Amber
I absolutely loved spending time with Enzo! He is a super sweet, easy-going, happy dog, and we had such a great time together. He walks well on leash, no pulling (except for squirrels!) and there are many great walks from the house. The house is comfortable and clean and Amber is very communicative, welcoming, and kind. How lovely to be so close to the beach. I’d definitely come back. I miss Enzo already!!

David
David was a pleasure to communicate with and left detailed instructions for the home and Bracket. His home is lovely; if you like interior brick walls, you will love this place :)

Bracket is such a sweetheart. She is a social cat that likes to cuddle but will also do her own thing. She has distinct “meows” for particular things which I found extremely cute and endearing.

I’d definitely recommend petsitting for David. Thanks for trusting me with your home and dearest Bracket.

We can’t say enough about what an enjoyable time we had sitting with Moxie! The house is so comfortable & the SoCal location, near the beach, is idyllic! Emily & Spence were warm, helpful & great communicators. 6 stars!!

Jackie
We've just completed a sit for Jackie and Shaun in Whitby. I looked after Star and the fish for 3 days and nights with my Mum.

Star was an absolute star- a gorgeous 10 year old brindle Staffy with plenty of life left in her. She greeted us on arrival by climbing in the footwell of the car to say hello. I loved looking after Star- she's easygoing, well trained, loving, well behaved and had just a few simple needs. To be loved, to be near you most of the time, fed, watered and walked twice a day, and most important of all to always have her tennis balls to throw. Star is a typical Staffy, super affectionate so loves a good belly rub and a chat- she's quite vocal 😊. She had great recall out on walks, and was fine with other dogs as long as they didn't try to take her ball.

The fish in their 2 tanks were easy to care for. Just fed once per day in the pre-measured portions Shaun had left, and turn the light on and off daily in one of the tanks. Star was fed twice daily- kibble in pre-bagged measures provided by Jackie, plus yogurt or sardines.

Jackie and Shaun were very welcoming when we arrived. They gave us a tour of their home, showing us where to find everything we might need during our stay. We had already discussed most things as we had previously had a long phone conversation, plus Jackie had included lots of info in her welcome guide. Their home was lovely, comfortable, tidy and clean with a small, pretty back garden with furniture to sit out on the deck, and a BBQ. We were given a bedroom each, plus the spare room to put our clothes. We had full use of the kitchen including oven, fridge, freezer and appliances such as air fryer, toaster, etc. The home is a stone's throw away from the West Cliff, just one block from the stunning Whitby coastline. Shaun and Jackie gave us a quick tour of the nearby dog walking field and surrounding streets, en route to their local The White House where they bought us a welcome drink. It's a lovely pub/restaurant with gorgeous views over the golf course and sea. The house is on a quiet street with private parking. The beds were super comfy and we slept like logs. Star took herself to bed after her final evening toilet break, and alternated between sleeping on the kitchen sofa and her living room bed. She slept through the night and didn't stir until it was time for breakfast.

We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning with Star and a cuppa, listening to the seagulls. Star liked a walked on the nearby field behind the estate, or on the clifftops. She was also fine to be left a couple of hours whilst we went out to eat. Whitby is a gorgeous Yorkshire fishing town with lots of quirky places to explore, and plenty of quality eateries, especially if you enjoy the locally caught fish.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first sit on THS. It was a pleasure to look after Star, and lovely to meet Jackie and Shaun. We won't hesitate to take them up on their offer of a return visit some time in the future. Thanks Jackie and Shaun.

Dafna
I am so grateful for Dafna who made sure that I felt like home in her cozy apartment. She is super welcoming and at the same time easy going. The kitties were super cute, a bit shy at the beginning but after a few days even up for some cuddles. Absolutely recommend this Housesit and am looking forward to be coming back soon!

Julia
Julia and crew are AMAZING!! First off, she greeted us with YUMMY handmade chocolate which, of course, won us over right away! Her home decor lends itself to an understated elegance and a cozy relaxing atmosphere where it’s easy to get settled in. The bunnies were also so easy to care for and so sweet! Steve is an awesome fun guy and we even got to care for his friend and bonus chihuahua - Harry! The two of them were nonstop entertainment for me and my girls. Altogether they are such a fun group and made our stay in “San Fran” one of the best! Thank you so much guys!
