We’ve been coming here for years for Dogsitting. Crystal is amazing with animals and has a great property for her business. She sends pictures and updates while you are gone so you have peace of mind. When I pick them up my dogs are happy, healthy, and tired. I highly recommend!
DOG HEAVEN!!!! My dog Bo LOVES going to day care here. We take him once a week and it’s his favorite day. As soon as he realizes it’s day care day he gets so excited and runs to the car. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was worried about taking Bo somewhere where he would just be put in a crate all day but here he spends all day playing. They take such good care of your dogs. They have tons of land for the dogs to run and play; there are sticks, pools, splash bass, ball pits, literally everything you can imagine would be in a dogs paradise. I don’t trust anyone else with my dog and you can tell the owners love dogs and wants to make sure they get to actually play and run around and be dogs instead of being locked in a crate all day. Bo always comes home so tired from playing so hard. I also love that she send us pictures throughout the day of the dogs plays. Did I mention the price? It’s the cheapest daycare and boarding I have found and I have peace of mind knowing Bo is playing all day long. I could go on and on about why this place is amazing. I will not take my dog anywhere else
This is a 5 star resort for dogs!!! Our 2 year old husky stayed here for 3 nights. The online booking was easy to make and the instructions were clear. Crystal has great communication and made sure our dog enjoyed his stay. There’s a pool, a mini pool, lots of space and toys to run and play with his new friends. I liked that all dogs are evaluated before boarding and all safety measures are in place. She sent me pictures of my dog during his stay which was super nice; especially since the last business we were at charged for pictures. The boarding price was the best in the area and is a great value! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!
We brought our dog Peach here for the first time over spring break and my dog was living the dream. Every day we got updates from Crystal and saw the biggest smile on our dogs face as she played in the snow, mud, indoor play facility and met lots of new dog friends. I think she was a little sad to leave and actually come home. It was a great experience and Peach was loved and socialized great with all the dogs. She even made a new best friend. Thanks for taking care of our fur baby. We will be back.
Pawsitive Results is wonderful! They are so attentive and take great care of our dog. He absolutely LOVES going and always has a great time and is well taken care of. They send us pictures of him while he’s there and it’s so fun to be him enjoying himself while we’re out of town. I highly recommend!
We’ve tried a few boarding places, but hadn’t found one we loved until bringing our dog Moose to Paws-itive Results! Normally he is hesitant going into a new boarding place, but right away he was super excited to play with all the dogs! I love that he is able to play with the other dogs and have such an open area to be in. Makes me not have to worry about him while we are away. We also got pictures everyday, which was really fun! Definitely recommend it!
We had such a great experience with our dog, Violet! The boarding and facilities were great and Crystal was so sweet to send us pictures throughout her stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
So happy with our experience here! I felt in the loop with how my dog was doing with pictures throughout his stay where he always looked happy which helped me feel better while we were away! And I could tell Crystal really loves the dogs in her care! We will definitely be boarding here again when we leave town in the future.
We left our American Akita here for 2 weeks while we were on vacation. We were very nervous to be away from Pika for so long, but Crystal was AMAZING with him! She sent us pictures every day, and he made lots of new dog friends. They have a huge area for the dogs to play in, and she was very responsive when texting.
My dog was a little smaller than the rest of the dogs there, but that’s where he has the most fun! He’s way too energetic for smaller dogs and loves throwing everything he has at wrestling and chasing and tug. He got it alllllll out with Crystal! Lodo will definitely be back the next time I’m traveling to Utah for work.
Somewhere along the line they stopped doing grooming and is just a day care? I have brought my dog for over 3 years, just for her yearly grooming for summer. They were booked a month out, but I waited and did it. They did a fantastic job! I do love them because they dont cage their animals which my dog does better that way. But I felt like they said if I don't routinely get her groomed then I cant come here. They want regulars were you get groomed every 12 weeks or sooner. My dog has never needed that much. She definitely isnt a show dog and is just our emotional support dog for me and my girls since my divorce. So I might have to find a new place to groom her.
I called them on Wednesday and they weren’t able too get out new little Harley in to get trimmed for 6 weeks. I asked them to put me on the cancellation list and they called me back 10 min. later. I wanted him to have a good experience for his 1st time. A bad experience can really scar a puppy where grooming is a necessity for a Yorkie. Lori and her staff have always done a great job, a little hard to get into sometimes. Especially in the summer. But my dogs have always had great experience’s with her and her staff. Thanks guy’s Harley looked great!
I just want to thank On the Spot Pet Care for being so awesome yesterday. We've taken our two dogs here before to get their nails trimmed and were always pleased with the results. Yesterday we rescued a beautiful Sable colored German Shepherd who was pretty neglected. They were great to him and got him all cleaned up and smelling great. They even threw in a new handkerchief for him to celebrate his rescue. Thank you Toni for being so good to our new boy! We'll be back with our other two doggos soon and many times after that!
We had such an amazing experience at On the Spot Pet Care Free socialization class! We will definitely be going back ❤️ the trainer was so helpful in keeping it a safe and fun environment for everyone and answering all of our questions. 5 stars!
Someone please tell me why there is many dogs barking on Sunday with howls and cries if closed weekends??? Do you not care about animals or what??? Someone please explain. Also you will be an abused pet your next life.
The staff is caring and friendly. I was alarmed when I took my dog in last week to get groomed, and when I returned found him majorly limping and in a lot of pain :( I understand that things happen, and the staff did help me try and figure out what occurred. The odd thing was that they had originally thought the limp was normal, due to age, because in their system it said that my dog was16 yrs old... (I don't understand how this happened? he's 7) and continued to groom him. My dog is very loved and quite popular with my family and friends, so everyone was horrified by seeing him in pain, but he's also been very spoiled during this time and is recovering well. A vet friend came to my house to check on him, and ended up giving me the same advice/suggestions that the owner of On The Spot did. I don't know that we'll personally be back, but I do think the staff is kind, caring, and again, injuries can happen anywhere...
They are in a convenient location for me so I took my dog here for grooming but they did a hack job on his ears. I feel like a trim doesnt mean cut his ears off and stay true to the breed you are doing. Shihtzu should have ears that hang down somewhat and the hack job wasn’t even on both ears so he looks extra goofy. I would like to know who is good here because I was not happy with the results.
We LOVE On the Spot Pet Care! When my baby Skittles was staying overnights, we never worried about him because he was always well cared for, had great socialization, and we had glowing reports when we returned to get him! The facility may be small and older, but the love and care these employees show to the dogs make much more of a difference than if the place were big and brand new. These dogs don't get neglected or forgotten, they each are remembered by name and given attention and have constant socialization throughout the day, which I greatly appreciated when I knew I had to leave him in a foreign place. Not only do they have great overnight pet care, but they have awesome grooming services too! For a 3 night or more stay, your dog gets a free bath! Our little boy looked awesome after each cut/wash. Not only do they look great, they feel great too! Go and check them out! You won't be disappointed!
I wasn't happy with how my last pet daycare was handling my dogs. I gave this place a try, and I am very happy with them! I appreciate that they keep a close eye on all of the animals and avoid trouble as much as possible. They seem to really like my dogs, and the fact that I can keep an eye on them whenever I stop by is highly appreciated. I also like that they separate play areas by how active the dogs are. I don't need to worry about too much roughhousing when my dogs are hanging out with all of the calmer smaller dogs. A great place!
Took my Portuguese Water Dog pup here for the first time for doggie daycare and was very impressed right off with how kind the employees are! The check-in process was quick and easy. It was comforting to be able to rely on someone experienced to watch my pup when I was in a bind. I loved that he was able to socialize with so many different breeds under the careful watch of employees. It was reassuring upon picking my puppy up that he had been well taken care of during the day (bonus that he was well tuckered out after playing all day!). Next time I need a dog sister I’ll be using On the Spot Pet Care!
Carrie is adorable and was absolutely amazing with our little Newfie! Today was his first experience with a groomer and he was wanting to go back in van haha….already booked for his next groom! I would highly recommend Woofies of Lehi!
Carrie Slider always does a fantastic job with our Dog and my unique requests. Our dog is a little people shy but she won his trust in record time. He adores her and eagerly follows her right into the grooming van. Carrie’s attention to detail and professionalism shine through with each visit. I highly recommend her!
First time using Woofie's of Lehi and it was great! We are all very happy and my dog, Sparky came inside VERY clean with his nails trimmed! Awesome service. Thanks!
Our dogs look great! The employees are so kind and easy to work with and I love that they come to us. I’ll definitely be using them again.
Carrie was amazing! She took time to educate me on things that would be helpful for my particular breed of dog. She got him groomed so quickly. What usually takes me all day, she got done in an hour and he looks fantastic. Will for sure be using woofie’s again!
First time using Woofies, we had a great experience! Carrie was amazing and took such great care of Sparky, he looks so cute! 🤩 …
Carrie did an amazing job on my mini schnauzer! It was our first time and I am so happy with the whole experience! Will definitely be using Woofies going forward!
Carrie was amazing with my LGD. Great Pyrenees. Pebbles was very calm after her grooming session which was awesome.
Carrie did so good! She made my poodle look like the cutest teddy bear 🧸 😍 …
Our experience with Woofie's was top notch! Carrie took plenty of time to make sure our pup was comfortable and she did an incredible job! The cut looked great and grew out cleanly (no odd fluffs, which seems to happen quite often with our Bernedoodle). Our pup seemed so much more relaxed than when we have taken him to a typical groomer; probably because there was not other dogs and other groomers making "scary noises". This was a great experience for him, which made it great for me also! I'm scheduling appointment #2 and will be a customer for a long time to come! I'll add more pics after the next groom
We have left our Golden Retriever here 3 times now. This last time he wouldn’t give me a proper goodbye because he was so excited to get inside and play with his friends (the moment we pulled up he was ready to ditch me). Sydney’s Bed and Biscuit is easily the best boarding facility we’ve ever used or toured. I thought I was ahead of the game when I called in September for our Christmas trip- but they were booked. I got on their waitlist and booked elsewhere and was super relieved when we got a call the first week of December that a spot had opened up for Winston. They have a fun space for the dogs to play in: the summer time has a kiddie pool! Their kennel space for the larger dogs is quite generous in comparison to other places we looked at. The owner (Cole) even took a few photos of our good boy to send me as I was missing him. I’m very grateful for the effort that was put in by all the staff to helping our dog’s stay be the best it could be- huge shout out to Michaelanne’s awesome customer service! They also do a 10% discount for a stay of 5 nights or longer! I will never stop recommending this place!
I started taking my husky here for daycare after I had a change in work location. These guys have been so patient and loving with my boy Jackal. He can be a bit crazy at times, but everyone at Sydney’s B&B has shown him and me nothing but the best treatment.
Well...the staff are so friendly and I think they are genuine. However, our dog came home with severe diarrhea and a sore on his nose. He did not eat for a couple of days after arriving at home. He was shaking when we picked him up and for several hours after getting home. I considered the diarrhea coincidental to perhaps some anxiety of being away from home (and that is what they said), but then I read the reviews and saw that so many others have had that problem! Did he eat the wrong food? Another dogs poop perhaps? Also, the sore on his nose... part of his nose has a knick out of it. Again I considered it just a fluke until I saw someone saying that their dog had the same problem! Strange! Maybe there is a sharp place on a fence or something!? Or a fight with another dog? Hmmmm. Not sure. I feel like I should have asked to tour the facility before we left our dog there. They have so many dogs there at once. I bet it is hard to manage all of them. I think our dog is scared of that many other dogs at once too. He is pretty old. So I just don't know.
I love this place! My dog is always well cared for and happy and healthy when I come to pick her up. You can tell the employees love their job and the dogs they're entrusted with.
This is the best boarding in the valley. The last time we left our two dogs Archie and June there, one of them suffered seizures and went into a coma (he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and had a very fast acting brain tumor). Cole was so caring and treated our pet as his own. We had to put Archie down while we were on vacation and Cole went above and beyond. He traveled back to pick up our other dog June so that she could be with Archie when he passed away. It really meant a lot to us how much care and love our dogs were shown by Cole. He took this awesome photograph of Archie for us.
We love it here and so does our dog. It’s safe and the prices are fair. Your pooch is returned clean after having a bath. I recommend it to all my dog owner friends who need to kennel their dog during trips.
We’ve taken our baby Dixie to about 3 different dog boarding places around the area and after visiting this place we knew this would be her forever boarding home! She stayed for 8 days and was so well taken care of and had so much fun. We were able to text the owners whenever we wanted updates and we knew she was in great hands. When we picked her up she was all clean, smelled better than ever and didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be bringing her back for more daycare dates in the future. This is the best place around 💓
Our dogs seemed like they Loved it here!!! The guy in charge was such a nice guy and really loved our dogs. We had them here for 5 days and so we really did our research because trusting your dogs with someone you want to make sure that someone is good with dogs! I've only heard good things!! They even gave our dogs a bath!!! We will continue to bring our pups here! :) Thanks!!!
Sydney's is the only place I will board my dog, Howie. Cole is so kind and he knows all of the dogs personally. He gives Howie a bath before he comes home, which is a total bonus!
Sydneys is family owned and operated. They care about the quality of care and not the number of dogs they can fit in the day, unlike most other places we have tried. We have been going to Sydney's for years. Our first dog, who was a border collie, who never did well bordered anywhere until we found Sydney's. He did so well there that we kept sending him. We now have another border collie, and he loves it so much there, he acts like it is his second home and the owners are his family. He is so excited even the mention that he gets to go and play there with the other dogs. It is so nice to see the owners each time we go. The excitement my dog shows when he sees them tells me all I need to know. They treat him well, and they know border collies since Sydney's is named after their much loved border collie. It is so nice that we always see the same faces now that we saw way back when we used to bring our old dog here, and they remembered us and our old dog even after his passing 5 years ago. These guys are great and we wouldn't trust our dog to anyone else.
Ruff House is the BEST dog daycare!!! We have a 6.5 year old husky who was been going here for a little over 2 years now, and she loves this place more than ANYTHING! The staff is so amazing - I love that Courtney and Hunter regularly give us updates on how Luna's day was, and I really appreciate their overall levels of customer service. It's so fun to be able to walk in and have the staff recognize both me and my dog without me having to say a thing! We (us and the dog) are excited to keep using Ruff House while we live here. The attached photos are from some of the photo updates they provide during overnight stays :)
Okay, so my dog is awesome. Of course she is. At Ruff House, they definitely treat her like the amazing creature she is. They are just as excited to see her and she is to go play her butt off all day and take such great care of her. I don't trust many people with my pup but she always comes back with smiles!
This place rocks. Very similar to our favorite dog place in TX. The staff have done an AMAZING job with our anxiety nutcase dog! The updates on your pup while on vacay is such an awesome plus! And the complimentary bath with extended vacay stay?!? So awesome to have a clean dog upon pick up!
My dog is now a little over 1 year. At about 9 months she had such a bad experience with a groomer. I won't name there here but she was totally traumatized from the experience. Ruff house is where we decided to take her after months of not going to the groomers and of grooming ourselves (she was cute but you can tell she didn't go to a groomer). We looked at reviews and checked the place out and everything was wonderful and exactly what you expect a groomer facility should look like--- and way way more. It was a wonderful experience for her. We are lifetime customers!!
Mary S. has been grooming my Shihtzu for several years. He is not the most well mannered boy when it comes to grooming but she has been awesome! She is very calm and we have never had an issue and he looks gorgeous every time. We had a bad experience with a previous groomer (not at Ruff House) so we are very happy!
Mary did an exceptional job grooming our one year old micro goldendoodle, Mave, who’s had traumatic experiences with PetSmart groomers in the past. PetSmart made it sound like we, his owners, were the problem for Mave’s anxiety, and even flagged us from taking him to another Petsmart groomer. Ruff House was an entirely different experience! Mave looks amazing and seems so happy and confident with his new look and we absolutely love the work she did on him, nothing was untouched. THANK YOU, Mary! We are so happy with the results and will definitely book with you again. After having two separate nightmare experiences at the groomers at the AF Petsmart, I was so anxious about taking him to the groomers again. Thanks to Mary, our confidence in having Mave groomed by a professional, has been restored. FIVE STARS!
We seriously can’t thank the ruff house enough for being so good to our Lady and us for when we book last minute things for our girl! Our girl also absolutely loves going to the ruff house she definitely gets home tired! Now the staff is also always so informative when it comes to her days or just in general how she’s doing. They are always friendly and respectful! They definitely deserve more positive reviews!
I boarded my puppy using the premium boarding package and got updates on her walks and 1 on 1 play time everyday of my vacation. It was so nice getting the multiple pictures a day, it really put me at ease because I knew she was having a lot of fun. Very good staff. They took great care of my baby! I attached an example of the types of pictures I got from her walks and play time. When she wasn't on a walk or 1on1 play time, she was in open play! It's so comforting knowing she wasn't stuck in a kennel all day.
I have boarded my dog here twice now. The first time I left her was great! She had a blast she stayed for two nights. We got updates on her. She seemed to have a blast. The second time I boarded her here. I left her all of the meals she would need, and when I picked her up, they gave me all of her meals back, they didn’t charge me for using their food, so I am guessing she didn’t eat for 3 days because when we got home she was so hungry. I don’t know that I’ll be boarding her here anymore. I will be taking her to Sydney’s Bed and Biscuit instead. I just don’t think they pay enough attention to feeding and caring for the dogs here. My dog is my world and when I board her I need to trust that she will be fully cared for.
Are you looking for a new groomer for your pup? Are you browsing through Google reviews for a great place to take your doggo that is recommended by a bunch of other dog parents? STOP!!! Look no further because Ruff house is the best place you'll find in Utah county. They do an AMAZING job. My Goldendoodle has visited the Ruff house for her hair to be cut, nails trimmed and to be pampered by a professional. Ruff house goes above and beyond, they will exceed your expectations. And they are actually reasonably priced! But don't be cheap - be sure to tip your groomer. They also offer boarding services, but I have not taken advantage of that as of yet.
Kailey and Bailey are hands down the best dog trainers I have had the opportunity to meet. I have had a lot of recommendations from friends about different people to go to and after I went to these 2, I won’t go to anyone else for boarding and training. My dogs are in love with them. I have boarded my dogs with them several times and they send me pictures, give me updates, come home smelling clean, and when I picked them up, they even showed me different training methods that work best for my dogs. I am so happy to of found such amazing, kindhearted people.
They are awesome. They took amazing care of our two pups for the week while we went on vacation and sent adorable pictures to let us know how they were doing. Our pups love hanging out with them and come home smelling good and spoiled.
Kailey has been SO amazing at helping me train my rambunctious puppy! She listens carefully to my concerns about her behavior and guides me through training specifically based on what I need for my dog and family. I love that she always asks if there is anything new that has come up that I need help with while training. She has helped me feel confident in myself as a dog owner and is so encouraging and knowledgeable. She doesn’t just teach my dog and I, she teaches me why she is doing things the way she is, and why it works! I have watched my puppy transform over the time I have spent with her and it has been truly amazing. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dog trainer.
Bailey and Kailey took excellent care of our dog Finn while we were away on vacation. It was our first time leaving him and we felt confident that he was in a safe and positive environment.
I cannot tell you how impressed I am. Bailey was so helpful and knowledgeable and I can see such a big change! My dog had a hard time not doing something and had all sorts of problems that Bailey helped me address. More than anything she was firm but loving with my dog and I think that’s the perfect balance for a trainer. I would 10000% recommend and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Lastly I’ve tried other trainers before, but Bailey made the biggest difference. If you are looking for a board and train or a trainer YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE BAILEY!
These ladies are wonderful!! I am I first time dog owner. I wasn’t sure what training Ollie (golden doodle) and I would need. I wanted to meet and see how the trainer worked and have them teach me how to train Ollie. Kailey did a consultation training session to help me make up my mind. That session was wonderful and we did more training with her because of that. She also educated us on dogs dietary health. We get our dog’s raw dog food from her for a good price! The other nice thing about this company is you can board with them!! I thought that was so wonderful!! You can choose to board or train and board. When my husband I and went on a trip we picked train and board. They took him to stores, parks and all over roads. They sent daily pictures of him. I’d have no hesitation to leave Ollie with them again. Kailey and Hope are wonderful people!! They will give your dog the very best care!! They smaller business. I personally believe that is the reason they do so well, because you can leave your dog in the care of humans that treat your dog like it’s theirs.
If you need down to Earth dog trainers that can help you understand how a dog can and will learn, they'll show you ways that worked for them including many successful examples of their dogs that are beautifully trained and absolutely love/live to listen. I've been working with Kailey, she's helping by sending me videos that I can use in tandem with the training sessions we've been doing. My dogs and I have more work to do, but we don't need to figure it out alone, neither do you. Other than the standard difficulty that goes along with dog training and learning new words they make it simple.
The first time we had to leave our dog with someone we were extremely nervous. Once we talked with Bailey and met her, we were completely rest assured. Not only is Bailey is a great dog sitter who will keep your dog entertained, she is a phenomenal trainer and dog coach! Expect your dog to have a day, two, or week, not only having fun and being well taken care of (Bailey also gave her a nice bath!), but also develop new skills in new environments while having the safety of a pro and caring trainer. We are so happy to find someone like Bailey that we can trust to keep our dog safe and entertained -- and even grow while we're away. Since then we’ve come back to confidence canine for dog training and have learned so much! Our dog is already learning how to settle down when people visit, resist tugging on leashes, and behave extremely well. It is so reassuring having someone who is a professional in every way and truly loves dogs. Its clear they can train on any level from agility to a casual family who wants their dog to stop barking. They are also available for a text or call for any questions. We’re very lucky to have run into confidence canine and recommend them to anyone looking for a great trainer or boarding!
Kailey was amazing, providing thorough updates and photos throughout the training/boarding process for our puppy Lexie. I highly recommend her as she cares about her trainees 🐾 …
Kailey has been training my dog since she was a young puppy. My dog had severe crate and separation anxiety, and Kailey patiently helped her through it. With Kailey’s guidance and knowledge of the E-Collar, my dog is now off-leash trained, and I am able to take her with me comfortably on any adventure. I can’t recommend their thoughtful and patient training enough.
Enoch is a wonderful trainer. I initially used him to work on better training my malamute a couple of years ago for canicross and other pulling sports. He gave us a lot of wonderful knowledge and skills. We now have a puppy Kai. He's a sweet but often shy dog. We left Kai with Enoch for a little over a week and he gained quite a few skills that he didn't have when we left him (a stronger recall, ability to leave it, and also lie down/roll over). Looking forward to continuing to use Enoch to lay foundations for dogs. He also does a great job letting you as an owner know what you can do better so your dog understands what your looking for.
Enoch of Strong Houndations has been so fantastic to work with. Enoch understands dogs and how they work. Enoch has taught me to be a better communicator with my dog. He gives training tools and building blocks to work on in between the sessions. Each session is followed up by an email which is great for review. My dog has been refusing to wear booties. Using the exercises that Enoch gave, we are making progress. Highly recommend 10/10!
After hours of research and calling various dog trainers in salt lake and utah county I came across Enoch and Strong Houndations. We at the time had a 5 month old Bernese Mountain Dog who needed a little extra help. After a consultation we opted for the month board and Train. What I liked about this option is you come in weekly to see the progress of your dog and learn what is being taught. He sent photos and videos of our dog throughout the month he had our dog. This training is not only for the dog but most importantly for us as owners as well. Enoch uses positive reinforcement and lets the dog make its own choices. Never would I even think my dog would be well trained and behaved to take to the store with my family. If you’re considering dog training give Enoch a shot! You won’t be disappointed!!!
My dog Graham did a 4-week puppy board & train with Enoch and it made a huge difference! He's a super energetic pup and Enoch helped him learn good manners and gave him a great foundation to being an awesome dog. I'm SUPER picky with who my dogs go to, but I definitely trust when he's with Enoch and feel like he's so well taken care of there :)
After debating which trainer to go with here in Utah County, we are glad we decided to work with Enoch. Enoch not only helped Molly but helped me build my self confidence. He lent me some of his until I learned how to show my own 😂. Thank you Enoch! …
Enoch was amazing to work with! We adopted a 5 month old, high energy, puppy and were at a bit of a loss as to where to start with training him. We are so thankful we found Strong Houndations! The training was comprehensive and as much for us as for our pup. The homework assignments, pack walks, and training outside in different environments really helped round out our skills and test us and our pup in different environments. We were able to get a solid base to build on when it comes to helping our dog gain new skills. Enoch was so patient with us and our dog and his wonderful sense of humor helped keep us calm and engaged when trying new skills with our dog. So thankful we found him! Definitely give him a try and invest in you and your pup's "houndation"!
Enoch is so helpful and truly facilitated an unbreakable bond with my pup. Thats the most important part. His training is invaluable and he helps you through almost everything. Always willing to help/advise when needed. But the best part is the bonding with your dog. Thank you for this fun experience and the group classes.
My dog is usually very difficult to groom as he is scared of water and gets really nervous whenever I attempt to trim his fur. Strong Houndations are so attentive to his needs and making him feel comfortable! He is always excited to be dropped off and looks so good when I pick him up. The groomer plays fetch with him after his cut and even implements some training techniques as well to make him more comfortable! They are nice and friendly and prices are fair.
Enoch is the best trainer there is. We have a 6 month old puppy who just finished the 6 training session package and the difference is amazing. We are first time dog owners and were nervous about the work/time ahead to get Watson trained. But after meeting Enoch and doing a few training sessions, we were very confident and excited about the progress and changes we were seeing in such a short amount of time. Enoch knows everything there is to know about the best current practices and training methods for dogs, and also caters every session to not only what your dogs current needs are, but also what will come up later on to prepare/start training for now. Our dog also LOVES when Enoch comes and we learn more and more every time. We have recommended him to all of our friends and would recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer.
As a fellow trainer, I often am very picky about who I trust with my personal animals. Enoch and Emily recently took care of my dog, Aayla for a few days while I was out of town. Aayla settled right in and is always very happy to see them both. I was given updates and had a stress free trip knowing she was in their care. Enoch was very honest about how she was and gave me details on her behavior and health while I was away. Which means the world to me. I will happily have Enoch and Emily work with and care for my dog's both current and future. If I wasn't a trainer myself I would feel confident and happy using Enoch as a trainer for my dogs. He is constantly continuing his own education, is compassionate for both dogs and their people, and is willing to find the best way you learn so that way you have the skills to work with your dog for long term success. Emily has also bathed my dog and did so with minimal stress and made sure she was clean and ready for a trial we had the following weekend.
Bell took care of my 2 doggies over Christmas & it was an amazing experience. I could tell how much fun they had when I picked them up. Bell checked in with photos & updates to ease my mind. Awesome experience! A definite 5 stars! Bell is definitely our doggies new baby sitter! Thank you.
I knew my dogs were cared for to my level care during their stay with Belen. She sent daily updates, easy to talk and communicate with, and loved my dogs. Meeting her I knew she would care for my dogs the way I do. Now that I’ve picked them up and seen how happy but exhausted they were, I knew I made the right choice!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Belen took such great care of our pup over Christmas!! He came home a happy pup and she sent pictures and txt updates the whole time we were gone. Definitely will use her again!
Bell was very accommodating and communicative leading up to our dog’s stay with her. Our dog was with her for almost two weeks and had such a great time! Bell was great at sending pictures and keeping us updated on how our dog was doing. Will for sure use her services again if ever needed!
Bell has been great! I wanted a good place for my tiny dog to interact with other animals and she has had so much fun with Bell and the animals at her home. My puppy comes home exhausted after a day of running and playing with a big dog and little kitten. She's always excited to see Bell! She's conveniently located in Provo and has a spacious, well fenced yard. She's also been patient as we finalize potty training with my puppy. I plan to send my girl here at least one day a week for the foreseeable future.
This was our first time leaving our baby behind for a quick trip and Bell was absolutely fantastic. We got daily updates with pictures and I was super happy to see how my baby was safe and loved :) Bell is super responsive, sweet, and responsable. We even forgot his food bowl upon pick up and she delivered it to my house the next morning! 10/10 thank you so so much!
I could not be more delighted with a daycare center for my dog. Belle goes out of her way to make us feel welcome and my little miniature poodle absolutely loves going to see her. Belle sends midday updates of how my Lucy is doing. I find that my little one is becoming calmer because of her interactions at daycare. Belle has seamlessly integrated Lucy into the " pack" of the other dogs left in her care. If it were possible to leave six stars, I would do so.
My dog loved her 3 day stay with Belen and she didn’t even seem like she wanted to come home so I know she had a great time. Top notch.
Belen is our favorite sitter for our Great Pyrenees. She always has a wonderful time and is so well taken care of. Belen always communicates with us well and she truly loves on our pup.
I have had the pleasure of working with Belen on several occasions. I cannot express how thrilled I am with the exceptional care she provided. From the moment I dropped off my beloved pup to the day of pick-up, the experience was nothing short of pawsitively perfect. She genuinely loves the dogs as she takes the time to get to know them. She always sends regular updates with pictures and videos. The regular updates allow me to unwind on vacation, and to be stress free. I wholeheartedly recommend Belen and am super grateful for her!
We highly recommend! We have done both training and boarding here. Our dog is well cared for while being boarded. The staff talks about how much they love him. Our dog is still learning dog social cues so he plays separately from the other dogs and I appreciate that they accommodate to his needs. My goal is to be able to go to pet friendly stores with our dog. We have been doing group classes for just a few months now and he has improved so much! He used to bark and lunge on a leash every time he saw a dog. Now he is able to focus with other dogs around and he only lunges every once in a while. And it’s only been a few months! We’re so happy with his progress. The trainers are wonderful and work hard to make sure you and your dog are comfortable! We love the positive reinforcement focused training.
Bandits Stay and Play in Orem is hands down the best place for our dogs! The staff is beyond amazing—caring, thoughtful, and so genuinely sweet. Every time we brought our pups here, they were treated like family. Our dogs absolutely loved staying here, and it was always comforting to know they were in such good hands. What truly blew us away was their kindness when they learned we were moving. They surprised us with a going-away basket for our dogs that was filled with treats, toys, blankets, laminated photos, and even a handwritten message from every single staff member. The notes were so heartfelt and showed how well they truly knew and cared for our dogs. We can’t thank Bandits Stay and Play enough for the love and care they’ve given our fur babies. If you’re looking for a place where your dogs will be treated like royalty, this is it. They go above and beyond in every way! Highly recommend!
If you want people who will respect and care for your dogs, this is the place. They are so mindful of going at your dog's pace and also teach you how to do that (and why it's important!). It has been an amazing experience to be able to get individual feedback on specific challenges. We have used both their board and train as well as their group classes, and they are phenomenal. It's helped us to understand more about our dogs, how they think, and how to best support them. We have had some really great chats with Enoch (owner/trainer), Emily (groomer), and Jessie (trainer) about the research they do and their fun ideas on how to make things even better, more fun, and more rewarding. It's so easy to see the passion behind every interaction. Honestly, the best review would come from our two boys. They absolutely love them. The staff all know the boys by name and seem so genuinely excited to see our baby dogs. We are so grateful to have Bandit's around so we can have peace of mind knowing our boys are just as loved when we have to travel and train as they would be at home with us. Thank you!
Bandits stay and play is an awesome facility. The trainers are amazing. We did the 2 week training for our dogs and we noticed changes from basically day 2. We 100% recommend. After the 2 week training, you get 2 coaching sessions which helps a lot to continue training your dogs. Enoch is great and super knowledgeable. Gunner and Enzo loved going there. Thanks! 🙏 🐕
My dogs love the Bandits! They had a great time playing there when we boarded them for two weeks. The staffs are nice and friendly, and very responsive whenever I have questions. My dogs also were bathed and groomed, and they came home clean and smelling amazing! I've also used Enoch's training program for my husky. Well, one day I took my pup to the vet for exam, and the doctor and nurse commented that this was a well behaved husky!! I guess I have Enoch to thank for!
So the conventional wisdom is that doggy day care / boarding is always a last resort because dogs are dogs yet business is business so if your dog comes home alive it's either dumb luck, facility-wide 24/7 crating, or your dog was the biggest one there. Bandit's so far has done a ton to change my mind for the better. Maybe it actually is possible to do right by the dogs yet somehow remain affordable to regular folk! I've been taking my dog to Bandit's for half-day "play dates" for a few months now. It was meant to be a sort of emergency stop-gap until I could make permanent arrangements for regular care, but the thing is, she loves it there. We haven't had a single injury yet, not even small ones. She comes home bouncy and cheerful and then slides into a contented nap after each visit. I see the staff engaging in sound behavioral practices at each drop off and pick up. And it hasn't had any negative effects that I can see around things like reactivity or training setbacks. Seems to me that Bandit's is doing a great job at actually being a serious dog care facility that is positive for the dogs and not just the convenience needs of the owners. Which is amazing if you think about it, and pretty rare. Bottom line, Bandit's has become a frequent spot in my dog's life and I hope they stay around and continue to be great because she'd miss it if we had to stop. No complaints, and much hope that they keep going just as they have since we started visiting.
When I was growing up, you just tossed the dog whatever dry food was at the supermarket and left him in the house all day, regardless of how long you were out. There just wasn't a lot of consideration about what the dog wanted or needed beyond a quick pet and the occasional pizza crust. When we adopted our 7 year old pitty at the start of this year, I think we kinda thought it would be much the same. Come to find out, they were medicating him pretty heavily in the shelter and he actually has a lot more in common with me than the dogs of my youth (very whiny, anxious when left alone, and sooo stubborn, but also classically good looking and very into snacks). We wanted to do the right thing for him, so we found a daycare for him. He started coming home with scratches very regularly and we thought maybe that was normal because he was just a big boy rough-housing. One day, he came home with his face shredded up and was really having trouble walking. I took him right to the vet and they gave him meds and of all kinds. The IT guy at the daycare (whom they were calling the manager) eventually told me that no one was watching the dogs when my dog got attacked, but they refused to take responsibility. We decided he would not be going back there and weren't super optimistic about daycares, but decided to get some information about Bandit's. Enoch (the owner) was the one to correspond with us by email. He said come on by and we could tour any time. When we came by for the tour, Enoch was at the desk by coincidence. He showed us the entire facility; nothing was hidden. He answered our questions. Months later, we adopted our pitty's best friend at Bandit's. They both love it there. More important than that, I know they are safe. Neither of them has yet to come home with a scratch. Enoch assures us that they are always supervised and they get breaks when they need them. The folks there care about our dogs and they know what they're doing. Enoch has a bunch of initials after his name and, again, we see him constantly. Trained, invested folks are actively involved with the care of our dogs everyday. Additional shoutouts to Emily and some of my dogs' favorite people, Ben and Kingston. And myriad other people we see all the time whose names are still a mystery to us. Short version: Your dog is safe and attended here.
I recently moved to the area and was looking for a groomer. I found bandits and decided to give them a try. My dog has been groomed 8+ times before coming here and I have never been told he was difficult to groom or acted out. Bandits said he was very defiant and they had a very hard time trimming him in lots of areas. He came out with lots of long and uncut spots. Mainly his paws, underarms, sanitary area, ears and top of his head. His haircut was super uneven and I asked them for specifications and nothing I asked for was done or kept. They also Charged me for a 70 lbs plus dog and he only weights 50-55 pounds. It took them 3 plus hours and he doesn’t even look like they tried for more than an hour. As far as there grooming services I was not impressed and will not go back.
Everyone here is super friendly and they all care so much about my dog pickles. They all are keeping me updated on how he’s doing in groups as well as giving me tips and answering any questions I’ve had whether it comes to training or just anything to do with dogs in general. Bandits stay and play is 100% the best place I could ask for to take my furry buddy!!!
I took my Alusky to get groomed and the lady did Amazing! My dog looked so beautiful, shiny and the bow was the cutest touch. She was so nice and so gentle with my dog. I was very pleased with my experience, and would highly recommend them!
Andrew is the best! He takes wonderful care of my GSD Sophie and going out of town has become less stressful. He’s willing to teach and is very knowledgeable about all things dog. Would recommend boarding or training services from Andrew.
Andrew is the best. Our go to guy for anything dog. He trained our GSD and we have boarded both our dogs here multiple times. Only place my wife trusts with her fur babies.
Amazing service! She is very professional, organized, and a warm hearted dog lover. We never felt concerned or worried while our boxers were staying there for a week. They got PLENTY of play time! We loved how she would send pics / vids of them whenever requested. Our pups were happy when we picked them up. We will go here again 10/10
This is the best place I have ever taken my dogs to! Melanie is the best! I had to leave my 3 month old puppy with her for 10 days. I researched and found this was the best place! She sent pictures to us throughout the trip. She has a huge yard that the dogs can run and a small kids pool to play in! She has taught me so many things to do to handle my dog walking. We’ve sent her a couple of times for training during the day. I can now actually walk my dog without her yanking me! My dog is so excited to see Melanie every time she goes there. We usually take her twice a week so that she can really run and play! Melanie also plays with the dogs! I highly recommend this place for your dog!
Eagle Mountain Dog Boarding is the place to take your fur babies. My dog loves Mel, her staff, and her fam. I know he is always loved, well-taken care of while we're away and that's such a piece of mind. I highly recommend EM Dog Boarding <3
I have two super anxious pups, which makes them hard to leave. Melanie is the best! She does such a great job with them and we always come back to happy and healthy dogs! It's so nice not to worry about them every time we board them! This is the only boarding place I will ever trust!
They took great care of my son's dog while we spent a few days in Yellowstone Park
Eagle Mountain Boarding is top quality. I’m so thankful I found this place. The owner is absolutely incredible. She is very loving and attentive to my sweet Australian Shepherd. She makes sure he is well taken care of and interacts with him like he’s her own. Recently she took care of my puppy for 6 weeks while I was out of town. She exercised him, trained him, played with him and loved him. She even bathed him before I picked him up. He’s always excited every time I have taken him there to be taken care of when I’m out of town. Such a big difference taking him there from other places I’ve experienced. If you want top service with lots of love for your fur babies and great prices as well, Eagle Mountain Boarding is the right place to go with. I’m picky with who takes care of my sweet puppy. This place will not disappoint. 💖
Melanie is quite simply the best. She is so knowledgeable, kind and genuinely cares about all the dogs in her care. She sends us pictures and updates regularly on how our senior pup is doing. We have noticed a drastic improvement in Lucy’s socialization and ability to play with other dogs since coming to daycare with Melanie. We’ve taken Lucy to other day cares in the past and when we picked her up, she was nervous, anxious and shaking - that’s not the case when we pick her up after a day with Mel. She’s tuckered out and so happy. We love that she was able to run, play and interact with other dogs all day rather than just sit at home alone.
I had my pup stay here for a week while I was at a work trip out of state, and let me just say he came back SO HAPPY. The owner even spoke to my husband and gave us some advice on our pup which was so helpful. Cider loved his time here and they will be our go to for grooming and boarding from here on out! It brings so much comfort when I knew he was loved like family and got the attention he so deserved!
Doggy's Big Day has been hiking my dogs for about 5 years now and they have been integral in their well being. They come and pick them up and drop them off so I never have to worry about coordination. All of their hikers are great and lovely with my Jolene and Lucy. This is made apparent by how absolutely thrilled they are to see every single one of them! The dogs come back tired and ready for a nice nap. I work from home so it gives me peace of mind knowing they are exercised and I keep continue to work. One other major bonus is that my dogs have always been very socialized with Linda's crew. They continually meet new dogs and practice good manners and boundaries. They do have a nice user-friendly app that allows me to inform the team of any changes to the regular schedule. They send photos after each hike which always shows how much FUN they are having! I am also very excited about their new offering - meet ups. It will be fun to meet the parents of the other dogs we see on their hiking photos. Thanks Linda, Rebecca, and team for being such an important aspect of my dogs life!
I've been a devoted customer of Doggy’s Big Day for 10+ years, and they have consistently delivered exceptional care for all of my dogs. This dog walking company is more than just a service provider; they've become an integral part of my pets' extended family. Their reliability is unmatched. Regardless of the weather or my ever-changing schedule, their team has always been there to ensure my dog(s) get the exercise and attention they need. It's this unwavering commitment that has kept me coming back year after year. What truly sets Linda and her team apart is the genuine love and care they exhibit towards every furry friend. Each dog is treated with individualized attention, and the walkers take the time to understand their unique personalities and preferences. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a dog walking company that goes above and beyond in ensuring the well-being of your furry companions. Here's to many more years of exceptional service! 🐾✨
We are SO happy with both the training given to our Golden doodle as a new puppy and more recently, the dogsitting provided by Doggy's Big Day. We tried several alternative sitters or kennels but Kora has superceded all our expectations in providing love, safety and exercise for our now 5 year old fur-child. We KNOW our doggy is happy while we're away and that means WE'RE HAPPY. I give Doggy's Big Day 5 STARS !
I have been having Doggys Big Day take my dogs for weekly hikes since 2017. Linda has been so great with my dogs King and Jezebel. I have been out with my dogs and happen to run into Linda, my dogs will not leave her side. I have peace of mind that they are safe and carefully watched over and they have a fantastic time
I LOVE Doggies Big Day and so does my Buddy(the dog). Buddy is always patiently waiting to go on hike days and comes home exhausted. Linda and her team are a perfect fit for Buddy and us. We recommend them time and time again
We used Doggy's Big Day for the first time this past week and I am so impressed!! They were so easy to sign up with and instruct on what we need while we were out of town. They are true professionals, and I never once felt nervous or wondered if my dog was in safe hands. Thank you, Linda & team!
Doggy's Big Day is SLC's best kept secret. My dog loves hiking with this group and he is always tired out when he comes home. I used this service when I lived in SLC and now when traveling to SLC. The Hike Leaders come to my hotel and pick up my pup. take him out for a 1.5-2.0 hour hike/play session and then bring him back all for a very reasonable price. They go rain, snow or shine. They are very careful with the dogs and make sure all dogs are safe at all times. I cant wait to return to SLC and use this great service again!
This service is so perfect! Linda and her team make my puppies day. They are timely and have amazing communication. They also send photos after each outing that make me smile!
I've used Doggy's Big Day a few times when I've been out of town to check in while the friend/relative staying with my pups is at work or to stay at my house overnight. They do an exceptional dog of taking care of my special needs dogs, including one with a spinal injury who wears diapers. Most recently, we had Dot come and hang with them for an hour each day while we were out of town for a week. Dot is amazing! She was very attentive to our instructions and looked out for our house and dogs. I loved her visit updates and photos each day. I’d absolutely recommend Dot and Doggy's Big Day!
Doggy's Big Day has been part of our life for years! We love them. Linda always took great care of our little poodle and when our grandpup came to live with us, Doggy's Big Day has taken her hiking twice weekly. She is a beagle border mix with high energy and a desire to herd. She loves hiking and playing with all her friends. Linda has been great to accommodate our granddog. She was a rescue and had so many fears. Linda and her team have been patient and loving and our granddog is now confident and is even going in the water! Water was one of her biggest fears. Linda has worked with her so much. Thank you to Doggy's Big Day for all you do for us!
