Liliya, Dimitri and family were friendly, attentive and helpful sitters. They took excellent care of our cat, chinchilla, and garden for the weekend. There could have been a little better planning and communication leading up to the sit (eg, more notice of a late arrival which meant we needed someone else to feed the cat the first night), but there were no issues during or after the visit.

Kate

I feel so fortunate to have had Kate and her family take care of my pets and home while I was away. Gretl got daily walks in the woods, sometimes even 2 a day, so I know she was happy. Kate sent me updates by text, including photos of Gretl with Kate's young daughter. Kate left my house clean and comfy and observed my rules, such as no outdoor shoes in the house and no smoking on property. I would not hesitate to have Kate watch my pets and home again. I highly recommend her!

Jill was fantastic. I was a quick river trip with no cell service for a couple days, so was a bit nervous about not being able to get updates. She sent me a handful of pics from the park/hikes etc even knowing I wouldn't be able to see them at the time. Apparently my pup got into some food he shouldn't have and she stuck around a few hours later than she planned to just to make sure he was ok, which was very kind of her. Highly recommend Jill.

Louisa

Louisa flew in to care for my cat for 6 days while I was out of town! She was friendly, organized and sent funny pictures of him. She even left a kind thank you note. I would highly recommend Louisa to care for your critters and home!

Richard was an excellent house and pet sitter. He was very open and shared pictures as well as taking excellent care of our home and our dog. Highly recommend Richard !!

Hope

Hope was the perfect sitter. I have two black labradors (one 8 and one only 4 months) and was very reassured by her attitude - the girls really loved her. House was left immaculate which is a great bonus on returning from travels. It was just unfortunate that I wasn't able to say a proper "Thank you" as our arriving/leaving times didn't coincide. Highly recommended.

Laura and Jake were the best! They took very good care of our dogs and we appreciate their attention to their needs. Also they watered our plants and the house was clean when we returned. They cleaned the bathroom, towels and bed linens and the bed was made. We were grateful for their care!

Amanda was the "cat whisperer". Lucky was especially attached to her, bonded quickly and was sad to see her go. She was very attentive, gave them lots of attention and took great care of them. She brought her kitty along as well, but Dolly was no problem and stayed in the guest room most of the time. Amanda was considerate upon my return and had dinner waiting. I appreciate her taking good care of the cats.

There are no words to describe the exceptional people, caretakers of my dog and home that can share my hearts happiness! They were simply the best! They loved and treated my dog in all ways I would. My home was clean and she even organized spaces I never have which I appreciated! They were flexible, timely, communicative and sent photos when I desired. I tried not to bother them and gave them full use of my home and toys. I would have them back many times over. I consider them friends ( they ended up being local) I highly recommend them!

Silvia and Leo were wonderful sitters! They took loving care of our dear Scout dog and sent us regular updates and photos of our happy pet. They also took exceptional care of our home! They may have left it more clean and tidy than we did before they arrived. We enjoyed the lovely care and note they left for us as well. Pamela & Eric

We were away for over 30 days and it was a real blessing to have Pamela and Eric stay in our home and care for our dogs. They settled right in and even fit into our expat community. After meeting them and spending a couple of days acquainting them with our home and the dogs routine, we felt completely at ease leaving our home and pets in their care. They drove us to the airport and picked us up. Pam even had a meal prepared for our return. A lovely couple and I sincerely hope we can have them sit again.

Lauren Marie and her family was all that we’d hoped for! She took wonderful care of our dog, our home and our large garden for the entire month we were away.  It was easy to communicate with her. She was very reliable and conscientious while enjoying her time at our home.  She left the house spotless for us. Everyime we received photos of our place, our dog was being loved and hugged by her fantastic children. 
We would welcome her back anytime.

I could not have had a better first time TrustedHouseSitters opportunity.  Santos, their loving and very special Weimaraner (sp?), was a delight as was Erika!  There were great areas in and close to their neighborhood for dog walks - to a river or up gravel roads away from traffic.  (Traffic in this area cannot really be labeled traffic!  You might see 2-3 cars on a 2-4 mile walk!). Santos is so well trained I found he heels better off leash than on but of course there were times for his safety that I needed to put him on leash.  There were plenty of snacks and an easy feeding schedule.   Erika’s house was easy to maintain and provided for a very comfortable bed and room for me.  It was easy to keep Santos cared for.  Erika’s welcome literature left few if any questions but I enjoyed sending her a few pics of adventures with Santos.  What a dog! 😊 Thank you Erika!
