Carols Fab Five were a pleasure to sit! Bandit, Thor, Loki Mochi and Stormy are all super loveable and listen well. Stormy and Mochi are both lively and love to play. Loki and Bandit were very cuddly and Thor took a couple days to warm up to me but let me pick him up and cuddle. Carol was very communicative and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. The property is outstanding and was decorated soooo cute for Valentines!!
Ruby was a dream to hang out with and our kids loved her! She was a cheeky rascal to get back on the lead after an off lead play, so be sure to check with Belinda for tips if you’re going to take her off lead! Belinda and Edward’s home is very comfortable and perfectly located near Bushy Park and within easy commute to Richmond Park and Hampton Court Palace. We enjoyed some great adventures, which was made possible because Ruby has a dog walker who takes her for a couple of hours on weekdays. Belinda’s communication was great and although we didn’t get a chance to meet her in person, the handover and instructions were straight forward and she was so lovely in providing some goodies for us upon our arrival!
Boone and Bexie were such a joy to sit for. Boone is a love bug and Bexie is a shy gal but over time I won her over. ☺️This home and neighborhood were fabulous. I was able to walk and see so much of Boise! Thanks to Margot for amazing instructions and for trusting me with her babies. Happy to sit anytime!
Motley, Jameson and Lennon were affectionate from the moment I met them. Brittany left detailed instructions for taking care of her babies, making it easy to care for them as she does. Comfortable living space shared with two sweet pups and a purrrrfect cat.. what could be better than that?
It was a pleasure caring for Catara, a loving feline with an endearing personality and impossibly adorable features. She is usually content cuddling next to you on the couch or playing with most toys you dangle in front of her. She is not fond of loud noises, so you will certainly find her hiding under the bed if you should dare to vacuum. Spencer was a very kind host with an apartment conveniently located just a short walk to gyms, cafes, and many stores.

Georgi is a wonderful dog walker. She has walked our whippet for over 2 years now and we have always been amazed by her service. She is always paying attention to our dogs little quirks and personality traits making sure he is always happy and comfortable. She has a lovely group of dogs she walks and always sends regular updates on the walks with photos which are always lovely to see. Georgi is always really accommodating picking the dogs up from flats on time, and when she drops our dog off she turns on the TV for him and checks there is enough water, just shows that she would do anything for the dogs to help them settle. She goes above and beyond to make sure the dog is comfortable and happy and she was instrumental in helping us build up the time our dog was left home alone to avoid any separation anxiety. Could not recommend Peachy Paws more, Georgi is so loving with the dogs, their safety always comes first (both in the car and on the walks) and she communicates really well with the owners.
Oscar absolutely loves Georgie, he's a big fan of long walks with his little friends, he comes back absolutely exhausted. He's taken care of very well and we love to see pictures of him out and about.
Peachy Paws is brilliant! Georgie has been key in helping my dog settle in to her new home & often send pics of how much fun Lenny is having at day care! Georgie is super friendly & always reliable. There is no-one else I would recommend to look after your pooch.
Was very picky when choosing my dog walker for bailey and have now been using Georgie for almost a year, Bailey is super happy, loves his walks and group fun in the park whilst I am at work. He is well cared for and loved by Georgie. I get regular updates with texts and photos and she has been amazing in case of little emergencies or last minute help needed. I would highly recommend her services and Bailey will never want to move now as he is settled with his routine.
Georgie has been looking after our young Boston Terrier for a while now. She is very friendly, professional and flexible when she can. Our dog simply loves Peachy Paws and I highly recommend!
We own a young British bulldog and had issues finding a dog walker in London since she is (sometimes!) boisterous & doesn't handle stairs/travelling very well. This is the first time I have had Zoey looking after my 2 cats. And myself and my husband would highly recommend her. My 17month old cat is not easy to look after if you are a Stranger, but Zoey had patience and persevered with her. We also had updates.I would use Zoey again and again, lovley lady.
Zoey has looked after all our cats (and fish) for many years now. She is amazing and makes going away so less stressful knowing that our furry family are well cared for. Over this time various cats have needed medications and it’s a relief to know Zoey is fully qualified and has it all under control. As a bonus she also looks after the house, security wise. Anna sat for my cat for 11 days over Christmas and did a great job. I found my cat happy and well fed upon my return, and Anna had followed all my instructions to a tee.
This was our first time having Zoey look after our two cats only having moved to the area a couple of days prior. She was so lovely and sent regular pictures and videos of my boys whilst I was away which I much appreciated as it put my worrisome mind at ease. Despite having initial difficulties with administering medication to one particularly grumpy old man, she was really patient and took her time to work out the best possible method without stressing him out too much. Happy to say I came back to two very happy cats :) I would highly recommend Zoey and we'll definitely be using her again very soon!

We can't recommend Happy Hounds enough. Our dog Coco, loves his sitter Ellie. She's is amazing, looks after Coco so well and we can see that every time she comes to pick him up. He's so so happy to see her and to go with her. Everything is very organised and so easy to manage on the website and we get multiple updates daily by whatsapp. Chloe is also very nice and so helpful with any questions you have. Unfortunately we're leaving the area and Coco won't be able to join daycare with Ellie anymore. I got in touch with Happy Hounds when it was time to return to work (having gained a puppy during lockdown) and they were so helpful in getting me set up with recurring services, answering any questions I had and they made leaving my puppy to return to work so much easier both emotionally and practically. My pup really enjoys the daycare and the socialisation has helped her a lot in many training aspects (even if there is still work to do). They also provide daily updates (with pics) of your pooch while they're gone which is super reassuring and something to brighten your day. They're very fairly priced and just seem like a lovely bunch of people who love what they do. I'd definitely recommend this services to other dog owners - my puppy loves going and I don't have to worry at all while she's gone.
Without doubt the best dog walking service that we have ever used. The team at Happy Hounds are completely professional and always accommodating of last minute requests as best as they can. Our dog Dalton adores his walkers, is always excited to be picked up and comes home exhausted and happy, ready for a nap. We are sent videos of his outings which is really lovely for us, and the walkers are always vigilant to any changes in behaviour and report back to us if they have any concerns. Had our first boarding experience with Johanna who watched Olive for us and I must say how comfortable my husband and I felt with her ! She stayed in touched with us, sent photos and updates..and put a business contact number tag on her collar just in case anything were to happen ..I really appreciated that extra safety..as someone who suffers with anxiety and I always worry about my pup when we go away, I can say I feel quite at ease knowing she will be in good hands with her ! We contacted Happy Hounds to organise daycare for our dog Ludo while I was pregnant, so that we could have some extra help to see me through the new born stage. We are so lucky to have found Furry Friendz! We have used the service three times now. Jade is a reliable, professional cat sitter and we have been blessed since she started caring for our baby when we are away. Our cat is very shy and does not like to have other humans around apart from us. After only one day Jade started taking care of her, she immediately warmed up! Charlie did a phenomenal job with our two pet rabbits! I was going on vacation for two weeks and I did extensive research to find the best pet hotel for my babies. Charlie went above and beyond with them. She made sure there was always lots of play time and provided beautiful photos when I asked for updates. She also helped clip their names and groom them! It was also super reassuring knowing my bunnies had access to A/C during the London summer heat! Have already rebooked for some future vacations but I can’t think of anyone better to have look after my bunnies ❤️
I often leave my rabbit, Robin, with Charlie when I go away as I know he will be in safe hands! He's been coming to A Furry World, for a few years now and seems to enjoy himself on his little adventures. I love that Charlie sends picture updates of what he's up to, and provides that extra bit of reassurance as an experienced animal carer. I always know that Robin is being well looked after, and he gets the added benefit of playing in the garden sometimes, which must be a real treat as don't have access to one at home! Highly recommend :)
Charlie was absolutely brilliant. She looked after our Hamster Nibbles while we were on holiday and we had complete peace of mind that he was being very well cared for. My Guinea pigs love it there! Since finding Charlie I would not leave my piggies anywhere else, they are extremely well looked after and always come home happy and relaxed. Charlie at A Furry World is an absolute godsend! I have now used her pet sitting services for my bunny babies three times in the last year - most recently for 11 days whilst travelling. Charlie is professional, caring and a genuine pet lover. She keeps you updated with how your pet is doing through emails and photos and puts the wellbeing of your pet at the forefront - confidently escalating any health concerns where necessary. Furry World provided our bunny a caring and loving environment for the duration of it's stay with them. The proprietor is friendly, communicative and clearly cares a lot about the little creatures. We received regular updates on the rabbit's exploits including photos, which gave further assurance the bunny was having a cracking holiday away us:) Highly recommended !
I used A Furry World for my rabbit for a 2 week stay for the first time recently. Charlie was very helpful and full of knowledge. From the first time I spoke to her I knew that leaving my pet eith her would be a very safe bet. I received regular updates on how he was throughout my holiday and Charlie was very flexible on drop off and pick up times. After picking my bun back up it was so obvious he had been treated with so much love. He was very relaxed, calm and happy and I knew he had had a great little trip away. I would absolutely use a Furry World again and would recommend it to anyone, especially anyone who is usually reluctant to leave their pet. I feel very confident that he was treated like Charlie's own and received as much love and care as I would give him myself. So grateful for their service!!

Miranda and Sam have been cat sitters for my cats for the last 5 years. They are absolutely fantastic! Clear communication and updates following each visit, incredibly professional and the most important thing they really care about the cats. As my boys have gotten older Miranda and Sam have been brilliant able to give them extra TLC when needed as well as following increasingly complicated food and medication regimes! When my flight was delayed it was no problem to book in an emergency additional visit. Knowing they are caring for them gives me the peace of mind to be able to go away knowing they are in safe hands and truly cared for. Would highly recommend, you could not ask for better people to be caring for your cats
Quality of care of our cats was good over the course of a year but sadly two unacceptable behaviours resulted in us having to end Miranda cat sitting for us. Firstly, Miranda would send passive aggressive messages to us (on multiple occasions) while we were away which we felt was completely unnecessary and inappropriate and would often upset us while we were trying to enjoy our time away. Secondly, we recently found out that Miranda and Sam (her sister) lied about visiting our cats - they sent the same set of photos from another visit and thought we wouldn't notice. When we respectfully confronted them about it, Miranda continued to lie and got very aggressive with us. What was also disappointing was that this was one of the hottest weekends of the year and the cats were stuck inside with no-one to check on them. Overall, we realised that we couldn't trust Miranda (or Sam) to care for our cats appropriately or deal with us professionally. Such a shame that it ended this way.
Miranda is excellent! She had a great, patient approach with my anxious cat and sent us regular updates with photos. She has also been extremely accommodating with our schedule changes and requirements, and really took the time to get to know our cat, her personality and needs. Will absolutely book again :)
I was very happy with the service from Miranda at Mischievous Meows looking after my cats. She is very attuned, attentive and nurturing to my cats and I noticed they were very happy after having spent time with Miranda. She is clearly diligent and she is also reliable and where she said she would be, so accountable and reputable. I would highly recommend her services to any who are going away and do not want to use boarding as an option and have kitties cared for from the comfort of home. I trust Miranda and I can see she is only focussed on the wellbeing of the cats and I found my home in same condition as I left it. 5 star service!!

Miranda looked after my two cats while I went on holiday. I would recommend her service too anyone and everyone. Although one of my cats hid the whole time, she still tried to calm him and get him to warm up to her. My other kitten would with growl with toys which amazingly stopped after Mirandas time with her. It's clear that this isn't just a job for her but she genuinely loves cats. She gave me such piece of mind leaving them for a week, which was my first time leaving them that long. Every visit she made she would send an update and pictures. Will 100% be a returning client when I have to go away again. I returned to two very happy cats who were well looked after.

I’ve been using them every week for over a year now for my Border Terrier & large Lurcher for dogs walks, they’re always great communicators, send updates with pictures & have never let me down. Ruby was so professional with my puppy, the whole service from dealing with admin to keeping me updated with times of pick up and drop off. Dog in Black and in particular Cihan are a real find. My dog is a rescue and finding the right person to look after her is quite challenging. Absolutely wonderful service from Dog in Black for a number of years now. My Labrador Ted has been walked by them 3-4 times a week for at the last two-three years. The carers over that time have always been fantastic, very communicative and clearly experienced and dog lovers in general. For anyone interested in more of the details, for the standing arrangements where your pup is walked 3-4 times a week on similar/the same days they aim to have the same carer do all of their walks. Its a great setup which means that my dog builds a great relationship/bond with the walkers. Special shoutout to Becky, Alana, Louise and Madika who have all at various times been Teds primary walker and have always done an amazing job. They send you lovely updates after the walk every day, and when you're having a bad day in the office its always nice to get a few pictures/videos of your dog out there living his best life. They have always been very flexible and quick to respond on the administrative side and I really have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks to all of the team and I look forward to many more years of one seriously happy and tired Labrador when I get in from the office.

Arnie had an absolutely wonderful time at Dog in Black doggy daycare. His carer Louise was very sweet and reassuring and sent us updates on how he was doing. The entire Dog in Black team are incredibly helpful and flexible, always trying their best to accommodate your needs. They are a pleasure to deal with and we'll definitely be using their services again!
Highly recommended! My two dogs, Finn and Aoife, have been doing daycare and walkies with Dog In Black for close to 2 years now. It has been a great experience, all of the carers have been polite, friendly and are fantastic with the dogs. They both get so excited to go out with the carers and always come back nice and tired, ready for an afternoon snooze. Really wonderful experience all round!

Having seen the care and attention that Dog in Black have for dogs of all sizes, breeds and backgrounds, we did not hesitate to book our pup in with them. We had concerns as our pup is a little bit hyperactive but we need not have worried. We had regular updates throughout the day and our pup arrived back with a big smile on his face having loved his day out. I cannot recommend Dog in Black high enough and will be continuing to use them in the future.

Aurora is a fantastic walker. She really cares about dogs and Rhia was clearly very happy with her walks. I felt totally secure with her service. Aurora is great with communication and send great pictures. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future!
I'm very happy with Aurora's help to look after Bobby, my cat, for almost a week. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with good experience taking care of pets. I love that she send daily pictures and updates, she even asked if I need my plants to be watered! Highly recommended and I'll use her service again, no doubt!
Aurora comes to walk my energetic husky Mischa for me every now and then - and Mischa is delighted every time! Aurora takes wonderful care of her, sending me tonnes of pictures of their adventures together, and is 100% reliable. She is even great for last-minute appointments (so long as she can squeeze us in) and is always very communicative. Would recommend her services to anyone!

Aurora has looked after my cat a few times when I’ve been away. She is trustworthy and I feel she really cares about him. She understands that a cat needs love and attention just as much as they need food and water. I can enjoy going on holiday knowing that my companion is being well looked after.
Aurora took care of our Boston Terrier and Vizsla for one night, and we couldn’t be happier! She has awesome knowledge, especially she knew how to work with our energetic Vizsla. Super responsible, she follows all safety rules, ensuring our dogs were secure and comfortable. Aurora is also very communicative, competent, and incredibly nice. She is not just a sitter, she is a dog expert. Highly recommend!

Aurora is absolutely amazing. She came over to meet my cat, Pigeon, before taking on the job to make sure they both got on and she knew where everything was. Then, she was super thorough and asked for lots of details about Pigeon and her health and who our vets were etc. incase of any issues when she was cat sitting. This was massively appreciated and let me know Aurora was an amazing choice as cat-sitter! I got pictures of pigeon when I was away so I knew everything was okay and I felt so reassured the whole time which meant I could really enjoy myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aurora for cat-sitting again, and can't recommend others do the same!! And see attached for some lovely pics of Pigeon and Aurora!
Aurora took really good care of my Penelope (cat) when I had to go away urgently. They got on instantly so I knew she would be in great company. I received an update and photos everyday which was a great part of the service and Aurora kept me updated on anything else that occurred during the 2 weeks. I could not be happier with the service and I know Penelope was really looked after. I will definitely be using Aurora's services in the future and will recommend to family and friends.
Our cockapoo has been going to Aurora since April 2021 (when he was about 14 weeks old) for daycare 2-3 times a week and overnights, and he couldn’t be happier! Aurora, Diego and her dogs are his second family - they’ve taken such good care of him, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Even since we moved out of the area last month, we still send him for overnights because it’s such a comfort to know he’s somewhere where he’s loved and looked after. We have also sent him for longer periods when we have been away on holiday and she’s been great. She is always very reliable, communicative and really knows how to take care of animals. Do not hesitate to book, but be warned, your dog may have a new favourite!
Boroka, Millie and the team are fantastic. My dog has been going 5 days a week (during term time) for 18 months and he absolutely loves it. Desperate to get inside when we arrive and exhausted from running around the fields all day when I pick him up. All of the team love dogs and treat them like their own. Daily pup updates and photos let me know what he’s been up to. Highly, highly recommend. So glad to have found them.
Our 9month old lab has been going to doggie daycare for the past couple months at Dogbliss and she absolutely loves it! Lots of friendly dogs and Boroka and her team take good care of her.
We have been using Dogbliss Dog Daycare since July. Having decided it was time to get a dog and that we wanted to rehome rather than buy a puppy, things happened a bit quicker than anticipated! Boroka stepped in and I can honestly say she and her team have been with us every step of the way. London was rather overwhelming for our rural girl but the change in her since the first weeks is remarkable and we couldn’t have done it without Dogbliss. Our dog Coco has been to Dogbliss for 6 months and she absolutely loves it. Boroka and her team are her second family and have always made an extra effort to help us when we have been stuck or had to make last minute plans. They are the best around, I couldn't recommend them more highly!
I couldn’t recommend DogBliss more highlighly - my at times a little ‘challenging’ dachshund has been going to DogBliss weekly for over a year and has thrived. They’ve taken the time to understand her specific quirks and share daily, very personalised updates. They are flexible with booking and have some of the longest opening hours of any daycare - hugely helpful when juggling work. She’s always so excited to get to Dogbliss in the morning and so very happy and tired (!) when she comes home. I’m so grateful to Boroka and the whole team for their continued ‘home from home’ care of my pup !
Boroka and her team are amazing. We are very lucky to have her so close to our home. His tails wags like crazy when I drop him off in the morning. It wags even faster when he sees Boroka or her staff. Dogs do not lie! We have been sending our little pup since he was 10 weeks old (he's turning one next month) and the socialisation has done wonders as he matures into an adult.
Our dog Maki loves going to doggy daycare at Dogbliss. She’s a nervous pup, but is so excited when she arrives there. Boroka and Sheena have both been so helpful with helping her settle in and we were able to organise a way to introduce Maki there that managed her stress levels. Maki has boarded with them once before too, and had the best weekend. Couldn’t recommend them more.
When I leave my dog with Boroka for a walk or for day care he's so happy! He runs up to her with his tail wagging and can't wait to spend the day with his buddies. It's gives me peace of mind to know he's with a trustworthy and highly trained dog guru, who will look after him like he was her own.
I have a quite shy recent rescue pup who doesn’t really like many people. When Boroka collects him in the mornings though he is SO happy to see her and to go to daycare. He leaps around and runs straight out with her, which is so lovely to see! I get little pictures and videos of what he’s up to during the day, which I love to see. It’s great to see him having a fantastic time with other dogs, and playing in the park. I researched daycares a lot, because I wanted to find the perfect one he’d be happy at. Would really recommend. The studio is cozy with little mattresses and couches for the dogs to play and nap on. Boroka has also kindly given us some advice and tips which we’ve really appreciated given this is our first dog. The reviews really helped me to pick this daycare, so I wanted to leave one also to maybe help others.
Boroka and Nikki have been absolutely amazing with Hugo (our cockapoo puppy). He’s been going to Dogbliss for a few weeks now and absolutely loves it. When we get near it he starts to walk faster and really struggles to contain his excitement while waiting outside for the door to open. They’ve really taken the time to get to know him and try what works for him. Initially he was a bit barkey, they noticed his triggers and avoided them. He’s now super settled and has a great time when he’s there. We love seeing the updates on walks and hearing how he got on during the day as it’s a nice personal touch - they definitely know how each dog did every day. We’ve been using Your London Pet Sitter for the last few years and have found it to be a helpful and reliable service. The live-in cat sitters are friendly, send lots of photos and we can always tell when we come home that our cat has been very well looked after.

Cannot recommend enough! We've really struggled in the past to find a good dog sitter in London but London Pet Sitter has been a god send. They're always so quick to get back to any questions you have and the team are always so lovely and helpful. Having used them on three occasions so far to look after our pup who is quite a handful, we're so happy with this service. They really know what they're doing and really love our pup, we get constant pup-dates through out our time away so we don't have to worry about whats going on and our dog never wants us to get back :P

We’ve been using YLPS for 9 years now and have always been very satisfied with their service. It’s really important to be able to leave one’s pets with complete trust. And YLPS always delivered. My cats can remain within their familiar environment while we are away and it’s a much better experience than having to drive them to a pet hotel outside of London (usually quite far away).
