We debated for days about how to write this as fairly as possible because we liked Stephanie, the cat, and the location. We enjoyed being in this quiet, unique neighborhood. The neighbors look out for each other and it feels like a very safe community. It is neat to have a national forest in the backyard. Stephanie was very helpful and communicative with us before and during the sit, which was appreciated. In fairness to fellow housesitters, we feel we need to mention that we were quite disappointed with the level of cleanliness in the house. It wasn't immediately apparent during our brief initial tour that everything was so dirty. We understand that homes have dust. Things get dirty. People have different cleaning standards, but we literally cleaned for hours before feeling that it was clean enough to prepare food, sleep, and shower. Toilets and showers weren't clean. The air fryer had old food in it. The oven had old food in it. Most of the pots and pans were hanging from the pan rack, still dirty. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets. We found a few rodent droppings on kitchen counters. We were aware that there had been a mouse problem in the past, but not that it was still occurring. Aside from the dirtiness, the sit was fine. The house itself was older, but in decent condition. We needed a short lesson on using a pellet stove, but it was easy. Or just needs to be filled up and checked on. The driveway was steep. It was a little tricky to get in from the right angle without scraping the bottom of our low car on the ground, but we managed it. We noticed most people in the area drive 4wd vehicles, which would probably be necessary if it were to snow. Misty sleeps most of the time, but she is friendly when she is up and about. She talks a lot, especially in the morning, when she wants her breakfast and some attention. She pretty much eats, says a few things, and goes back to sleep, alternating between beds, one of which has its own heater. What a life! It is admirable to adopt older pets to give them a good life. It's clear that Stephanie loves animals.
Theresa and Andre welcomed me very kindly and made sure I had a pleasant stay at their house. They are very nice, friendly and easy-going people. The house is comfortable, modern, spacious, easy to live in, and with a nice equipped terrace. It was a great pleasure to look after their lovely cats, Coquito and Bolito. They have 2 very different personalities : Coquito is very independent, and does not really like to be cuddled. Whereas Bolito is very affectionate : he will love being petted and sit on your lap. The area is quiet and peaceful. Empuriabrava is a lovely little town where you can do nice walks along the canals or the beach. There are also several nice spots to visit in the region (Sant Pere de Rodes monastery, Cadaques and Dali house, Roses...) I highly recommend this sit!
Willow and Calico really are the most gentlest souls. So well behaved, easy going, quiet yet with bundles of personality to make you laugh out loud. Calico, the way she looks at you with those huge dark eyes from across the room or right under your nose is so cute and humorous paired with Willows energy for life and constant bum wags just brings so much joy. (although they won’t be afraid to tell you what they want, which makes life easier, we love direct queens) It’s the sweetest that they do everything in pairs, 💩‘s included! Lucy is a brilliant host, leaving the clearest instructions I’ve seen which not only gives peace of mind but confidence that you’re doing the right thing. It really helps you enjoy your stay more knowing you can just read through the sections whenever you need confirmation. Lucy was also available throughout our stay for any ad-hoc questions too. Their cottage and village is straight out of an English painting, the perfect place for a digital detox, just take a book and enjoy the British countryside in all its glory. The amenities are perfect for guests, both of us said how well we slept every single night. This was mine and Harrison’s first house sit and it’s certainly set the expectation high. Although only for 4 days, we will look back on our sit in years to come thinking “Remember that time with Calico and Willow in the most gorgeous house” It’s such a shame our September dates do not align because we would be back in a heartbeat. I would also recommend this household for a single person too due to the dogs being so gentle. Wishing everyone, Lucy, Mark, Calico and Willow all the best.
Maria and Ari are a wonderful couple leaving in a very spacious apartment in the centre of Turin. This means many restaurants and supermarkets but also the Valentino Park in which Gaia had the possibility to walk their very well behaved and cuddly dogs Tezca and Pixel. It was Gaia’s first ever alone pet sit and it was a beautiful experience for her. She was extremely satisfied to know that she could easily handle two big dogs.
Thank you to Lucy and Hazel (and Jesse and Jenn) for a great week of walks and play. We are missing Lucy’s expressive looks and company and Hazel’s watchful eye! Lucy was such a good girl. She loved to be outside, loved her walks, loved her hedgehog, octopus and duck. I’m sure we got played for treats along the way but hey, she was on holidays too. Giving Lucy her insulin shots was straightforward and she is so very good with letting you give the injection. Hazel is a beautiful cat who isn’t particularly shy but who does own her space. She became comfortable enough with us to lie in the sun in her chair in the living room or on the window sills and come out to eat while we were present. She even played with us a few times with a string toy and a catnip toy. We needed just a bit more time to win Hazel fully over though. Before the sit, we had a video call with Jesse and Jenn. Communication was good both before and during our stay. Since we weren’t able to visit ahead, Jenn and Jesse made a video giving Lucy her shot which confirmed our expectations for what was required. We sent daily updates and Jesse and Jenn were available to answer any questions we had. The welcome guide is detailed and covers all the key information on pet and home requirements, emergency contacts, as well as some suggestions for what is in the area. Jesse and Jenn’s house is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. It’s surrounded by trees. We took advantage of the Stoney Lake trails just down the road for Lucy’s walks. The area is cottage country and there are lakes, parks, and a number of small towns close by worth a visit. We were pretty entertained and comfortable at home though with Lucy and Hazel and taking walks from the house but we did make it out to Buckhorn for a pizza and Lakefield for the bakery and pub during the week. Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.
I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!

Michelle and her team at Pluto’s Pals Pet Care were a lifesaver for us and our 2.5-year-old Portuguese Water Dog, Otter. We were at our wit’s end when we found Michelle, as Otter had begun displaying aggressive behavior, severely biting us without warning. We had already spent thousands of dollars on numerous vet visits, including a GI specialist and a veterinary behaviorist who prescribed a variety of anxiety and sedative medications. We even tried working with a fear-free trainer, but nothing seemed to help. It was heartbreaking to see Otter so unhappy, and we felt completely lost. Michelle was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met her, we felt heard and understood. She took the time to really listen to our concerns, cried with us, and showed us and Otter the utmost respect. Michelle’s compassion and expertise were evident from the start. We were literally a day away from the heartbreaking decision of behavioral euthanasia (this was tearing us up but we were under the impression it was the only option), as Otter was so fearful that he wouldn’t even be in the same room with me without growling, barking, and charging. It felt like my best friend had suddenly turned against me, and we didn’t know why. Nothing had happened that would justify his behavior. Michelle helped us discover that Otter had numerous food allergies, which were likely causing him immense discomfort and triggering his aggressive behavior. With her guidance, we were able to wean Otter off his anxiety medications and sedatives, experiment with different diets, and introduce CBD oil and probiotics. The transformation was incredible. Otter graduated from a board and train program with Michelle at Pluto’s Pals, while we attended her first weekly dog psychology class to better understand how to communicate with Otter in a way that is natural for dogs. Despite our initial apprehension, given the amount of money we had already spent on various treatments and trainers, we are endlessly grateful that we took a chance on Michelle and that she took a chance on us. She truly helped us rebuild our relationship with Otter. Otter has come such a long way. He’s no longer fearful and aggressive; he’s the smart, sweet, and feisty dog we always knew him to be before his aggression started. He even allows us to groom him again, something that had become a huge issue due to his discomfort. We cannot thank Michelle enough for her patience, understanding, and dedication. She has given us back our best friend, and for that, we will be forever grateful. Mr Giggles LOVES Michelle and his pack at Plutos Pals! I wish I would have called a year earlier because it was what I was looking for all along. He gets training, gets to play outside in the spacious area where he can run, play in the water feauture(which he loves), play with his pack, so he has a balanced, structured day. I was hesitant in the beginning due to the days, hours, and all-size dogs together, but I made the adjustment because he is happy, learning, and she is a trained handler with dog pyscholgy experience. He has never been excited about daycare, but I love the fact that he beats me to the door. And he asks Michelle for cuddles and gets them while he is there which makes me so happy. I've also learned a lot from Michele and grown as a dog owner which has improved our relationship because I understand dogs more now.
My dog Maggie was almost 9 months old when I got her from a rescue. She was wild and wiggly and had no understanding of any commands. But I figured as she matured she’d settle down and I would have a handle on her. After 3 months passed I realized Maggie needed more than I could provide her when it came to helping her reach her full potential. At home she was fairly calm but if I had visitors or took her out in public things would quickly escalate. She is a social butterfly, not aggressive but hyper. She approached everyone with an enthusiastic jump nearly knocking them down. She had rude social behavior with both people and other dogs. Walking her on a leash was difficult as she pulled hard in every direction. With her constantly jumping on people, tugging at their clothes, biting them for attention and ignoring my commands I was at a loss as to how to stop her awful behavior. I became mentally & physically stressed always trying to control my dog and living a life of chaos. But then, I met Michelle and EVERYTHING changed! I enrolled Maggie in the 3-week boot camp at Pluto’s Pals and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my dog! From my first conversation with Michelle I knew she is genuinely invested in every dog she works with. She took the time to listen to my concerns as well as explain her approaches. Not only does Michelle have extensive quality training but she has a true understanding of the reasons behind a dog’s behavior. She holds the keys to changing that behavior and bringing out the very best in a dog. Not only did Maggie emerge as a shining star after training but we as dog owners benefited as well. Michelle equipped us with the tools necessary to continue a structured life for Maggie which in turn enriched our lives together as a family. She is the same sweet, vibrant girl we love but has a new calm, obedient, patient disposition about her. We can now walk her with ease, have company over without chaos and have peace of mind knowing she’s living a life that’s safe and secure. We look forward to watching her grow and learn even more in future training sessions with Michelle. Pluto’s Pals has also become Maggie’s home-away-from-home if I need to travel without her. She has such a total blast every time she reunites with her pack! It’s so comforting knowing she’s getting the best care. Thank you Michelle for bringing out the best in our pup!
When I say Michelle is one in a million, I mean it. She will always put your dog first and educate you on how to enhance your pup for a better future. Bono adores going to Pluto’s and I LOVE when he returns as he is normally bouncing off the walls, but instead returns home to me well mannered and sleeps for a day! You’ll see the confidence in your dog soar and learn instinctive skills our modern lifestyle inhibits. I board and daycare Bono without hesitation, knowing he is able to socialise all day unlike other boarding facilities that isolated until a 30 minute play time is due. From zooming in the yard, stomping his paws on pack walks to splashing in the pool and cooling off in the house on the tile or sofa. They are monitored 24/7 and have freedom to roam, socialise or crate themselves for alone time whenever they want. (Plus Michelle monitors when a nap is needed for Bono as he would play all day!) It’s the closest if not better than home as he gets to snuggle with all his pack pals. Seeing Bono be a confident, sociable pup around balanced and beautifully mannered pack members is a feeling I don’t tire from. I’ll always be thankful that I met Michelle at a local pet fest and cannot recommend her services enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nothing but an amazing experience so far with Pluto’s Pals! When moving to the Orlando area we were recommended to check out Pluto’s Pals by our dog trainer, and spoke with Michelle on how to get the dogs to become part of the pack! We have done both pack days and overnight boarding, & we normally do just 1 pack day a week for the two pups. Everything is extremely organized and a lot of care and thought is put into everything. From making sure the dogs are all healthy and vaccinated, to getting them adjusted to all the dogs in the pack! My dogs are big barkers (dachshunds are very loud hahah) but they were also dealing with insecurity and nervousness. Just bringing them once a week into a calm and structured environment and introducing them to new dogs has improved both of their behaviors tremendously! They can walk with and near other dogs and strangers without reacting, they are much more polite with strangers, and their confidence has skyrocketed. We’ve been a part of the pack for about 3 months now, and will stay with the pack as long as we are in Orlando! Thank you Michelle and Pluto’s Pals for taking great care of Benson and Piper 🐶🐾
Michelle is incredible. We moved here late 2022 and it was hard to find a good daycare/boarding facility (there are many options to choose from, but none seemed to have the quality I was looking for). I found Michelle, called her, and Kobe made it into the pack a couple days later! He absolutely loves it there and I appreciate Michelle’s approach - she emphasizes training and fun! She’s also the only person that’s been able to trim his nails, which we’ve always had a hard time with. I travel 45 min one-way to get to her so that says a lot about my trust. You’ll definitely get the full package with Michelle!

Our greyhound, Dana, has attended Boot Camp and is a regular pack day participant. Before her training began, she was the most fearful dog we have ever seen and rescued. Michelle took her under her wing and sent her back a different dog. She is now very outgoing and much less afraid of noises and people. Thank you Michelle for hosting my sweet girl, Sophie for 3 days! From start to finish, Michelle communicated effectively, first calling and asking really thoughtful questions about my pup’s behavior at home. She also educated me on basic training and behavioral aspects, which I appreciated. She took all the necessary precautions by ensuring all pack members are vaccinated and are current on preventative treatments (heart-worm/flea & tick). Upon their initial meeting, Sophie immediately took to Michelle’s calm nature. Being pretty picky about where my dog stays for extended periods of time, I was immediately reassured that she was in great hands. Michelle constantly sent updates about Sophie, administered medication with no issues and was able to get my girl to eat from day 1 (she typically goes on hunger strikes when in a new environment). She allowed my girl to move at her own pace and even accommodated her need to be super close to a human, until she warmed up to the pack. I’m definitely looking forward to utilizing her training services in the near future, so we can continue building Sophie’s confidence when around other furry friends of all sizes. We have been bringing our both of our dogs (snickers and coco) to the Bow Wow resort for many years now. The accommodations are great and the staff are wonderful. The owner is a super guy and everyone treats the dogs as if they are their own pets. You can’t go wrong with this place. I’ve been to some of the others and this place is the top of the line.
We have taken our French bulldog to Bow Wow for at least five years now. The staff has always been helpful and treats our pup well. He loves to stay at Bow Wow - the moment he walks through the door he continues walking back to get to the outdoor area like he owns the place. They are conscious of his breed and brings him inside during times when it gets too warm for a frenchy to be outside in the Florida heat. Most recently, the staff was helpful with administering meds he needed to take while we were away. We always ask to get him bathed before pick up. Recommend to try and book early for holiday weekends because they do get busy.
My german shepherd has been going to Bow Wow Resort for the past 5 months, mostly for daycare, and she loves it! They have several areas for dogs to play and exercise and I feel the staff does a great job of matching up doggy personalities and play styles. The mornings I drop her off, she jumps out of the car with excitement and walks right in, confident and happy. In the evening, when I pick her up I can tell she had a great day of running/playing and the staff always gives me an update on her play throughout the day. Occasionally I have boarded my pup and the staff is great with instructions for feeding and care. The most important thing for me is my dog's happiness and James and his wonderful staff have a passion and love for what they do and it shows everyday. I have complete trust in their care and highly recommend their services to anyone in the area looking for daycare and boarding.
First time there today. Very nice staff, good customer service, my dog was very happy. Place is clean and you can see the playground from the reception area glass wall. All the dogs looked happy to be there.
Very pleasant to deal with. We boarded our puppy Frenchie here for a 4 day stay.. as soon as she got there she was mingling with her buddies. I saw her having a good time.. Place look pretty good and secure, the staff have full view of outside area and there is a watchman outside while the dogs are interacting.. Thank you for taking care of our puppy hopefully we'll do business again.
Had a horrible experience here. I brought my three dogs here and my golden Did not want to enter sat down in the parking lot. He managed to slip out of his collar and got loose in the parking lot…and I managed to get the border collie in the office so I could run after the other two. One of the employees was at the store, milling me to come in, and I was signaling that I needed help, then came out berating me. I told him my dogs were loose. That’s why I had dropped one of the one dog into the office so quickly. I felt the entire incident was unfortunate and very unprofessional. I will never frequent this place again.
Great place for day care or boarding. They keep your dog in the separate playpen if you ask them. We been using them for boarding for almost a year and didn’t have any issue. Nice staff!
I absolutely love Bow Wow resort and day are. My puppy has been a regular at daycare since she was 2months and she is still excited to go everyday. The staff is soooo nice. Every time I leave I know she's in good hands.
My wife and I just adopted a rescue puppy we named Mochi earlier this year and did not expect him to be a Shepherd mix, so his energy needs are taking some adjustment on our part. Some friends of ours recommended doggy day care and specifically Bow Wow, so we took him for his first day and we all loved it! My wife and I had some time to relax at home and get chores and work done, Mochi got to socialize and play and got several hours to nap, and he came home a much more relaxed dog! The staff was great, they instantly recognized us and had nothing but wonderful things to say about Mochi, and we plan on seeing them a couple times a week for the foreseeable future!
Wow! The professionalism and cleanliness here is unrivaled. My husband and I took our dog for an interview and registration. We were amazed! There must have been 40+ dogs playing and not a single spot or odor anywhere. I will not hesitate to leave my boy when boarding is required. I fact, we were so impressed that we are considering some day care to allow our dog some social time with other dogs. The way they conducted the dog interview to see how he reacted with other dogs was great. I doubt there is another boarding facility that compares. We are excited for our boy to go play.

Interviewed a few different people to pet sit my two cats. Knew instantly that Ana was the one I would go with because she asked good questions and took notes of everything we discussed. My cats fell in love with her instantly and one of my cats is very scared normally but Ana won her over very quickly. Will definitely be using her more in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter.
Ana and Julian have been taking care of my puppy for months now. They came by about a month and a half before I even started work, because I wanted to have someone lined up. They then went out of their way to stop by again when we finally got close to needing them daily to check in on my pup! My pup LOVES Ana. She takes such good care of him - she asks questions about my training with him so she can continue it when she is here. She always sends me photos and videos so I know he's happy - it brightens my day to see him so happy! I recommend Ana and Julian 100%!!! They will help you with whatever your pet sitting needs are! As a pet owner we always worry about leaving our 2 babies when we have to travel and cant take them but since we met Ana and Juliana we know they are in good hands and are getting lots of love. Whenever we are away we get lots of pictures and our dogs absolutely LOVE them!! Ana and her husband are such sweet people! I felt very confident that they took wonderful care of my puppy. You can tell that they both genuinely love animals. Like Your Pet did such an incredible job with my pet. I can’t recommend them enough! They came to my home daily while I was on vacation and everything was seamless. They texted me daily with updates and pictures of how my pet was doing and when I returned home, my pet was happy and healthy. This was our first time leaving our dog with anyone but our family. I was so happy with how everything turned out and so happy we chose them. we had so much peace of mind knowing how well taken care of he was the whole time by this company. Christine is so fantastic! I have 5 cats and a parrot- a house full! The two boy cats are very skiddish. She was able to give the boy who needs medication to him daily. She took amazing care of my place, checking on things, and my parrot/girl cats adore her. Having pictures every day gave me such peace of mind. I live partially in Europe and without Gotta-go, I don't know what I would do! You all are a blessing!!
I was very pleased with this service. I had only had my pound pup (not a puppy though) a little over a month. She is 5 years old and very energetic, medium-sized and a little intimidating to some folks. I was skeptical how she would behave with someone she had just met. Oh yeah. She is a jumper and I currently have only a 4' fence. I have about 1/2 acre fenced and only the east half has enough obstacles (however, there is still a gate that can be easily jumped), and it is easy enough for her to get to the other side where there are no obstacles. Lots of temptation. I have been working on her boundaries. There have been 2 times where she got over the fence just because I was missing (once I was on the front yard a day after I got her and once she just stood in the front yard and barked for me, my brother had her and she knows him). I suppose she bonded with me quickly. I was relieved not to get a text. I was surprised that not only did she do well, but I was sent about 10 photos through the portal and email showing her playing in the yard. I definitely plan to use Gotta Go! in the future.
Paws Up did a great job with my dog! She had to board for a week soon after we moved, and had a great time. The owners paid attention to specific behaviors I mentioned in the boarding info. They sent really good photos of her during her stay, much better than ones I take myself! Will definitely use again!
We feel so lucky we found Paws Up! We were able to visit the home first before committing to boarding. During our pet’s stay, communication was frequent and we even got picture updates which made us at ease. Each picture we got, I could swear our pup was smiling! She came home healthy and happy! I will recommend to my friend dad and family!
Your search for someone that will treat your furbaby like their own is OVER! We boarded our little girl with Paws Up and couldn’t be happier! We received daily updates and pictures! They even offer a meet & greet before you make any decision and I’ve got to tell you, this is an amazing place! Luna was able to get a bath, run, play and socialize with other dogs. Upon picking her up, we received a report card and a handwritten thank you note! I’ve found my new boarder and that’s a statement in and of itself because we are so discriminatory when it comes to our little girl! In you’re straddling the fence, hop on over to Paws Up Paradise and you will NOT be disappointed!
Our dogs love staying with Trish and Dan ! I am so happy I was referred to them when looking for somewhere to board my two dogs that had never been boarded before. They took time to get to know my boys and assured me that they were going to get lots of love and affection. Trish keeps us up to date on how they are doing and sends photos during their entire stay. They are reasonably priced as well!
Trish and Dan are both absolutely amazing people and took a great care of my dog Minnie. She was there for 10 days. It was our first time booking with them and they were excellent with providing pictures and videos of my dog. They made sure Minnie was comfortable with them since it was her first time being away from us for this long. We are definitely planning on booking with them again in the future and we highly recommend them.
Trish and Dan are amazing! They are incredibly knowledgeable and flexible for all the personalities that dogs have. I boarded my little girl, Shira, with them for a week while I was traveling. Communication was superb and Shira was very happy. They sent me very cute pics also! Absolutely 100% highly recommend.

Trish and Dan are WONDERFUL! I've never felt comfortable leaving my pup in boarding and for this reason I often bring him with me on vacations. However, it's not always ideal and for certain travel destinations he can not always come along. Fortunately, I found Trish & Dan who offer a wonderful in-home boarding experience at affordable rates. Takes the intense stress of typical boarding away. Trish also sent me complimentary updates to ease my overprotective mind 😊 I'm very thankful I found Paws Up Paradise! Gunner had a blast!
We just moved to Orlando with our 80 lb dog that’s nervous with new people. He doesn’t like daycare, but we had an event out of town we couldn’t miss. Thankfully we found Paws Up Paradise online. Trish and Dan took time out of their Sunday to meet us and Baloo, gave us a complimentary 4-hour day care trial on Wednesday to see how he did at their house, and Baloo stayed there for two nights over the weekend. Trish sent pictures and updates each day to let us know how well he was doing. We weren’t sure how it was going to go, but our nervous dog made friends with the other dogs and even left the cats alone (which he has not been great with in the past). We are so lucky to have found Trish and Dan and can now feel comfortable knowing Baloo has a warm welcoming home to stay in the next time we need to leave town!
Trish is such an amazing, kind, and great person with pets. She took my reservation easily when we had to book a last minute, out of state trip. Our dog Chloe was so happy and seemed to have such a wonderful time while in Trish’s care. 100% recommend and will continue to use Paws Up for any other times we need a pet sitter. Where do I start??!! Roll Over is exceptional! Our 2 year old has been here almost daily since he turned 3 months old. He has been treated like her own and we never worry while he’s in her care. His breed is known for separation anxiety and therefore he is never (ever) left alone at home. The environment that has been created here is secure and fun for our boy. Our dog eagerly looks forward to each visit, and we truly value the individualized care he receives. In fact, when our boy hurt his tail, she went way over and above for months to help us treat and wrap his wound daily which helped us tremendously. I highly recommend Roll Over for both daycare and boarding. I can’t imagine a more suitable place for our beloved pup!
I LOVE taking my dog Winter here! The staff are very kind people & they take care of your animals. Winter always comes home happy & tired from all the playing! Its very affordable. I got these photos from Winters "Report Card", how stinking cute?!
So I decided to take some time after the incident before writing this review. After moving to Florida, I found Roll Over due to the closeness to my new place. I took my dog here several times with no incident. One time, when picking him up, I was told that my dog suddenly had a UTI and blood was found in his urine. I had dropped off a perfectly healthy dog and I have a habit of monitoring his bowel movements and not once was there blood in his urine. Not even after. That should've been what I needed to never take him there again, but you know what they say about hindsight. In July, I took my baby there again as I was going out of town for my birthday celebration. Again, I dropped off a perfectly healthy dog. And not even a full 24hrs later, I'm getting a call that my dog needs to be rushed to the Emergency vet because they think he may be going into kidney failure. I'm sure anyone who loves their pets can understand how terrifying and confusing a call like that can be. It quickly became one of my worse birthdays. On my way to the Emergency vet I'm getting updates, but while the vet was telling me one thing Lanina (the owner of Roll Over) was giving me her own diagnostic. She kept trying to push the kidney failure narrative. She seems to like giving medical diagnostics despite not being a vet. In the end, it was ruled to be heat exhaustion/heat stroke. The owner then tried to say that the hospital staff were trying to make her look bad. I asked for all video footage with my dog from the time I dropped him off to when they had to take him take him to the vet... I have yet to receive it. Instead, she showed me partial videos where my dog was outside for minimal amount of time claiming that there was no way he caught heat stroke in that short amount of time. I would've liked to receive the full comprehensive videos so I could make that judgement for myself. I was never given the opportunity. 2 weeks after the incident I get a text. You'd think it would be to check on the well being of my dog, but it was not. Instead, she wanted to know about the collar and leash that was used to take my dog to the ER vet. Needless to say, I have learned my lesson. My dog will not be returning to Roll Over. I cannot and will not risk my dog like that again.
Found this cute place thinking I'd be able to support a local business. I made a reservation to drop my dog off for a temperament test for 4.5 hours on November 13th, 2023 at 10 AM before they could babysit him for my trip. Took my baby there and waited for 30 minutes. The sign still said "closed" at 10:30 AM even though business hours are from 9 AM to 7:30 PM. I rang the bell, called their number multiple times but no answers. I left a voicemail for them to call me back because I didn't want to wait around all morning. Not only that they didn't call me back but they also cancelled my dog's reservation without informing me. Updated: The owner personally reached out to me informing me of their recent hospitalization and handled the situation accordingly. I'd like to give Roll Over another chance.
Sent my 8 month old pup for day care and could not be happier with the service! She was picked up at home promptly and dropped off to our front door at the end of the day. Copper is extremely high energy and does not do well being alone, making it very time consuming to make sure she gets enough exercise. But 40 minutes after coming home, she was spent! And I love that she gets to interact with other dogs!
We absolutely love Roll Over. The nannies are all so dedicated and clearly love their jobs and all the fur children. Their caring clearly shows in every interaction! This is so different from my previous experiences with doggie daycare and boarding. Benji gets to play his heart out all day long. He is so excited to come here and he comes home happy and tired. The report cards are wonderful- I honestly get more info on how Benji is doing than what I would get sometimes from my kids’ daycare. We have also used the transportation services and they are reliable and prompt. Wow, could not ask for better care for Benji (and a better experience for us). Thank you to the whole Roll Over team. You are so appreciated.
My dog, Levi, loves to go to Roll Over because the staff treats him like he is their own. They know how to handle his loud personality and his playfulness. Even though there are closer dog-boarding facilities where I live, I rather drive the extra time so that my dog can feel comfortable.
