She cared for our cat Bagel so wonderfully he took to her instantly and cuddled with her easily. She was communicative and responsible, and gave us check ins every day with cute photos of Bagel. Lucy and James took excellent care of Jelly, our home, and our plants! Sylvie is such a sweet baby, and she and Jelly really took to one another. We were really impressed by the photos and cute videos that they sent us of Jelly; the photos were better than any we have taken ourselves. They took Jelly to the beach, the park, and other dog-friendly places. They treated her like part of their family, and we appreciate that they included her in their fun! When we returned, our home was clean, the plants were thriving, and the pup was happy. From meeting them in person and from all our communication, we could tell that Lucy and James are genuinely kind and very responsible people. We felt at ease during our vacation knowing that Jelly was in good hands. I could list more compliments, but suffice it to say, I would recommend them as sitters to anyone. If we could give Taylor and Mike 10 stars, we would. Taylor and Mike watched our three cats for three weeks while we were gone overseas. We received daily updates, photos, questions about the house and pets as needed. We really felt like they had our fur-babies best interest and so we can have a relaxing time away. Upon return the house was tidy, clean sheets, put on the bed And quick updates of how the kitties were. I’ll definitely be using them again and hopefully again and again!
