Spoiled Tails is the only place we trust with all of our pets! Amanda is the best and always treats our dogs as family. We’ve tried boarding our dogs prior to using Spoiled Tails and it was a miserable experience for us as owners and a traumatizing experience for our poor dogs. We use Spoiled Tails every time we travel and we’re always so at ease knowing our dogs are in such great hands. Amanda is very responsive and the prices are super reasonable as well!

One of the best decisions we made was to have Amanda/Spoiled Tails LLC dog sit for us. Not only is she awesome with our 18 month labradoodle, Moose, Amanda is fantastic with our two cats and flock of chickens. Moose is always so excited for her visits that he never misses a beat when we are gone. She is beyond loving, kind and caring with our pets. Our fury and feathered pets love her!! You will too!!

When we decided to get a new dog, we needed a dog sitter. Amanda was the person for the job. Amanda is a great reliable person to call when we have an emergency. She goes above and beyond taking care of our big beast of a dog. Amanda is also a Vet Tech. which is great to have when you are out of town. If an issue arises, she is capable to deal with the issue. Our big beast LOVES TO SEE HER WHEN SHE COMES TO VISIT WITH HIM! !!! She is so good with him and he ❤️ To see her.

Amanda watched my elderly Yorkie for 18 days! Yes, 18 days! She was wonderful. She sent me pictures and videos daily, and answered my texts promptly, which always had numerous questions. My dog looked happy and healthy when I returned. I know he was well taken care of. I worried because he is an older dog and has his peculiarities, but she didn’t seem to mind and made him feel loved and for that I am appreciative. She gave him his medicine, and made sure he didn’t stay out in the sun and heat too long. She made him chicken to mix in with his food, and even watered my plants as I worked so hard on developing my flower garden before I left. I would recommend Amanda for any of your pet needs. She can handle it. Your pet is in safe and capable hands!

Amanda was very professional and friendly. She came to our house and clipped our 2 cats nails. I could definitely tell that she was experienced! Our cats loved her. Amanda knew how to handle our precious kitties with love. They didn’t even realize they were getting a mani! She suggested a schedule of every 2 months and we’re grateful to have someone so great to take care of our kitties. Definitely recommend her services.

Our dog Dottie loves this place. In the past, there have been grooming places where she has literally planted her paws at the door and indicated “No thank you. This place is not for me.” When she goes to the Cozy Inn for grooming or boarding she literally wags her tail from the parking lot to the lobby. They have a note in her chart that she is a submissive playmate and that tells me they are thoughtful about which dogs she is permitted to play with (for her safety). I highly recommend the Cozy Inn. So does Dottie (she’s the proud looking Collie).

Absolutely wonderful! The staff cares so much about the pets they host. When we went to pick up Daisy multiple staff members came out to share how her stay was and how much they loved her. This was our first boarding experience for our 7 year old beagle. We cannot recommend enough! You get what you pay for and it is absolutely worth it. The staff also updates their Facebook page once you sign a waiver so you can see your pet having a wonderful time! ❤️

It was a nightmare getting to the place due to the road being blocked by police. That was just to take required paperwork and sign documents in to them only to be told a day or so later they cannot board my pets. My pets are on medications and even though I signed paperwork not holding them liable I was told they still will not be able to take my pets. I'm not angry. I just cannot recommend the place based on my overall experience. I went through a lot of trouble to drive long distance like I did only to be turned away and those are the facts. I may have to find a hotel room I can rent and stay with my pets now. To be fair, as a business owner, no business is required to conduct business with anyone. They simply chose not to conduct business with me. I guess giving my pets medication for asthma and glaucoma scared them, even though they state they administer medication to pets. I don't know. It is beyond me. Go talk to them. Just don't take your pet there if they are on medications or have any other special needs. You better make sure your pet has no problems at all or they may tell you the same thing they told me. We can't board your pets. These are my two children they would not board for me. Look how cute they are just sitting there. They are well behaved too. I don't get it and I never will get it no matter what excuse I am given. I'm not angry. I think I am just upset because it was suggested to me to put them in a crate for home renovations. My one cat gets urinary tract infections anytime renovations are done. They would have been less stressed. Now I have to scramble to try and find a pet friendly hotel for them. -_- I'm not a happy camper about this because someone recommended them to me.

I wouldn’t leave our little Lucy any other place. Staff is so caring and professional. Grounds are beautiful for roaming and sunbathing. Our little dog was able to have her own bed and blanket and they even offered pup cup at a very reasonable price. Super clean. We can’t say enough nice things!

We had our Leo there a couple weeks ago and we were so amazed of how well they took care of him and his specific needs the whole week that he was there. This was the first time ever boarding one of our dogs . The whole staff from check in to check out was very friendly professional and most of all very caring for our family member, Leo. We definitely will be using Cozy Inn resort in the future..Thank you again ❤️🐾

Fantastic experiences at this pet spa!! We lived in the area and took our pup there every week. We moved to Florida two years ago and continue to bring our pup back so that she can spend time with the Cozy Inn crew. She absolutely LOVES it there!! She actually scratches at the door to get inside. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business.

Rachelle was so fantastic with my crew! One of my dogs is very distrusting of strangers and can take a while to warm up to new people. Rachelle was very patient and willing to come over multiple times prior to our trip so that Charlie could get comfortable with her. All 3 of my dogs loved her! She was patient and gentle with them, even when two of them found a skunk and ended up getting sprayed while we were away. She was very apologetic and willing to put in the extra work to bathe and de-skunk them, and kept me updated throughout the whole process of it. I definitely recommend Rachelle and Doggone Awesome Pet Services!

Rachel and Dennis have always been amazing with our fur kids - they treat them as their own pets with love and attention. We have done overnight visits for over 3 years now and I always feel comfortable with them in our house. Our dog can be a little difficult but he loves them!

I have been a client of theirs since early 2022 and used them extensively. It is such a blessing to have found Rachelle and Doggone Awesome Pet Services. In the over 30 years that I have been a dog and cat owner, it was such a relief to finally have found a pet sitting service as good as Doggone Awesome Pet Sitters. Rachelle Pape and her team are so loving and dedicated to the animals in their care. No one can compare to them. The list of things that make them great is long! They send an update with photos after each visit – multiple times a day! We can enjoy our vacation so much better seeing these frequent updates. And even for “daycare” if they walk the dogs twice in a day when I am at work, they send pics of all of my pets each visit. The communication is fantastic! Rachelle and her team are so responsive. They use a website for reservations which works out so well. And the email communication through the website is also perfect. I usually use them once a week for “daycare” purposes and I have also used them many times for extended vacation weeks. I have them stay overnight when I am on vacation. I trust them completely!! When I first found Doggone Awesome Pet Services in early 2022, I needed someone to give my diabetic cat an insulin shot twice a day. Cats are inherently shy and distrusting of strangers, but Rachelle was able to give Punky a shot twice a day, every day that we were gone!! Recently, I started fostering a dog (in addition to my own dog), and Rachelle and her sister both jumped in right away to come spend some time with the new dog and assess his behavior so that when I needed the once a week visit there would be no issues. I have recommended Doggone Awesome to a couple of my neighbors who are also thrilled with the service. Rachelle typically does a meet and great with each new client free of charge. I will continue to recommend Doggone Awesome Pet Sitters to people and I will be a client for life!

Doggone Awesome Pet Services is amazing! They do in-home care for my husband's small terrier dog when we go on trips and they are also very quick to respond to emergency situations. They also send picture updates and communicate timely. We are very happy with our service from here.

I can't thank Rachelle and her Doggone team enough! We went away for 6 days and left our 5 dogs and 1 cat in their care. Fantastic Service. Rachel and Bob have been so friendly and kind. Bob treats our animals like his own. We know that our dog Charlie is always taken care of. The computer scheduling system they use is top notch. It is so easy to add or cancel a dog visit. They are able to do vacations too. We don't know what we would do without them. We work a lot and would never leave our dog unattended too long. I would HIGHLY recommend Doggone Awesome Pet Services!

My boy Murphy LOVES coming to daycare. He goes two times a week and he’s always exhausted the rest of the week. We wanted to take him somewhere where he could run and have space to play. We’ve tried other “corporate” run daycares and it was just not enough space for him. We have also boarded him and we knew he was in good hands. The ladies and kennel techs are so incredibly nice and daycare/boarding is reasonably priced. I’m so glad we found Airy Pines!

We couldn't be more pleased with our first boarding experience for our pups. At only 5 months, we were heartsick to leave them for our (pre-planned, pre-dog) vacation and sought a place where they'd feel safe and have a good time. The tour and free day camp day really assured us. The staff are so sweet and welcoming – it's clear how much they love dogs – the kennels were clean and the outdoor space featured three large play yards, where they spend most of their day from morning til evening. We were told they'd play with dogs who are of a similar age, size and/or temperament. While on our trip, we enjoyed seeing cute pics of them on Facebook, having such a great time with their doggie friends, and when we returned they were clearly happy, sleepy from all of the activity and easily adjusted to coming back home. We're so glad to have them back with us but also thrilled to know they have a home away from home, for when we need it. Thanks Airy Pines for such a great experience!

I've taken my dog Bianca here a few times while I went away. She absolutely loves it!! I love the fact that they text me updates about her and post pictures of her on their website. She gets to run and play with other dogs that match her energy level. They take such good care of my baby. The last time I took her there theu even trimmed her nails at no extra charge. I highly recommend!!!

They love your dog as if it were there own. Our maisie gets the exercise she needs, is not to tired when she gets home and is in a wonderful mood. And she gets to play with her new friends now. I would recommend this place to everyone and I do.

We couldn’t be happier with Airy Pines! They take excellent care of our crazy boys, Finnegan and Cooper. They are so kind and understanding with us crazy humans too:) we love that we can see pictures of our boys on their Facebook page when we’re away. Our boys come home happy and tired! These 2 are the reason why I love this dog boarding kennel so much! These are my furbabies! We were kicked out of our home in June of 2018 and threatened to be arrested if we try to go back into the house we were staying at. We lost all our stuff we owned because the former landlord illegally threw all of our stuff out. We got to save our furbabies thanks to family and the help of this dog boarding place. They took care of our furbabies like they were family and the staff there were 100% extremely nice and 100% extremely helpful. I recommend this place to everyone with a pet.

This is such a great place for my Dog. I keep him with Debi and team whenever I travel out of country. They are very responsive and promptly take vet care if needed. I cannot recommend Airy Pines Enough.

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful boarding kennel. Fran and Debbie and all of their staff are just terrific: very knowledgeable about dogs, completely reliable about taking care of them, and wonderful to work with. They were great when my dog was young and rambunctious and now they're taking great care of him in his senior years too. They were particularly kind and helpful when I had to board my dog frequently during my cancer treatment, and they've also been very helpful and accommodating when I've had to change my travel plans unexpectedly during work trips. I have used many kennels in the different places I've lived, but Airy Pines is definitely one of the best I've worked with. Highly recommend.

A wonderful local kennel around east Pittsburgh to board our dog! They sent us daily updates with photos and videos and their rates are affordable. Incredibly kind people and look forward to boarding our dogs there again.

I've been taking my dogs to Mallisee Farm for about 8 years and they always come home happy and healthy. They take great care of the animals and have very fair rates. A very trustworthy boarding Kennel!

My Lucy (she’s a 8 year old Beagle) does well at Mallisee. Evan is great with her and although she doesn’t like a lot of males (except my husband and two boys) she loves him. This is the only kennel she has ever really been able to eat at. Evan will work with them and you can tell genuinely loves animals. I hesitated writing a review as he is already so busy and I know what a good thing we have but it’s not fair to him and his business so here it is :). I don’t take her anywhere else.

Great facilities to board your dog. The Kennel is run by a top notch team of owners. The new ownership has really stepped up their game. I will continue to use Mallisee for all my boarding needs!

It was a really pleasant experience using Mallisee Farm Kennels for my pug Tootsie. She was there for a week and Evan kept me updated and even sent me pictures of Tootsie!! I highly recommend this kennel and I know I will be using them again in the future.

We’ve been using this camp location to help care for our boxers for just about a year now. This location is always tidy, clean, and welcoming! The girls at the front desk are so kind and always offer helpful suggestions to improve the dogs stay. They’re great at sending reminders for updating vaccines, and they even offer the semi-annual at the location which is awesome if we forgot on our end — they can just do it there! Our boys get super excited for their stays as soon as we pull into the parking lot! We’ve done doggy day care and boarding, and since we have two dogs that stay together we likely to book the suite for them. The cameras allow us to check in on the pups during the day so we can have extra reassurance that they’re happy (they always are!) and well taken care of. We will continue to be campers here for years to come!

This place was great, until my dog got bit by another dog at daycare. The “manager” called us in complete and utter panic mode (not very comforting to hear). This resulted in a $2000 vet bill & we received absolutely no help from camp bow wow. They refused to provide us with an incident report of what happened or the footage of the incident. We received the other dog owners contact information, however we were preparing for the worst if we had to sue the other dog owner. Camp bow wow handled this horribly & had zero sympathy for what happened on their watch. DO NOT RECCOMEND . Choose a doggie daycare where the contract clearly states that the dog owner will be responsible for any damage/injury to another dog, property, or employee, it will save you down the road trust me.

I had a bad experience the only time I used the dogs stop. It's nice to have a company you can trust with your furr babies! We usually use camp bow wow north but Mia was unbearable today and they were booked up. Camp bow wow east took them, it's great that Mia and Milo have access to all camp bow wows. This was our first time using the monroeville one, they were great!

After a friend recently posted about their dog not having the best treatment while there i realized I never shared our issues publicly, only on our own fb pages. Our boxer was attacked the video clearly shown that she was not the aggressor. The owner of the other dog paid our vet bill. But the sad truth is, we were 1300 miles away, our dog was attacked and camp bow wow refused to drive my dog to the vet, our vets office was 3 miles away and the vet offered to rreat her and keep her till we could get home or make other arrangements. Yet camp bow wow refused to assist. So if my dog is attacked and I'm clearly traveling and boarding my dog with you and she is attacked with lacerations on her throat, back of head and ears are tore up they still refused to assist. Sorry but that isnt a good enough service. If my dog got.injured where she is boarding while I'm away you need to take her to the vet, even more so when I'm giving full permission, literally begging for her to be taken onky for them to refuse. I had to find family close enough to assist. We have never taken our dogs back, we have never even received a refund for the rest of the stay or the grooming we paid for.

My pups love being at camp Bow wow east! I never gone into a place and they didn’t go crazy! They were absolute so comfortable with them the first time they were there!

My Billy Ray seemed to take quickly to the environment at Camp Bow Wow. The staff were friendly and made me comfortable leaving my pup there for the day. I like the setup and the staff really seem engaged.

I've been taking my shy, reserved pup here for boarding for a few years. They've worked with her on each visit so that she's more relaxed and she doesn't stress now. They are super attentive and don't hesitate to reach out if anything seems different. They spoil her and now, when we arrive, she whines until they take her to play! When I had a family emergency recently, they were amazing about working with me, with uncertain pickup dates and last minute boarding reservations so she could maintain a routine while everyone else had chaos.
