Elaine and Mike are the most adorable couple I've ever met! I went over a day before the sit to get better acquainted with everyone. Their home is inviting and beautiful--the backyard was my favorite place to hang out with their amazing pup, Cooper! Cooper and "M" are so snuggly and sweet; they're both very easy to care for. "M" likes to play outside during the day and snuggle at night; while Cooper enjoys going for walks and playing with his toys. I enjoyed my stay so much and miss the boys already. Elaine and Mike made me feel so at home in their home and I look forward to taking care of Cooper and "M" in the future.
Anita and Found were the best hosts! Anita's exceptional organizational skills allowed me to be quite independent in my daily tasks, while Found, a warm-hearted "señora", loves to cuddle, making her the ideal companion for digital nomads who also want to explore the stunning city of Munich. Sending my best wishes to both of you ladies :)
This housesit was an absolute dream! Spud is so playful, full of energy and super sweet like a true lady! She will sniff you every morning and will be ready to cuddle and play with you at the yard. Spud loved long walks and running with us. She can bark a little when you're leaving the house or when you're coming back but it won't last long. As soon as she sees you she is super excited to greet you! Lauren is such a thoughtful and kind person! She did everything to make us feel comfortable at her wonderful beach jungalow. The house is super cute, so you can just stay there and enjoy drinking coffee outside on a patio. The area around is amazing: tons of taco shops, breweries, ice cream shops and restaurants with different cuisines. And of course, the ocean! Super close, so you don't need a car at all. Highly recommend this stay! It will nourish your soul with caring for Spud and your body with town/ocean activities.
This is a beautiful home in a great area of East Nashville. I enjoyed the beautiful covered porch overlooking Robbin’s impressive gardens. The dogs have a lot of energy and enjoyed playing in the back yard and lots of couch snuggles. Robbin left really detailed instructions for care that were great to reference and was easily accessible during my stay.
We had a great time looking after Louis and Lilly in Inbar and David's beautiful and comfortable home in Crouch End. Louis and Lilly are both totally adorable dogs in their own right, but as a duo they captured out hearts with their funny personalities and how they would play with one another. While Louis was a little opportunistic on his first couple of walks to try and forget all of his training, he was incredibly responsive to me and would listen and walk well. They are both great off lead in the nearby park and once at home, just behave as sweet little lap dogs who love a little treat or two. They love dinner time and will let you know when its time to eat, except they have a terrible sense of time because they try to do this hours before dinner is due! We absolutely loved hanging out with these little pals and playing with them and having a snuggle on the couch while we watched tv (by the way the TV is great). Inbar and David are amazing hosts and wonderful people. I met them before the sit began to collect keys and go over the dogs routine, walks, and things I needed to know. They set us up with everything we would need to know to have a successful sit. The apartment was a dream to work from - there was a great desk and monitor space and the kitchen is next level in terms of appliances and little gadgets. Inbar was super communicative all throughout with some excellent local tips for the great neighbourhood and just made us feel incredibly welcome. We would 1000% return to look after lovely Louis and Lilly again and would totally recommend this sit to others.
Sitting Krissy and Cody's boys was so incredibly fulfilling. Bleeker and Rocko are the most loving pair, and I would not hesitate to sit them again :) Bleeker is a tall, sweet boy who is very discerning about when he wants to play, cuddle, and go outside. He is very decisive and makes his desires clear which is super helpful as a sitter. He loves to play fetch, take Rocko's stuffed toys from him, and cuddle on his own on the couch with his head propped on his pillow. He likes to eat throughout the day which can sometimes lead to Rocko taking his food if he's not quick enough, but he'll never say no to a treat! If you're down, he's absolutely down to join you in your bed when it's bedtime. Rocko is the biggest mushball, he became my shadow immediately and anywhere I worked in the home there he was taking a nap and making sure there was some form of physical contact while he rests :) Rocko loves his stuffed animals, loves to roam around the yard for as long as you'll stand there watching him, and has a huge appetite! Krissy and Cody's home was wonderful, comfortable, and had everything you could need. As hosts, they were communicative and super helpful! I recommend this sit to anyone who loves to sleep with pups - they'll give you the space you need! Bleeker & Rocko deserve all the love :)
