Pamela stayed with our dog twice and she was extremely flexible both times, which we greatly appreciated. We had a weather related delay and had to change our travel plans, and she had no problem adjusting her stay based on that. Additionally, our dog needed a special diet the second time she came and she was able to accommodate this change. She treated our apartment well, and left everything in good condition. She was very responsible about sending us pictures daily so we could see our dog was doing well. She also went above and beyond to come visit our dog before her stay so he could get to know her. We did have a few miscommunications over the course of her stays, which were mutual. As a result, we would recommend being clear verbally as well as in the written instructions about protocols for both dog care (e.g. how your dog should interact with other animals) and staying in your home (e.g. how your security system, keyless locks, etc. work). Overall, we would recommend Pamela to other members of the zeewoi community!
Valerie and Brian looked after our home and pets for the weekend with impeccable care and we cannot say how grateful we are. Their communication was excellent and we came home to an immaculate house and very happy pets. Thank you so much!
