We thoroughly enjoyed house sitting for Judy and Jerry. They prepared us well and were easy to keep in contact with during the trip. And, we just loved Mr. Lucky! As Dave says, "He's just a little pile of purr!" He was very easy to care for and loved to play and mostly loved to snuggle. Their home on the golf course is lovely and comfortable and also easy to care for. We really enjoyed sitting by the big windows watching the cranes and other birds...and some of the golfers were quite entertaining as well. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. Walking there is wonderful and safe even after dark. We also visited each of the town squares and tried out a couple of the restaurants with outdoor seating. It was a great way to get a feel for the Villages Lifestyle. We hope to sit for Judy and Jerry again some day, and would highly recommend it for others.
I had a very nice time with Papboy. She is a calm and relaxed cat. She wants to be stroked by rolling on the carpet or simply lying or sitting with you. Otherwise she likes to lie by the window, under the bed or on the balcony, as long as no noisy car comes by :) Communication with Fahaad was great. Everything was straightforward and easy. The area around the apartment is great. Supermarkets are within max 5 minutes walking distance, e-scooter, bike rental station and bus stops are close by. You are close to the city beach and also a nice park. You can get everywhere quickly, even to the typical tourist spots. At the same time, the neighborhood itself is rather quiet. Thank you Fahaad for your trust and the nice stay :)
Lovely sit in a beautiful home near a stunning beach! Caoimhe and Firrinne are lovely dogs, and we really enjoyed looking after them.
This was our first sit for Winnie and Bella and we loved every minute. Unfortunately, due to flight delays we didn’t get to meet Ann, James and their boys but we were in contact and Ann explained everything to us. The dogs were just amazing. Winnie is so laid back and loved a tummy rub. Bella is a real live wire and would chase her ball for hours if you let her. She also loved a cuddle. They are both so well trained and lovely lovely dogs. The house was so welcoming. There is a real family vibe about it. What I call a happy house. The garden was huge which was great for throwing balls for Bella. We spent many an hour on the beach and common enjoying the views and the exercise. It was great to have use of the car as well. Can happily recommend this sit for anyone. We had a wonderful time
I loved my time with Welly and Ace! They are two very well-behaved boys who are absolutely delightful. Jane and Rich were wonderful - picking me up from the train station and ensuring I had everything I needed for my time with the pups. Would definitely sit again!
