Kendra was so thorough and thoughtful. She clearly read through our welcome guide very carefully and in doing so made sure that our cat was well cared for and that she was able to enjoy our home to its fullest. I was especially grateful that she remembered to take out our trash and recycling on the appropriate day. She sent us pictures and texts every day just to give us an update. Our kitty was as happy as he’s been with someone other than us. Kendra left the house spotless and even left us a very kind note welcoming us back. I would highly recommend her for any pet sitting needs that you may have. 

This was our first time using this service. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Karyn and Neil are a lovely couple that met all of our dog’s needs and left our house immaculate! Strongly recommend!

Well, we were lucky enough to get Kristina to sit for us once again! This time, Kristina had to deal with a rodent problem in our house (yes, it happens to the best of us!) while we were gone and she was amazing! She got together with our wonderful neighbour who has a cat and arranged to 'borrow' the cat to do some hunting at our house. The situation was taken care of (temporarily of course, as we are now dealing with it to ensure it doesn't happen again). Kristina is a star! Once again, we returned to a pristine house and a home-made loaf of sourdough bread. Could it get any better?!?! We think not. The only problem with Kristina is that she is becoming too popular and we are afraid we might not be able to get her for our next sit!

Marcie was a wonderful sitter for our cat Grace. Grace was loved and very well taken care of. She had great communication with cute updates. Everything was left tidy upon checkout. We would be happy to have Marcie sit for Grace again! A+

Georgia was amazing!!! We had already been away for a month and Koda was really missing us and she did everything she could to keep him happy and tired out. Koda was definitely well loved while we were away. The house was also spotless upon our return home. Would bring her back anytime for another sit!

Gale and Keith are an amazing team. I felt completely comfortable leaving my fur babies and home in their care. Our communication was excellent, my home is nicer than when I left and the animals seemed quite happy and chill upon my return. Highly recommended!

Marie was a great pet sitter to our cat Raya. She kept in touch throughout her stay and sent some photos, which we really appreciated. We came back to a tidy home - she even washed our bedsheets, which was a nice gesture. We would not hesitate to recommend Marie or to have her stay here again!

I had a very positive experience with Claudia. Communication before and during the sit was straightforward and I was confident Bean was in good hands. My home was clean and Bean was happy upon my return. Claudia went above and beyond in two areas: she agreed to meet the day prior to the sit to walk through the apartment and meet Bean. This was super helpful given that I left very early on the day of the sit. She also did me a huge favour by picking up one of Bean’s medicine from the pharmacy. Normally I have all the meds, but this particular one had been out of stock and was only arriving after I left. I really appreciated this from her! Having a senior dog has additional concerns due to his health, but Claudia was incredibly reliable. I would highly recommend her!

Annette and Steve are lovely individuals and really seemed to enjoy pet sitting Ellie and Luna. Annette was communicative when she had questions about the house or the dogs and was very easy to get in touch with, both when planning the sit, as well as while she was staying in my home. I really appreciate how well Annette and Steve took care of my dogs and plants.

This family took great care of our house and our dogs. One of our dogs had an unexpected medical event shortly before the start of the sit and needed to be given meds twice a day which added a small amount of complexity to the sit but Pat made sure that it was taken care of everyday. Other than that our house was also well taken care of and they left it in as good or better condition than when we left. Would recommend!

Emilia + Diego were amazing house/cat sitters! They sent us lots of updates of photos + videos of our little Soju and our place was cleaner than when we left it! Soju was extremely happy when we got home so I know they loved her like she was their own. They watered all our plants and my parents which was a huge job but they were so happy to do it. They washed the sheets and towels so that when we arrived home after a long 8 hour drive we didn't have to do it (which was totally not necessary but greatly appreciated). The even left a lovely card. I would highly recommend these two and can't wait to have them back again! Thank you Emilia + Diego for taking such great care of our place! We appreciate you.

Erica is an excellent sitter. She is amazingly resourceful, finding last minute transportation when her car ended up in the shop. She is reliable, kind and thoughtful, leaving the house clean and our dog in love with her. We would happily use her again anytime.
