely invaluable. Brit, thank you for everything. We love you more than you know! ❤️

Brittany has gone above and beyond since the moment we contacted her. It's clear that this is more then just a job to her. Its always a worry trying to find someone you feel comfortable with to watch your dog however with Brittany I have felt completely comfortable from the minute we met her. Our dog Presley warmed to her instantly, he has made a true friend for life. 😊 🐕 ❤ I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I came across Brittany’s Dog Services during a google search because I needed to find someone to look after my 2 dogs, Tugs and Rain, for 6 weeks over Christmas/New Years. And let me tell you - finding Brittany was the BEST decision I ever made for them. Over the entire 6 weeks I received daily pictures and updates on how the dogs were doing and when anything came up, she would let me know right away! Here are two perfect examples of our situation: Towards the end of our trip, Rain developed a very itchy ear and Tugboat had a nail grow into his paw pad. Brittany told me about both issues immediately and offered to help them with my approval first. She clipped Tugboat’s nails and every day until we got back, she diligently cleaned Rain’s ear. I loved how willing and ready she was to do this for them while I was away! When I came back from my trip, Brittany had left me an organized folder with all of my paid invoices, a hand-written daily/weekly log of both pups, and her business card. I loved reading all of the notes she left about the pups every day - they were so detailed and personalized for each pup. Even the smallest and sweetest things she would notice about them she would write down! What I really loved about Brittany was how she tailored her care for my 2 dogs. One of my dogs, Tugboat, is very social and friendly with anybody. My other dog, Raindrop, is more the opposite - she is anxious and takes time to warm up to new faces. Brittany knew this and understood that Rain needed a bit of a different approach. By the end of the first week, Rain was snuggling with Brittany and became her best friend! So I know no matter what kind of temperament your dog has, Brittany has the level of training, knowledge and experience to be able to work with you! Brittany is super polite, professional, dedicated, trustworthy, honest, and absolutely LOVES dogs & loves what she does - and when you hire her, you’ll know it because it shines through her work in every facet. If you are a dog owner and you’re looking for someone to take care of your furry best friend(s), LOOK NO FURTHER. Brittany is every dog owners dream come true. I am so incredibly blessed to have found her because now my heart and mind is at ease knowing I can leave my dogs with someone whom I trust - whether that’s for 6 weeks or a few hours, Brittany will always be my go-to. Not only do I now have a professional relationship with Brittany, but I am honored to say that she has also become a lifelong friend of mine. Britt (and Aaron of course) are absolutely amazing!!! I don’t think we have met better dog walkers ever. We have 2 doggies called Milo & Cindy-Ray and they are absolutely incredible with them! Britt was able to take the dogs out all the times we couldn’t and I don’t know what we could have done without their help! I love and appreciate the relationship between Britt and Aaron and the dogs, they are just part of the family now❤️ Milo and Cindy love it when Britt comes to pick them up, they always have so much fun and they always treat them with so much love and care. My 11 month Pup Luna had a very nice time during her one night introductory stay. She seems to enjoy so much that was missing her very Kind Petsitter back home. I am sure she wants to go back soon. My experience was very good👍👍 …

My family and I went to Windsor Legoland with our dog only to find out during the queue that dog's aren't allowed in the park. So, we rang all the possible doggy day care near it (even ended up ringing the same numbers I just called because of the amount of people/company we rang). When we called Petsitter, my husband said that if this person won't take our dog then we will just drive back home which is more than an hour drive. Luckily, she took our dog in and said she would help us. She sent us pictures of our dog through whatsapp and kept us updated which really helped and made us feel at ease! I can't thank you enough for taking care of our dog with a really last minute booking. I highly recommend Petsitter to all!

Harpreet looked after Snowy whllst we were away for two weeks and Snowy did not want to come home when we went to pick her up!! Fantastic service. A real pet lover.We will definitely be using Harpreet next year.

We started using Heathers Hounds when I went back to work after my first maternity leave in February 2022. Heather and her team have been absolutely amazing with our dog and worked with us through some behavioural issues providing a great deal of support patience and amazing training! Our beautiful boy absolutely loves his walks with Heather and the team especially getting to go swimming and getting very very muddy! The team are all so friendly and absolutely love the dogs they care for and walk and are a pleasure to deal with! Heather goes above and beyond sending amazing photos and videos of the walks and boarding so we can see what a wonderful our doggy is having! She also spoils the dogs with lots of treats and lovely gifts at Christmas! Her boarding service is provided in her own home and the dogs are treated like her own pets getting to watch movies and having snuggles on the sofa. We really could not be happier and could not recommend Heathers Hounds more! Thank you Heathers Hounds!

Our dog Maisie has been with Heather’s Hounds since she was a puppy in 2021. Using Heather’s Hounds was one of the best decisions we made - Heather and her team really helped Maisie in terms of socialisation and recall as a puppy, and I believe that with Maisie being around experienced dog walkers and trainers - as well as other dogs - really helped Maisie to pick up good behaviours quickly. Maisie absolutely loves her walks with Heather’s Hounds and often waits for their arrival, looking out the window. Moreover, Heather’s Hounds are exceptionally good at what they do, providng a professional and friendly service. They are always reliable and accommodating to what suits you and your dog. I love how they ensure that each dog is slotted into a group that suits them and their personality best! Thank you Heather’s Hounds! :)

Ralphie has been at day care since he was a puppy and he absolutely loves it! He has the best time there on his adventure walks and trips to the beach and more importantly he loves the team at Heather's Hound. We feel completely safe and comfortable leaving him with them as we know he feels at home there! We couldn't recommend Heather's Hounds enough, the team are so lovely and so caring for the dogs they look after.

We welcomed a new member to our family in August 2023, an 8 week old Cockapoo puppy, we named Luna. She settled in nicely, full of mischief and fun. In the past I have always trained my dogs myself. So it was my plan to do the same with Luna. For several weeks I struggled to to teach Luna, I only really achieved the sit command. A friend told me about Heather’s hounds. Heather lives locally to me so I gave her a call. I explained the problems I had with Luna and I needed help with one to one training. Heather booked us in with Kaye. Kaye came to my house and quite honestly I haven’t looked back. Kaye is lovely and Luna absolutely adores her. Kaye makes our lessons fun and Luna is responding well. Kaye is so helpful and has shown me so many useful techniques for different situations. From administering Luna with eye drops easily to simple things like open the stair gate without her rushing past up the stairs. I have recently booked Luna into daycare once a week with Heather , to help with socialising her with other dogs . Luna has so much fun and Heather kindly sends me photos and videos of Luna enjoying her walks with other dogs. Luna comes home absolutely shattered. She clearly has such a fun packed day , she sleeps away the evening. I highly recommend Heathers Hounds. I feel so blessed that I have found such a supportive team. Their love for the dogs shines through. Luna leaves my house with Heather wagging her tail , looking forward to her day. When Luna sees Kaye she only has eyes for Kaye. My Dog Rex has been with Heather’s Hounds since January 23. It was a big decision to have Rex walked by people he didn’t know. Our pooches are precious and so I was slightly anxious. From the point of initial contact, communication was excellent. Rex had a trial walk on a long line to see if he fitted in with the other doggies and that he was good for the handler who was Kaye initially. The admin forms were detailed as expected ensuring that good care will be taken. Rex immediately settled in and absolutely loves going on his walks. All the handlers are amazing and caring. I also receive videos and photos of Rex whilst he is out on his walk to reassure me. I love it that there are no more than 6 dogs with each handler. I would thoroughly recommend Heather’s Hounds to anyone. Here are a few pics of Rex out with his friends. He patiently waits to be collected on his walking days.

The staff at Heather Hounds are exceptional; they provide attentive and personalised care that makes me feel confident in the services they offer. They really go above and beyond to ensure Chai is not only taken care of, but also cherished and loved during every visit. Whether it's for an extended stay or just a day of fun, Chai comes home happy and well-exercised. I'm continually impressed by their professionalism and the immaculate condition of their facilities. Benny absolutely loves his walks with Heather and her team. Everytime he hears them pulling up, he knows thats for him. Our dog Mikey has been with Heather’s Hounds since March 2021. I cannot recommend these guys enough. The whole team is very professional , always on time for pick ups ,look after Mikey like he was their own 😍 Mikey loves his weekly walks with them and his other furry friends . Heather and her team are a bunch of enthusiastic , extremely knowledgeable and competent dog experts. Walks with Heather's Hounds are the highlight of Loki's week and with their support he has grown into a highly sociable, happy, well trained (still crazy) dog and we now have to use codenames for all of them to avoid Loki crying and 'waiting' at the window. Heather's team are also on hand to help with any training questions or queries regarding food, grooming, dog psychology. Excellent all round service looking after our four legged baby ☺️

Shona is a such a wonderful, caring and nurturing dog-sitter. We are so glad that we found her. We adopted our little one from Battersea, after a very rough start in life and separation anxiety. We were looking for someone who really understood dog behaviour - particularly triggers. We cannot express just how great Shona was in arranging meet and greets, building up trust and updating us every step of the way. Our little one settled so well and to see videos of her, so at ease , and wagging her tail 'helicopter style' as she played in the garden; It meant the World to us. I cannot recommend Shona highly enough - she is reliable, trustworthy, committed and so accommodating. I would not leave my dog with anyone else.

My family dog is very nervous so naturally, we were apprehensive about leaving him for the weekend. Shona was so transparent from the get go and instantly made me feel comfortable and reassured. She offered to meet Frankie (our dog) beforehand and sent regular pics and updates during his stay. Couldn't recommend DogsOntheGo enough, a lovely person with a genuine love and care for all animals. Worry free which makes going away all that more enjoyable.

The best dog/puppy daycare/boarding company in this area. Nothing is too much to ensure my fur family members are kept stimulated and happy! Great care and consideration has been shown over the last 10 years to my now elderly dog and my puppy has totally come out of her shell at puppy daycare. Angela is brilliant at training the puppies too. Big shout out to Sarah, Pete and the whole team at K9 Adventures, couldn’t recommend them enough!

We cannot recommend K9Adventures enough. We found them when we were looking for training classes for our 6 month old Labrador and were quick to use their daycare/boarding services. They show great care (and patience!) with our bouncy Labrador and nothing is too much trouble. A huge shout out to Sarah and Pete who are always happy to answer questions that we have and the whole K9Adventures team who ensure that our Labrador cannot wait to be picked up to go to daycare!

We've taken our working cocker puppy to the puppy training classes for the past 5 weeks (of a 6 week course). We already have another dog so didnt really see a big need for the training but did have a need for socialisation. Our experience in the class has exceeded our expectations as we have learnt new things, we've trained on different things that we would/should have focused on, learnt some good tips - and met some nice people along the way ;-) Very happy to recommend.

First ever experience with a daycare/boarding company and K9 Adventures has been the right choice. I was really scared to leave my boy, but since the beginning Sarah has been really helpful and welcoming with plenty of information. My boy is always so happy to join the daycare. Great team and great service, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog.

Just finished a 6 week puppy training course with my shih tzu, Lola with K9 Adventures. Massive thanks to Angela and Pete who were brilliant and perfect for us. The sessions allowed enough practice of all the techniques so that we could continue the learning at home and there was always time to ask individual questions. The hand-outs / homework at the end of each class were also really helpful for giving additional help and context. Classes were small enough to not feel overwhelmed but big enough to provide a fun and social environment. Even switching to classes via Zoom because of ‘lockdown’ were really good. Lola is now 4 months old and thanks to Angela and Pete is a well adjusted and happy puppy in most situations. I’ll continue to work on the skills we learnt via the handy homework print outs and instructional video clips we received each week. All in all a great foundation for your puppy. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone who has just got a new puppy or would like to improve on their dog’s behaviours.

Shazia has been looking after our whippet, Tia, for 3 years since she was a puppy. She initially came to meet me and Tia and they instantly got on so well. Shazia’s so reliable and very accommodating, including going above and beyond with a very last minute request when I went into labour! Tia always gets so excited when Shazia picks her up and comes home very happy, relaxed and utterly exhausted. We always enjoy seeing the photo updates she sends us and we know Tia is very well looked after. It’s so reassuring to have found Shazia who we can completely trust. We could not recommend her highly enough.

Literally my whippet’s second home!! He is so unbelievably well looked after there and can’t wait to run in and jump on everyone when he arrives! Shazia and her family are so caring with all the dogs and you can really see it’s not just a job. I have absolute trust in them and never worry when I go away. The best!

We have had the great pleasure of knowing Shazia and Lyla for many years now and our beautiful border collie Ruby absolutely adores them both too! Ruby feels totally at home with her and gets very excited as soon as she realises that’s where she is going. we can now go away feeling completely relaxed knowing that Ruby is in the best hands, being cared for and exercised well. Shazia looks after and treats Ruby like her own and we wouldn’t want to leave her with anyone else. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shazia, she's an absolute star!

I am so pleased to have found Shazia to walk my whippet, Roscoe. She obviously understands sighthounds and has a lot of experience with them, so I trust her to keep him safe and give him great opportunities to let off steam on their walks. They have a great relationship and it's really comforting knowing that there is someone he loves walking him when I'm not able to. Roscoe has also boarded with Shazia in her home and is treated like one of the family. I would highly recommend Shazia if you are looking for someone to care for your dog.

Shazia has shown great care (and patience!) towards my cocker spaniel Speckles over the past few years. She is obviously devoted to the dogs she looks after, and Speckles is always immensely pleased to see her! Shazia is extremely reliable and takes Speckles on lovely long walks in the woods, he is always happy and content when he returns home. I have complete trust in Shazia - I know that she will look after Speckles like he is one of her own. The excitement and joy that Speckles displays when he sees her speaks volumes about how fantastically well she treats him and what a great time he has when he's with her.

I am so happy to have found Shazia. She understands the whippet personality perfectly and is so welcoming and accommodating to my whippet Penny that I feel completely relaxed about leaving her in Shazia's care. Penny has great walks and a snuggly sleepover when necessary. Home from Home! Kay A.

First time we have left our 1 year old cat Simba for the weekend. Emma was very professional and sent me photos and videos. I was anxious about leaving Simba but I was reassured that he was getting well look after meeting Emma and knew he be fine .

I am so glad we found Emma! Our dog absolutely loves his walks with Emma and the gang and I actually have to drag him back in the house after his walk as he doesn’t want to leave her! We have also starting using Emma for afternoon visits when we’re both in the office and it provides great peace of mind knowing that our dog is well looked after during the day. Emma is very reliable and always turns up for the walks on time with a big smile no matter what the weather! She is very thoughtful in matching dogs to the right walks to make sure each dog has the best time and our dog certainly loves his walks with Emma. We couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Emma is just incredible! Emma has been walking my nervous dog for 2 years now and the love they have for one another is so lovely! Emma is fantastic and so loving with dogs and has their best interests at heart. Unlike some dog walkers who just take the dogs for pavement walks Emma takes the dogs to a variety of woods and fields around Croxley and it’s great for socialising dogs from when they’re young. She has so much fun with them and the dogs genuinely smile when they’re with her! ❤️❤️ Just the best!!!

Emma is absolutely brilliant. She is 100% reliable and it’s fair to say that our black Labrador gets more excited about going out on her walks than he does going out with us! She always mixes the walks up and is extremely professional. We highly recommend her and would give 6 stars if we could.

We cannot recommend Emma highly enough! She has been looking after Gini for a number of years and we would be lost without her. Gini is an energetic dog that can be a challenge, but Emma is patient and understanding of Gini's unique habits. Not all dog walkers understand her but Emma has taken the time to get to know her. The walks are always varied and fun and Emma is extremely reliable meaning we never worry when we are at work. You cannot go wrong if you use Emma for your pup.

We have been using Helen for 6 years for several dogs. She always takes excellent care of their individual needs (our dogs are not the easiest!) and makes sure they are happy. I always feel reassured when they are with Helen, knowing she will look after them properly.

Helen is a very reliable cat sitter and she always keeps us well informed about our cats while we are away via WhatsApp. It is stressful looking for a cat sitter but as soon as Helen arrived for her preliminary visit it was clear how much she loved cats.She goes out of her way to put our cats at their ease. Last time Helen called to collect the keys one of our cats actually looked excited to see her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen as a cat sitter.

Helen has been looking after our elderly dog twice a week for doggy daycare since January when our previous daycare person retired, and I honestly can’t recommend her more highly. As our dog is older he has some hearing and sight issues and we were quite nervous about finding another person, but Helen is wonderful with him and he absolutely loves her and going to daycare for lovely long walks with his new pack (she sends us photos of all their antics!). I completely trust Helen with caring for our dog and I am so glad we found her.

Helen is the best - our dog Monty absolutely loves her and is so excited every time she picks him up. She shows such affection for the dogs in her care and sends lots of photos of them all having fun throughout the day. Lovely, lovely Helen was in charge of our gang of furry friends. For 10 days, she stayed with our beloved dog, our ginger boy (cat), and our two guinea pigs. And I swear it's as if they're waiting for her to come back! They clearly had the time of their lives! And Helen was just amazing, keeping us up to date with such wonderful photos and texts. She was so hands-on and so wonderful with the pets. Completely and utterly trustworthy. Our dog never had it so good. He explored the length and breadth of West London with Helen by his side. Helen has been walking our Cavalier KC for over 18months and is fantastic. She’s super reliable and flexible on which days she walks our dog, which is really helpful for our lifestyle. I feel our Cavalier is in safe and caring hands with Helen. I like that she walks in different locations each day, which gives variety across the week. We would thoroughly recommend Helen as a dog walker! Helen arrives promptly each day, is very affectionate and loving with our beagle Alfie, and is very professional with her service. We have used Helen's Pet Care Service several times over the past two years for pet sitting our two cats while we are away on holiday. We have always preferred for our cats to stay at home rather than being at a cattery so finding a pet sitter was very important to us when we moved to West London a couple of years ago. We have been sending our cocker spaniel there for a month and we couldnt be more happier with this doggy day care. We tried another doggy day care and it didnt work out. The staff are so caring, friendly and the price for daycare is fantastic we buy packages. They were so sweet to give us a christmas goodie bag for our doggy and even chocolates for us and a calendar (with his photo) . We see photos on instagram which capture the dogs playing its great to see.

Our doggy, Poppy, has been going to Canine Paradise for several years. She regularly goes to the daycare and has also stayed overnight in the hotel many times. She absolutely loves it. She doesn’t say goodbye when we drop her off as she’s running into the building! When she comes home she’s always happy. Cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic staff, lovely and hugely experienced.

Our friends dog was just here for a week and they kept sending updated photos of him. He clearly had the best time and was well taken care of! I would 100% consider taking my own dog the next time we go away!

Took my boy for his first time swimming at canine aqua splash, greeted warmly, and shown around. The pool looked nice and clean, with powerful fitltration humming away. I wore a wet suit, but, other than for protection against my dogs claws, it was not needed, the water was nice and warm. He had a great time swimming, and took to it really well. I will definitely go back soon. Very freindly staff, and there was someone close by the whole time.

Really nice place for dogs who love to swim and you can get in with them if you want. It is what it is so don't expect lush surroundings, its a large pool but it is clean and tidy. First time swimmers (dogs) I honestly feel you need to get in there with your pups and encouragement is needed. You must learn how to handle your dog whilst it's in the water with you or you are going to get nailed to shreds. The help wasn't very helpful or enthusiastic to a new swimmer.. but if your used to your dogs swimming its a lovely half hour of fun. But please remember.... half hour of swimming/ playing will knacker your mutt out ....

Our dog has been going to day care here for over 4 years. Fantastic care and run by proper dog people. We also check Coco in to the hotel whenever we go away, which she absolutely loves. Couldn't recommend enough.

My dog Smudge loves going here to day care. She's been going just over two years now. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Can't recommend this place enough, and neither can Smudge!

First time going to canine splash and was a great experience. The place was clean, the young man there was very calm with my dog and made her feel comfortable. Having the whole place to yourself is definitely nice while the dog has a swim. Would definitely recommend as I'll be coming back.

We are so glad we have found Jacqueline to look after our excitable cocker spaniel, Winnie. From the moment we enquired, Jacqueline has been super professional and we really like that she had a trial walk and a trial sleepover. Our boy Jackson went to stay with Jacqueline whilst we went on holiday. Jackson had a fabulous time and was loved and cared for by Jacqueline and her family. We were sent photos and updates of his adventures with them and we could tell he was happy and content, which gave us such peace of mind whilst we were away from him. To enable Jacqueline to give the best care to Jackson, she asked for us to complete a form with details about how to help her look after Jackson. We told her that he loved a chat and was a great listener - we have some great footage of Jackie (as Jacqueline fondly nicknamed him) talking away to each other - this made our hearts sing! Having been let down last minute, we were recommended Jacqueline. We were not keen on kennels and looking for more of a home from home. Jacqueline managed to squeeze us in for a meet and greet walk to understand our dogs little quirks and to make sure they were both happy together. The very welcoming family made our dog settling in with ease with access to large fields to the back door. Throughout our holiday we never needed to worry as Jacqueline sent regular updates, pictures and videos, which was a nice touch. I really couldn’t have asked for a better person/family to look after our dog and extremely happy with the care and service. Thank you again Jacqueline and look forward to next time.

Jacqueline and her family took such great care of our 1.5yrs old - very energetic cocker spaniel! They took him for amazing long walks which he really enjoyed and they reguarly sent us photos which was very nice. Marley even had their doggy to play with which was great.
