I have a larger puppy Bernese and he’s sometimes anxious. They were so good with him and kind. He looked fabulous. They gave him the entire royal treatment and took great care of him. They know how to work well with animals and are very careful and attentive.

I had to leave my baby (cat) for 2 weeks and was so nervous about leaving him anywhere but Hickory Inn really took care of him and emailed me with updates whenever I asked. They took wonderful care of my little angel and I highly recommend! The whole team was so nice and I could tell they cared a lot about our little furry friends. Thank you! <3

We have been boarding our boys and girls (Shih Tzus) at Hickory Inn for decades! We appreciate their loving care and wouldn't think of having someone else take care of them!

Never had an issue. Our dog is always clean and happy when we pick him up. Staff are friendly and courteous and respectful. They take him out a lot and don't keep him in the cage all weekend. Many walks and time with other pets. Our dog has a cough and we noted it and they saw that and took him for a medical checkup. They said it's an allergy and aren't alarmed by it. They are attentive to what conditions he has. The prices are to be expected. You pay for good care of your pet.

The staff is great and my dog enjoys her stay. They are connected to the hospital in case of an emergency. Many options for treats, bath and nail clippings for an additional fee.

Benny has been staying at Hickory since he was a Puppy. Anytime I go out of town, I know he's being taken care of. The staff that I have met over the years are great. A few faces have come and gone over the past nine years but most have been around a while. My only complaint is when they started changing their price structure around, but the new owner seems to be going back to the way it was before on pricing. He also is already improving other areas that were outdated (such as going digital vs paper). Update: it's been 11 years and Benny is still happy at Hickory. As with many places inflation has hit the price but I am still happy to leave Benny in their care because I know he is taken care of.

My name is Callie Wilder. I own 2 toy poodles. One is 6 months the other is a year. I went on vacation for 8 days December 23rd to 31st, 2012. I want to publicly say that it was a pleasant experience. I was permitted to bring their toys and food. I called three different times during the week to check on them, and they were doing fine. The staff is very friendly and the facility is very safe and clean. I was reluctant at first to use Hickory Pet Inn because of negative reviews on various sites. However,I would highly recommend this facility to any dog or cat owner. My dogs were clean, well feed, happy and in excellent health when I picked them up after an 8 day stay at the Inn. I will use them again in the future.

Great service and convenient location. We have boarded our large shepherd/husky dog here at least a dozen times. They require all dogs to be up-to-date on vaccines and shots. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Always a good experience for my large dog (100+ lbs). Employees are great and always take care of my best friend while I'm away. Price is kinda standard... Wish add-ons were a bit cheaper apart from standard boarding. Should be a bit more full-service.

We used golden leash recently over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a great experience. The sitter showed up exactly at the times promised, sent lots of videos and pictures and left little notes in the app. Gave me a great peace of mind while traveling. GLPC is amazing! Emma took excellent care of my cat, Sophie, while I was away on a work trip. I loved receiving a detailed report card with plenty of photos showing Sophie enjoying playtime and being well-fed. It really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend them to anyone! :)

The care given to our Cat - Shadow - is amazing. He’s now a young 17 year old cat that’s lively and loud. Said simply, Cubby’s provides caring and confidence. They are professional and comprehensive in how they evaluate dogs for their services and communicate. And because of that, they instill confidence that your furry kid is in good hands. At the same time, you can just tell they truly care. Every one of their staff are there because they love dogs and care about their well-being. I also like that there’s consistency of the core staff, which is important for them as a business but also build your confidence that they “know your pup”. My dog always comes home exhausted - almost “drunk” exhausted! He loves to go and you can tell he has fun. They organize the pups by play and interaction style, not just big and small dogs. They offer tours and let you see the spaces your pup will be in.

My dog and I recently took a confidence building class with Sasha and it was top notch!! This was my first experience with Cubby’s. Sasha is an amazing trainer! Her love for dogs and passion for helping humans handle their canine companions more skillfully is unmistakable. Thanks to Sasha’s ability to quickly notice and clearly communicate about barriers/problematic patterns and missteps and then tailor practical skills and homework to correct and overcome them, both my dog and I grew tremendously from this course. Sasha also takes the time to explain the psychology behind her directives so you are not wondering about the logic behind them. This class was really just a lot of fun thanks to the fact that the trainer seems to put her whole heart into it. Not to mention great value for the price. I would take another class with her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Sasha!!!

Took our French Bulldog for the 1st time , TERRIBLE experience!!!! She was panting so hard when I picked her up that I was terrified!!! She was probably out in the hot sun with nobody paying attention to her!!! When you pick up your dog , the people don’t even acknowledge that you’re there, they turn the other way!!!! AWFUL experience!!!

Absolutely love Cubby's! Great staff, super friendly and our dogs seem to like them. They do great work grooming our dogs and have great prices. They can get a bit busy so make sure you schedule accordingly.

Our son Dutch is an only child and we wanted a fun and safe place to occasionally send him, where he could bond and play with other dogs. We are so happy we discovered Cubby’s Canine Castle! Because our boy had never played with other dogs, he was a little shy at first. The staff at Cubby’s realized this and took the time to slowly integrate him with the pack, as opposed to just tossing him in and having him figure it out on his own. They actually took the time to make it a positive experience for him. During those few weeks they called me several times to update me on his progress. He’s so happy when he goes there. He comes home completely drained from playing all day. (Lucky for us). I was a little nervous at first, but after a few weeks I’m completely satisfied with my decision. In addition to using their daycare services I’ll be utilizing them for boarding this spring. We could not be more pleased. The staff at Cubby’s really care for the pets they take care of. All of the employees are extremely kind and friendly. Thank you to the staff!

I highly recommend LMDDC! My cattle dog mix, Finley, is full of energy and loves to “rough house” play. On two occasions, they called me to let me know they had pulled him from group play because he was getting a bit too rowdy with the other dogs - I really appreciated their proactive approach! Their ability to read the dogs behavior and intervene/de-escalate situations before they go too far is impressive and not something you find at every daycare. At a previous facility, Finley was bitten multiple times in just one year because the staff didn’t intervene quickly enough. Since coming to LMDDC, we haven’t had any incidents in the two years he’s been attending, and I feel completely safe leaving him in their care. From the very first visits, the staff recognized him by name when we arrived and they provide daily report cards that detail their temperament, who they played with, and more. It’s the little things like this that make such a difference. You can tell that the staff cares deeply about the dogs and loves what they do.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews (I know that's terrible) but with Love My Doggy Day Care I have to... I rescued my dog Sunny (10 Ib pom mix) over a year ago. Before he came to me, he spent the first 6 years of his life either in a basement alone or being physically abused. When I rescued him it was the height of covid. I was working from home every day and knew I could provide him a safe, comfortable home w/ all the cuddles and attention. However, in February I was asked to start coming back into the office. To say I was so scared about what to do with my Sunshine is a complete understatement. I rescued this sweet boy and he was staying with me no matter what, but I needed to figure out the best accommodations for him while I was at work. A friend of mine (the President of Home At Last Dog Rescue) recommended Love My Doggy. The first few times I dropped him off were hard on each of us, however, when I picked him up he was happy & tired. Since those first February days, I have never once worried about him once I dropped him off. Sure I miss him terribly during the day, but every single time I pick him up, the staff are the most loving, gentle, and understanding towards both him and I. He is being loved in all the ways he should have been during those first 6 years by the Love My Doggy Staff (and myself) and for that I am so thankful. He deserves it. Sunny has come such a long way. He is a calmer, happier dog. The love he receives at LMDDC has transformed him. To say I am a big fan is an understatement. If you have the ability/finances to drop your baby off ever once an awhile, I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much, LMDDC. <3 Monica & Sunny

My Mom brought her crazy and VERY overgrown Chihuahua there this week and he came out looking like a new puppy! She was VERY happy with the service provided, and care given to her little old man of a dog.

Delightful staff and yes, the dogs come out smelling like dogs. That’s because they are playing the whole time and having a blast. If you don’t like that, can get an exit bath.

The staff are fantastic. They love the animals. They seem to really know each, individual dog & truly care. Biggest issue is the place really smells badly. As a place with dozens of dogs running around, smell is expected. However, here, it's overwhelming. My dog leaves with odor strong enough the car windows need to be open on the ride home & a full bath is needed when we get home. I didn't have the time for nightly baths, so I finally found an alternate place, particularly for the summer months. I wish I could do all my daycare there, since it is a good place with a wonderful staff & owner.

The staff is very nice and they take the necessary precautions up front to make sure your dog is safe and adjusts well to doggy day care. Before COVID when we dropped off in the lobby my female who had bad anxiety got use to being there overtime and after taking her there for several weeks she was actually so excited to see the people at the front. This made me feel so much better about dropping her off. After one month she finally did so well she was able to play with the other dogs, this was huge because she was very stressed and had bad separation anxiety after losing her brother and litter mate to cancer. Several months later we got a new puppy and we now take him there. The feedback I get from the staff is great so far and he comes home all tuckered out which is a beautiful thing! My only peace of feedback would be sometimes they come a little smelly or if they are outside sometimes little muddy. I’m sure this is hard to prevent so I am understanding of it. A extra bath is worth a tired and less crazy puppy! 😁

Loki, my Great Pyrenees, is well taken care of here. They are super communicative and they treat your pet like their own.

I recently boarded all three of my dogs for a long weekend and it was a great experience. Stacey and the staff and extremely knowledgeable. Stacey has many years of experience and it shows. Her expertise in dog behavior was evident. I was very comfortable leaving all of my dogs in her care. Two of my dogs take medications and the staff was able to administer all of the medications without any problems. One of my dogs is also dog aggressive and can be difficult to give medication to but the staff handled him without a problem. I would absolutely use Love My Doggy Day Care in the future and will recommend them to anyone looking for a boarding or doggy day care facility.

We use LMDDC for dog walking and grooming, and we are always satisfied with their care and love for our sweet girl! We have a very anxious dog who is slow to warm up, but Bryl was amazing and came out several times just to meet her and get her used to being walked by him. We also get updates of confirmations that she got her walk (sometimes pictures too). She also always looks great after her groom! They listen to our requests and she always turns out looking beautiful.

I have been sending my little dog to Love My Doggy Daycare for over 4 years and just LOVE it! the staff is beyond caring about my dog. And, I really like that they separate big and little dogs. My guy is tired out after all the fun he has whenever he goes to play. Plus, the groomers are top notch! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We love Howls and Meows! Colleen takes care of Harper like she’s one of her own. Harper starts to bark as soon as she’s pulling in the driveway and never has any hesitation when we leave. Colleen is responsive, sends us pics/videos and has a great Instagram account where we see can what’s happening with our pup while we’re away. Best thing is that Harper always has a friend at Howls and Meows like Squeegie and Biggie Paws :-)

We were initially looking for a place to bring our puppy for overnight boarding that didn't seem like 'doggie jail', and we have been so happy with Howls and Meows! Our crazy dog is definitely more comfortable in their home-like environment than she would be in a kennel. The pricing makes sense, and the business owner has consistently taken great care of our girl when we are out of town. Their flexibility for boarding, overnight in-home sitting, and ability to care for our cats when needed makes it an easy choice!

I have two cats Laverne and Shirley. Colleen is absolutely fantastic! She is always available and very professional. Whenever she is pet sitting she always texts me videos and pictures. She also lets me know how my girls are doing. My one cat Vern is very shy and hides when anyone comes over. Colleen was able to build a relationship with Vern so that she is comfortable. My girls love her! I highly recommend using Colleen and her company for your pet sitting needs!

Colleen is wonderful with our dog, Bruce! He’s a 2 year old lab mix who is full of energy and needs plenty of play time. He gets so excited the minute we pull up to her house- he loves going there! Best of all, Colleen has been such a help as we recently found out Bruce has epilepsy. She was right there with us sending suggestions and advice from her years of experience with similar dogs. She’s one of the few people we feel comfortable caring for him when we are away. I know she monitors his medicine schedule and makes sure he’s comfortable in a large crate in case he has a seizure at night. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. You can tell she cares for the animals as if they were her own pets!

Colleen and her business has been such an absolute blessing to our family since we brought our puppy home two months ago. As my father in law says, "She's like the Mary Poppins of dog walkers!" Colleen radiates positivity and kindness and I think she adores our puppy just as much as he loves her. Not only is Colleen always dependable she reliable, she has wonderful communication in updates for our puppy, goes above and beyond by setting up puppy playdates, and has even helped out with little things around the house while she's over (bringing up trashcans, cleaning up after the cat--- she's simply amazing). A couple weeks ago we had a family medical emergency. Colleen was so compassionate and incredible. She came back after her normal hours, packed up our puppy and his things, and boarded him at her place for a few days while we dealt with our emergency. Never did she ask for specifics on when I would be picking up our dog, or bog us and down with questions and demands. We just felt understanding and care from her, and it was such a relief knowing our puppy was in the best hands and we didn't need to worry about a thing. She even sent cute little photo updates on our puppy that were a silver lining in a otherwise very bad time for us! We are so beyond happy with Howls & Meows and can't recommend them enough. Give it a shot and see just how quickly Colleen becomes more than just a dog walker, but a part of your family!

We found Colleen through a Google search, gave her a call, and based on her knowledge, experience, and confidence, we decided to try it out. We went and met with her, saw her home and yard, and were reassured this would be much better than leaving our puppy at a kennel. We were right. She's great, a pack leader so our dog is always safe, and just a nice person. Her rates are reasonable and our dog always comes home happy and tired.

Colleen has gone above and beyond taking care of our Frenchie while we were away. She truly treats these dogs as if they were her own. This was our first time leaving our pup and she checked in everyday, communicated about necessary things, and just gave our dog so much love. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Colleen is great. She's really in tune with reading dog body language and genuinely loves dogs. She will set up a meet and greet with your dog and hers to make sure everyone will get along. I ended up really appreciating this part, as it made me feel a lot better about leaving my 10 month old puppy for a week. My puppy was actually excited to be dropped off afterwards, because she was excited to play with her new friend Squeegee. She was really responsive and the rates were reasonable. I would definitely take my dog here again.

I decided to bring my boys for an evaluation here, and everything went spectacularly!! They had a blast! We previously were going to a smaller daycare. Playtime Pet Resort of KoP is so much bigger, my boys have much more room to play! The outside area is really fantastic! We are two days in, and the boys are loving it!! Everyone is friendly and happy to see the boys when we get there. I love that when you are boarding, there is someone there overnight, the pups are never left alone!

We absolutely love Playtime Pet Resort @ King of Prussia! We found it when we knew we'd be traveling from NYC to see our daughter in Philadelphia and planned to bring our dog with us. We wanted him to have a great day but didn't know anything about doggy day care options in the area. Until we came upon the Playtime Pet Resort website and then made a call! The resort is amazing (and it really feels like a resort!). It is beautifully appointed with every detail taken into account. Super clean and really with everything you could think of being present (treats for pets, collars, etc.). We were there in December and the holiday decorations were stunning. Our doodle loved it! The staff sent pictures along with his report card. Everyone made him - and us - feel extremely welcome and cared for. We MOST highly recommend the King of Prussia Playtime Pet Resort. Kudos to the team there who handled everything like pros!! Thank you!

Our 7 month old Great Dane, Diego, had his evaluation today. I was extremely pleased with how professional and hospitable everyone was and impressed with my tour. It was clean and the dogs seemed really well cared for and happy. I was kept informed of how Diego was doing throughout the day and loved the report card I received. When I picked him up, his tail was wagging and he didn’t want to come home! Looking forward to many more playtimes, boarding and grooming. Thank you!!

this was my first time putting my dog in daycare. i think $35 isn't bad. it was pretty last minute; we scheduled the evaluation for the day before we needed her first daycare day. i was pretty worried because i adopted her only a few months ago and she definitely has a lot of separation anxiety. surprisingly, everything turned out fine! i received detailed report cards with photos of her and her new friends. she did come back smelling very strongly (no way to sugarcoat it), but a bath fixed that right up. i guess there's not much they can do about that. i would recommend playtime pet resort!

Playtime Pet Resort in Downtown is the best. The facility is so clean and welcoming. The staff are amazing, especially Christina and Karleigh. My dogs love the personalized attention and we love knowing that "our babies" are safe and well cared for. I would recommend them to any and all owners.

I cannot recommend Playtime Pet resort highly enough. The level of care and attention to detail is outstanding, and it is clear that the staff go above and beyond to ensure that every pet has a positive and enjoyable experience. Murphy returned home happy, healthy, and clearly well-cared for. The resort itself is immaculate and well-maintained. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for pets to move around. I was particularly impressed with the outdoor play areas, which are secure and filled with engaging activities to keep pets entertained. My pup loves Playtime Pet Resort so much, we can’t say the name without him getting excited!! They always make sure he is comfortable and having fun. If there are any questions, they are great about contacting you for open communication. I always know he’s in good care when we travel or for just a day of fun with his friends.

We took our dog here for an evaluation. This was the first time we had him to a boarding place. We heard so many great things about Play Time that we decided to try. I received a text with a link to his report card and we were so happy to see that he was having a great time. We made reservations that day to board him for 2 day while we were getting married. This is a great place, the people are fantastic and we will recommend Play Time to anyone. Thank you again

Playtime Pet Resort in Downingtown is one of favorite places! The people are so professional and friendly, the facility is clean and organized, and it’s easy to see that the staff and management really care for the dogs. They are also conveniently located, open 365 days a year, and have someone on-site 24/7. My pup comes home happy, tired, and I feel comfortable that he has been well cared for while he is there.

I was very pleased with Fetch Pet Care. We were nervous as this was our first time having a pet sitter for a week with our dog. We always used a boarding environment. I received texts and photos and was very confident of the care our dog was receiving. I feel as though our dog was cared for as we would care for her.

This service does not vet the quality of their sitters, provides poor communication and was extremely unprofessional. I was setup with a consultation with one of their dog sitters, whose house was extremely unsanitary and unsafe for my pet. The company didn't respond to my feedback, and then months later they somehow scheduled me to be a sitter for one of their other customers. (Needless to say, I never even signed up to be one of their sitters.) Really disappointing, especially given the positive reviews it seems they received years ago.

Without going into great detail I would not recommend this pet sitting service ever! Had issues from day one till.when I arrived home a week later, to vomit in my house and now dealing with a sick cat because they could not follow very simple directions. The owner jack is rude and should be ashamed to talk to clients the way he does and run his business the way he does.. Never would I. I was so stressed out on my vacation over my cats and it shouldn't be that way. Lesson learned. Response to OWNER.. your communication is horrible. You didn't follow directions, I came home to vomit in my bedroom and had a sick cat for a week!! Don't you dare blame ME. You were rude and being I'm a previous pet sitting company owner I know how to treat a client, unlike YOU!!!!! . Don't worry I'd never use or recommend you, and I needed another vacation to get over the stress you caused me. Shame on YOU.- jerk

Fetch connected me with a great Dog walker, Ella. We’ve had her a few weeks now, and she has been amazing helping my girls adapt to a new home and being very flexible with my schedule around contractors, travel etc. Ella has taken a lot of the anxiety off of my shoulders and let me focus on other aspects of our new home.

Fetch! Pet is a great asset to our family. Tom is caring and reliable. He understands and accept our "challenging" cat. We travel often and I always feel at ease knowing that Tom is taking care of him.

Justin Ramos was terrific. He came to our house once during the day and then spent the night. He was the ideal person to look after our geriatric cat. He did everything we asked. and left us a detailed list of how the night went while sitting our cat. We plan to ask him to do this again for a longer stay in about a month.

Owner Jack was very rude to me on the phone. Walker that was supposed to show up, never did show up for the meet and greet and never called to notify me that she wouldn't be showing up. I tried to cancel the first walk I was planning on doing with them, and you cannot cancel online (although you can schedule the walk online). Cancelling is quite difficult to do and you get attitude from owner if you try to cancel over the phone. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. Going with a different company.

My petsitter, Rachel, is the best. She understands my cat and I love reading her notes on each visit. I have total confidence & peace of mind when I go away.

Absolutely, hands down, the best boarding, daycare, grooming and rescue in the area. Victoria is the kindest, gentlest, compassionate person I have left my boys with since moving back to the Philly area. She sent use updates and pictures everyday and I felt completely at ease with her and her husband from our first meeting. Mickey and Rocky came home exhausted in that “we had a great time way”!!! When we went to get them we were greeted by them AND their new friends. So stinking cute. If you have any questions or I can help share with you our experience please ask. Found EnVi on Google. Read some reviews and went to go do a meet and greet with our 4 lb HavaPoo named Scrappy-Do. The owners house was awesome. She had a great set-up with lots of employees and plenty of room for the dogs. We were told to bring whatever she is comfortable with, we brought her sleeping crate and some toys. The owner texted pics of scrappy every day. We felt very comfortable leaving her with ENVi. (Victoria). On our day of pickup there were lots of happy dogs playing about. The whole experience was very smooth. I highly recommend EnVi. Here a oic of Victoria and a lot of happy dogs about .

They are life saviors. Gus frequents their day care and I also board him there when I travel. For context, Gus is a 2 year old white English bulldog. For non-bulldog owners, it means I have a high maintenance dog that can’t be outside for long during summer months because it’s hot and he can have a heat stroke; it means that he’s on medications more often than he’s not; or that he’s recovering after yet another surgery… Through all of that, I have 0 hesitation to leave Gus with them and never think twice if Gus is okay. Considering how careful/attentive one needs to be to keep my dog healthy, they are more than on it. I never had a single issue. As a matter of fact, I had to board Gus just last week due to work travel and he was 2 weeks after serious leg surgery. They are a Godsend and I don’t know what I would do without them.

My Doberman puppy Athena has only been boarded and at the doggy day care a handful of times but ENVI is a God sent! Victoria is so flexible and understanding with time it’s so helpful for anyone with a unsteady schedule. And my pup comes home so tired and we’ll taken care of for such a affordable price! I recommend everyone I Can about them. Definitely a place you want your dog to be at if you want a peace of mind that they are in good hands. I cannot recommend ENVI enough!

Whether it's vacation , a weekend away or just a day to socialize and let them play with other dogs. They care for your dogs like their own. The care received here at EnVi is top notch. Victoria, Alicia and Jon are so kind and professional. All are genuinely caring folks who love what they do. They can answer and help with any training questions or issues you might be having with your pet. The dogs have great fun both inside and outside! Top notch. When dropping my dog Charlie off I feel nothing but it is knowing that he's going to be treated like one of their own. Kept us well informed and sent pictures throughout the couple days we were gone and wonderful people I recommend them highly

Marissa did an amazing job. This was our first time ever having someone other than family watch our dogs and we were absolutely blown away. Her attention to detail and love for animals makes her the absolute best choice in pet care. She respected my home and my two dogs. We asked for pet care and got so much more than that. We found someone who cares as much about my dogs as I do. We found our permanent pet sitter hands down. We can't wait for our next trip away to use her again!

Just finished a 2-week vacation overseas with Marissa and her team caring for 2 elderly Shepards in our home. This is the first time we used Pampered Pups. They came highly recommended from neighbors. They didn't disappoint. They were a WOW. Will use them again. Great reports and photos every time they came to our house. I believe our dogs were disappointed when we came home. We use Disney's Pet Care facility when we are in FLA. Marissa and her team out-Disney Disney. Would highly recommend them. They are great.

Marissa and her staff has been a game changer for us. For 20 years we took our dogs to a wonderful kennel. We live on a busy street and we always worried about pups getting away from sitters. Our Newfies are almost 11 and 14 and we thought they’d be happier in their own home while we were away. All of the people who have taken care of them since we started are just awesome. Amazing communication with the staff and Marissa. We have traveled a lot in the last few months only because our dogs are in such great care. Thankyou Marissa and staff! A literal life saver. I was using another service while I was away, and quickly became uncomfortable with the care I felt my puppy was getting. I called Marissa in literal tears, left a message and she got back to me in less than 5 minutes. I was so worried it was too late to use her services in this emergent last minute situation. She calmed my nerves, got me on the books immediately for the next day, and made me feel comfortable and assured my baby would be cared for. I can definitely be an overbearing nervous dog mom, and she didn’t make me feel bad or overbearing at all. Marissa actually validated my feelings and took the extra steps to text and keep me in the loop the next day. I cannot recommend her services enough! her responsiveness, understanding, the updated, the photos, all of it. 10/10 highly recommend.

Pampered Pups and Marissa exceeded our expectations!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our dogs to be able to stay in their comfy home and have someone to come in to take care of them while we were gone. We received daily updates and plenty of great pics of our dogs (fish and frogs too!) that made us feel so comfortable that they were in good hands. Excellent app to use for pet info and communication and very fair rates. Loved our whole experience with Marissa and will be booking again soon!

We were in a pinch with our puppies and cats, family vacation at risk. I posted on Facebook asking for help and was referred to Pampered Pups by Marissa. While she was on vacation Marissa organized coverage for us. This enabled our family to spend the 4th of July at the beach house with our full extended family. We were nervous as we always take the dogs with us and have friends check in on the cats while we are gone. After reading the reviews we felt confident. Now here we are a week later writing our own 5 star review. Michele, our dog sitter was amazing. She brought toys for the dogs, sent pictures of them having fun in the backyard and on walks. Our cats were taken care of, even our small fish were happy. Thank you so much, Michele. You made us comfortable to the point that we could relax and enjoy our time away. See you next time!!!

I have used Pampered Pups for twice-a-day cat care, once for an overnight trip and once for a weeklong trip, and both times were great! I really appreciate the pictures and summaries that are sent after every visit. My cat has minor health issues, so I am thankful to have in-home pet sitting that keeps her happy and healthy, and helps me not to worry about her. So grateful to have Pampered Pets in my town.

We've been taking our dogs for years to a wonderful kennel. They are older and we didn't have the heart to not leave them at home where they are happiest. Our first experience with Marissa and her team was outstanding. Morgan took such good care of our dogs..pics and reports several times per day. We felt so comfortable and reassured. They had 3 visits per day and I know they were happy to be in their own home. We cannot express our gratitude enough. Highly recommended!!!

I have used Pampered Pups by Marissa many times over the past few years for both day walks and overnight stays. I have had the pleasure of meeting and using many different sitters. Every experience has been wonderful!! Last week Michelle stayed over and watched my three pups for four nights and days. She is amazing and gave 200%. She is very professional and genuinely loves her job and my dogs. My pups were spoiled and given tons of love and attention. The house was immaculate and the pups happy and healthy. I've used TLPC for a few years now. I know my older pug, Gus, just adores Brett. Gus is normally very excitable around guys, but when we first met Brett, Gus calmed down in about 30 seconds--Brett's energy was just right, and that told me TLPC was right for my pugs. He took care of Gus and my beloved (now passed) Jazz and now Gus with Chica, my most recent pug addition to the family. Though it's never easy to travel and leave either or both of my pugs behind, I know they will get the best care from TLPC!

Our cats are always well taken care of, and all special requests were followed. All for a very reasonable price! What more can you ask for.

Their kennel has tons of space and for the most part your animals will be in the house having family time with the sitters. I have been using TLC for 10 years, since Brett started his business. TLC offers all the services we need including overnight boarding. TLC has a great staff of walkers who always accommodate MY schedule. They also leave a Status Card after each visit, so I know what time they arrived/departed and what activities were rendered during the visit (walk, pee, poop, treats given, etc). I take great comfort in knowing my precious dog is in good hands with TLC.
