This is the second time Matthew and his girlfriend took care of my Lani and, just like the first time, things went super well. Communication with Matthew is easy, Lani was so happy with all the love and attention she received, she barely acknowledged me when I came home :) I feel so very lucky to have found such compassionate and caring people to take care of my dog and my house....the place also looked tidier than when I left :) WINNING :)
Roy and Marguerite are super kind and REALLY do care about your pets. My dog Rebel can be quite a handful. So he tried to take advantage of R&M by creating some drama the first couple days (won't go into details, lol). So instead of running for the hills, R&M immediately reached out and together we all came up with some solutions to get the little monster to behave. We all agree Rebel was nervous having new people in his little home, as this was our first time using TH. R&M handled the challenging situation like true professionals and Rebel turned his little act around. And by the end of the 11 day petsit they all were great friends. R&M are amazing communicators and sent daily updates, photo's and videos. I came home to a spotless apartment and a happy pup. I highly recommend Roy & Marguerite, they are The True zeewoi Dream Team!
