I had the absolute pleasure of sitting with ‘the zoo’. The cuddliest, happiest bunch of little rescues! Mono had his muzzle on for a couple of days until I got to know ‘him’ and what he likes and dislikes. Then to be able to take it off and see his beautiful happy face 🥰 He’s very loving, a great walker and very well behaved, just not so much around skateboards and those horrible Huskies 😉 Tigris love to eat. Having cuddles on her terms and such a gorgeous little fluffball. And little Bella…bless her heart. Just a little cuddle bug. Such a beautiful soul ❤️ Johannes and Silvia are just the loveliest couple. So very helpful and made me feel completely comfortable in their space. It was so nice to have met with them and spend some time before they left on holiday. A fantastic area to explore with Mono. A wonderful Turkish market twice a week. Great walking park and canal and areas to sit and people watch. So happy to have met this wonderful family and would not hesitate to sit for anytime. Xoxo
Sweet and smart pup and a lovely cozy home and gorgeous setting on the lake! The instructions for pet and housesitting were thankfully well spelled out and easy to follow. Puppy Bunsby was a pleasure to get to know and hang out with. And she is already well trained for being only months old! Lisa and Ross were so warmly welcoming that it made the whole experience feel like I was helping out friends. Would be glad to help again!
Austin and Allie were absolutely the highlights of this sit. They are the sweetest, most well-behaved, dogs. We loved taking them out for long walks and just sitting with them cuddling. Kay was excellent with communication. She made sure that we had everything we needed and responded promptly to our emails, even from half a world away. Her home is spacious and has a well-stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful time.
Rosie and Harry's home is a beautiful, big, old house set in extensive grounds. Peanut and Red the 2 dogs were great company and we enjoyed our walks, with them, around the grounds 2 or 3 times a day. Monkey came and went as cats are wont to do but loved being petted when he did come in. The ponies and the hens were easy to look after and everything was explained thoroughly. The sit went really well and we would recommend Holydean to anyone. The setting is fantastic and there are loads of interesting places nearby.
Catriona was a wonderful host and her home in Aniane is simply lovely. Stan the cat is friendly creature who loves a good head scratch! Catriona was clear in her communications and expectations and her home is filled with beautiful art and plants. The creeping rose outside is divine and the terrace is a sweet escape. Catriona is a master with her plants and also has a wonderful garden not too far away with another trio of kits. She also organised local help to get to and from the bus station for me. Aniane itself is a delight! Lovely little streets to meander a weekly market to shop at and some gorgeous little shops and cafes. I am very grateful to have met Catriona and to share her home!
Michelle left detailed care instructions and answered any questions promptly. Klaus was super sweet, easygoing, and a great companion! The place is nice and in a great location!
